🦋 Meditation verse - வெளிப்படுத்தின விசேஷம் 2 : 9 / Revelation 2:9

 ஆதவன் தியானம்

"உன் கிரியைகளையும், உன் உபத்திரவத்தையும், நீ ஐசுவரியமுள்ளவனாயிருந்தும் உனக்கிருக்கிற தரித்திரத்தையும், தங்களை யூதரென்று சொல்லியும் யூதராயிராமல் சாத்தானுடைய கூட்டமாயிருக்கிறவர்கள் செய்யும் தூஷணத்தையும் அறிந்திருக்கிறேன்." ( வெளிப்படுத்தின விசேஷம் 2 : 9 )

அப்போஸ்தலரான யோவானுக்கு பத்மு தீவில் ஆவியானவர் இறுதிநாட்களைக் குறித்து பல தரிசனங்களை அளித்தார். அதில் குறிப்பாக, தேவனது பார்வையில் ஒவ்வொரு சபையும்  எப்படி இருக்கின்றது என்றும் இனி அவைகள் என்ன செய்யவேண்டும்; தங்களை எப்படிச் சீர்திருத்திக்கொள்ளவேண்டும் என்றும் ஆவியானவர் விளக்கினார். 

"நான் அல்பாவும் ஓமெகாவும், முந்தினவரும் பிந்தினவருமாயிருக்கிறேன். நீ காண்கிறதை ஒரு புஸ்தகத்தில் எழுதி, ஆசியாவிலிருக்கிற எபேசு, சிமிர்னா, பெர்கமு, தியத்தீரா, சர்தை, பிலதெல்பியா, லவோதிக்கேயா என்னும் பட்டணங்களிலுள்ள ஏழு சபைகளுக்கும் அனுப்பு என்று விளம்பினது." ( வெளிப்படுத்தின விசேஷம் 1 : 11 ) என்று வாசிக்கின்றோம். அதாவது, இந்தப் பெயரில் சபைகள் குறிப்பிடப்பட்டிருந்தாலும், இக்காலத்தில் உலகிலுள்ள சபைகளை இவை குறிக்கின்றன என்பதனை நாம் உணர்ந்துக்கொள்ளவேண்டும்.  இங்கு சபை என்பது விசுவாசிகளையும் விசுவாசிகளின் கூட்டத்தையும் குறிக்கின்றது. 

இன்றைய தியான வசனமானது சிமிர்னா சபை தூதனுக்கு என்று கூறப்பட்டுள்ள வார்த்தைகளாகும். இங்கு தேவன் கூறுகின்றார், உன் செயல்களை நான் அறிந்திருக்கின்றேன். நீ படக்கூடிய உபத்திரவங்களை அறிந்திருக்கிறேன். உன்னை நீ ஏழை என்று  எண்ணிக்கொள்கின்றாய் ஆனால் உண்மையில் நீ செல்வந்தன். நாங்கள்தான் உண்மையான ஆவிக்குரிய கிறிஸ்தவர்கள், நீ அப்படியல்ல  என்று உன்னைப் பழித்துப் பேசும் மக்களை நான் அறிவேன். கவலைப்படாதே, அப்படி உன்னைப் பழித்துக் கூறுபவர்கள்தான்  சாத்தானின் கூட்டத்தார், எனவே உன்னை அவர்கள் தூஷிக்கின்றார்கள்"  என்கிறார் ஆண்டவர். சுருக்கமாக, உனது ஆவிக்குரிய வாழ்க்கையினைக்  குறைசொல்பவர்களைக் குறித்துக்  கவலைப்படாதே என்கின்றார். 

மட்டுமல்ல, இற்றைய தியானம், கிறிஸ்தவ பாரம்பரிய சபைகளிலிருந்து ஆவிக்குரிய வாழ்க்கை வாழ விரும்புபவர்களுக்கு எதிராக சிலர் கூறும் அவதூறுக்குப்  பதில் தருவதாகவும் உள்ளது.  ஆம் அன்பானவர்களே, பிறர் நம்மைக் குற்றம் சாட்டுவதைக்குறித்து கவலைப்படாமல்  நமது ஆவிக்குரிய நம்பிக்கையில் விசுவாசத்தோடு வாழவேண்டும் என்று இன்றைய வசனம் நமக்கு அறிவுறுத்துகின்றது. 

உண்மையான ஆவிக்குரிய மக்கள் பிறரால் தூஷிக்கப்படுவார்கள்; இது இயற்கை.  "நீ படப்போகிற பாடுகளைக்குறித்து எவ்வளவும் பயப்படாதே; இதோ, நீங்கள் சோதிக்கப்படும்பொருட்டாகப் பிசாசானவன் உங்களில் சிலரைக் காவலில் போடுவான்; பத்துநாள் உபத்திரவப்படுவீர்கள். ஆகிலும் நீ மரணபரியந்தம் உண்மையாயிரு, அப்பொழுது ஜீவகிரீடத்தை உனக்குத் தருவேன்." ( வெளிப்படுத்தின விசேஷம் 2 : 10 ) எனவே, உன் துன்பங்களைக்குறித்து நீ படுகின்ற பாடுகளைக்குறித்து எவ்வளவும் பயப்படாதே; இது பிசாசு கொஞ்சகாலம் உங்களை சோதிக்கும் சோதனைதான். ஆகிலும் நீ மரணபரியந்தம் உன் நம்பிக்கையில் உண்மையாயிரு  என்கிறார் ஆண்டவர். 

அன்பானவர்களே, உங்களது  ஆவிக்குரிய வாழ்க்கையைக் குறித்து, உங்களைக் குற்றம் சாட்டுபவர்களைக் குறித்து கவலைப்படவேண்டாம். இத்தகைய ஆவிக்குரிய துன்பத்தை அனுபவிக்கின்றவர்களாக நீங்கள் இருந்தால் அதனைப் பொறுமையாகச் சகித்துக்கொண்டு நீங்கள் கொண்ட நம்பிக்கையில் உறுதியோடு வாழவேண்டும் என்கின்றார் கர்த்தராகிய இயேசு கிறிஸ்து.  

இன்றைய வசனத்தைத் தொடர்ந்து பதினொன்றாம் வசனத்தில் கூறப்பட்டுள்ளது, "ஆவியானவர் சபைகளுக்குச் சொல்லுகிறதைக் காதுள்ளவன் கேட்கக்கடவன்; ஜெயங்கொள்ளுகிறவன் இரண்டாம் மரணத்தினால் சேதப்படுவதில்லை என்றெழுது." ( வெளிப்படுத்தின விசேஷம் 2 : 11 ) ஆம், இப்படி ஆவிக்குரிய துன்பத்தைச் சகித்து உண்மையாய் வாழும்போதுதான் நாம் ஆவிக்குரிய வாழ்வில் வெற்றிபெற்றவர்களாகின்றோம். இப்படி வெற்றி வாழ்க்கை வாழ்பவர்களை  இரண்டாம் மரணம் எனும் நரக அக்கினி சேதப்படுத்துவதில்லை. ஆமென், அல்லேலூயா.

AATHAVAN MEDITATION

"I know your deeds and your tribulation and your poverty (but you are rich), and the blasphemy by those who say they are Jews and are not, but are a synagogue of Satan." — Revelation 2:9 (NASB)

The Holy Spirit gave the Apostle John many visions on the island of Patmos concerning the last days. In particular, the Holy Spirit explained how each church appears in God's sight, what they must now do, and how they must reform themselves.

We read: "I am the Alpha and the Omega, the first and the last, and what you see, write in a book and send it to the seven churches which are in Asia: to Ephesus and to Smyrna and to Pergamum and to Thyatira and to Sardis and to Philadelphia and to Laodicea." — Revelation 1:11 (NASB). That is, although the churches are mentioned by these names, we must understand that they represent the churches in the world today. Here, "church" refers to believers and the assembly of believers.

