அறியாமையின் வெளிப்பாடு / MANIFESTATION OF IGNORANCE

ஆதவன் 🔥 943🌻 ஆகஸ்ட் 28, 2023 திங்கள்கிழமை

"ஒருவன் தான் ஏதேனும் ஒன்றை அறிந்தவனென்று எண்ணிக்கொள்வானானால், ஒன்றையும் அறியவேண்டிய பிரகாரமாக  அவன் இன்னும் அறியவில்லை." ( 1 கொரிந்தியர் 8 : 2 )

சிலர் என்னிடம் பலவேளைகளில் சொல்லுவது,  "நாங்களெல்லோரும் பாரம்பரிய கிறிஸ்தவர்கள். நீங்கள் எங்களுக்கு ஏன் சுவிசேஷம் அறிவிக்கவேண்டும். கிறிஸ்துவை அறியாத மக்களிடம்போய் அறிவிக்கவேண்டியதுதானே? இப்படி கூறுபவர்களுக்கு அப்போஸ்தலராகிய பவுல் கூறுகின்ற பதில்தான் இன்றைய வசனம். ஆம், நாம் எல்லாம் அறிந்துவிட்டோம் என எண்ணிக்கொள்வதே அறியாமையின் வெளிப்பாடுதான். 

பல்வேறு பாரம்பரியங்களுக்கும் பாவங்களுக்கும்  அடிமையாகி மெய்த்தேவனை அறியாமலிருந்த யூதர்கள் இயேசு கிறிஸ்துவிடம் இதனைத்தான், "நாங்கள் ஆபிரகாமின் சந்ததியாயிருக்கிறோம், நாங்கள் ஒருக்காலும் ஒருவனுக்கும் அடிமைகளாயிருக்கவில்லை;" ( யோவான் 8 : 33 ) என்று கூறினர். ஆம் அவர்கள் அறியவேண்டியதை அறியவேண்டியபடி அறியவில்லை. இதுபோலவே இன்றும் பல பாரம்பரிய கிறிஸ்தவர்கள் கூறிக்கொள்கின்றனர். 

அன்பானவர்களே, நாம் சத்தியத்தை அறியாதபடி சாத்தான் நம்மைப் பலவேளைகளில் தடைசெய்துள்ளான். எனவே நாம் பாரம்பரியத்தைத் தூக்கிப் பிடித்தபடி நாம் அடிமைகளாய் இருப்பதை உணராமலிருக்கின்றோம். பியோடெர் டோஸ்டோயுவஸ்கி (Fyoder Dostoyevesky) எனும் அறிஞர் தனது நூலில், "ஒரு கைதியை சிறையிலிருந்து தப்பவிடாமல் செய்யச்  சிறந்த வழி அவன் தான் சிறையிலிருப்பதை உணர்ந்துகொள்ளாமல் இருக்கச்செய்வதே" என்று கூறுகின்றார்.

ஆம், பாவங்களுக்கும் பாரம்பரியங்களுக்கும் அடிமையாகி அப்படி தாங்கள் அடிமைகளாக இருப்பதையே பலர் உணராமலிருக்கின்றனர். அப்படி உணராமல் இருப்பதால் அதே அடிமைத்தனத்தில் தொடருகின்றனர். தங்கள் அடிமைத்தனத்தை  உணரும்போதுதான் விடுதலையும் மெய்த்தேவனை அறியும் வாய்ப்பும் நமக்கு  உண்டு. 

தேவன் நமது பாவத்தை மன்னித்த நிச்சயத்தைப் பெரும்போதுதான் நாம் தேவனை உண்மையாய் அன்புகூர முடியும். அப்படி "தேவனில் அன்புகூருகிறவனெவனோ, அவன் தேவனால் அறியப்பட்டிருக்கிறான்." ( 1 கொரிந்தியர் 8 : 3 ) என்கின்றார் அப்போஸ்தலரான பவுல். 

