Bible Verses Explained - "சீயோன் குமாரத்தி"

 வேதாகமத் தியானம் - எண்:- 1,397

'ஆதவன்' 💚டிசம்பர் 05, 2024. 💚வியாழக்கிழமை     

"சீயோன் குமாரத்தியே, கெம்பீரித்துப்பாடு; இஸ்ரவேலரே, ஆர்ப்பரியுங்கள்; எருசலேம் குமாரத்தியே, நீ முழு இருதயத்தோடும் மகிழ்ந்து களிகூரு." ( செப்பனியா 3: 14) 

இன்றைய தியான வசனம் "சீயோன் குமாரத்தி", "இஸ்ரவேலர்" என்று கூறுவதால் பலரும் இது வேறு யாருக்கோ கூறப்பட்ட வார்த்தைகள் என்று எண்ணிக்கொள்ளலாம்.   ஆனால் கிறிஸ்துவால் மீட்கப்பட்ட நாமே சீயோன் குமாரத்திகளும் இஸ்ரவேலருமாய் இருக்கின்றோம். சீயோன் என்பது தேவனது பரலோக சந்நிதானத்தைக் குறிக்கின்றது. நாம் அதன் பிள்ளைகளாகின்றோம். ஆம் அன்பானவர்களே, "ஆகையால் விசுவாசமார்க்கத்தார்கள் எவர்களோ அவர்களே ஆபிரகாமின் பிள்ளைகளென்று அறிவீர்களாக." ( கலாத்தியர் 3: 7) என்று கூறுகின்றார் அப்போஸ்தலரான பவுல். அதாவது கிறிஸ்து இயேசுவின்மேல் விசுவாசம் கொண்டு வாழும் நாமே சீயோன் குமாரத்திகளும் ஆவிக்குரிய இஸ்ரவேலருமாய் இருக்கின்றோம். 

இன்றைய தியான வசனம் நமக்கு மகிழ்ச்சியான ஒரு வாழ்க்கை வாழ அறைகூவல்விடுக்கின்றது. பாடி ஆர்ப்பரித்து மகிழ்ந்து களிகூரும்படி இந்த வசனம் சொல்கின்றது. ஏன் கெம்பீரித்துப் பாடவேண்டும்? ஏன் ஆர்ப்பரிக்கவேண்டும்? மகிழ்ந்து களிகூரவேண்டும்?  இதற்கான விடையினை அடுத்த வசனம் கூறுகின்றது, "கர்த்தர் உன் ஆக்கினைகளை அகற்றி, உன் சத்துருக்களை விலக்கினார்; இஸ்ரவேலின் ராஜாவாகிய கர்த்தர் உன் நடுவிலே இருக்கிறார்; இனித்தீங்கைக் காணாதிருப்பாய்." ( செப்பனியா 3: 15)

ஆவிக்குரியவர்களாக நாம் வாழும்போது கர்த்தர் நமது ஆக்கினைகளை  அகற்றி, நமது சத்துருக்களை நம்மைவிட்டு விலக்குவார். இஸ்ரவேலின் ராஜாவாகிய கர்த்தர் நமது நடுவிலே இருப்பார்; நாம் இனித்தீங்கைக் காணாதிருப்போம்.  சத்துருக்கள் என்று கூறுவதால் நமக்கு எதிராக இருக்கும் மனிதர்களை மட்டுமல்ல, நம்மை சாத்தானுக்கு அடிமைகளாக்கும் பாவங்களையும் குறிக்கின்றது. சீயோன் குமாரத்திகளாக நாம் வாழும்போது பாவத்துக்கு நீங்கலாகிவிடுகின்றோம். எனவே மகிழ்ந்து களிகூரவேண்டும்.

ஆம் அன்பானவர்களே, கிறிஸ்துவின் இரத்தத்தால் கழுவப்பட்டு மீட்கப்படும்போது நாம் அவரது ஆவியின் பிரமானத்துக்குள் வந்துவிடுகின்றோம். அந்த ஆவியின் பிரமாணம் நம்மைப் பாவத்துக்கும் அதன் விளைவான நித்திய மரணத்துக்கும் நம்மை விடுதலையாக்குகின்றது. "கிறிஸ்து இயேசுவினாலே ஜீவனுடைய ஆவியின் பிரமாணம் என்னைப் பாவம் மரணம் என்பவைகளின் பிரமாணத்தினின்று விடுதலையாக்கிற்றே" ( ரோமர் 8: 2) என்று வாசிக்கின்றோம். 

