🦋 Meditation verse - ஏசாயா 50 : 10 / Isaiah 50:10

  ஆதவன் தியானம்

"உங்களில் எவன் கர்த்தருக்குப் பயந்து, அவருடைய தாசனின் சொல்லைக் கேட்டு, தனக்கு வெளிச்சமில்லாததினால் இருட்டிலே நடக்கிறானோ, அவன் கர்த்தருடைய நாமத்தை நம்பி, தன் தேவனைச் சார்ந்துகொள்ளக்கடவன்." ( ஏசாயா 50 : 10 )

உலகினில் இரவும் பகலும் மாறிமாறி வருவதுபோல அனைவரது வாழ்விலும் துன்பங்களும் மகிழ்ச்சியான நாட்களும் மாறிமாறி வருகின்றன. துன்பமில்லாத வாழ்க்கையும் இருளில்லாத பூமியும் இருப்பதில்லை. தேவனுக்கு ஏற்புடையவர்களாக வாழும் மக்களும் இதற்கு விதிவிலக்கல்ல. 

இன்றைய தியான வசனம் வாழ்வில் துன்பங்களுக்கு மத்தியில் கடினமான வாழ்வின்பாதையில் நடக்கின்ற தேவ பிள்ளைகளுக்கு தேவன் ஏசாயா மூலம் கூறும் ஆலோசனை வசனமாகும். ஆம் அன்பானவர்களே, வாழ்வின் இருளான சூழலில் வாழும் ஆண்டவருக்கு ஏற்ற வாழ்க்கை நடத்தும் மக்களுக்கு இந்த வசனம் ஆவிக்குரிய சரியான வழியைக் காட்டுவதாக உள்ளது. 

இன்றைய வசனம், "எவன் கர்த்தருக்குப் பயந்து, அவருடைய தாசனின் சொல்லைக் கேட்டு, தனக்கு வெளிச்சமில்லாததினால் இருட்டிலே நடக்கிறானோ" என்று துவங்குகின்றது. அதாவது,  கர்த்தரின் தாசனாகிய ஆண்டவராகிய இயேசு கிறிஸ்துவின் வார்த்தையின் சொற்படி நடந்தும் வாழ்வில் இருளை சந்திக்கும் மனிதர்களுக்கு இது கூறப்பட்டுள்ளது. 

"நான் தேவனுக்கு ஏற்ற வாழ்க்கைதானே வாழ்கின்றேன், பின் ஏன் எனக்கு இந்தத் துன்பங்கள்?" என்று பல ஆவிக்குரிய மக்கள் மனம் வருந்துவதுண்டு. ஆவிக்குரிய வாழ்வு வாழும் மக்களுக்குத் துன்பங்கள் வருவதில்லை என்று வேதம் கூறவில்லை. ஆம், வாழ்வில் இருளான நாட்கள் எல்லோரும் வருவது இயல்பு. தாவீது, யோபு, நமது ஆண்டவராகிய இயேசு கிறிஸ்து எல்லோருமே இப்படி இருளான பாதையிலும் சில நாட்கள் நடந்தார்கள். 

ஆம் அன்பானவர்களே, இருளான பாதையில் நடக்கும்போது நாம் மனம் தளர்ந்துவிடக்கூடாது என்பதற்காகவே இன்றைய வசனம் கூறப்பட்டுள்ளது. நாம் மனம் சோர்வடைந்திடாமல் இன்னும் அதிகமாக முயற்சி செய்து ஒளியை நாமே கண்டடையவேண்டும்; அதனைப் பற்றிக்கொள்ளவேண்டும். இதற்கு இன்றைய தியான வசனம் இரண்டு எளிய வழிமுறைகளைத் தருகின்றது. 

1) கர்த்தருடைய நாமத்தின் மீது நம்பிக்கை வைக்கவேண்டும்.  —  அவர் உண்மையுள்ளவர், நம்மைக் கைவிடவில்லை என்று நம்பவேண்டும். 

2) தேவனைச் சார்ந்திருங்கள் — அவர் மீது முழுமையாகச் சாய்ந்திருங்கள்; ஒரு முடமானவர் ஊன்றுகோலைச் சார்ந்து நிற்பது போலவும், உதவுகின்ற மனிதர்கள்மீது சாய்ந்து கொள்வதுபோலவும்  கர்த்தர்மேல்  சாய்ந்துகொள்ளவேண்டும். 

இருள் என்றென்றும் நிலைத்திருக்காது, ஆனால்  தேவன் என்றென்றும் நிலைத்திருப்பவர். எனவே, சுருக்கமாகச் சொல்வதானால்,  "நீங்கள் வாழ்வில் இருளில் இருந்து வழி தெரியாமல் தவித்தாலும், பயப்படத் தேவையில்லை. அந்த இருளிலும்  தேவன் நமது  கையைப் பிடித்துக்கொண்டிருக்கிறார். அவர் மீது தொடர்ந்து நம்பிக்கை வையுங்கள்" என்று நமக்கு அறிவுறுத்துகின்றது. 

ஆம் அன்பானவர்களே, ஒருவேளை இன்று நீங்கள் அத்தகைய இருண்ட சூழலில் இருந்தால், இந்த வசனம் உங்களுக்கானது. இரவு நீண்டதாக இருக்கலாம், ஆனால் அந்த இருளை அனுமதித்தக்  கர்த்தர், காலைக் கதிரவனையும் வாழ்வில்  கொண்டுவருவார்.

"Who is among you who fears the Lord, who obeys the voice of His servant, who walks in darkness and has no light? Let him trust in the name of the Lord and rely on his God." — Isaiah 50:10 (NASB)

Just as night and day alternate in the world, days of trouble and joy alternate in everyone's life. There is no life without suffering, just as there is no earth without darkness. Even the people who live according to God's will are no exception to this.

Today's meditation verse offers counsel through Isaiah to the children of God who are walking along a difficult path amid life's trials. Yes, dear friends, to those living righteously before the Lord while facing dark circumstances, this verse points out the true spiritual path.

Today’s passage begins: "Who is among you who fears the Lord, who obeys the voice of His servant, who walks in darkness and has no light?" That is, this is addressed to people who encounter darkness in life even while living according to the word of the Lord’s Servant, our Lord Jesus Christ.

Many spiritual people often grieve, asking: "I am living a life pleasing to God, so why am I facing these troubles?" The Bible does not say that believers will never encounter suffering. Yes, it is natural for everyone to experience dark days in life. David, Job, and our Lord Jesus Christ—all walked through dark paths for a time.

Yes, dear friends, today’s verse is given precisely so that we do not lose heart when walking in dark paths. Instead of becoming discouraged, we must strive even more to seek out the light ourselves and hold fast to it. Today’s meditation verse provides two simple steps for this:

1. Put your trust in the name of the Lord: Believe that He is faithful and has not abandoned us.
2. Rely on God: Lean completely upon Him; lean on the Lord just as a lame person leans on a crutch or relies on those who help them.

Darkness will not last forever, but God remains forever. Therefore, to put it simply, this verse encourages us: "Even if you feel lost and helpless in the dark moments of life, there is no need to fear. Even in that darkness, God is holding our hand. Continue to place your trust in Him."

Yes, dear friends, if you happen to be in such a dark situation today, this verse is for you. The night may seem long, but the Lord who permitted the darkness will also bring the morning sun into your life.
