 "விதைகளின் உள்ளே" 🌳

📖 வேதாகமத் தியானம் - எண் 1825

🔆 ஆதவன் 05.02.2026 வியாழன்   

"தேவன் ஐசுவரியத்தையும் சம்பத்தையும் எவனுக்குக் கொடுத்திருக்கிறாரோ, அவன் அதிலே புசிக்கவும், தன் பங்கைப் பெறவும், தன் பிரயாசத்திலே மகிழ்ச்சியாயிருக்கவும் அவனுக்கு அதிகாரம் அளிப்பது தேவனுடைய அநுக்கிரகம்." ( பிரசங்கி 5: 19)

பலரும் தங்களது உடல் பலமும், பணபலமும், உயர்பதவியுமே உலகத்தில் மகிச்சியாக வாழவும் இந்த உலகத்தில் காரியங்களைச் சாதிக்கவும் போதுமானவை என்று எண்ணிக்கொள்கின்றனர். ஆனால், தேவனுடைய கிருபையில்லாமல் நம்மால் இந்த உலகத்தில் ஒன்றையும் செய்யமுடியாது என வேதாகமம் நமக்கு அறிவுறுத்துகின்றது. பொதுவாக மனிதர்களிடம் இந்த அறிவு இருப்பதில்லை. ஆனால், தன்னிடம் இருக்கும் இவை அனைத்தையும் ஒருவர் இழக்கும்போது மட்டுமே அவரது அறிவுக்கண்  திறக்கப்பட்டுத் தேவனைத் தேடுகின்றார்.  

ஆனால், நாம் தேவனுக்குள் ஆவிக்குரிய வாழ்வு வாழும்போது தேவன் நமக்கு இந்த அறிவைத் தருகின்றார். அப்போது நாம் நம்மையல்ல; தேவனை முன்னிலைப்படுத்தி வாழ்பவர்களாக மாறிவிடுகின்றோம். எனவேதான் பவுல் அப்போஸ்தலர், "எங்களால் ஏதாகிலும் ஆகும் என்பதுபோல ஒன்றை யோசிக்கிறதற்கு நாங்கள் எங்களாலே தகுதியானவர்கள் அல்ல; எங்களுடைய தகுதி தேவனால் உண்டாயிருக்கிறது." (2 கொரிந்தியர் 3: 5) என்று கூறுகின்றார். 

ஆம் அன்பானவர்களே, நமது தகுதி தேவனால் உண்டாகியிருக்கின்றது. "ஏனெனில் அவருக்குள் நாம் பிழைக்கிறோம், அசைகிறோம், இருக்கிறோம்; அப்படியே உங்கள் புலவர்களிலும் சிலர், நாம் அவருடைய சந்ததியார் என்று சொல்லியிருக்கிறார்கள்." ( அப். நடபடிகள் 17: 28) என்று நாம் வாசிக்கின்றோம். 

இந்த உலகினில் கோடிக்கணக்கான சொத்துக்களுக்கு அதிபதிகளாக வாழ்ந்தாலும் அவற்றை அனுபவிக்கும் தகுதியற்றவர்களாக நாம் இருப்போமானால் அதனால் என்னபயன்? பலர் இப்படியே உலகினில் வாழ்கின்றனர். பணத்துக்கு எந்தக் குறைவில்லாமல் இருந்தாலும் உப்பில்லாத ஓட்ஸ் கஞ்சியையும், உப்பில்லாத கோதுமை ரொட்டியையும் தின்னக்கூடிய நிலை பலருக்கு. ஆம், இதனையே இன்றைய தியான வசனம், "தேவன் ஐசுவரியத்தையும் சம்பத்தையும் எவனுக்குக் கொடுத்திருக்கிறாரோ, அவன் அதிலே புசிக்கவும், தன் பங்கைப் பெறவும், தன் பிரயாசத்திலே மகிழ்ச்சியாயிருக்கவும் அவனுக்கு அதிகாரம் அளிப்பது தேவனுடைய அநுக்கிரகம்." என்று கூறுகின்றது. 