இப்படி நாம் விசுவாச மார்கத்துக்குள் வரும்போது நாமே சீயோன் குமாரத்திகளும் இஸ்ரவேலருமாகின்றோம். கர்த்தர் நமது ஆக்கினைகளை அகற்றி, நமது சத்துருக்களை நம்மைவிட்டு விலக்குவார் நாம் இனித்தீங்கைக் காணாதிருப்போம். எனவே கெம்பீரித்துப்பாடி ஆர்ப்பரியுங்கள் என்றும்  சீயோன் குமாரத்தியே, நீ முழு இருதயத்தோடும் மகிழ்ந்து களிகூரு என்றும் இன்றைய தியான வசனம் கூறுகின்றது. 

நாம் விசுவாசமார்க்கத்தார்கள் ஆகும்போது நமது இந்த மகிழ்ச்சி உன்னத சீயோனாகிய பரலோகத்திலும் எதிரொலிக்கும் என்று இயேசு கிறிஸ்து கூறினார். "மனந்திரும்ப அவசியமில்லாத தொண்ணூற்றொன்பது நீதிமான்களைக்குறித்துச் சந்தோஷம் உண்டாகிறதைப்பார்க்கிலும் மனந்திரும்புகிற ஒரே பாவியினிமித்தம் பரலோகத்தில் மிகுந்த சந்தோஷம் உண்டாயிருக்கும் என்று உங்களுக்குச் சொல்லுகிறேன்." ( லுூக்கா 15: 7) சீயோன் குமாரத்திகளாக, ஆவிக்குரிய இஸ்ரவேலர்களாக மாறுவோம் நம்மிலும் நமதுமூலம் பரலோகத்திலும் மகிழ்ச்சி உண்டாகட்டும்.

Scripture Meditation - No: 1,397

AATHAVAN💚 December 05, 2024. 💚 Thursday

"Sing, O daughter of Zion; shout, O Israel; be glad and rejoice with all the heart, O daughter of Jerusalem." (Zephaniah 3:14)

Today’s verse addresses the “daughter of Zion” and “Israel,” leading some to assume these words were directed at someone else. However, as those redeemed by Christ, we are the spiritual daughters of Zion and the spiritual Israel. Zion refers to God’s heavenly dwelling, and we are His children.

As the Apostle Paul declares, “Know ye therefore that they which are of faith, the same are the children of Abraham.” (Galatians 3:7). This means that we, who live by faith in Christ Jesus, are the spiritual daughters of Zion and the spiritual Israel.

Today’s meditation verse calls us to a life of joy. It invites us to sing, shout, and rejoice with all our hearts. But why should we sing? Why should we shout and rejoice? The next verse provides the answer:

"The Lord hath taken away thy judgments, he hath cast out thine enemy: the king of Israel, even the Lord, is in the midst of thee: thou shalt not see evil anymore." (Zephaniah 3:15)

When we live as spiritual people, the Lord removes our judgments and drives away our enemies. The King of Israel, the Lord, dwells in our midst, and we will not see evil anymore. Here, “enemies” does not merely refer to human adversaries but also to the sins that enslave us to Satan. As we live as daughters of Zion, we are freed from sin, which is why we should rejoice and celebrate.

Dearly beloved, when we are washed by the blood of Christ and redeemed, we come under the law of His Spirit. This law liberates us from sin and its consequence, eternal death. As Paul writes, “For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus hath made me free from the law of sin and death.” (Romans 8:2).

By walking in faith, we become the daughters of Zion and the spiritual Israel. The Lord removes our judgments and casts out our enemies so that we will not see evil anymore. Therefore, today’s verse calls us to sing boldly, shout for joy, and rejoice with all our hearts.

When we walk in faith, our joy echoes even in heavenly Zion. Jesus said, “I say unto you, that likewise joy shall be in heaven over one sinner that repenteth, more than over ninety and nine just persons, which need no repentance.” (Luke 15:7).

Let us live as daughters of Zion and the spiritual Israel, bringing joy to ourselves and to heaven.
