🦋 Meditation verse - ஆதியாகமம் 1 : 2 / Genesis 1:2

 தியானம் - 2025

"ஆதவன்" ஆகஸ்ட் 25 செவ்வாய் 2026

"பூமியானது ஒழுங்கின்மையும் வெறுமையுமாய் இருந்தது; ஆழத்தின்மேல் இருள் இருந்தது; தேவ ஆவியானவர் ஜலத்தின்மேல் அசைவாடிக்கொண்டிருந்தார்." ( ஆதியாகமம் 1 : 2 )

இந்த பூமியின் ஆரம்பகால நிகழ்வுகள் நமது வாழ்க்கையுடன் ஒன்றித்தே இருக்கின்றது. தேவன் எதனையும் நேர்த்தியான முறையில்தான் உருவாக்குவார். ஆனால் இன்றைய வசனத்தில் "பூமியானது ஒழுங்கின்மையும் வெறுமையுமாய் இருந்தது; ஆழத்தின்மேல் இருள் இருந்தது" என்று கூறுகின்றது. ஒழுங்கற்ற நிலையில் தேவன் எதனையும் உருவாக்க மாட்டார். எனவே, சில வேத அறிஞர்கள் இதற்கு விளக்கம் கூறும்போது, தேவனுக்கு எதிராகச் சாத்தான் கலகம் செய்தது இந்தகாலகட்டத்தில் இருக்கலாம் என்கின்றனர். (ஏசாயா 14:10-17 மற்றும் எசேக்கியேல் 28) எனவே, கலகம் செய்து வீழ்ச்சியடைந்த சாத்தான் இதனைச் செய்திருக்கலாம். எனவேதான் தேவனால் உருவாக்கப்பட்ட பூமியானது ஒழுங்கற்றுப் போனது என்கின்றனர்.   

அன்பானவர்களே, இதுபோலவே மனிதர்களையும் தேவன் செம்மையானவர்களாகவே  உருவாக்கினார். தேவ சாயலில் அவர்களை உருவாக்கினார். ஆனால் சாத்தானின் தந்திரத்தால் மனிதன் தேவ சாயலை இழந்தான். தான் இழந்த பரலோக இன்பத்தை மனிதர்கள் பெற்றுவிடக்கூடாது என்பதற்காகச் சாத்தான் மனிதர்களை வஞ்சித்து வைத்துள்ளான். இதனால் பூமிக்கு நேர்ந்த கதியே மனிதர்களுக்கும் ஏற்பட்டுள்ளது. பூமியானது ஒழுங்கின்மையும் வெறுமையுமாய் இருந்து இருள் சூழ்ந்து இருந்ததுபோல  மனிதர்களும் வெறுமையும் இருளும் சூழ்ந்தவர்களாக இருக்கின்றனர். 

ஆனால், ஆதியில் "தேவ ஆவியானவர் ஜலத்தின்மேல் அசைவாடிக்கொண்டிருந்தார்." அதனால் பூமி மாற்றமடைந்தது. தேவன் மனிதர்களும்  இப்படியே மாற்றமடைய விரும்புகின்றார். எனவேதான் தூய ஆவியானவரை அவர் மனிதர்களுக்குத் துணையாகத் தந்துள்ளார். மட்டுமல்ல, தனது வார்த்தையான வெளிச்சத்தையும் மனிதர்களுக்குள் அனுப்பியுள்ளார். இதனையே நாம் "தேவன் வெளிச்சம் உண்டாகக்கடவது என்றார். வெளிச்சம் உண்டாயிற்று."( ஆதியாகமம் 1 : 3 ) என்று வாசிக்கின்றோம்.

மனிதர்கள் மாற்றமடைய கிறிஸ்துவாகிய மெய்யான ஒளியை பிதாவாகிய தேவன் நமக்குத் தந்துள்ளார். "உலகத்திலே வந்து எந்த மனுஷனையும் பிரகாசிப்பிக்கிற ஒளியே அந்த மெய்யான ஒளி." ( யோவான் 1 : 9 ) ஆம், ஒழுங்கற்றும் இருள்சூழ்ந்தும் இருந்த பூமியை மாற்றி உயிர்க்கோளமாக மாற்றியதுபோல தேவன் மனிதர்களைக் கிறிஸ்துவின் ஒளியின் மூலம் புதிதாக மாற்றுகின்றார். 

