🦋 Meditation verse - 2 கொரிந்தியர் 4 : 3 / 2 Corinthians 4:3

"ஆதவன்" தியானம் - 1995

"எங்கள் சுவிசேஷம் மறைபொருளாயிருந்தால், கெட்டுப்போகிறவர்களுக்கே அது மறைபொருளாயிருக்கும்." ( 2 கொரிந்தியர் 4 : 3 )

வேதாகமத்தை யார் வேண்டுமானாலும் வாசிக்கலாம். ஆனால் வேதாகமம் கூறும் செய்தியின் ஆவிக்குரிய உண்மைப் பொருளினை எல்லோரும் எளிதில் அறிந்துகொள்ளமுடியாது. அது குழந்தையைப்போன்ற மனமுள்ளவர்களாய் சத்தியத்தை அறியத் தேடுபவர்களுக்கே முற்றிலும் புரியும். 

இறையியல் கல்லூரிகளில் படிப்பவர்களும், பல்வேறு ஆராய்சியாளர்களும் சுவிசேஷத்தை ஆராய்ச்சிக் கண்ணோட்டத்துடன் பார்க்கின்றனர்.  பல்வேறு கிறிஸ்த சபைப்பிரிவினரும் தங்களது சபைப்பிரிவின் போதனைகளின் அடிப்படையில் வேத வசனங்களுக்கு விளக்கமளிக்கின்றனர். ஆனால் உண்மை என்னவெனில், தேவனை யாரும் படித்து அறிந்துகொள்ள முடியாது என்பதுதான். மனத்தாழ்மையுடன் நடந்து, பாவங்கள் மன்னிக்கப்பட்டு  குழந்தை உள்ளத்துடன் வாழ்பவர்களுக்குத் தேவன் பல்வேறு சத்தியங்களை வெளிப்படுத்திக் கொடுக்கின்றார். 

இதனையே நாம் "அந்த வேளையில் இயேசு ஆவியிலே களிகூர்ந்து: பிதாவே! வானத்துக்கும் பூமிக்கும் ஆண்டவரே! இவைகளை நீர் ஞானிகளுக்கும் கல்விமான்களுக்கும் மறைத்து, பாலகருக்கு வெளிப்படுத்தினபடியால் உம்மை ஸ்தோத்திரிக்கிறேன்; ஆம், பிதாவே! இப்படிச் செய்வது உம்முடைய திருவுளத்துக்குப் பிரியமாயிருந்தது." (லூக்கா 10:21) என்று இயேசு கூறுவதாக வாசிக்கின்றோம்.

வேதாகமத்தை நூறு சதவிகிதம் விசுவாசக் கண்ணோட்டத்துடன் நாம் பார்க்கவேண்டியது அவசியம். நமக்குப் புரியாத பகுதிகளுக்கு நாமாகப் பொருள்கொள்வது, நமக்குமுன் வேதாகமத்தை ஆராய்ச்சி செய்து மற்றவர்கள் எழுதிவைத்துள்ள  விளக்கத்தை நம்புவது இவை முற்றிலும் சரியானதாக இருக்காது. வேதாகமத்தின் ஆசிரியரான பரிசுத்த ஆவியானவர் நமக்கு அவற்றை  புரியவைக்கும்படி நாம் மன ஆர்வமுள்ளவர்களாக இருக்கவேண்டியது அவசியம். இந்த அடிப்படை இல்லாமல் வசனங்களை புரிந்துகொள்ள முயல்வோமானால் நாம் அவிசுவாசிகள் போன்றவர்களே. 

இப்படித் தேவ ஆவியானவரைப் பற்றிக்கொள்ளாமல் இருப்போமானால் இப்பிரபஞ்சத்தின் அதிபதியான சாத்தான்  நமது மனக்கண்களைக் குருடாக்கிவிடுவான். ஆம், "தேவனுடைய சாயலாயிருக்கிற கிறிஸ்துவின் மகிமையான சுவிசேஷத்தின் ஒளி, அவிசுவாசிகளாகிய அவர்களுக்குப் பிரகாசமாயிராதபடிக்கு, இப்பிரபஞ்சத்தின் தேவனானவன் அவர்களுடைய மனதைக் குருடாக்கினான்." ( 2 கொரிந்தியர் 4 : 4 ) என்று கூறப்பட்டுள்ளபடி நாம் சத்தியத்தை அறியமுடியாத குருடர்களாக மாறிவிடுவோம். 

