❤️Meditation verse - எபிரெயர் 12: 24 / Hebrews 12:24

 வேதாகமத் தியானம் - எண்:- 1,483    

'ஆதவன்' பிப்ருவரி 28, 2025. 💚வெள்ளிக்கிழமை  

"புது உடன்படிக்கையின் மத்தியஸ்தராகிய இயேசுவினிடத்திற்கும், ஆபேலினுடைய இரத்தம் பேசினதைப்பார்க்கிலும் நன்மையானவைகளைப் பேசுகிற இரத்தமாகிய தெளிக்கப்படும் இரத்தத்தினிடத்திற்கும் வந்துசேர்ந்தீர்கள்." ( எபிரெயர் 12: 24)

நமது ஆண்டவராகிய இயேசு கிறிஸ்து தனது இரத்தத்தால் உண்டாக்கிய புதிய உடன்படிக்கையின் மக்களாக நாம் இருக்கின்றோம். இயேசு கிறிஸ்து பிதாவாகிய தேவனிடம் நமக்காக பரிந்துபேச இந்த இரத்தத்தின்மூலம் அதிகாரம் பெற்றிருக்கின்றார். பிதாவுக்கும் நமக்கும் மத்தியஸ்தராக அவர் இருக்கின்றார். அதனையே இன்றைய தியான வசனம்,  "புது உடன்படிக்கையின் மத்தியஸ்தராகிய இயேசு" என்று கூறுகின்றது.

மேலும் இந்த வசனம் கிறிஸ்துவின் இரத்தம் ஆபேலின் இரத்தத்தைப் பார்க்கிலும் நன்மையானவைகளைப் பேசுகின்ற இரத்தம் என்று கூறுகின்றது. ஆபேலின் இரத்தம் தன்னைக் கொலை செய்த தனது சகோதரனுக்காக தேவனிடம் கதறி பழிவங்கச் சொன்ன இரத்தம். ஆனால் இயேசு கிறிஸ்துவின் இரத்தமோ நமது பாவங்கள் கழுவப்பட்டு நாம் சுத்திகரிக்கப்பட  தேவனிடம் பரிந்து பேசும் இரத்தம்.  "அந்தப்படியே, இயேசுவும் தம்முடைய சொந்த இரத்தத்தினாலே ஜனத்தைப் பரிசுத்தஞ்செய்யும்படியாக நகர வாசலுக்குப் புறம்பே பாடுபட்டார்." ( எபிரெயர் 13: 12) என்று வாசிக்கின்றோம். 

ஆம், "அவருடைய குமாரனாகிய இயேசுகிறிஸ்துவின் இரத்தம் சகல பாவங்களையும் நீக்கி, நம்மைச் சுத்திகரிக்கும்." (1 யோவான்  1 : 7) என்று வாசிக்கின்றோம். அதாவது கிறிஸ்துவின் இரத்தம் நம்மைச் சுத்திகரிக்கும் இரத்தம். 

ஆபேலின் இரத்தம் சிந்தப்பட மூல காரணம் சகோதரர்களுக்குள் எழுந்த பொறாமை. ஆனால் கிறிஸ்துவின் இரத்தம் நம்மீது அவர் கொண்ட அன்பினால் சிந்தப்பட்ட இரத்தம். இயேசுவின் சிந்தப்பட்ட இரத்தத்தால் நாம் அவரோடு சகோதர உணர்வோடும் அன்போடும் நெருங்கியவர்களாகின்றோம்.

ஆபேலின் இரத்தம் பூமியில் மண்ணோடு மண்ணாக அழிந்துபோன இரத்தம். அனால் நமது ஆண்டவராகிய இயேசு கிறிஸ்துவின் இரத்தமோ புதிதும் ஜீவனுமானமார்க்கத்தை நமக்கு உண்டுபண்ணின  இரத்தம். இதனையே, "ஆகையால், சகோதரரே, நாம் பரிசுத்தஸ்தலத்தில் பிரவேசிப்பதற்கு இயேசுவானவர் தமது மாம்சமாகிய திரையின் வழியாய்ப் புதிதும் ஜீவனுமானமார்க்கத்தை நமக்கு உண்டுபண்ணினபடியால், அந்த மார்க்கத்தின்வழியாய்ப் பிரவேசிப்பதற்கு அவருடைய இரத்தத்தினாலே நமக்குத் தைரியம் உண்டாயிருக்கிறபடியினாலும்...' ( எபிரெயர் 10: 19, 20) என்று கூறப்பட்டுள்ளது. 