ஆம், அன்று "தேவ ஆவியானவர் ஜலத்தின்மேல் அசைவாடிக்கொண்டிருந்தார்"; எனவே பூமி புத்துயிர் பெற்றது. இதுபோல தேவனின் ஆவியானவர் நம்மேல் அசைவாடிட நாம் இடம்கொடுக்கவேண்டியது அவசியம். அப்படி ஆவியானவர் நமக்குள் அசைவாடிடும்போது நாம் தேவன் அருளும் ஞானத்தை பெற்றவர்களாக மாறமுடியும். "நாங்களோ உலகத்தின் ஆவியைப் பெறாமல், தேவனால் எங்களுக்கு அருளப்பட்டவைகளை அறியும்படிக்கு தேவனிலிருந்து புறப்படுகிற ஆவியையே பெற்றோம்." ( 1 கொரிந்தியர் 2 : 12 ) என்கின்றார் அப்போஸ்தலரான பவுல். 

ஒழுங்கின்மையும் வெறுமையுமாய் இருக்கின்றதும் ஆழத்தின்மேல் இருள் சூழ்ந்ததுமான நமது வாழ்க்கை ஒளிபெறவேண்டுமானால் ஒளியான கிறிஸ்து நமக்குள் வரவேண்டியது அவசியம்; அதுபோல ஆவியானவரின் அசைவாடுதல் நமக்குத் தேவை. நமது வாழ்க்கையினை தேவனுக்கு ஒப்புக்கொடுத்து ஜெபிப்போம். ஒழுங்கற்று இருள் சூழ்ந்திருந்த பூமி புத்துயிர் பெற்றதுபோல நமது வாழ்கையினையும் அவர் மாற்றி மகிழ்விப்பார்.

Meditation - 2025                                                                                   "AATHAVAN" – August 25 Tuesday 2026

"And the earth was without form, and void; and darkness was upon the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters." — Genesis 1:2 (KJV)

The initial events of this earth closely mirror our own lives. God creates everything in an orderly and perfect manner. Yet today's verse states, "And the earth was without form, and void; and darkness was upon the face of the deep." God does not create anything in a state of chaos or disorder. Therefore, when explaining this passage, some scholars suggest that Satan's rebellion against God may have occurred during this period (Isaiah 14:10–17 and Ezekiel 28). Thus, Satan, who rebelled and fell, may have caused this destruction, resulting in the earth made by God becoming formless and void.

Beloved, in the same way, God created human beings upright and in His own image. But through Satan's subtlety, man lost the image of God. Satan has deceived humanity so that people might not attain the heavenly joy he himself lost. Consequently, the same fate that befell the earth has happened to human lives. Just as the earth was without form, void, and enveloped in darkness, human beings are also filled with emptiness and surrounded by darkness.

However, in the beginning, "the Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters," and because of this, the earth was transformed. God desires that human beings undergo this very same transformation. That is why He has given the Holy Spirit as a helper to mankind. Furthermore, He has sent the light of His Word into humans. This is what we read:

"And God said, Let there be light: and there was light." — Genesis 1:3 (KJV)

Indeed,

"That was the true Light, which lighteth every man that cometh into the world." — John 1:9 (KJV)

On that day, the Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters, and thus the earth was revived. Similarly, it is essential that we yield and make room for the Spirit of God to move upon us. When the Holy Spirit moves within us, we become recipients of the wisdom that God grants. As the Apostle Paul writes:

"Now we have received, not the spirit of the world, but the spirit which is of God; that we might know the things that are freely given to us of God." — 1 Corinthians 2:12 (KJV)

If our lives—which may be formless, void, and surrounded by darkness over the deep—are to receive light, Christ, who is the Light, must come into us. Likewise, we need the moving of the Holy Spirit. Let us surrender our lives to God in prayer. Just as the chaotic and dark earth was renewed, He will transform our lives and fill us with joy.