எனவே அன்பானவர்களே, நமக்கு தேவன் செல்வத்தைத் தந்திருந்தால் அதுகுறித்துப் பெருமையடையாமல்  அவருக்குப் பயந்த வாழ்க்கை வாழ்வோம். ஏனெனில் தேவனது சித்தம் நமக்கு முற்றிலும் தெரியாது; நாளை நடப்பதுகூடத் தெரியாது. எனவேதான், "நாளைக்கு நடப்பது உங்களுக்குத் தெரியாதே. உங்கள் ஜீவன் எப்படிப்பட்டது? கொஞ்சக்காலந்தோன்றிப் பின்பு தோன்றாமற்போகிற புகையைப்போலிருக்கிறதே. ஆதலால்: ஆண்டவருக்குச் சித்தமானால், நாங்களும் உயிரோடிருந்தால், இன்னின்னதைச் செய்வோம் என்று சொல்லவேண்டும்." ( யாக்கோபு 4: 14, 15) என நமக்கு அறிவுறுத்துகின்றார் யாக்கோபு. 

இந்த உலகினில் உண்ணவும், உடுத்தவும், நமக்கான நல்ல வாழ்விடத்தை நாம் அனுபவிப்பதும், நமது உழைப்பின் பிரயாசத்திலே மகிழ்ச்சியாயிருக்கவும் நமக்குக் கிருபை அளிப்பது தேவனுடைய அநுக்கிரகம். எனவே எப்போதும் தேவனது கிருபையினைச் சார்ந்துகொள்வோம். தேவனது கிருபை இல்லாமல் உலகச் செல்வங்கள் மட்டும் நம்மை மகிழ்ச்சியாக வாழச்செய்யாது எனும்  இந்த அறிவுடன் தேவனைச் சார்ந்துகொள்வோம்.  "ஏனெனில் அவருக்குள் நாம் பிழைக்கிறோம், அசைகிறோம், இருக்கிறோம்".

“Furthermore, as for every man to whom God has given riches and wealth, He has also empowered him to eat from them and to receive his reward and rejoice in his labour; this is the gift of God.” (Ecclesiastes 5:19)

Many people assume that physical strength, financial power, and high position are sufficient to live happily and to accomplish great things in this world. However, the Bible clearly instructs us that without the grace of God, we are unable to do anything in this world. Generally, human beings do not possess this understanding. Only when a person loses all that he relies on does his spiritual perception open, and he begins to seek God.

But when we live a spiritual life in God, He graciously grants us this understanding. At that point, we no longer centre our lives on ourselves, but we begin to live with God at the centre. That is why the Apostle Paul says:

“Not that we are adequate in ourselves so as to consider anything as coming from ourselves, but our adequacy is from God.” (2 Corinthians 3:5)

Yes, beloved, our adequacy comes from God. As we read:

“For in Him we live and move and exist, as even some of your own poets have said, ‘For we also are His children.’” (Acts 17:28)

Even if we live in this world as owners of millions in wealth, what benefit is there if we are not qualified to enjoy them? Many people live exactly like this. Though they lack nothing in terms of money, they live as if eating tasteless porridge without salt and bread without flavour. Yes, this is precisely what today’s meditation verse declares:

“Furthermore, as for every man to whom God has given riches and wealth, He has also empowered him to eat from them and to receive his reward and rejoice in his labour; this is the gift of God.” (Ecclesiastes 5:19)

Therefore, beloved, if God has given us wealth, let us not take pride in it, but live a life that fears Him. For we do not fully know the will of God, nor do we even know what will happen tomorrow. That is why James instructs us:

“Yet you do not know what your life will be like tomorrow. You are just a vapor that appears for a little while and then vanishes away. Instead, you ought to say, ‘If the Lord wills, we will live and also do this or that.’ (James 4:14–15)

In this world, the grace that allows us to eat, to be clothed, to enjoy a good dwelling place, and to rejoice in the labour of our work is truly the gift of God. Therefore, let us always depend on the grace of God. With the understanding that worldly riches alone cannot make us live joyfully without God’s grace, let us cling to Him wholeheartedly.

“For in Him we live and move and exist.”