ஆபேலின் இரத்தம் வெறுமனே சிந்தப்பட்ட மனித இரத்தம். ஆனால்  எல்லாவற்றுக்குமேலாக அனைவருக்கும் நித்திய மீட்பை அளிக்கும் இரத்தமாக கிறிஸ்துவின் இரத்தம் இருக்கின்றது. "வெள்ளாட்டுக்கடா, இளங்காளை இவைகளுடைய இரத்தத்தினாலே அல்ல, தம்முடைய சொந்த இரத்தத்தினாலும் ஒரேதரம் மகா பரிசுத்த ஸ்தலத்திலே பிரவேசித்து, நித்திய மீட்பை உண்டுபண்ணினார்." ( எபிரெயர் 9: 12) என்று கூறப்பட்டுள்ளது.

ஆம் அன்பானவர்களே, நாம்,   ஆபேலினுடைய இரத்தம் பேசினதைப்பார்க்கிலும் நன்மையானவைகளைப் பேசுகிற இரத்தமாகிய இயேசு கிறிஸ்துவின் இரத்தத்தினிடத்திற்கு வந்துசேர்ந்துள்ளோம். எனவே நாம் நம்பிக்கையுடன் இருக்கின்றோம். பாவ மன்னிப்பு; நித்திய மீட்ப்பு; தேவனிடம் சேரும் வாய்ப்பு இவை அனைத்தும் கிறிஸ்துவின் இரத்தத்தால் நமக்கு உண்டாயிருக்கின்றது. கிறிஸ்துவின் இரத்தத்தை அவமதிக்காமல் நம்மை அது கழுவி சுத்திகரிக்கும்படி வேண்டுவோம்; நம்மை அவருக்கு ஒப்புக்கொடுப்போம்.

"And to Jesus the mediator of the new covenant, and to the blood of sprinkling, that speaketh better things than that of Abel." (Hebrews 12:24, KJV)

We are the people of the new covenant, established by the blood of our Lord Jesus Christ. Through His blood, Jesus Christ has obtained the authority to intercede for us before God the Father. He is the mediator between God and us, as today’s meditation verse declares: "Jesus the mediator of the new covenant."

Furthermore, this verse tells us that the blood of Christ speaks better things than the blood of Abel. Abel’s blood cried out to God for vengeance against his brother who murdered him. But the blood of Jesus Christ pleads for us before God, cleansing us from our sins and sanctifying us. As it is written: "Wherefore Jesus also, that he might sanctify the people with his own blood, suffered without the gate." (Hebrews 13:12, KJV).

Yes, "the blood of Jesus Christ his Son cleanseth us from all sin." (1 John 1:7, KJV). That is, the blood of Christ is the blood that purifies us.

The shedding of Abel’s blood was caused by jealousy between brothers. But the blood of Christ was shed out of His love for us. Through the shed blood of Jesus, we are brought near to Him in brotherly love and unity.

Abel’s blood was earthly and returned to the dust. But the blood of our Lord Jesus Christ has opened a new and living way for us. As it is written: "Having therefore, brethren, boldness to enter into the holiest by the blood of Jesus, by a new and living way, which he hath consecrated for us, through the veil, that is to say, his flesh." (Hebrews 10:19-20, KJV).

Abel’s blood was merely the blood of a man shed in vain. But the blood of Christ is far greater, offering eternal redemption to all. "Neither by the blood of goats and calves, but by his own blood he entered in once into the holy place, having obtained eternal redemption for us." (Hebrews 9:12, KJV).

Yes, beloved, we have come to the blood of Jesus Christ, which speaks better things than the blood of Abel. Therefore, we live in faith. Forgiveness of sins, eternal salvation, and the opportunity to draw near to God—all these are made possible for us through the blood of Christ. Let us not despise the blood of Christ but allow it to cleanse and sanctify us. Let us surrender ourselves to Him.
