 ஆதவன்' வேதாகமத் தியானம் - எண்:- 1,039                  டிசம்பர் 02, 2023 சனிக்கிழமை

"இப்பொழுதும் கர்த்தாவே, நீர் எங்களுடைய பிதா, நாங்கள் களிமண்; நீர் எங்களை உருவாக்குகிறவர், நாங்கள் அனைவரும் உமது கரத்தின் கிரியைகள்." ( ஏசாயா 64 : 8 )

 

இந்த உலகத்தில் வாழும் பலரும் பலவேளைகளில் தங்களது முயற்சியினால்தான் அவர்கள்  முன்னேறியுள்ளதாக எண்ணிக்கொள்கின்றனர். குறிப்பாக வசதிகள் பெருகும்போது இப்படி எண்ணிக்கொள்கின்றனர். "நான் உழைத்த உழைப்புக்குக் கிடைத்த பலன்தான் இந்த வெற்றி" எனப் பலவேளைகளில் கூறிக்கொள்கின்றனர். ஆனால் வறுமை, ஏழ்மை, நோய்கள், துன்பங்கள் தங்களை நெருக்கும்போது 'எல்லாம் கடவுளால்தான் முடியும்' என்ற  எண்ணத்துக்கு மனிதர்கள் வந்துவிடுகின்றனர். 

அன்பானவர்களே, நாம் எந்த நிலையில் இருந்தாலும் நம்மை உருவாக்குகின்றவர் கர்த்தரே எனும் எண்ணம் நமக்கு வேண்டும். அவரே நம்மை உண்டாக்கினார்; அவரே நம்மை ஒரு தேவ நோக்கத்தோடு வழிநடத்துகின்றார். 

ஆனால் இந்த உலகத்தில் நாம் எல்லோரும் ஒரேமாதிரியாக வாழ முடியவில்லை. காரணம் நம்மேல் தேவன் கொண்டுள்ள சித்தப்படியே நாம் நடத்தப்படுகின்றோம். இதனையே அப்போஸ்தலரான பவுல், "மிதியிட்ட ஒரே களிமண்ணினாலே குயவன் ஒரு பாத்திரத்தைக் கனமான காரியத்துக்கும், ஒரு பாத்திரத்தைக் கனவீனமான காரியத்துக்கும் பண்ணுகிறதற்கு மண்ணின்மேல் அவனுக்கு அதிகாரம் இல்லையோ?" ( ரோமர் 9 : 21 ) என்று கேட்கின்றார். 

நாம் வீடு கட்டும்போது அனைத்து அறைகளையும் ஒரேமாதிரி கட்டுவதில்லை. படுக்கையறைக்கும், சமையலறைக்கும் , கழிவறைக்கும்  குழியலறைக்கும் வித்தியாசம் உண்டு. நமது தேவைக்கேற்ப அவற்றை நாம் கட்டுகின்றோம். அதுபோலவே தேவனும் நம்மைக் கட்டுகின்றார். ஒவ்வொருவருக்கும் தனித்தன்மையும்   தனிச் சிறப்பும் உண்டு. ஆனால் மனிதர்கள் தங்களை மற்றவர்களோடு ஒப்பிட்டுப் பார்ப்பதால்தான் பிரச்சனைகள் வருகின்றன.  

இப்பொழுதும் கர்த்தாவே, நீர் எங்களுடைய பிதா, நாங்கள் களிமண்; நீர் எங்களை உருவாக்குகிறவர், நாங்கள் அனைவரும் உமது கரத்தின் கிரியைகள் என்றுகூறி அவருக்கு நம்மை ஒப்படைப்பதையே அவர் விரும்புகின்றார். "உமது விருப்பத்துக்கேற்ப என்னை உருவாக்கும் ஆண்டவரே" என்று நம்மை அவருக்கு ஒப்படைக்கும்போது அவர் நம்மை உருவாக்குவார். 