Today's meditation verse is the word spoken to the messenger of the church in Smyrna. Here God says: "I know your deeds. I know the afflictions you are enduring. You consider yourself poor, but in truth you are rich. I know the people who slander you, saying, 'We alone are the true spiritual Christians; you are not.' Do not worry — those who slander you in this way are the synagogue of Satan, and that is why they blaspheme you," says the Lord. In short, He says: Do not worry about those who find fault with your spiritual life.

Not only that, today's meditation also serves as an answer to the slander that some speak against those who wish to live a spiritual life apart from traditional Christian churches. Yes, beloved ones, today's verse instructs us to live in faith in our spiritual hope, without worrying about the accusations of others.

True spiritual people will be slandered by others; this is natural. "Do not fear what you are about to suffer. Behold, the devil is about to cast some of you into prison, so that you will be tested, and you will have tribulation for ten days. Be faithful until death, and I will give you the crown of life." — Revelation 2:10 (NASB). Therefore, do not fear at all concerning your troubles and the sufferings you endure; this is merely a testing by which the devil will test you for a short time. Yet the Lord says: Be faithful in your hope until death.

Beloved ones, do not worry about those who accuse you concerning your spiritual life. The Lord Jesus Christ says that if you are among those who experience such spiritual suffering, you must patiently endure it and live firmly in the hope you hold.

Following today's verse, verse eleven says: "He who has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the churches. He who overcomes will not be hurt by the second death." — Revelation 2:11 (NASB). Yes, it is when we endure spiritual suffering and live faithfully that we become overcomers in the spiritual life. Those who live such a victorious life will not be harmed by the second death, the fire of hell. Amen, Hallelujah.

🦋 Meditation verse - 2 சாமுவேல் 9 : 13 / 2 Samuel 9:13

"மேவிபோசேத் ராஜாவின் பந்தியில் நித்தம் அசனம் பண்ணுகிறவனாயிருந்தபடியினால், எருசலேமிலே குடியிருந்தான்; அவனுக்கு இரண்டு கால்களும் முடமாயிருந்தன." ( 2 சாமுவேல் 9 : 13 )

சிலவேளைகளில் நமது உடலிலோ மனதிலோ மிகப்பெரிய பாதிப்பைத் தேவன் அளிக்கின்றாரென்றால் நாம் அது ஒருவேளை நமது நன்மைக்காகவே இருக்கும். ஆம், தேவன் ஏதோ பிற்காலத்தில் நமக்கு நன்மையாக முடியப்பண்ண சிலப் பெரிய  வேதனைகளை நமக்குத் தரக்கூடும். "அன்றியும், அவருடைய தீர்மானத்தின்படி அழைக்கப்பட்டவர்களாய்த் தேவனிடத்தில் அன்பு கூருகிறவர்களுக்குச் சகலமும் நன்மைக்கு ஏதுவாக நடக்கிறதென்று அறிந்திருக்கிறோம்." ( ரோமர் 8 : 28 ) என்று பவுல் அப்போஸ்தலர் கூறவில்லையா? 

இதற்கு இரண்டு கால்களும் முடமாயிருந்த மேவிபோசேத்தின் வாழ்க்கை நமக்கு ஒரு உதாரண பாடமாக இருக்கின்றது. சவுலின் வாரிசுகள் அனைவரும் இறந்துபோனபோதும் முடவனாகிய மேவிபோசேத் மட்டும் உயிர் தப்பினான். அதற்கு அவனது முடமான கால்களே காரணமாக இருந்தன. சவுல் இறந்த அதே வேளையில், அவருடன் போரில் ஈடுபட்டிருந்த அவரது மூன்று மகன்களான யோனத்தான், அபினதாப் மற்றும் மல்கிசூவா ஆகியோரும் கொல்லப்பட்டனர். (1 சாமுவேல் 31:1-2) சவுலின் இறப்பிற்குப் பல ஆண்டுகளுக்குப் பிறகு, தாவீது ராஜாவின் ஆட்சிக்காலத்தில், சவுலின் சந்ததியினர் ஏழு பேர் கொல்லப்பட்டனர்.  (2 சாமுவேல் 21:8-9). இப்படி சவுலில் வாரிசுகள் அனைவரும் அழிந்தனர். 

ஆனால், சவுலின் மகனாகிய யோனத்தானின் ஒரே ஒரு மகன் மேவிபோசேத் மட்டும் உயிர் பிழைத்திருந்தான்.  யோனத்தானும் சவுலும் கில்போவா மலையில் மரித்தபோது, ​​இவனுக்கு ஐந்து வயதுதான் ஆகியிருந்தது. போரைப் பற்றிய செய்தியைக் கேட்ட மேவிபோசேத்தின்  தாதி, அவனைத் தூக்கிக்கொண்டு தப்பியோட முயன்றபோது கீழே விழுந்துவிட்டாள்; அதனால் அவன் இரு கால்களிலும் ஊனமுற்றான். (2 சாமுவேல் 4:4)

யோனத்தான் மீதான அன்பு மற்றும் அவனுடன் செய்துகொண்ட உடன்படிக்கையின் காரணமாக தாவீது  மேவிபோசேத்தைக்  காப்பாற்றினார். தாவீது அவனை அரண்மனைக்கு அழைத்து வந்து, சவுலுக்குச் சொந்தமான நிலங்கள் அனைத்தையும் அவனிடம் திரும்ப ஒப்படைத்தார்; மேலும் அவன் தன் வாழ்நாள் முழுவதும் அரசரின் மேஜையில் ஒரு மகனைப் போல அமர்ந்து உண்ணும்படி செய்தார். (2 சாமுவேல் 9). ஆம்,  கடவுளின் கிருபையால் அவன் பாதுகாக்கப்பட்டான்.

​​அவனது அந்த ஊனம், அவனை ஒரு பயனற்றவனாகவும், அரசராகும் தகுதி இல்லாதவனாகவும் மற்றவர்கள் பார்க்கும்படி செய்தது. அக்காலத்தில், ஊனமுற்ற ஒருவரால் அரசராகவோ அல்லது போர்வீரராகவோ இருக்க முடியாது. எனவே, யாரும் அவனைத் தேட முற்படவில்லை; கொல்லவும் முயலவில்லை.  

ஆனால் பிற்காலத்தில், அதே ஊனம்தான் அவனுக்குக் கிருபையைப் பெற்றுத் தந்தது. தாவீது அவனைக் கண்டறிந்தபோது, ​​அவன் மீது இரக்கம் காட்டி இவ்வாறு கூறினார்: "பயப்படாதே... உன் தகப்பனாகிய யோனத்தானின் நிமித்தம் நான் உனக்குத் தயவு செய்வேன்" (2 சாமுவேல் 9:7). எனவே இதை இப்படிச் சொல்லலாம். தேவனே அவனது பலவீனத்தைப் பயன்படுத்தி அவனை மறைத்து வைத்தார்; பின்னர் அதே பலவீனத்தைப் பயன்படுத்தி அவனை இராஜாவின் பந்திக்குக் கொண்டு வந்தார். 

ஆம் அன்பானவர்களே இது நமது வாழ்க்கை பற்றிய ஒரு அழகான படமாக அமைந்துள்ளது. சிலவேளைகளில் நமது பலவீனம், உடைந்த நிலை, இழப்புகள் பிற்கால நன்மைக்காகவே இருக்கலாம். தேவன் அவருக்கு உகந்தவர்களை அப்படியே விட்டுவிடுவதில்லை.  நிச்சயமாக அவர் நம்மைத் தம்முடைய பந்திக்கு அழைத்து வருவார். இராஜாவுடன் ஒரு மகனைப்போல அன்றாடம் உணவு உண்ணக்கூடிய மேலான நிலைக்கு அவர் நம்மை உயர்த்துவார். 

