 "விதைகளின் உள்ளே" 🌳

📖 வேதாகமத் தியானம் - எண் 1845

🔆 ஆதவன் 25.02.2026 புதன் 

"தேவாலயத்திலும் பெரியவர் இங்கே இருக்கிறார் என்று உங்களுக்குச் சொல்லுகிறேன்." ( மத்தேயு 12: 6)

இந்த உலகத்தில் நாம் பெரிய பெரிய ஆலயங்களைக் கண்டு வியப்படைகின்றோம். சில ஆலயங்களை வல்லமை மிக்கவை என எண்ணுகின்றோம். அத்தகைய ஆலயங்களுக்கு மக்கள் கூட்டமும் அலைமோதுகின்றது. அன்று யூதர்களும் சீடர்களும் இப்படித்தான் எருசலேம் ஆலயத்தைக் கண்டு வியந்தனர். "அவர் தேவாலயத்தை விட்டுப் புறப்படும்போது, அவருடைய சீஷர்களில் ஒருவன் அவரை நோக்கி: போதகரே, இதோ, இந்தக் கல்லுகள் எப்படிப்பட்டது! இந்தக் கட்டடங்கள் எப்படிப்பட்டது! பாரும்." ( மாற்கு 13: 1) என்று வியந்து கூறியதைப் பார்க்கின்றோம். 

ஆனால் இயேசு கிறிஸ்து தன்னைத் தேவாலயத்திலும் பெரியவர் என்று கூறினார். ஆம் அன்பானவர்களே, விண்ணையும் மண்ணையும் படைத்த சர்வ வல்லவரான தேவன் தேவாலயத்தைவிடவும் பெரியவராக இருக்கின்றார். இதனைத்தான் அவர் தெளிவாக இன்றைய தியான வசனத்தில் கூறித்  தனது தெய்வீகத்தை உணர்த்துகின்றார்.  

கிறிஸ்துவுக்குப் பல ஆயிரம் ஆண்டுகளுக்கு முன்னரே தான் கட்டிய ஆலயத்தைக் குறித்து சாலமோன் இராஜா, "தேவன் மெய்யாக பூமியிலே வாசம்பண்ணுவாரோ? இதோ, வானங்களும் வானாதி வானங்களும் உம்மைக் கொள்ளாதே; நான் கட்டின இந்த ஆலயம் எம்மாத்திரம்?"(1 இராஜாக்கள் 8:27) என்று கூறுவதைப் பார்க்கின்றோம். "தேவன் மெய்யாக பூமியிலே வாசம்பண்ணுவாரோ?" என்று சாலமோன் சந்தேகத்துடன் கேள்வி கேட்டார். ஆனால், தேவன் பூமியில் வாசம்பண்ணுவார் என்பதனை இயேசு கிறிஸ்து பூமியில் பிறந்து பதில்  தந்தார். 

தேவன் தேவாலயத்தைவிடப் பெரியவர் என்பதனை ஸ்தேவானும் கூறுகின்றார். "ஆகிலும் உன்னதமானவர் கைகளினால் செய்யப்பட்ட ஆலயங்களில் வாசமாயிரார். வானம் எனக்குச் சிங்காசனமும் பூமி எனக்குப் பாதப்படியுமாயிருக்கிறது; எனக்காக நீங்கள் எப்படிப்பட்ட வீட்டைக் கட்டுவீர்கள்; நான் தங்கியிருக்கத்தக்க ஸ்தலம் எது" (அப்போஸ்தலர் 7:48, 49)

ஆம் அன்பானவர்களே, தேவனை நாம் நான்கு சுவர்களுக்குள் அடைத்திடமுடியாது. அவர் தேவாலயத்தைவிடப் பெரியவர், வானங்களைவிட உயர்ந்தவர். அத்தகைய உயர்ந்தவரே ஆண்டவராகிய இயேசு கிறிஸ்து. 

