🦋 Meditation verse - ஏசாயா 46 : 3 / Isaiah 46:3

 தியானம் - 2029

"ஆதவன்" ஆகஸ்ட் 29 சனி 2026

"யாக்கோபின் சந்ததியாரே இஸ்ரவேல் சந்ததியில் மீதியாகிய சகல ஜனங்களே, எனக்குச் செவிகொடுங்கள்; தாயின் வயிற்றில் தோன்றினதுமுதல் உங்களை ஏந்தி, தாயின் கர்ப்பத்தில் உற்பத்தியானதுமுதல் உங்களைத் தாங்கினேன்." ( ஏசாயா 46 : 3 )

இன்றைய தியான வசனம் நமக்கு மிகப்பெரிய ஆறுதல் தரும் வசனமாக இருக்கின்றது. இஸ்ரவேல், யாக்கோபு எனும் வார்த்தைகள் நம்மைக் குழப்பமடையச் செய்யவேண்டாம். இந்த வார்த்தைகள் நம்மையேக்   குறிக்கின்றன. ஆம் அன்பானவர்களே, வேதாகம அடிப்படையில், தேவனுக்கு ஏற்புடையவர்களாக வாழும் நாமே  இன்றைய இஸ்ரவேலரும்  யாக்கோபின் சந்ததியுமாக இருக்கின்றோம். 

தேவன் நாம் தாயின் வயிற்றினில் உருவானதுமுதலே நம்மைத் தாங்கி நடத்துகின்றார். இன்று நாம் மருத்துவ மனைகளில் பல்வேறு விதங்களில் தங்கள் கர்ப்பம் கலைந்து பல பெண்கள் கலங்கி நிற்பதைப்  பார்க்கலாம். ஒரு குழந்தை தாயின் கர்ப்பத்தில் உருவாகி நல்ல முறையில் பிறக்கவேண்டுமானால் தேவனது கிருபை அதிகம் தேவையாக இருக்கின்றது. நம்மேல் தேவன் அப்படிக் கிருபை வைத்தால்தான் நாம் இன்று உலகினில் உயிரோடு இருக்கின்றோம். அந்தக் கிருபையில் நிலைத்து நிற்க அவருக்குச் செவிகொடுக்கவேண்டியது அவசியம். எனவேதான்,  நம்மைப்பார்த்துத்  தேவன் அன்புடன் கூறுகின்றார், "எனக்குச் செவிகொடுங்கள்" என்று. 

அப்படி நாம் அவருக்குச் செவிகொடுத்து அவரில் நிலைநிற்கும்போது, நாம் நமது முதிர்வயது அடையும்வரைத் தாங்குவேன் என்கின்றார் தேவன். ஆம், "உங்கள் முதிர்வயதுவரைக்கும் நான் அப்படிச் செய்வேன்; நரைவயதுமட்டும் நான் உங்களைத் தாங்குவேன்; நான் அப்படிச் செய்து வந்தேன்; இனிமேலும் நான் ஏந்துவேன், நான் சுமப்பேன், தப்புவிப்பேன்." ( ஏசாயா 46 : 4 )

இன்று நாம் உலகத்தில் நமக்கு ஏற்படும் பல்வேறு பிரச்சனைகள், துன்பங்கள், இவைகளைக்கண்டு மனம் கலங்குகின்றோம். ஆனால் நினைத்துப்பாருங்கள், தேவன் இன்றல்ல, நாம் உருவாகுமுன்பே நம்மை அறிந்துள்ளார். நமது தேவைகளை அறிந்துள்ளார். அதனால்தான் நாம் உயிருடன் உலகினில் இருக்கின்றோம். தாயின் வயிற்றில் தோன்றினதுமுதல் நம்மை ஏந்தி, தாயின் கர்ப்பத்தில் உற்பத்தியானதுமுதல் நம்மைத் தாங்கியவர் தொடர்ந்து நம்மைக் காப்பாற்றமாட்டாரா? 