சில உடல் இழப்புகளோ, பலவீனங்களோ, பொருளாதார பாதிப்புகளோ நிரந்தரமல்ல; அவை நமது எதிர்கால நன்மைக்காவே இருக்கலாம்.  மேவிபோசேத்தின் வாழ்க்கை நமக்கு உணர்த்தும் உண்மை இதுதான். விசுவாசமுடன் இழப்புகளைத் தங்கி வாழ்வோம்.

"Mephibosheth was living in Jerusalem, for he was continually eating at the king's table; and he was lame in both feet." (2 Samuel 9:13, NASB)

Sometimes, if God allows a great affliction in our body or mind, it may be for our own good. Yes, God may give us certain great sufferings so that later He can work them out for our benefit. Did not the apostle Paul say, "And we know that God causes all things to work together for good to those who love God, to those who are called according to His purpose." (Romans 8:28, NASB)?

The life of Mephibosheth, who was lame in both feet, serves as an example and lesson for us. When all of Saul's descendants died, only Mephibosheth, the lame one, survived. His lame feet were the very reason for it. At the same time Saul died, his three sons who were engaged in battle with him—Jonathan, Abinadab, and Malchishua—were also killed. (1 Samuel 31:1–2)

Many years after Saul's death, during King David's reign, seven of Saul's descendants were killed. (2 Samuel 21:8–9) Thus all of Saul's descendants were destroyed.

But only Mephibosheth, the only son of Saul's son Jonathan, survived. "Jonathan and Saul died on Mount Gilboa, and he was only five years old. When Mephibosheth's nurse heard the news about the battle, she picked him up and tried to flee, but she fell, and he became lame in both feet." (2 Samuel 4:4)

Because of his love for Jonathan and the covenant he had made with him, David spared Mephibosheth. David brought him to the palace and restored to him all the lands that belonged to Saul; and he made him eat at the king's table like a son for the rest of his life. (2 Samuel 9) Yes, by God's grace he was protected.

That disability of his made others see him as useless and unfit to be king. In those days, a disabled person could not be a king or a warrior. So, no one sought him out; nor did anyone try to kill him.

But later, that same disability was what obtained grace for him. When David found him, he showed compassion on him and said: "Do not fear... I will show kindness to you for the sake of your father Jonathan" (2 Samuel 9:7). So, it can be said this way: God Himself used his weakness to hide him; then He used that same weakness to bring him to the king's banquet.

Yes, dear ones, this stands as a beautiful picture of our lives. Sometimes our weakness, brokenness, and losses may be for future good. God does not abandon those who are pleasing to Him. Surely, He will bring us to His table. He will raise us to the higher position of eating daily like a son with the King.

Certain physical losses, weaknesses, or financial setbacks are not permanent; they may be for our future good. This is the truth that Mephibosheth's life conveys to us. Let us live with faith, holding on through our losses.

"எந்தச் சிட்சையும் தற்காலத்தில் சந்தோஷமாய்க் காணாமல் துக்கமாய்க் காணும்; ஆகிலும் பிற்காலத்தில் அதில் பழகினவர்களுக்கு அது நீதியாகிய சமாதான பலனைத் தரும்." ( எபிரெயர் 12 : 11 )

தேவன் அளிக்கும் தண்டனையைப் பற்றி இன்றைய தியான வசனம் கூறுகின்றது. நாம் அனுபவிக்கும் துன்பங்களுக்குப் பல காரணங்கள் உள்ளன.  நமது தகாத செயல்பாடுகள், சரியான திட்டமிடுதல் இல்லாமை போன்றவை பல துன்பங்களுக்குக் காரணமாக அமைகின்றன. ஆனால், சில துன்பங்கள் தேவனால் நம்மைத் திருத்துவதற்காகத் தரப்படுகின்றன.  அதாவது, எல்லா துன்பங்களும் தேவனால் நமக்கு வருவதில்லை. ஆனால், ஆவிக்குரிய வாழ்வில் தேவன் தனது அடியார்களைத் துன்பங்களின் மூலம் கடிந்து திருத்துகின்றார். 

நாம்  குழந்தைகளாக இருக்கும்போது நாம் தவறு செய்யும்போது நமது பெற்றோர்கள் நம்மைத் தண்டிப்பதுண்டு. இதனை,  "நீங்கள் சிட்சையைச் சகிக்கிறவர்களாயிருந்தால் தேவன் உங்களைப் புத்திரராக எண்ணி நடத்துகிறார்; தகப்பன் சிட்சியாத புத்திரனுண்டோ?" ( எபிரெயர் 12 : 7 ) என்று நாம் வாசிக்கின்றோம். அதாவது, தேவன் நம்மைத் தண்டிக்கின்றார் என்றால் காரணம் அவர் நம்மைத் தமது மகனாக, மகளாக நடத்துகின்றார் என்று பொருள். இதுபோல, பள்ளியில் ஆசிரியர்கள் நம்மைத் தண்டிப்பதுண்டு. இவை நல்ல நோக்கத்துக்காக தண்டனைகளே.  

ஆனால் நாம் தண்டிக்கப்படும்போது நமக்கு வேதனையாக இருக்கும். ஆகிலும் பிற்காலத்தில் அதில் பழகினவர்களுக்கு அது நீதியாகிய சமாதான பலனைத் தரும் என்று இன்றைய தியான வசனம் கூறுகின்றது. 

நமது உலக தகப்பன் நம்மைத் தண்டிக்கும்போது அவர்களுக்கு நாம் பயப்படுகின்றோம். நம்மைத் திருத்திக்கொள்கின்றோம். அப்படியானால் நமது வழிகளைத் திருத்த தேவன் தண்டிக்கும்போது அவருக்கு நம் எவ்வளவு பயப்பட்டு நம்மைத் திருத்திக்கொள்ளவேண்டும்!!! ஆம், "அன்றியும், நம்முடைய சரீரத்தின் தகப்பன்மார்கள் நம்மைச் சிட்சிக்கும்போது, அவர்களுக்கு நாம் அஞ்சி நடந்திருக்க, நாம் பிழைக்கத்தக்கதாக ஆவிகளின் பிதாவுக்கு வெகு அதிகமாய் அடங்கி நடக்கவேண்டுமல்லவா?" ( எபிரெயர் 12 : 9 )

இதனையே எபிரெய நிரூப ஆசிரியர் விளக்கி, நம்மைத் தேவனுக்கேற்பத்  திருத்திக்கொள்ள அறிவுறுத்துகின்றார். அதாவது, இன்றைய தியான வசனத்தைத் தொடர்ந்து அடுத்த வசனங்களில் பின்வருமாறு வாசிக்கின்றோம்:- "ஆகையினால், நெகிழ்ந்த கைகளையும் தளர்ந்த முழங்கால்களையும் நீங்கள் திரும்ப நிமிர்த்தி, முடமாயிருக்கிறது பிசகிப்போகாமல் சொஸ்தமாகும்படிக்கு, உங்கள் பாதங்களுக்கு வழிகளைச் செவ்வைப்படுத்துங்கள்." ( எபிரெயர் 12 : 12, 13 )

அதாவது, உங்கள் கைகள், முழங்கால்கள் இவைகளைத் செவ்வைபண்ணுங்கள் என்று கூறப்பட்டுள்ளது. சுருக்கமாக, உங்களை; உங்கள் வழிகளைச் சீர்படுத்துங்கள் என்று கூறப்படுகின்றது. எப்படி ஒரு தகப்பனோ, ஆசிரியரோ நம்மைத் தண்டிக்கும்போது நமது தவறுகளைத் திருத்திக்கொள்கின்றோமோ, அப்படியே நம்மை நாம் திருத்திக்கொள்ளவேண்டியது அவசியம் என்று கூறப்பட்டுள்ளது.  