பக்கத்துக்கு வீட்டுக்காரரைப்போல நாம் இருக்க வேண்டும்  என்று அவசியமில்லை. நம்மோடு படிக்கும் வகுப்புத் தோழனைப்போல தோழியைப்போல நாமும் இருக்கவேண்டும் என்று அவசியமில்லை. குயவன் ஒரு பாத்திரத்தைக் கனமான காரியத்துக்கும், ஒரு பாத்திரத்தைக் கனவீனமான காரியத்துக்கும் பண்ணுவதுபோல அவரே நம்மை வனைகின்றார்.   அவரது பார்வையில் எல்லாம் ஒன்றே.  அவர் உண்டாக்கின நோக்கத்தை நாம் நிறைவேற்றுவதே முக்கியம். 

இன்று நாம் ஒருவேளை நல்ல நிலையில் இருந்தாலும் "என்னால்தான் நான்  இன்று இந்த நல்ல நிலையில் இருக்கிறேன்" என பெருமைகொள்ளாமல் நமது நல்ல நிலைமைக்காக அவருக்கு நன்றிசொல்லி வாழ்வதே தேவன் விரும்புவது. ஒருவரைத் தாழ்த்தவும் உயர்த்தவும் அவருக்கு ஒரு நொடியே போதும். எனவே அச்சத்துடன் அவருக்குப் பணிந்திருப்போம். 

"கர்த்தரே தேவனென்று அறியுங்கள்; நாம் அல்ல, அவரே நம்மை உண்டாக்கினார்; நாம் அவர் ஜனங்களும், அவர் மேய்ச்சலின் ஆடுகளுமாயிருக்கிறோம்." ( சங்கீதம் 100 : 3 ) என்று சங்கீத ஆசிரியர் கூறுவதுபோல அவரே நம்மை உண்டாக்கினார்; நாம் அவரின் மந்தையின் ஆடுகள்;  எனவே அவரே நமக்கு உணவளிப்பார் எனும் எண்ணத்தோடு வாழ்வோம்.

‘AATHAVAN' BIBLE MEDITATION No:- 1,039                December 02, 2023 Saturday

"But now, O LORD, thou art our father; we are the clay, and thou our potter; and we all are the work of thy hand." (Isaiah 64: 8)

Many people living in this world think that they have progressed because of their own efforts. Especially when the facilities increase, they think like this. Many times, they say, "This success is the result of my hard work". But when poverty, diseases and sufferings oppress them, people come to the idea that 'everything can be done only by God'.

Beloved, whatever state we are in, we need to realize that it is God who creates us. He made us; He guides us with a divine purpose.

But we all cannot live in the same way in this world. Because we are treated according to God's will for us. This is what the apostle Paul said, "Hath not the potter power over the clay, of the same lump to make one vessel unto honour, and another unto dishonour?" (Romans 9: 21)

When we build a house, not all rooms are constructed equally. There is a difference between a bedroom, a kitchen, a toilet and a cellar. We build them according to our needs. God builds us in the same way. Each has its own uniqueness. But problems arise when people compare themselves to others.

Even now let us say, “O LORD, thou art our father; we are the clay, and thou our potter; and we all are the work of thy hand”.  Yes, He wants us to surrender ourselves to Him who made us.  He will make us when we surrender ourselves to him and say, "Make me according to thy will, O Lord."

We don't need to be like neighbors. It is not necessary that we should be like a friend like a classmate studying with us. He Molds us as a potter molds a vessel for heavy work and a vessel for light work. But everything is the same in his eyes. It is important that we fulfill the purpose He created us.

Even though we may be in a good position today, God wants us to live by thanking him for our good condition and not boasting that "I am in this good position today because of me". A split second is enough for him to bring someone down and up. So let us bow down to him with fear.

"Know ye that the LORD he is God: it is he that hath made us, and not we ourselves; we are his people, and the sheep of his pasture." ( Psalms 100 : 3 ) As the psalmist says, He made us; We are the sheep of his flock; So let us live with the thought that He will feed us.