மதவெறியுள்ளவன் தேவனை அறியமுடியாது. அதுபோல சபை வெறிகொண்ட கிறிஸ்தவன் கிறிஸ்துவை அறியமுடியாது.  கர்த்தராகிய இயேசு கிறிஸ்துவை அறியவேண்டுமானால் மற்ற எல்லாவற்றையும் நஷ்டமாகவும் குப்பையாகவும் நாம் எண்ணி வாழவேண்டும். அவரையே முற்றும் முழுவதுமாக ஏற்றுக்கொள்ளவேண்டும். இதனையே, "என் கர்த்தராகிய கிறிஸ்து இயேசுவை அறிகிற அறிவின்மேன்மைக்காக எல்லாவற்றையும் நஷ்டமென்று எண்ணிக்கொண்டிருக்கிறேன்." ( பிலிப்பியர் 3 : 8 ) என்கின்றார் பவுல் அப்போஸ்தலர். 

ஒருவன் தான் ஏதேனும் ஒன்றை அறிந்தவனென்று எண்ணிக்கொள்வானானால், ஒன்றையும் அறியவேண்டிய பிரகாரமாக  அவன் இன்னும் அறியவில்லை. நாம் இன்னும் எதனையும் அறியவில்லை எனும் வெறுமை உள்ளம் நமக்கு வேண்டும். வெறும் குடத்தில்தான் நீரைச்  சேகரிக்கமுடியும். அந்தக் குடம் அழுக்கும் அவலட்சணமான பொருளாலும் நிறைந்திருக்குமானால் அதில் சுத்த நீரைச் சேகரித்து வைக்கமுடியாது. 

ஆண்டவரே, என்னையே நான் வெறுமையாக உம்மிடம் ஒப்படைக்கிறேன்; உமது ஆவியால் என்னை நிரப்பும். உம்மை அறியும் அறிவால் என்னைத்  திருப்தியாக்கும் என வேண்டுவோம். நாம் எல்லாம் அறிந்தவர்களென்று  எண்ணிக்கொள்வோமானால் ஒன்றையும் அறியவேண்டிய பிரகாரமாக  இன்னும் அறியவில்லை என்றுதான் பொருள்.

"And if any man thinks that he knoweth anything, he knoweth nothing yet as he ought to know." ( 1 Corinthians 8 : 2 )

Some people often say to me, "We are all traditional Christians. Why do you have to preach the gospel to us? Why did not go and preach Christ to people who do not know Him yet?” Today's verse is the answer of the apostle Paul to those who say like this. Yes, thinking that we know everything is a manifestation of ignorance.

This is what the Jews, who were enslaved to various traditions and sins and did not know the true God, said to Jesus Christ,  "We be Abraham's seed, and were never in bondage to any man." ( John 8 : 33 ).  Yes, they don't know what they need to know. Many traditional Christians today claim the same.

Beloved, Satan has often prevented us from knowing the truth. So we don't realize that we are slaves as we hold on to tradition. Scholar Fyodor Dostoyevsky says in his book, "The best way to keep a prisoner from escaping is to make sure he never knows he is in prison."

Yes, many do not realize that they are slaves to sins and traditions. Not realizing it, they continue in the same slavery. It is only when we realize our enslavement that we could have the opportunity to be liberated and to know the true God.

We can truly love God only when we are sure that God has forgiven our sin. Thus "But if any man love God, the same is known of him." ( 1 Corinthians 8 : 3 ) says the apostle Paul.

A bigot cannot know God. Likewise, the church-obsessed Christian cannot know Christ. If we want to know the Lord Jesus Christ, we should consider everything else as waste and trash. Jesus should be accepted completely. This is, "I count all things but loss for the excellency of the knowledge of Christ Jesus my Lord: for whom I have suffered the loss of all things, and do count them but dung, that I may win Christ," (Philippians 3: 8) Paul the apostle said.

If one thinks he knows something, he does not yet know anything as he ought to know it. We want the emptiness that we don't know yet. Water can be collected only in an empty jug. If the jug is already filled with dirty and filthy material, it cannot collect clean water.

Lord, I give myself empty to You; Fill me with your Spirit. Let me be satisfied with the knowledge of knowing You. If we think that we are omniscient, it means that we do not yet know anything as it should be known.