"நான் இன்று இந்த நிலைமையில் இருப்பதற்குக் காரணம் எனது தாய் தகப்பன் என்னைக் கண்டித்து வளர்த்ததுதான்" என்று இந்த உலகத்தில் கூடச் சிலர் கூறுவதுண்டு, ஆம்,  அன்பானவர்களே, எந்தச் சிட்சையும் தற்காலத்தில் சந்தோஷமாய்க் காணாமல் துக்கமாய்க் காணும்; ஆகிலும் பிற்காலத்தில் அதில் பழகினவர்களுக்கு அது நீதியாகிய சமாதான பலனைத் தரும்.

துன்பங்களைக் கண்டு துவண்டுபோவதையல்ல, மாறாக, அவை நமக்குச் சொல்லும் செய்திகளை ஆய்ந்தறிந்து நம்மைத் திருத்திக்கொள்வதையே தேவன் நம்மிடம் எதிர்பார்க்கின்றார். எனவே, நெகிழ்ந்த நமது கைகளையும் தளர்ந்த முழங்கால்களையும் திரும்ப நிமிர்த்தி, முடமாயிருக்கிறது பிசகிப்போகாமல் சொஸ்தமாகும்படிக்கு அவைகளைக் காத்துக்கொள்வோம்.

"All discipline for the moment seems not to be joyful, but sorrowful; yet to those who have been trained by it, afterwards it yields the peaceful fruit of righteousness." — Hebrews 12:11 (NASB)

Today’s meditation scripture speaks about the discipline given by God. There are many reasons for the suffering we experience. Our improper actions and lack of proper planning often cause various troubles. However, certain afflictions are allowed by God in order to correct us. That is to say, not all suffering comes from God. Yet, in spiritual life, God rebukes and corrects His servants through trials.

When we were children, our parents disciplined us whenever we did wrong. Regarding this, we read:

"It is for discipline that you endure; God deals with you as with sons; for what son is there whom his father does not discipline?" — Hebrews 12:7 (NASB)

This means that if God disciplines us, it signifies that He is treating us as His own sons and daughters. Similarly, teachers at school discipline us as well—these are punishments intended for a good purpose.

When we are disciplined, it feels painful at the time. Yet, as today's meditation verse says, afterwards it yields the peaceful fruit of righteousness to those who have been trained by it.

When our earthly fathers discipline us, we revere them and correct our behaviour. If so, how much more should we revere God and correct ourselves when He disciplines us to mend our ways! Indeed, Scripture says:

"Furthermore, we had earthly fathers to discipline us, and we respected them; shall we not much rather be subject to the Father of spirits, and live?" — Hebrews 12:9 (NASB)

Explaining this very truth, the author of Hebrews exhorts us to align and correct ourselves according to God’s will. In the verses that directly follow today's scripture, we read:

"Therefore, strengthen the hands that are weak and the knees that are feeble, and make straight paths for your feet, so that the limb which is impaired may not be dislocated, but rather be healed." — Hebrews 12:12–13 (NASB)

In other words, it instructs us to strengthen our hands and knees—in short, to mend ourselves and align our paths. Just as we correct our mistakes when a father or teacher disciplines us, it is essential that we examine and correct ourselves.

Even in this world, some people testify, "The reason I am in this good position today is because my parents disciplined and guided me well while raising me." Yes, beloved, all discipline for the moment seems not to be joyful, but sorrowful; yet afterwards, it yields the peaceful fruit of righteousness to those who are trained by it.

God does not expect us to lose heart when facing trials, but rather to discern the message behind them and correct our lives. Therefore, let us strengthen our weak hands and feeble knees, guarding our ways so that what is impaired may not be dislocated, but fully healed.

🦋 Meditation verse - ரோமர் 8 : 24, 25 / Romans 8:24–25

"அந்த நம்பிக்கையினாலே நாம் இரட்சிக்கப்பட்டிருக்கிறோம். காணப்படுகிறதை நம்புகிறது நம்பிக்கையல்ல; ஒருவன் தான் காண்கிறதை நம்பவேண்டுவதென்ன? நாம் காணாததை நம்பினோமாகில், அது வருகிறதற்குப் பொறுமையோடே காத்திருப்போம்." ( ரோமர் 8 : 24, 25 )

நாம் உலகத்தில் பார்ப்பனவற்றை பார்க்கின்றபடியே ஏற்றுக்கொள்கின்றோம். ஆனால், நாம் பார்த்திராத ஒன்றினைப்பற்றி ஒருவர் கூறுவதை நமது மனது எளிதில் ஏற்றுக்கொள்வதில்லை. இதனாலேயே இடதுசாரி சிந்தனையாளர்கள் கடவுள் பற்றிய கோட்பாடுகளை கருந்துமுதல்வாதம் என்கின்றனர். அதாவது, கடவுள் நம்பிக்கை என்பது ஒரு கருத்து மட்டுமே. அதனை முன்னிலைப்படுத்தி மதவாதிகள் பேசுகின்றனர் என்கின்றனர். 

இப்படி மூளை அறிவால் சிந்தித்துக்கொண்டும், பேசிக்கொண்டும் வாழ்வோமானால் கடவுளை எவரும் உணர்ந்துகொள்ள முடியாது. அவர் உள்ளத்தால் உணரக்கூடியவர். பரிசுத்த உள்ளத்தில் குடிகொள்ள விரும்புபவர்.  எனவே,  அவரை விசுவாசத்தினாலும் அவருக்கேற்ற பரிசுத்த வாழ்வு வாழ்வதாலும் மட்டுமே உணர்ந்துகொள்ளமுடியும். அவரது வார்த்தைகளுக்கு நாம் கீழ்ப்படியும்போது அவர் நமக்குத் தம்மை வெளிப்படுத்தி நடத்துகின்றார். இதனை நாம் உறுதியாக விசுவாசிக்கவேண்டியது அவசியம்.   ஆம்,  "விசுவாசமானது      நம்பப்படுகிறவைகளின் உறுதியும், காணப்படாதவைகளின் நிச்சயமுமாயிருக்கிறது." ( எபிரெயர் 11 : 1 ) 

நாம் கண்ணால் காண்பவற்றை நம்பவேண்டிய அவசியமில்லை. ஆனால் நாம் காணாததை நம்பினோமாகில், அது வருகிறதற்குப் பொறுமையோடே காத்திருப்போம் என்று இன்றைய தியான வசனம் கூறுகின்றது.  இப்படித் தான் காணாததை நம்பி விசுவாசத்துடன் காத்திருந்து ஆசீர்வாதங்களைப் பெற்றுக்கொண்ட தேவ மனிதன்தான் ஆபிரகாம். 

"விசுவாசத்தினாலே ஆபிரகாம் தான் சுதந்தரமாகப் பெறப்போகிற இடத்திற்குப் போகும்படி அழைக்கப்பட்டபோது, கீழ்ப்படிந்து, தான் போகும் இடம் இன்னதென்று அறியாமல் புறப்பட்டுப்போனான்." ( எபிரெயர் 11 : 8 ) அதாவது, ஆபிரகாம் தனது சுய ஆசை விருப்பங்களை நிறைவேற்றிட தேவனை விசுவாசிக்கவில்லை. மாறாக,  தேவன் விரும்புவதை அவர் தனக்குச் செய்யட்டும் என்று தன்னை ஒப்புக்கொடுத்தார்.  இதனால் தேவனால் வாக்களிக்கப்பட்ட கானான் தேசத்தை ஆபிரகாமின் சந்ததியினர் சுதந்திரமாகப் பெற்றுக்கொண்டனர். 

