🦋 Meditation verse - 1 தெசலோனிக்கேயர் 5 : 20 / 1 Thessalonians 5:20

 தியானம் - 2017

"ஆதவன்"ஆகஸ்ட் 17,  திங்கள் 2026

"தீர்க்கதரிசனங்களை அற்பமாயெண்ணாதிருங்கள்." ( 1 தெசலோனிக்கேயர் 5 : 20 )

மெய்யானத்  தீர்க்கத்தரிசனங்கள் தேவனால் அருளப்படுகின்றன. ஆனால் இன்றைய காலகட்டத்தில் அப்படி உண்மையான தீர்க்கத்தரசிகளைக் காண்பது அரிதாகவே இருக்கின்றது. மக்களும் தீர்க்கதரிசனங்களையும் அவர்கள் கூறுவதையும் இன்று பெரிதாக மதிப்பதில்லை. காரணம், உண்மையான தீர்க்கத்தரிசனத்தைவிட  கள்ளத் தீர்க்கத்தரிசனங்கள்  அதிகரித்துவிட்டதே. 

ஆனால் உண்மையான தீர்க்கத்தரிசனம் கூறப்படும்போது அதற்குச் செவிகொடுக்காமல் இருப்போமானால் அது நமக்கு சாபத்தைக் கொண்டுவரலாம். இதற்குச் சமாரியாவில் பெரிய பஞ்சம் ஏற்பட்டபோது எலிசா கூறிய தீர்க்கத்தரிசனத்தை நம்பாத ராஜாவுக்குக் கைலாகு கொடுக்கிற பிரதானி ஒருவன் உதாரணமாக  இருக்கின்றான். 

 

அந்தப் பஞ்சகாலத்தில் ராஜாவிடம் எலிசா "கர்த்தருடைய வார்த்தையைக் கேளுங்கள்: நாளை இந்நேரத்தில் சமாரியாவின் வாசலிலே ஒருமரக்கால் கோதுமைமா ஒருசேக்கலுக்கும், இரண்டுமரக்கால் வாற்கோதுமை ஒருசேக்கலுக்கும் விற்கப்படும் என்று கர்த்தர் சொல்லுகிறார் என்றான். அப்பொழுது ராஜாவுக்குக் கைலாகு கொடுக்கிற பிரதானி ஒருவன் தேவனுடைய மனுஷனுக்குப் பிரதியுத்தரமாக: இதோ, கர்த்தர் வானத்திலே மதகுகளை உண்டாக்கினாலும் இப்படி நடக்குமா என்றான். அதற்கு அவன்: உன்னுடைய கண்களினாலே அதைக் காண்பாய்; ஆனாலும் அதிலே சாப்பிடமாட்டாய் என்றான்." ( 2 இராஜாக்கள் 7 : 1, 2 )

எலிசா கூறியபடியே ஒருமரக்கால் கோதுமைமா ஒருசேக்கலுக்கும், இரண்டு மரக்கால் வாற்கோதுமை ஒரு சேக்கலுக்கும் விற்கப்பட்டது. ராஜா தனக்குக் கைலாகுகொடுக்கிற அந்தப் பிரதானியை ஒலிமுகவாசலில் விசாரிப்பாயிருக்கக் கட்டளையிட்டிருந்தான்; ஒலிமுகவாசலிலே மக்கள்  அவனை நெருங்கி மிதித்ததினாலே, எலிசா சொல்லியிருந்தபடியே. அவன் செத்துப்போனான். 

அன்பானவர்களே, எப்போதும் ஆசீர்வாதத்தையே கூறி மக்களை ஏமாற்றும் ஊழியர்களின் தீர்க்கத்தரிசனங்களை நாம் அற்பமாக எண்ணினால் அது தவறல்ல, ஆனால்,  நமது பாவங்களைக் குறித்தும் மனம்திரும்புதலைக் குறித்தும் உணர்த்தி நம்மை ஆவிக்குரிய வழியில் நடத்த விரும்பும் உண்மையான தீர்க்கத்தரிசிகளுக்கு நாம் கண்டிப்பாகச்    செவிகொடுக்கவேண்டியது  அவசியம். இல்லையானால் நாம் தேவனுடைய மீட்பு அனுபவத்தைப் பெறாமலேயே போய்விடுவோம்.       

ஏனெனில், "தீர்க்கதரிசனமானது ஒருகாலத்திலும் மனுஷருடைய சித்தத்தினாலே உண்டாகவில்லை; தேவனுடைய பரிசுத்த மனுஷர்கள் பரிசுத்த ஆவியினாலே ஏவப்பட்டுப் பேசினார்கள்." ( 2 பேதுரு 1 : 21 ) அன்பானவர்களே, உண்மையான தேவ மனிதர்களை அடையாளம் கண்டுகொள்வோம். தேவனுடைய மனிதர்களின் வார்த்தைகளை மதித்து ஏற்றுக்கொள்வோம். அந்த வார்த்தைகள் கூறும் உண்மையினை உணர்ந்து நம்மைத் திருத்திக்கொள்வோம்.  தீர்க்கத்தரிசனமானது ஒருகாலத்திலும் மனுஷருடைய சித்தத்தினாலே உண்டாகவில்லை.

"Despise not prophesyings." (1 Thessalonians 5:20)

True prophecies are given by God. However, in this present day, finding genuine prophets has become rare. People also do not place much value on prophecies or the words spoken through them today. The reason for this is that false prophecies have increased far more than true ones.

Yet, if we fail to give ear when a true prophecy is spoken, it may bring a curse upon us. An example of this is the lord on whose hand the king leaned, who refused to believe the prophecy spoken by Elisha during the great famine in Samaria.

During that famine, Elisha said to the king:

"Hear ye the word of the LORD; Thus, saith the LORD, Tomorrow about this time shall a measure of fine flour be sold for a shekel, and two measures of barley for a shekel, in the gate of Samaria. Then a lord on whose hand the king leaned answered the man of God, and said, Behold, if the LORD would make windows in heaven, might this thing be? And he said, Behold, thou shalt see it with thine eyes, but shalt not eat thereof." (2 Kings 7:1–2)

Just as Elisha had spoken, a measure of fine flour was sold for a shekel, and two measures of barley for a shekel. And the king appointed the lord on whose hand he leaned to have the charge of the gate; and the people trod upon him in the gate, and he died, as the man of God had said.

Beloved, if we despise the prophecies of ministers who constantly deceive people by speaking only of blessings, that is not wrong. However, we must certainly listen to true prophets who convict us of our sins, call us to repentance, and seek to lead us in the spiritual way. Otherwise, we will miss out on receiving God's experience of salvation.

For the Scriptures declare:

"For the prophecy came not in old time by the will of man: but holy men of God spake as they were moved by the Holy Ghost." (2 Peter 1:21)

Beloved, let us discern and recognize true men of God. Let us honour and receive the words of God's servants. Recognizing the truth spoken through those words, let us correct and amend our lives. Prophecy never came by the will of man.
