🦋 Meditation verse - ரோமர் 5: 17 / Romans 5:17

 தியானம் - 2033

"ஆதவன்" செப்டம்பர் 02 புதன் 2026

"அல்லாமலும், ஒருவனுடைய மீறுதலினாலே, அந்த ஒருவன்மூலமாய், மரணம் ஆண்டுகொண்டிருக்க, கிருபையின் பரிபூரணத்தையும் நீதியாகிய ஈவின் பரிபூரணத்தையும் பெறுகிறவர்கள் இயேசுகிறிஸ்து என்னும் ஒருவராலே ஜீவனை அடைந்து ஆளுவார்களென்பது அதிக நிச்சயமாமே." ( ரோமர் 5: 17)

ஆதாமுக்கும் கிறிஸ்துவுக்குமுள்ள ஒரு முக்கிய வேறுபாட்டினைக்குறித்து நேற்றைய தியானத்தில் நாம் தியானித்தோம். அப்போஸ்தலரான பவுல் இன்றைய தியான வசனத்தில் இன்னொரு வேறுபாட்டினைக்குறித்து விளக்குகின்றார். 

ஆதாமின் மூலம் மரணம் மக்களைக் கவ்விக்கொண்டது.  ஆனால் நமது ஆண்டவராகிய இயேசு கிறிஸ்துவின் பூரண கிருபையினை நாம்  பெறுவோமானால் மரணத்துக்கு மாற்றாக நித்தியஜீவன் நமக்குக் கிடைக்கும் என்கின்றார் அவர். ஆதாமினால் நாம் இழந்துபோன நித்திய ஜீவனை நமக்கு அளிக்கவே கிறிஸ்து உலகினில் வந்தார்.  ஆம், "தேவன், தம்முடைய ஒரேபேறான குமாரனை விசுவாசிக்கிறவன் எவனோ அவன் கெட்டுப்போகாமல் நித்தியஜீவனை அடையும்படிக்கு, அவரைத் தந்தருளி, இவ்வளவாய் உலகத்தில் அன்பு கூர்ந்தார்" ( யோவான் 3: 16) என்று வாசிக்கின்றோம். 

இந்த நித்திய ஜீவனை நாம் சோர்ந்துபோகாமல் நற்செயல்கள் செய்து வாழும்போது தேவன் நமக்குத் தருவார். "தேவன் அவனவனுடைய கிரியைகளுக்குத்தக்கதாய் அவனவனுக்குப் பலனளிப்பார். சோர்ந்துபோகாமல் நற்கிரியைகளைச்செய்து, மகிமையையும் கனத்தையும் அழியாமையையும் தேடுகிறவர்களுக்கு நித்தியஜீவனை அளிப்பார்." ( ரோமர் 2: 6, 7)

மேலும், இன்றைய தியான வசனத்தில் அப்போஸ்தலராகிய பவுல், "நீதியாகிய ஈவின் பரிபூரணத்தையும் பெறுகிறவர்கள் இயேசுகிறிஸ்து என்னும் ஒருவராலே ஜீவனை அடைந்து ஆளுவார்களென்பது அதிக நிச்சயமாமே" என்று உறுதியாகக் கூறுகின்றார். நாம் நித்திய ஜீவனை அடைவது மட்டுமல்ல, அவரோடுகூட ஆளுகையும் செய்வோம். காரணம், கிறிஸ்துவின் கீழ்ப்படிதலினால் நாம் நீதிமான்களாக்கப்படுகின்றோம். நீதிமான்கள் நீதிபரானாகிய கிறிஸ்துவோடு ஆளுகையும் செய்வார்கள். 

இப்படி நாம் ஆளுகை செய்வதற்கு, நமது ஆண்டவராகிய இயேசு கிறிஸ்து நம்மைத் தம்முடைய பிதாவாகிய தேவனுக்குமுன்பாக ராஜாக்களும் ஆசாரியர்களுமாக ஆக்கியுள்ளார். ஆம், "நம்மிடத்தில் அன்புகூர்ந்து, தமது இரத்தத்தினாலே நம்முடைய பாவங்களற நம்மைக் கழுவி, தம்முடைய பிதாவாகிய தேவனுக்குமுன்பாக நம்மை ராஜாக்களும் ஆசாரியர்களுமாக்கின அவருக்கு மகிமையும் வல்லமையும் என்றென்றைக்கும் உண்டாயிருப்பதாக. ஆமென்." ( வெளிப்படுத்தின விசேஷம் 1: 6)

கிறிஸ்துவின் கிருபையின் பிரமாணத்தை நாம் காத்துக்கொண்டு வாழ்வோமானால் நமது மேலான பலன் இதுதான். பழைய ஆதாம் எனும் ஒருவனுடைய மீறுதலினாலே, அந்த ஒருவன்மூலமாய், மரணம் ஆண்டுகொண்டிருக்க, நமது ஆண்டவராகிய இயேசு கிறிஸ்து தமது கீழ்ப்படிதல்மூலம் அதனைத் தகர்த்து நமக்கு நித்திய ஜீவனையும் நித்திய ஆளுகையையும் தந்துள்ளார். எனவே இதனை உணர்ந்து நாம் அவருக்கு நன்றியுள்ளவர்களாக வாழ்வோம்.

Meditation - 2033 

"AATHAVAN" | September 02, Wednesday, 2026 

"For if by one man's offence death reigned by one; much more they which receive abundance of grace and of the gift of righteousness shall reign in life by one, Jesus Christ." (Romans 5:17)

In yesterday's meditation, we reflected on a major difference between Adam and Christ. In today’s scripture portion, the Apostle Paul explains yet another key difference.

Through Adam, death took hold of mankind. But Paul explains that if we receive the abundance of our Lord Jesus Christ’s grace, we receive eternal life instead of death. Christ came into the world precisely to give us the eternal life we lost through Adam. Indeed, we read: "For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life." (John 3:16)

God gives us this eternal life as we live doing good works without growing weary. "Who will render to every man according to his deeds: To them who by patient continuance in well doing seek for glory and honour and immortality, eternal life:" (Romans 2:6, 7)

Furthermore, in today's meditation verse, the Apostle Paul declares with assurance that "they which receive abundance of grace and of the gift of righteousness shall reign in life by one, Jesus Christ." We will not only attain eternal life, but we will also reign with Him. This is because we are made righteous through the obedience of Christ, and the righteous will reign alongside Christ, the Righteous One.

To enable us to reign in this way, our Lord Jesus Christ has made us kings and priests before God His Father. Indeed, "And hath made us kings and priests unto God and his Father; to him be glory and dominion for ever and ever. Amen." (Revelation 1:6)

If we guard and live by the law of Christ's grace, this is our supreme reward. While death reigned through the offense of one man—the old Adam—our Lord Jesus Christ broke that power through His obedience, granting us eternal life and an everlasting reign. Therefore, realizing this truth, let us live with hearts full of gratitude to Him.