இதுபோன்ற ஒரு விசுவாச உண்மைதான் வேதம் கூறும் ஆண்டவராகிய இயேசு கிறிஸ்துவின் இரத்தத்தால் உண்டாகும் மீட்பு அனுபவம். கிறிஸ்துவின் இரத்தத்துக்கு நமது பாவங்களைக் கழுவும் வல்லமை உண்டு. இதனை நாம் விசுவாசிக்கவேண்டியது அவசியம். எப்படி ஆபிரகாம் தேவனது வார்த்தையினை முற்றிலுமாக விசுவாசித்தாரோ, அப்படியே நாம் இதனை விசுவாசிக்கவேண்டியது அவசியம். இதனையே இன்றைய தியான வசனத்தில் அப்போஸ்தலரான பவுல், "அந்த நம்பிக்கையினாலே நாம் இரட்சிக்கப்பட்டிருக்கிறோம்" என்கின்றார். 

ஆபிரகாமுக்கு அறிவிக்கப்பட்டதுபோல நமக்கும் இன்று தேவனுடைய வார்த்தைகள்  அருளப்படுகின்றன. ஆபிரகாமைப்போல வாக்களிக்கப்பட்ட இவற்றை  இதுவரை வாழ்வில் நாம்  காணாதவர்களாக இருந்தாலும் ஆபிரகாமைப்போல இந்த வார்த்தைகளை விசுவாசிப்போமானால் ஆண்டவர் இயேசு அளிக்கும் மீட்பினைப் பெற்றுக்கொள்ளமுடியும்.  "என்னவென்றால், கர்த்தராகிய இயேசுவை நீ உன் வாயினாலே அறிக்கையிட்டு, தேவன் அவரை மரித்தோரிலிருந்து எழுப்பினாரென்று உன் இருதயத்திலே விசுவாசித்தால் இரட்சிக்கப்படுவாய். நீதியுண்டாக இருதயத்திலே விசுவாசிக்கப்படும், இரட்சிப்புண்டாக வாயினாலே அறிக்கைபண்ணப்படும்." ( ரோமர் 10 : 9,10 )

இப்படி நமக்கு நீதி உண்டாக இருதயத்தில் விசுவாசம் கொள்வோமானால் நாம் ஒளியின் மக்களாக மாறுவோம்; அவரோடு ஐக்கியப்பட்டவர்களாக இருப்போம். ஆம், "அவர் ஒளியிலிருக்கிறதுபோல நாமும் ஒளியிலே நடந்தால் ஒருவரோடொருவர் ஐக்கியப்பட்டிருப்போம்; அவருடைய குமாரனாகிய இயேசுகிறிஸ்துவின் இரத்தம் சகல பாவங்களையும் நீக்கி, நம்மைச் சுத்திகரிக்கும்." ( 1 யோவான்  1 : 7 )

எனவே, இதுவரை நமது வாழ்வில் காணாத வேதாகமம் கூறும் மீப்பு அனுபவத்தை முதலில் விசுவாசிக்கவேண்டும். மட்டுமல்ல,  விசுவாசித்து அவை நிறைவேறுவதற்குப் பொறுமையோடே காத்திருக்கவேண்டும்.   அப்போது  நிச்சயமாக ஆண்டவாகிய இயேசு கிறிஸ்துவால் நமது பாவங்கள் மன்னிக்கப்படும் மேலான அனுபவத்தை வாழ்வில் நாம் கண்டுணரமுடியும்.

▸ 𝐀𝐀𝐓𝐇𝐀𝐕𝐀𝐍 𝐌𝐄𝐃𝐈𝐓𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍 ◂

"For in hope we have been saved, but hope that is seen is not hope; for who hopes for what he already sees? But if we hope for what we do not see, through perseverance we wait eagerly for it." — Romans 8:24–25

We readily accept things in this world as we see them. However, our minds do not easily accept what someone tells us about something we have not seen. Because of this, leftist thinkers call concepts about God "idealism" or "mere concepts." That is, they claim belief in God is merely an idea that religious people emphasize and promote.

If we live solely by thinking and speaking through intellectual knowledge, no one can experience God. He is felt and experienced in the heart. He desires to dwell in a pure heart. Therefore, He can be experienced only through faith and by living a holy life pleasing to Him. When we obey His words, He reveals Himself to us and guides us. It is essential that we firmly believe this. Yes,

"Now faith is the certainty of things hoped for, the conviction of things not seen." — Hebrews 11:1 (NASB)

We do not need to hope for what we can see with our eyes. But today's meditation verse tells us that if we hope for what we do not see, we wait for it with perseverance. Abraham was a man of God who believed what he had not seen, waited in faith, and received blessings.

"By faith Abraham, when he was called, obeyed by going out to a place which he was to receive for an inheritance; and he left, not knowing where he was going." — Hebrews 11:8 (NASB)

That is to say, Abraham did not exercise faith in God merely to fulfil his own personal desires. Rather, he surrendered himself so that God might fulfil His will in his life. As a result, Abraham’s descendants inherited the promised land of Canaan.

A similar truth of faith is the experience of redemption through the blood of the Lord Jesus Christ, as taught in Scripture. The blood of Christ has the power to wash away our sins. It is essential that we believe this. Just as Abraham completely believed God’s word, we too must believe this truth. It is concerning this that the Apostle Paul declares in today's verse, "For in hope we have been saved."

Just as God’s word was declared to Abraham, His word is given to us today. Even if we have not yet seen these promises fulfilled in our lives, if we believe His words as Abraham did, we can receive the salvation offered by the Lord Jesus Christ.

"...that if you confess with your mouth Jesus as Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved; for with the heart a person believes, resulting in righteousness, and with the mouth he confesses, resulting in salvation." — Romans 10:9–10 (NASB)

If we believe in our hearts unto righteousness in this way, we will become children of light and live in fellowship with Him. Yes,

"...but if we walk in the Light as He Himself is in the Light, we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus His Son cleanses us from all sin." — 1 John 1:7 (NASB)

Therefore, we must first believe in the experience of salvation spoken of in the Bible—an experience we have not yet visually seen in our lives. Not only that, but having believed, we must wait patiently for its fulfilment. Then, we will certainly experience in our lives the glorious reality that our sins have been forgiven by the Lord Jesus Christ.

🦋 Meditation verse - யாக்கோபு 1 : 8 / James 1:8

 தியானம் - 2045

"ஆதவன்" செப்டம்பர் 14 திங்கள் 2026

"இருமனமுள்ளவன் தன் வழிகளிலெல்லாம் நிலையற்றவனாயிருக்கிறான்." ( யாக்கோபு 1 : 8 )

இந்த உலக வாழ்க்கையில்கூட நாம் ஏதாவது ஒன்றினைச் சாதிக்கவேண்டுமானால்  மனம் தடுமாற்றமின்றி எடுத்த முடிவில் நிலைத்து நிற்கவேண்டியது அவசியம். ஒரு முடிவெடுக்குமுன் பலமுறை சிந்திக்கவேண்டும் அனால் முடிவெடுத்தபின்னர் எடுத்த முடிவில் தடுமாற்றமின்றி துணிந்து நிற்கவேண்டும். இப்படித் துணிந்து  முடிவெடுக்கமுடியாதவர்கள் எதனையும் சாதிக்கமுடியாது. இத்தகையவர்களே இருமனமுள்ளவர்கள். இருமனமுள்ளவர்களாக நாம் இருப்போமானால் நிலையற்றவர்களாகவே இருப்போம். 

ஆவிக்குரிய வாழ்விலும் நாம் இப்படியே இருக்கவேண்டியது அவசியம். கர்த்தருக்காக வாழ நாம் முடிவெடுத்துவிட்டால் அதிலிருந்து நாம் பின்வாங்கிடக்கூடாது. உழக்கூடிய உழவன் முன்னோக்கிப்பார்த்து வயலை உழவேண்டியது அவசியம். பாதி வயலை உழுதுவிட்டு பின்னோக்கிப் பார்த்துத் தனது வேலையை நிறுத்திவிட்டால் அவனால் வயலை உழுது பயிர்ச்செய்து அறுவடையைக் காண முடியாது.  