ஆனால் இன்று நாம் நமக்கு ஏற்படும் ஒருசில துன்பங்களைக்கண்டு பல்வேறு அவிசுவாச எண்ணங்களால் கலங்குகின்றோம். அன்பானவர்களே, "என்னைத் தாயின் வயிற்றில் உருவாகுமுன்பே அறிந்த தேவன் எனது பிரச்சனைகளையும் அறிவார்.  எனவே நிச்சயம் அவைகளிலிருந்து என்னைத் தப்புவிப்பார்" என்று நாம் விசுவாச அறிக்கையிடவேண்டியது அவசியம்.  

இன்று வாலிப வயதில் படிப்புக்கேற்ற வேலையின்றி,  மற்றவர்களைப்போல் சமுதாயத்தில் சுயமரியாதையுடன் வாழவேண்டிய வாய்ப்புகள் மறுக்கப்பட்டு கலங்கி நிற்கும் மகனே, மகளே, உன்னைத் தாயின் கர்ப்பத்தில் தெரிந்துகொண்ட தேவன் கூறுகின்றார், "பயப்படாதே, நீ வெட்கப்படுவதில்லை; நாணாதே, நீ இலச்சையடைவதில்லை; உன் வாலிபத்தின் வெட்கத்தை நீ மறந்து, உன் விதவையிருப்பின் நிந்தையை இனி நினையாதிருப்பாய்." ( ஏசாயா 54 : 4 )

யாக்கோபின் சந்ததியாரே இஸ்ரவேல் சந்ததியில் மீதியாகிய சகல ஜனங்களே, எனக்குச் செவிகொடுங்கள் என்கின்றார் தேவனாகிய கர்த்தர். அப்போது நமது வாழ்க்கையினை அவரே பொறுப்பெடுத்துக்கொள்வார்.

Meditation - 2029

"AATHAVAN" | August 29, Saturday 2026

"Hearken unto me, O house of Jacob, and all the remnant of the house of Israel, which are borne by me from the belly, which are carried from the womb:" — Isaiah 46:3

Today’s meditation verse brings us immense comfort. Let us not be confused by the words Israel and Jacob—these terms refer to us. Yes, beloved ones, according to the Scriptures, we who live pleasingly to God are the Israel and the offspring of Jacob of today.

God has been carrying and guiding us ever since we were formed in our mother's womb. Today, we often see many women in hospitals grieving over miscarriages. For a child to be conceived in the womb and born safely into this world, the grace of God is abundantly required. It is only because God bestowed such grace upon us that we are alive in the world today. To remain established in that grace, it is vital to listen to Him. That is why God lovingly tells us, "Hearken unto me."

When we listen to Him and abide in Him, God promises to sustain us even until our old age. Yes,

"And even to your old age I am he; and even to hoar hairs will I carry you: I have made, and I will bear; even I will carry, and will deliver you." — Isaiah 46:4

Today, we are troubled in mind when we look at the various problems and afflictions we face in this world. But think about this: God did not just notice us today—He knew us even before we were formed. He knows all our needs. That is why we are alive in this world today. Will not He, who has borne us from the belly and carried us from the womb, continue to protect us?

Yet today, seeing a few trials that come our way, we are shaken by thoughts of unbelief. Beloved ones, we must make this confession of faith: "The God who knew me before I was formed in my mother's womb knows my problems too. Therefore, He will surely deliver me from them."

To the young men and women today who are distressed—lacking employment suited to your education and denied opportunities to live with self-respect in society like others—the God who chose you from your mother's womb says:

"Fear not; for thou shalt not be ashamed: neither be thou confounded; for thou shalt not be put to shame: for thou shalt not remember the reproach of thy widowhood anymore." — Isaiah 54:4 (ref. also Isaiah 54:4b)

The Lord God says, "Hearken unto me, O house of Jacob, and all the remnant of the house of Israel." When we do, He Himself will take complete charge of our lives.
