Meditation verse -வெளி 3:21 / Revelation 3:21

 வேதாகமத் தியானம் - எண்:- 1,561

'ஆதவன்' 💚மே 17, 2025. 💚 சனிக்கிழமை

"நான் ஜெயங்கொண்டு என் பிதாவினுடைய சிங்காசனத்திலே அவரோடேகூட உட்கார்ந்ததுபோல, ஜெயங்கொள்ளுகிறவனெவனோ அவனும் என்னுடைய சிங்காசனத்தில் என்னோடேகூட உட்காரும்படிக்கு அருள்செய்வேன்." (வெளி 3:21)

இந்த உலகத்தில் அதிகார நாற்காலியைக் கைப்பற்றிட நடக்கும் அரசியல் போட்டிகள் பற்றி நமக்கு நன்குத்  தெரியும். எப்படியாவது அடுத்தவனைக் கெடுத்தாவது  பதவியில் அமர்ந்திடவேண்டுமென்று பலரும் விரும்புகின்றனர். துன்மார்க்க அரசியல்வாதிகள் தங்களுக்குள் நடத்தும் போட்டியில் அப்பாவி மக்கள் பலிகடா ஆக்கப்படுகின்றனர்.  

ஆனால் நமது ஆண்டவராகிய இயேசு கிறிஸ்து தான் மட்டும் பிதாவின் ராஜ்யத்துக்குரிய பதவியை அனுபவிக்கவேண்டுமென்று எண்ணவில்லை. ஆவிக்குரிய வாழ்வில் வெற்றிபெறும் அனைவரும் அவரோடுகூட சிம்மாசனத்தில் அமர்ந்திடவேண்டுமென்று விரும்புகின்றார். இதனையே, "ஜெயங்கொள்ளுகிறவனெவனோ அவனும் என்னுடைய சிங்காசனத்தில் என்னோடேகூட உட்காரும்படிக்கு அருள்செய்வேன்." என்கின்றார். 

அவரை விசுவாசிக்கும் அனைவரும் அவரோடுகூட இருக்கவேண்டுமென்று இயேசு கிறிஸ்து விரும்பினார். எனவே அவர்  உலகத்தில் இருந்த நாட்களில் எதிர்காலத்தில் அவரை விசுவாசிக்கப்போகும் நமக்காகவும் வேண்டுதல் செய்தார். அதாவது எல்லோரும் அவரோடுகூட பிதாவின் ராஜ்யத்தின்  ஆட்சியில் பங்கேற்கவேண்டுமென்று அவர் விரும்பினார். "நான் இவர்களுக்காக வேண்டிக்கொள்ளுகிறதுமல்லாமல், இவர்களுடைய வார்த்தையினால் என்னை விசுவாசிக்கிறவர்களுக்காகவும், வேண்டிக்கொள்ளுகிறேன்." ( யோவான் 17: 20) என்று  ஜெபித்தார். அதாவது அவரது சீடர்களும் அந்தச் சீடர்கள் கூறுவதை ஏற்றுக்கொண்டு அவரை விசுவாசிக்கப்போகும் எதிர்கால விசுவாசிகளான நமக்காகவும் அவர் ஜெபித்தார். 

"பிதாவே, உலகத்தோற்றத்துக்கு முன் நீர் என்னில் அன்பாயிருந்தபடியினால், நீர் எனக்குத் தந்த என்னுடைய மகிமையை நீர் எனக்குத் தந்தவர்கள் காணும்படியாக, நான் எங்கே இருக்கிறேனோ அங்கே அவர்களும் என்னுடனேகூட இருக்கவிரும்புகிறேன்." ( யோவான் 17: 24) என்று விருப்பமுடன் பிதாவிடம் வேண்டுதல் செய்தார். ஆம் அன்பானவர்களே, இதுதான் இயேசு கிறிஸ்துவின் மேலான அன்பின் ஆசை.