நாம் தேவனுக்கென்று எடுத்த முடிவில் நிலைத்து நிற்கவேண்டியது அவசியம். இல்லையானால் நாம் அவருக்குமுன் தகுதியற்றவர்களாக ஆகிவிடுவோம். இதனையே ஆண்டவராகிய இயேசு கிறிஸ்து, "கலப்பையின்மேல் தன் கையை வைத்துப் பின்னிட்டுப்பார்க்கிற எவனும் தேவனுடைய ராஜ்யத்துக்குத் தகுதியுள்ளவன் அல்ல என்றார்" ( லுூக்கா 9 : 62 )

ஆம் அன்பானவர்களே, இன்று பெரும்பாலான கிறிஸ்தவர்கள் இருமனமுள்ளவர்களாகவே இருக்கின்றனர். தாங்கள் நினைத்தது கிடைக்கவேண்டும், ஜெபித்தது நிறைவேறவேண்டும் என எண்ணுகின்றனர். அப்படி நடக்கவில்லையானால் கர்த்தருக்கு எதிராக முறுமுறுத்து மாற்றுவழியைத் தேடுகின்றனர்.  தங்களை ஆவிக்குரிய கிறிஸ்தவர்கள் என்று கூறிக்கொள்பவர்களும் இதற்கு விதிவிலக்கல்ல. 

இப்படியே எலியா காலத்திலும் மக்கள் இருந்தனர். "அப்பொழுது எலியா சகல ஜனத்தண்டைக்கும் வந்து: நீங்கள் எந்தமட்டும் இரண்டு நினைவுகளால் குந்திக்குந்தி நடப்பீர்கள்; கர்த்தர் தெய்வமானால் அவரைப் பின்பற்றுங்கள்; பாகால் தெய்வமானால் அவனைப் பின்பற்றுங்கள் என்றான், ஜனங்கள் பிரதியுத்தரமாக அவனுக்கு ஒன்றும் சொல்லவில்லை." ( 1 இராஜாக்கள் 18 : 21 ) என்று வாசிக்கின்றோம். ஆம், இரண்டு நினைவுகள் நம்மைக் குந்திக்குந்திதான் நடக்கச்செய்யும். வாழ்க்கையில் முன்னேற்றம் காணமுடியாது. 

கிறிஸ்துவிடம்  வந்த ஒருவன் பின்னிட்டுப் பார்க்கின்றான் என்றால் அதற்கு இன்னொரு காரணம் பழைய பாவ சந்தோஷங்களாகும். பழைய பாவ நண்பர்களும் அவர்களோடு செலவழித்த பழைய நாட்களும்  நினைவுக்கு வருவதால் பலர் இருமனமுள்ளவர்களாக மாறி, கிறிஸ்துவை விட்டுப் பின்வாங்குகின்றனர்.  பாவகாரியங்களுக்கு விலகி ஓடியபின் அவைகளை முற்றிலும் மறந்துவிட வேண்டியது அவசியம். திரும்பிப்பார்த்தோமானால் பாவம் நம்மை மீண்டும் இழுத்து படுகுழியில் தள்ளிவிடும். 

"கர்த்தரும் இரட்சகருமாயிருக்கிற இயேசுகிறிஸ்துவை அறிகிற அறிவினாலே உலகத்தின் அசுத்தங்களுக்குத் தப்பினவர்கள் மறுபடியும் அவைகளில் சிக்கிக்கொண்டு ஜெயிக்கப்பட்டால், அவர்களுடைய பின்னிலைமை முன்னிலைமையிலும் கேடுள்ளதாயிருக்கும்." ( 2 பேதுரு 2 : 20 )

ஒரு மனிதனுக்கு இருமனம் ஏற்படக் காரணங்கள் விசுவாசக் குறைவும் தேவையில்லாத மாற்று சிந்தனைகளும்தான். எனவே நாம் கிறிஸ்துவைத்தவிர வேறு எதனையும் அறியாமலும், அறிய ஆசைப்படாமலும் இருக்கவேண்டியது அவசியம். இதனால்தான் அப்போஸ்தலரான பவுல், "இயேசுகிறிஸ்துவை, சிலுவையில் அறையப்பட்ட அவரையேயன்றி, வேறொன்றையும் உங்களுக்குள்ளே அறியாதிருக்கத் தீர்மானித்திருந்தேன்" ( 1 கொரிந்தியர் 2 : 2 ) என்கின்றார். 

இருமனம் வேண்டாம்; கிறிஸ்துவைத்தவிர வேறு சிந்தனை வேண்டாம்; கலப்பையின்மேல் கையை வைத்துப் பின்னிட்டுப் பார்க்கவேண்டாம். நமது இலக்கான கிறிஸ்துவை மட்டுமே நோக்கிப்பார்த்து நமது விசுவாசப் பயணத்தைக் தொடருவோம். காரணம், இன்றைய தியான வசனம் கூறுவதுபோல  இருமனமுள்ளவன் தன் வழிகளிலெல்லாம் நிலையற்றவனாயிருக்கிறான். 

MEDITATION – 2045

AATHAVAN – September 14, Monday, 2026

“Being a double-minded man, unstable in all his ways.” — James 1:8 (NASB)

Even in our earthly life, if we want to accomplish something, it is essential that we remain firm in the decisions we make, without wavering. We should think carefully and consider matters many times before making a decision. But once a decision has been made, we must stand firmly and courageously by it without hesitation. Those who are unable to make firm decisions will not be able to accomplish anything. Such people are double-minded. If we are double-minded, we will always remain unstable.

The same principle applies to our spiritual life. Once we have decided to live for the Lord, we must never turn back from that decision. A farmer who ploughs a field must look forward and continue his work. If he ploughs only half of the field and then looks back and stops, he will never be able to complete the ploughing, cultivate the field, or see the harvest.

Likewise, we must remain steadfast in the decision we have made to live for God. Otherwise, we will become unworthy before Him. This is exactly what our Lord Jesus Christ said:

“No one, after putting his hand to the plow and looking back, is fit for the kingdom of God.” — Luke 9:62 (NASB)

Yes, beloved, sadly, many Christians today are double-minded. They expect everything to happen according to their wishes and want their prayers to be answered exactly as they desire. When this does not happen, they grumble against the Lord and begin looking for alternative ways. Even those who call themselves spiritual Christians are not always an exception to this.

People were like this even during the days of Elijah. We read:

“How long will you hesitate between two opinions? If the LORD is God, follow Him; but if Baal, follow him.” — 1 Kings 18:21 (NASB)

Yes, having two conflicting thoughts will only make us hesitate and stumble along our way. We will not be able to make progress in our lives.

When a person comes to Christ and then begins looking back, another reason may be the pleasures of his former sinful life. Old sinful friends and the days spent with them may come to mind. As a result, many become double-minded and turn away from Christ. Once we have run away from sinful ways, it is essential that we completely leave them behind and forget them. If we turn back and look at them again, sin may pull us back and cast us once more into the pit from which we escaped.

“For if, after they have escaped the defilements of the world through the knowledge of the Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, they are again entangled in them and are overcome, the last state has become worse for them than the first.” — 2 Peter 2:20 (NASB)

The reasons for double-mindedness in a person are a lack of faith and unnecessary alternative thoughts. Therefore, we must be determined to know nothing except Christ and must not desire to pursue anything that takes our attention away from Him. That is why the Apostle Paul said:

“For I determined to know nothing among you except Jesus Christ, and Him crucified.” — 1 Corinthians 2:2 (NASB)

Let there be no double-mindedness. Let there be no thoughts that draw us away from Christ. Let us not put our hand to the plow and then look back. Instead, let us keep our eyes fixed upon Christ, our goal, and continue our journey of faith with steadfastness.

