📖 வேதாகமத் தியானம் - எண் 1836
🔆 ஆதவன் 16.02.2026 திங்கள்
"உன் கிரியைகளை அறிந்திருக்கிறேன்; உனக்குக் கொஞ்சம் பெலன் இருந்தும், நீ என் நாமத்தை மறுதலியாமல், என் வசனத்தைக் கைக்கொண்டபடியினாலே, இதோ, திறந்தவாசலை உனக்கு முன்பாக வைத்திருக்கிறேன், அதை ஒருவனும் பூட்டமாட்டான்." ( வெளிப்படுத்தின விசேஷம் 3: 8)
இன்றைய தியான வசனம் பலம் குறைந்த மனிதர்களாகிய நமக்கு ஆறுதல் அளிக்கும் வசனமாகும். தேவனுக்கு ஏற்புடைய வாழ்க்கை வாழ்வதற்கு நமக்கு மிகப்பெரிய பலம் தேவையில்லை. நமக்கு இருக்கின்ற பலத்தோடு தேவனை மறுதலியாத சாட்சி வாழ்க்கை வாழ்ந்தாலே போதும். பெலனில்லாதவர்களையும் அவரால் பலப்படுத்திப் பயன்படுத்த முடியும். "சோர்ந்துபோகிறவனுக்கு அவர் பெலன் கொடுத்து, சத்துவமில்லாதவனுக்குச் சத்துவத்தைப் பெருகப்பண்ணுகிறார்." ( ஏசாயா 40: 29) என்று நாம் வாசிக்கவில்லையா?
நியாயாதிபதிகள் நூலில், மீதியானியர் கையிலிருந்து இஸ்ரவேலரை இரட்சிக்க தேவன் கிதியோனைத் தெரிந்துகொள்வதை நாம் பார்க்கலாம். அப்போது கிதியோன், "ஆ என் ஆண்டவரே, நான் இஸ்ரவேலை எதினாலே இரட்சிப்பேன்; இதோ, மனாசேயில் என் குடும்பம் மிகவும் எளியது; என் தகப்பன் வீட்டில் நான் எல்லாரிலும் சிறியவன் என்றான்." ( நியாயாதிபதிகள் 6: 15) "அப்பொழுது கர்த்தர் அவனை நோக்கிப் பார்த்து: உனக்கு இருக்கிற இந்தப் பலத்தோடே போ; நீ இஸ்ரவேலை மீதியானியரின் கைக்கு நீங்கலாக்கி இரட்சிப்பாய்; உன்னை அனுப்புகிறவர் நான் அல்லவா என்றார்." ( நியாயாதிபதிகள் 6: 14)
ஆம் அன்பானவர்களே, தேவன் நம்மை அனுப்பும்போது அல்லது நம்மோடு இருக்கும்போது நமக்கு இருக்கின்ற பலம் போதும். அதனை மட்டும் வைத்துக்கொண்டு விசுவாசத்தைக் கைவிடாமல் இருக்கவேண்டியதே முக்கியம். பிலதெல்பியா சபை இப்படித்தான் இருந்தது. எனவேதான், "உனக்குக் கொஞ்சம் பெலன் இருந்தும், நீ என் நாமத்தை மறுதலியாமல், என் வசனத்தைக் கைக்கொண்டபடியினாலே, இதோ, திறந்தவாசலை உனக்கு முன்பாக வைத்திருக்கிறேன்" என்கிறார் தேவன்.
மட்டுமல்ல, இந்தக் கொஞ்சமான பலத்தைக்கொண்டு அவர்கள் தேவன் செயல்படுவதற்கு பொறுமையாகக் காத்திருந்தார்கள். எனவேதான் தேவன் தொடர்ந்து கூறுகின்றார், "என் பொறுமையைக்குறித்துச் சொல்லிய வசனத்தை நீ காத்துக்கொண்டபடியினால், பூமியில் குடியிருக்கிறவர்களைச் சோதிக்கும்படியாகப் பூச்சக்கரத்தின்மேலெங்கும் வரப்போகிற சோதனைகாலத்திற்குத் தப்பும்படி நானும் உன்னைக் காப்பேன்." ( வெளிப்படுத்தின விசேஷம் 3: 10)
இன்று ஆவிக்குரிய வாழ்க்கை வாழும் வயதான பலர் சோர்வுடன் கூறுவதை நான் பலமுறைக் கேட்டுள்ளேன். "பிரதர், எனக்கு முன்புபோல அதிகநேரம் ஜெபிக்கமுடியவில்லை; வேதம் வாசிக்கமுடியவில்லை. மற்றபடி நான் ஆவிக்குரிய வாழ்வில் விசுவாசத்தோடுதான் இருக்கிறேன். எனது உடல் பலவீனம் முன்புபோல செயல்பட என்னை அனுமதிக்கவில்லை" என்று கூறுவார்கள். ஆம் அன்பானவர்களே, ஒருவேளை நீங்களும் இதுபோல இருக்கலாம். ஆனால் உங்களைப் பார்த்துத் தேவன் கூறுகின்றார், "உனக்குக் கொஞ்சம் பெலன் இருந்தும், நீ என் நாமத்தை மறுதலியாமல், என் வசனத்தைக் கைக்கொண்டபடியினாலே, இதோ, திறந்தவாசலை உனக்கு முன்பாக வைத்திருக்கிறேன்."