இத்தகைய அன்பான ஆண்டவரின் ஆவலை நாம் பூர்த்திச் செய்யவேண்டாமா? எனவே அதற்கேற்ற பரிசுத்த வாழ்க்கை வாழ நம்மை ஒப்புக்கொடுப்போம். நாம் எத்தனை பாவிகளாக இருந்தாலும் தேவன் தனது குமாரனுடைய இரத்தத்தால் அதனைக் கழுவி நம்மைச் சுத்திகரிப்பார். கிறிஸ்துவின் உபதேசம் ஒப்புரவின் உபதேசம்தான்.  "அதென்னவெனில், தேவன் உலகத்தாருடைய பாவங்களை எண்ணாமல்,  கிறிஸ்துவுக்குள் அவர்களைத் தமக்கு ஒப்புரவாக்கி, ஒப்புரவாக்குதலின் உபதேசத்தை எங்களிடத்தில் ஒப்புவித்தார்." (2 கொரிந்தியர் 5:19) என்று வாசிக்கின்றோம். 

ஆம் அன்பானவர்களே, நமது பாவங்களை கிறிஸ்துவிடம் அறிக்கையிட்டு அவரோடு ஒப்புரவாவோம். தேவனுடைய ஆவியானவர் நம்மை நீதியின் பாதையில் நடத்திட நம்மை அவருக்கு ஒப்புக்கொடும்போம். அப்போதுதான் நாம் பாவங்கள்,  பாடுகள், துன்பங்கள் இவற்றை மேற்கொண்டு ஒரு வெற்றியுள்ள ஆவிக்குரிய வாழ்க்கை வாழ முடியும்.  இப்படி நாம் ஜெயம்கொள்ள வேண்டுமென்பதே கிறிஸ்துவின் விருப்பம். 

இப்படி "ஜெயங்கொள்ளுகிறவனெவனோ அவனும் என்னுடைய சிங்காசனத்தில் என்னோடேகூட உட்காரும்படிக்கு அருள்செய்வேன்." என்கிறார் ஆண்டவராகிய இயேசு கிறிஸ்து. பாவங்களையும் பாடுகளையும் சகித்து ஆவியானவரின் பலத்தால் ஜெயம்கொள்வோம்.

“To him that overcometh will I grant to sit with me in my throne, even as I also overcame, and am set down with my Father in his throne.” — Revelation 3:21 (KJV)

We are well aware of the political competitions that take place in this world to seize positions of power. Many are eager to ascend to authority—even at the cost of destroying others. In these power struggles among corrupt politicians, innocent people often become victims.

But our Lord Jesus Christ did not seek to enjoy the throne of His Father by Himself alone. He desires that all who overcome in their spiritual life should sit with Him on His throne. He clearly says, “To him that overcometh will I grant to sit with me in my throne…”

Jesus Christ earnestly desires that all who believe in Him should be with Him. Therefore, even during His days on earth, He prayed not only for His disciples but also for us who would come to believe in Him in the future. He prayed:

“Neither pray I for these alone, but for them also which shall believe on me through their word.” — John 17:20 (KJV)

This means He prayed not only for His disciples, but also for us—those future believers who would accept the word preached by the disciples.

In the same heartfelt spirit, Jesus prayed to the Father, “Father, I will that they also, whom thou hast given me, be with me where I am; that they may behold my glory, which thou hast given me: for thou lovedst me before the foundation of the world.” — John 17:24 (KJV)

Yes, beloved, this is the deep longing of the Lord Jesus Christ—a desire born from His great love.

Should we not fulfil such a loving desire of our Lord? Therefore, let us surrender ourselves to live a holy life that is worthy of this calling. No matter how sinful we have been, God will cleanse and purify us through the blood of His Son. The message of Christ is the ministry of reconciliation:

“To wit, that God was in Christ, reconciling the world unto himself, not imputing their trespasses unto them; and hath committed unto us the word of reconciliation.” — 2 Corinthians 5:19 (KJV)

Yes, beloved, let us confess our sins to Christ and be reconciled with Him. Let us yield ourselves to the Holy Spirit so that He may lead us in the path of righteousness. Only then can we live a victorious spiritual life, bearing sins, sufferings, and trials with strength. This is the very desire of Christ—for us to overcome.

And so, our Lord Jesus Christ promises:

“To him that overcometh will I grant to sit with me in my throne…” — Revelation 3:21 (KJV)

Let us bear sins and sufferings, and by the power of the Holy Spirit, overcome them all.