For, as today’s meditation verse reminds us:

“Being a double-minded man, unstable in all his ways.” — James 1:8 (NASB)

🦋 Meditation verse - சங்கீதம் 57 : 2 / Psalm 57:2

 தியானம் - 2044

"ஆதவன்" செப்டம்பர் 13 ஞாயிறு 2026

"எனக்காக யாவையும் செய்து முடிக்கப்போகிற தேவனாகிய உன்னதமான தேவனை நோக்கிக் கூப்பிடுவேன்." ( சங்கீதம் 57 : 2 )

இன்று நல்ல மதிப்பெண்ணுடன் படித்துமுடித்தும் படிப்புக்கேற்ற வேலைவாய்ப்புகள் இல்லாத இளைஞர்களும் இளம்பெண்களும் அதிகம் உண்டு.  ஆனால் இப்படி வேலைவாய்ப்பில்லாத பலரும் பொதுவாக தேவனை நோக்கிப்பார்ப்பதில்லை. நாம் தேவன்மேல் பற்றுக்கொள்ளவும் ஜெபிக்கவும் நமக்கு இன்னும் வயதாகவில்லை என்றே பலரும் எண்ணுகின்றனர். மேலும் தங்களது இளம் வயதை இன்றைய பெரும்பாலான இளைஞர்கள் கைப்பேசியிலும், சமூக வலைத்தளங்களிலும் செலவிடுகின்றனர். 

ஆனால், "நீ உன் வாலிபப்பிராயத்திலே உன் சிருஷ்டிகரை நினை" ( பிரசங்கி 12 : 1 ) என்று வேதம் அறிவுறுத்துகின்றது.  ஆம் அன்பானவர்களே, நாம் நமது இளம் வயதிலேயே தேவனை அன்புசெய்து அவரையேச் சார்ந்து வாழப் பழகவேண்டும். 

தாவீது சவுல் இராஜாவுக்குப் பயந்து  தப்பி ஓடியபோது மலையிலுள்ள ஒரு குகையிலிருந்து இன்றைய தியான வசனம் குறிப்பிடப்பட்டுள்ள சங்கீதத்தை எழுதினார். ஆனால், தாவீது இராஜாவானபோது அவருக்கு வயது முப்பது. அதாவது, அவர் இராஜாவாகுமுன்,  முப்பது வயதுக்கும் குறைவாக இருக்கும்போது இன்றைய தியான வசனத்தை எழுதியுள்ளார் என்பது தெளிவாகின்றது. ஒரு துடிப்பான இளைஞனாக அவர் இருந்தபோது தனது பலத்தை நம்பாமல்,  "எனக்காக யாவையும் செய்து முடிக்கப்போகிற தேவனாகிய உன்னதமான தேவனை நோக்கிக் கூப்பிடுவேன்" என்று கூறுகின்றார். 

இது தாவீதின் விசுவாச அறிக்கையாகவும் இருப்பதை நாம் காண்கின்றோம். "தேவன் எனக்காக யாவையும் செய்து முடிக்கப்போகின்றார், எனவே அவரை நோக்கிக் கூப்பிடுவேன்"  என்று அவர் முழு நம்பிக்கையுடன் கூறுவதை நாம் பார்க்கின்றோம். மட்டுமல்ல, தொடர்ந்து அவர் கூறுகின்றார், "என்னை விழுங்கப்பார்க்கிறவன் என்னை நிந்திக்கையில், அவர் பரலோகத்திலிருந்து ஒத்தாசை அனுப்பி, என்னை இரட்சிப்பார்:  தேவன் தமது கிருபையையும் தமது சத்தியத்தையும் அனுப்புவார்." ( சங்கீதம் 57 : 3 ) என்கின்றார் முழு விசுவாசத்துடன். 

இதனை வாசிக்கும் இளம் சகோதரனே, சகோதரியே, முப்பது வயதுக்குமுன் தேவன்மேல் இத்தகைய அன்பும் விசுவாசமும் கொண்டிருந்த தாவீதைப்போல உங்கள் அன்பும் விசுவாசமும் இருக்கின்றதா? தேவன் எனக்காக இதனைச் செய்து முடிப்பார் என்று தாவீதைப்போல உறுதியான விசுவாச அறிக்கையை  உங்களால் கூறமுடியுமா? தாவீது சுகமாக வாழ்ந்து இருக்கும்போது இப்படிக்கூறவில்லை. மாறாக,  நொறுங்குண்ட இதயத்துடன், உயிர் பயத்துடன் இருந்தபோது இந்த விசுவாச அறிக்கையினைச் செய்தார். 

இதே தாவீது, "நொறுங்குண்ட இருதயமுள்ளவர்களுக்குக் கர்த்தர் சமீபமாயிருந்து, நருங்குண்ட ஆவியுள்ளவர்களை இரட்சிக்கிறார்" ( சங்கீதம் 34 : 18 ) என்று ஏற்கெனவே கூறியுள்ளார். அதாவது,  நொறுங்குண்ட இதயத்துடன், மனவேதனையுடன் தேவனை நோக்கிப்பார்த்தால் தேவன் நிச்சயமாக நமக்கு இரங்குவார் என்கின்றார். தாவீதின் வார்த்தைகள் அனைத்துமே அவர் தேவனோடு அனுபவித்த அனுபவத்தின் வெளிப்பாடுகள்.  ஆம், மனவேதனைக்குத் தீர்வு முகநூலும், இன்ஸ்டாகிராமும் இதர சமூக ஊடகங்களுமல்ல. மாறாக, தேவனாகிய கர்த்தரின் சமூகம் மட்டுமே. 

இன்றைய ஒடுக்கபட்ட, வேலையற்ற, புறக்கணிக்கப்பட்ட நிலையினை எண்ணி வருந்தாமல், கர்த்தரை உறுதியான விசுவாசத்துடன் பற்றிக்கொள்ள இன்றைய தியான வசனம் மூலம் கர்த்தர் உணர்த்துகின்றார். கர்த்தரையே பற்றிக்கொள்ளுங்கள்; "எனக்காக யாவையும் செய்து முடிக்கப்போகிற தேவனாகிய உன்னதமான தேவனை நோக்கிக் கூப்பிடுவேன்" என்று கூறியுள்ளபடி அவரை நோக்கி விசுவாசத்துடன் உங்கள் மனதின் வேதனையையும் எதிர்பார்ப்பையும் வெற்றி அறிக்கையிடுங்கள். ஆம், உங்கள் விசுவாச அறிக்கையின்படியே கர்த்தர் உங்களுக்காக யாவையும் செய்து முடிப்பார்.

"AATHAVAN" Sunday, September 13, 2026

"I will cry to God Most High, To God who accomplishes all things for me." (Psalm 57:2)

Today, there are many young men and women who have graduated with good marks but lack employment opportunities that match their education. However, many of those who are unemployed in this way generally do not look to God. Many think they are not yet old enough to cling to God or to pray. Furthermore, most of today's youth spend their younger years on mobile phones and social media.

But the Scripture advises, "Remember also your Creator in the days of your youth" (Ecclesiastes 12:1). Yes, beloved, we must learn to love God and depend solely on Him even in our youth.

David wrote the Psalm containing today's meditation verse from a cave in the mountains while fleeing in fear of King Saul. However, David was thirty years old when he became king. This means it is clear he wrote today's meditation verse before he became king, when he was less than thirty years old. As a vibrant youth, without relying on his own strength, he declared, "I will cry to God Most High, To God who accomplishes all things for me."

We see this as David's declaration of faith. We see him stating with full confidence, "God will accomplish all things for me, therefore I will cry out to Him." Not only that, he continues to say with full faith, "He will send from heaven and save me; He reproaches him who tramples upon me... God will send forth His lovingkindness and His truth" (Psalm 57:3).

Young brother or sister reading this, do you have such love and faith in God as David had before the age of thirty? Can you make a firm declaration of faith like David, saying that God will accomplish this for me? David did not say this while living comfortably. Rather, he made this declaration of faith when he was with a broken heart and in fear for his life.