தொடர்ந்து ஜெபித்துக்கொண்டும் வேதம் வாசித்துக்கொண்டும் வாழும் பலர் சாட்சியற்று, உண்மையில்லாதவர்களாக வாழ்வதை நாம் பார்க்கின்றோம். அவர்கள் மத்தியில் விசுவாசத்தைக் காத்துக்கொண்டு உண்மையாக, பொறுமையாக வாழும் பலவீன மனிதர்களையேத் தேவன் விரும்புகின்றார்.
இதுபோலச் சிலர் தொடர்ந்த துன்பங்களினால் மனம் சோர்ந்து பலவீனமாக இருக்கலாம். ஆனாலும் தேவன்மேலுள்ள விசுவாசத்தில் அவர்கள் நிலைத்திருப்பதை தேவன் விரும்புகின்றார். "அந்தப்படி நான் பலவீனமாயிருக்கும்போதே பலமுள்ளவனாயிருக்கிறேன்; ஆகையால் கிறிஸ்துவினிமித்தம் எனக்கு வரும் பலவீனங்களிலும், நிந்தைகளிலும், நெருக்கங்களிலும், துன்பங்களிலும், இடுக்கண்களிலும் நான் பிரியப்படுகிறேன்." (2 கொரிந்தியர் 12: 10) எனப் பவுல் அப்போஸ்தலர் கூறவில்லையா?
எனவே, பொறுமையுடன் விசுவாசத்தைக் கைவிடாமல் சாட்சி வாழ்க்கை வாழ முயற்சி செய்வோம். இப்படி நாம் வாழ்வோமானால் "இதோ, திறந்தவாசலை உனக்கு முன்பாக வைத்திருக்கிறேன், அதை ஒருவனும் பூட்டமாட்டான்" என்கிறார் தேவனாகிய கர்த்தர்.

🔆 AATHAVAN –
16.02.2026 Monday
“I know your deeds. Behold,
I have put before you an open door which no one can shut, because you have a
little power, and have followed My word, and have not denied My name.” — Revelation
3:8
Today’s meditation verse is
a word of comfort for us who are people of limited strength. To live a life
that pleases God, we do not need extraordinary power. It is enough if, with the
strength we have, we live a faithful witness without denying Him. Even those
who are weak can be strengthened and used by Him.
Have we not read:
“He gives strength to the
weary, and to the one who lacks might He increases power.” — Isaiah 40:29
In the Book of Judges, we
see God choosing Gideon to deliver Israel from the hand of the Midianites.
Gideon responded:
“Please, Lord, how am I to
save Israel? Behold, my family is the least in Manasseh, and I am the youngest
in my father’s house.” — Judges 6:15
But the Lord answered him:
“Go in this your strength
and deliver Israel from the hand of Midian. Have I not sent you?” — Judges
6:14
Yes, beloved, when God sends
us or when He is with us, the strength we have is enough. What matters most is
that we do not abandon our faith. The church in Philadelphia was like this.
That is why the Lord said:
“You have a little power,
and have followed My word, and have not denied My name.” — Revelation 3:8
Not only that, with their
little strength, they patiently waited for God to act. Therefore, the Lord
continued:
“Because you have kept My
word of perseverance, I also will keep you from the hour of the testing, that
hour which is about to come upon the whole world, to test those who live on the
earth.” — Revelation 3:10
Today, I have often heard
elderly believers who live spiritual lives speak with weariness: “Brother, I am
not able to pray as long as before. I cannot read the Bible as I used to. But I
remain faithful in my spiritual walk. My physical weakness does not allow me to
function as before.”
Yes, dear ones, perhaps you may also be in such a
condition. But the Lord says to you:
“You have a little power…
and have not denied My name… behold, I have put before you an open door which
no one can shut.” — Revelation 3:8
We often see people who pray
continuously and read the Scriptures regularly, yet live without true testimony
or sincerity. But God delights in weak people who hold fast their faith and
live truthfully and patiently among them.
Some may also be weak and
discouraged because of continuous suffering. Yet what God desires is that they
remain steadfast in faith. Did not the Apostle Paul say:
“Therefore, I delight in
weaknesses, in insults, in distresses, in persecutions, in difficulties, in
behalf of Christ; for when I am weak, then I am strong.” — 2 Corinthians
12:10
Therefore, let us strive to
live a life of testimony with patience, without letting go of our faith. If we
live in this manner, the Lord God assures us:
“Behold, I have put before
you an open door which no one can shut.” — Revelation 3:8