ஆனால், இப்படி தேவாலயமும், வானங்களும் கொள்ளாத தேவன் மனிதர்களுடைய சிறிய இருதயத்தினுள் வந்து தங்குகின்றார். இதுதான் மிகப்பெரிய ஆச்சரியம். ஆம், "நீங்கள் தேவனுடைய ஆலயமாயிருக்கிறீர்களென்றும், தேவனுடைய ஆவி உங்களில் வாசமாயிருக்கிறாரென்றும் அறியாதிருக்கிறீர்களா? ஒருவன் தேவனுடைய ஆலயத்தைக் கெடுத்தால், அவனைத் தேவன் கெடுப்பார்; தேவனுடைய ஆலயம் பரிசுத்தமாயிருக்கிறது; நீங்களே அந்த ஆலயம்." (1 கொரிந்தியர் 3: 16, 17)

மேலும், இதனை அப்போஸ்தலரான பவுல் ஒரு இரகசியம் என்று கூறுகின்றார். "புறஜாதிகளுக்குள்ளே விளங்கிய இந்த இரகசியத்திலுள்ள மகிமையின் ஐசுவரியம் இன்னதென்று, தேவன் தம்முடைய பரிசுத்தவான்களுக்குத் தெரியப்படுத்தச் சித்தமானார்; கிறிஸ்துவானவர் மகிமையின் நம்பிக்கையாக உங்களுக்குள் இருப்பதே அந்த இரகசியம்." ( கொலோசெயர் 1: 27) கிறிஸ்து நமக்குள் இருப்பதால் நாமே ஆலயமாகிவிடுகின்றோம். 

ஆம் அன்பானவர்களே, கிறிஸ்து பெரிய பெரிய ஆலயங்களுக்குள் அடைபட்டுக் கிடப்பவரல்ல, அவர் தேவாலயத்தைவிடப் பெரியவர். ஆனால் அதே கிறிஸ்துவானவர் மகிமையின் நம்பிக்கையாக நமக்குள் இருக்கின்றார். இந்த இரகசியத்தை நாம் புரிந்துகொள்வோமானால் மட்டுமே நமது ஆவிக்குரிய வாழ்க்கை முற்றிலும் மாறுதலடையும்.

“But I say to you that something greater than the temple is here.” — Gospel of Matthew 12:6

In this world, we stand in awe of magnificent temples and grand cathedrals. Some places of worship are regarded as especially powerful, and multitudes gather there. In the same way, the Jews and the disciples once marvelled at the temple in Jerusalem.

“As He was going out of the temple, one of His disciples said to Him, ‘Teacher, behold what wonderful stones and what wonderful buildings!’” — Gospel of Mark 13:1

They admired the grandeur of the structure.

But Jesus Christ declared that He is greater than the temple. Yes, beloved, the Almighty God—the Creator of heaven and earth—is greater than any temple. Through today’s meditation verse, He clearly revealed His divinity.

Thousands of years before Christ, King Solomon, speaking about the temple he built, said:

“But will God indeed dwell on the earth? Behold, heaven and the highest heaven cannot contain You, how much less this house which I have built!” — 1 Kings 8:27

Solomon asked in wonder, “Will God indeed dwell on the earth?” That question was answered when Jesus Christ was born into this world. Yes, God does dwell on earth.

Stephen also proclaimed that God is greater than temples:

“However, the Most High does not dwell in houses made by human hands… ‘Heaven is My throne, and earth is the footstool of My feet; what kind of house will you build for Me?’ says the Lord.” — Acts of the Apostles 7:48–49

Beloved, we cannot confine God within four walls. He is greater than temples, higher than the heavens. That exalted One is the Lord Jesus Christ.

Yet here is the greatest wonder: the God whom even the heavens cannot contain comes to dwell in the small human heart.

“Do you not know that you are a temple of God and that the Spirit of God dwells in you? If anyone destroys the temple of God, God will destroy that person; for the temple of God is holy, and that is what you are.” — 1 Corinthians 3:16–17

Furthermore, the Apostle Paul calls this a mystery:

“…to whom God willed to make known what the riches of the glory of this mystery among the Gentiles are, which is Christ in you, the hope of glory.” — Epistle to the Colossians 1:27

Because Christ dwells in us, we ourselves become His temple.

Yes, beloved, Christ is not One who is confined within magnificent buildings. He is greater than the temple. Yet that same Christ lives within us as the hope of glory. Only when we understand this mystery will our spiritual life be completely transformed.