This same David had already said, "The LORD is near to the broken-hearted And saves those who are crushed in spirit" (Psalm 34:18). That is, he says that if we look to God with a broken heart and mental agony, God will certainly have mercy on us. All of David's words are expressions of the experiences he had with God. Yes, the solution to mental agony is not Facebook, Instagram, or other social media. Rather, it is only the presence of the Lord God.

Through today's meditation verse, the Lord makes us realize that we should not despair over our current oppressed, jobless, or rejected state, but rather hold firmly onto the Lord with unwavering faith. Cling to the Lord alone; just as it is said, "I will cry to God Most High, To God who accomplishes all things for me," look to Him with faith and declare your heart's pain and expectations as a declaration of victory. Yes, according to your declaration of faith, the Lord will accomplish all things for you.

🦋 Meditation verse - சகரியா 2 : 7, 8 / Zechariah 2:7, 8

 தியானம் - 2043

"ஆதவன்" செப்டம்பர் 12 சனி 2026

"பாபிலோன் குமாரத்தியினிடத்தில் குடியிருக்கிற சீயோனே, உன்னை விடுவித்துக்கொள். பிற்பாடு மகிமையுண்டாகும் என்று சேனைகளின் கர்த்தர் சொல்லுகிறார்; உங்களைக் கொள்ளையிட்ட ஜாதிகளிடத்துக்கு என்னை அனுப்பினார்; உங்களைத் தொடுகிறவன் அவருடைய கண்மணியைத் தொடுகிறான்." ( சகரியா 2 : 7, 8 )

நமது பாவ வாழ்க்கையிலிருந்து நாம் நம்மை விடுவித்துக்கொள்ளும்போது நமக்கு வாழ்க்கையில் மகிமை உண்டாகும் என்று இன்றைய தியான வசனம் மூலம் தேவன் நமக்கு அறிவுறுத்துகின்றார். 

பாபிலோன் என்பது அடிமைத்தனத்தைக் குறிக்கின்றது. இஸ்ரவேல் மக்கள் பாபிலோனியருக்கு அடிமைகளாக இருந்ததுபோல கர்த்தருக்கு என நியமிக்கப்பட்ட சீயோன் மக்களாகிய பலர் இன்று அறிந்தோ அறியாமலோ பாவத்துக்கு அடிமைகளாக இருக்கின்றோம். ஆம், பாவ சந்ததிகளாகிய பாபிலோன் வாழ்க்கை வாழும் மக்கள் மத்தியில் அவர்களைப்போல வாழ்ந்துகொண்டிருக்கின்றோம். 

இப்படி வாழும் மக்களைப்பார்த்து, "பாபிலோன் குமாரத்தியினிடத்தில் குடியிருக்கிற சீயோனே, உன்னை விடுவித்துக்கொள். பிற்பாடு மகிமையுண்டாகும் என்று சேனைகளின் கர்த்தர் சொல்லுகிறார்." அதாவது, பாபிலோன் வாழ்க்கை வாழும் மக்களைவிட்டு; அவர்களது பாவ பழக்கங்களை விட்டு, உன்னை விடுவித்துக்கொள். அப்போது உனது வாழ்க்கையில் புது மகிமையைக் காண்பாய் என்கின்றார். 

இப்படி நாம் நம்மை விடுவித்துக்கொள்ளும்போது நமக்கு ஆசீர்வாதம் உண்டு. இன்றைய தியான வசனத்தின் பிற்பகுதியில்  இதனைக் குறித்து கூறப்பட்டுள்ளது. நாம் பாபிலோன் வாழ்க்கையினை விட்டுவிடும்போது, இதுவரை உங்களை அடிமைப்படுத்தி கொள்ளையிட்ட பாபிலோனிடத்துக்கு நான் செல்வேன் என்று ஆவியானவர் கூறுகின்றார்; எனவே, அவர்கள் இனி உன்னை நெருங்க முடியாது.   மட்டுமல்ல, இனி நீங்கள் எனது கண்மணிபோல இருப்பீர்கள். உங்களை எவரும் இனித் தொடமுடியாது. இதனையே,  "உங்களைக் கொள்ளையிட்ட ஜாதிகளிடத்துக்கு என்னை அனுப்பினார்; உங்களைத் தொடுகிறவன் அவருடைய கண்மணியைத் தொடுகிறான்" என்கிறார் தேவனாகிய கர்த்தர். 

ஆம் அன்பானவர்களே, கர்த்தருக்கென்று நியமிக்கப்பட்ட சீயோன் மக்கள் நாம். இதனை உணர்ந்து நமது பாவ வாழ்க்கையினை விட்டு மனம்திரும்பி அவரிடம் வரவேண்டியது அவசியம். இன்று பலரும் தங்களது தொடர்ந்த துன்பங்கள், ஆசீர்வாதக் குறைவுகளுக்கான காரணம் புரியாமல் தொடர்ந்து பாபிலோன் வாழ்க்கை வாழ்ந்து கொண்டிருக்கின்றார்கள். அவர்களுக்கு இன்று தேவன் சகரியா மூலம்  "பாபிலோன் குமாரத்தியினிடத்தில் குடியிருக்கிற சீயோனே, உன்னை விடுவித்துக்கொள்" என அறைகூவல் விடுகின்றார். 

அப்படி விடுவித்துக்கொண்டபின் மகிமையுண்டாகும் என்று சேனைகளின் கர்த்தர் சொல்லுகிறார். மட்டுமல்ல, அதன்பின் எந்தத் துன்பங்களும் உங்களை மேற்கொள்ளாதவாறு கர்த்தர்  நான் காத்துக்கொள்வேன் என்கின்றார். காரணம், பாபிலோன் வாழ்க்கையிலிருந்து விடுவித்துக்கொண்ட  உங்களைத் தொடுகிறவன் அவருடைய கண்மணியைத் தொடுகிறான். அப்படித் தொடுகிறவனை அவர் விட்டுவிடமாட்டார்.

"AATHAVAN" | Saturday, September 12, 2026

"Ho, Zion! Escape, you who are living with the daughter of Babylon. For thus says the LORD of hosts, ‘After glory He has sent Me against the nations which plunder you, for he who touches you, touches the apple of His eye.’" (Zechariah 2:7, 8 - NASB)

Through today’s meditation verse, God instructs us that when we free ourselves from our sinful life, there will be glory in our lives.

Babylon signifies bondage. Just as the people of Israel were slaves to the Babylonians, many of us—the people of Zion appointed for the Lord—are today slaves to sin, whether knowingly or unknowingly. Yes, we are living like them, dwelling among a generation that lives a sinful "Babylonian" life.

Looking at people living this way, the Lord says, "Ho, Zion! Escape, you who are living with the daughter of Babylon. For thus says the LORD of hosts, ‘After glory...’" That is, free yourself from the people living a Babylonian life and from their sinful habits. When you do, He says you will see new glory in your life.

When we free ourselves in this manner, there is a blessing waiting for us. The latter part of today’s meditation verse speaks to this. The Spirit says that when we forsake the Babylonian life, He will go against the Babylon that has enslaved and plundered you thus far; therefore, they will no longer be able to come near you. Not only that, but from now on, you will be like the apple of His eye. No one will be able to touch you anymore. This is exactly what the Lord God means when He says, "He has sent Me against the nations which plunder you, for hewho touches you, touches the apple of His eye."

Yes, dear ones, we are the people of Zion, appointed for the Lord. Realizing this, it is essential for us to leave our sinful lives, repent, and return to Him. Today, many continue to live a Babylonian life without understanding the reason for their ongoing struggles and lack of blessings. To them, God gives a clarion call today through Zechariah: "Ho, Zion! Escape, you who are living with the daughter of Babylon."

The Lord of hosts promises that after you free yourself in this way, there will be glory. Moreover, the Lord says He will protect you so that no afflictions will overcome you thereafter. The reason is that anyone who touches you—you who have freed yourself from the Babylonian life—touches the apple of His eye. And He will never spare the one who touches you in such a way.