ஆம் அன்பானவர்களே, நம்மில் யாரும் முற்றிலும் எல்லாம் அறிந்தவர்களல்ல. எனவே நாம் மறைபொருளாக இருக்கும் சுவிசேஷத்தை முற்றிலும் அறிந்துகொள்ள ஒருவேளை தேவ ஊழியர்களை நாடினாலும் அவர்கள் கூறுபவையே முற்றிலும் சரியானது என முடிவெடுக்காமல், "ஆண்டவரே, எனக்குச் சத்தியத்தைப் புரிய வையும்" என வேண்டுதல் செய்யவேண்டியது அவசியம்.  ஏனெனில், இந்தக்காலத்தில் சுவிசேஷ வசனங்கள் பலரது சொந்த லாபத்துக்காக புரட்டப்படுகின்றன; கிறிஸ்தவத்தின் ஒவ்வொரு சபைப்பிரிவும் ஒரே வசனத்துக்கு வெல்வேறு விளக்கங்களைக் கொடுக்கின்றன. 

எந்த தேவ வசனமும் மறைபொருளல்ல. தேவன் தனது பிள்ளைகள் புரிந்துகொள்ளாதபடி எதனையும் எழுதிவைக்கவில்லை. பவுல் கூறுவதுபோல, தேவனுடைய  சுவிசேஷம் மறைபொருளாயிருந்தால், கெட்டுப்போகிறவர்களுக்கே அது மறைபொருளாயிருக்கும். வாழ்வடைய விரும்பும் தேவ பிள்ளைகளுக்கு எதுவும் மறைவாக இருக்காது. எனவே, பரிசுத்த ஆவியானவரின் துணையுடன் வேதாகமத்தை வாசிப்போம். அவரே நிறைவான உண்மையினை நோக்கி நம்மை வழிநடத்துவார்.

"AATHAVAN" Meditation – 1995

"And even if our gospel is veiled, it is veiled to those who are perishing,"— 2 Corinthians 4:3

Anyone can read the Bible. However, not everyone can easily understand the spiritual, true meaning of the message it holds. It is fully understood only by those who seek the truth with a child-like heart.

Those studying in theological seminaries and various researchers look at the Gospel through an analytical lens. Different Christian denominations interpret Scripture based on their own denominational doctrines. But the truth is this: no one can come to know God merely through intellect or study. God reveals various truths to those who walk in humility, whose sins are forgiven, and who live with the heart of a child.

It is regarding this that we read Jesus saying:

"At that very time He rejoiced greatly in the Holy Spirit, and said, 'I praise You, O Father, Lord of heaven and earth, that You have hidden these things from the wise and intelligent and have revealed them to infants. Yes, Father, for this way was well-pleasing in Your sight.'" — Luke 10:21

It is essential that we approach the Bible with a one-hundred-percent perspective of faith. Inserting our own interpretations into passages we do not understand, or blindly relying on the explanations written by researchers who studied the Bible before us, may not always be entirely right. We must be eager and earnest for the Author of the Bible—the Holy Spirit—to make these truths clear to us. If we try to understand the verses without this foundation, we are no different from unbelievers.

If we fail to cling to the Spirit of God in this way, Satan, the ruler of this world, will blind the eyes of our minds. Yes, as it is written:

"in whose case the god of this world has blinded the minds of the unbelieving so that they might not see the light of the gospel of the glory of Christ, who is the image of God." — 2 Corinthians 4:4

We will become blind and unable to perceive the truth.

Yes, beloved, none of us knows everything completely. Therefore, even if we seek out God's ministers to fully understand the Gospel that seems veiled to us, we should not conclude that everything they say is absolute truth. Instead, we must pray, "Lord, grant me understanding of Your truth." For in these times, the words of the Gospel are often twisted for personal gain, and different Christian denominations offer conflicting interpretations for the very same verse.

No word of God is intended to remain a hidden mystery. God has not written anything in a way that His children cannot understand. As Paul says, if our Gospel is veiled, it is veiled to those who are perishing. Nothing will remain hidden from God's children who desire to live. Therefore, let us read the Bible with the help of the Holy Spirit. He Himself will guide us into all truth.
