🍒Meditation verse - எபிரெயர் 4: 15 / Hebrews 4:15

 வேதாகமத் தியானம் - எண்:- 1,541

'ஆதவன்' 💚ஏப்ரல் 26, 2025. 💚சனிக்கிழமை 

"நம்முடைய பலவீனங்களைக்குறித்துப் பரிதபிக்கக்கூடாத பிரதான ஆசாரியர் நமக்கிராமல், எல்லாவிதத்திலும் நம்மைப்போல் சோதிக்கப்பட்டும், பாவமில்லாதவராயிருக்கிற பிரதான ஆசாரியரே நமக்கிருக்கிறார்." ( எபிரெயர் 4: 15)

மற்றவர்களுக்கு உபதேசம் பண்ணுவது எளிது ஆனால் நாம் உபதேசம் பண்ணியதுபோல வாழ்வதுதான் கடினம். நம்மில் பலரும் ஊருக்கு உபதேசம் செய்பவர்களாகவே வாழ்கின்றனர். இந்த உலகினில் கிறிஸ்துவைத்தவிர நல்ல கருத்துக்களைக் கூறியவர்கள் எவரும் முற்றிலும்  நல்லவர்களல்ல. பரிசுத்தவான்கள் என நாம் புகழும் அனைவருமே முன்னாள் பாவிகள்தான். கிறிஸ்துவுக்குத் தங்களை ஒப்புக்கொடுத்ததால் அவரது கிருபையால் பாவங்கள் மன்னிக்கப்பட்டுப் புனிதமடைந்தவர்கள். 

மனிதர்களுடைய பலவீனமே அவர்களைப்  பாவத்தில் விழச்  செய்கின்றது.  பாவச் சூழ்நிலைகளே நம்மைப் பாவத்தில் விழச் செய்கின்றது. ஏனெனில் நல்ல கருத்துக்களையும் போதனைகளையும் நாம் கேட்டு நல்லவர்களாக வாழ எண்ணினாலும் சமுதாயத்தில் நம்மைப் பாவத்தில் விழத்தள்ளுகின்ற பல காரணிகள் உள்ளன. இதிலிருந்து நாம் உணர்ந்துகொள்வது, பாவத்திலிருந்து விடுபட நமது சுய முயற்சியால் முடியாது என்பதுதான். 

உதாரணாமாக,  இன்றைய நவீன காலத்தில் பாவமானது மனிதர்களது விரல்நுனியில் இருக்கின்றது. செல்போன்கள் நல்ல காரியத்துக்காக கண்டுபிடிக்கப்பட்டிருந்தாலும் இன்று இளைஞர்கள் இளம் பெண்கள் மட்டுமல்ல வயதானவர்கள்கூட செல்போன்களை அவர்கள் முயன்றாலும் விடுபடமுடியாமல் பாவ காரியங்களுக்கு அதிகமாகப் பயன்படுத்துவத்தைப் பார்க்கின்றோம். ஆம்,  ஒருவிதத்தில் மனிதர்களுக்கு செல்போன்கள் பலமல்ல, பலவீனம். 

ஆனால் இன்றைய தேவ வசனம் சொல்கின்றது, "நம்முடைய பலவீனங்களைக்குறித்துப் பரிதபிக்கக்கூடாத பிரதான ஆசாரியர் நமக்கிராமல், எல்லாவிதத்திலும் நம்மைப்போல் சோதிக்கப்பட்டும், பாவமில்லாதவராயிருக்கிற பிரதான ஆசாரியரே நமக்கிருக்கிறார்." என்று. அதாவது நமது பாவ பலவீனம் அவருக்குத் தெரியும். நாம் பாவத்திலிருந்து விடுபட போராடுவோமானால் அவர் அதனைக்குறித்துப் பரிதபிக்கின்றார். நம்மை விடுவிக்க உதவிடுவார். 

இயேசு கிறிஸ்துவைக்குறித்து இன்றைய தியான வசனம், எல்லாவிதத்திலும் நம்மைப்போல் சோதிக்கப்பட்டும், பாவமில்லாதவராயிருக்கிற பிரதான ஆசாரியர் என்று கூறுகின்றது. அதாவது நாம் அனுபவிக்கும் பாவச் சூழ்நிலைகள், சோதனைகள் அனைத்தும் அவருக்கும் இருந்தன. நம்மைப்போலவே அவர் பாவச் சூழ்நிலைகளால் சோதிக்கப்பட்டார். ஆனால் அவர் பாவம் செய்யவில்லை. அதனால் பாவமில்லாத பிரதான ஆசாரியராய் இருக்கின்றார். 

"குருடனுக்குக் குருடன் வழிகாட்டக்கூடுமோ? இருவரும் பள்ளத்தில் விழுவார்கள் அல்லவா?" ( லுூக்கா 6: 39) என்றார் இயேசு கிறிஸ்து. அதுபோலவே, பாவத்தில் பிறந்து பாவத்தில் உழன்றுகொண்டிருக்கும் ஒரு பாவி இன்னொரு பாவியை மீட்க முடியாது. பாவமில்லாத ஒருவரே பாவத்திலிருந்து மக்களை மீட்கமுடியும். ஆம், எல்லாவிதத்திலும் நம்மைப்போல் சோதிக்கப்பட்டும், பாவமில்லாதவராயிருக்கிற பிரதான ஆசாரியராகிய கிறிஸ்துவே நம்மை பாவத்திலிருந்து விடுவிக்க முடியும். அவரோடு ஐக்கியத்தில் நாம் வாழ்வோமானால் நாமும் அதுபோல பாவச்  சூழ்நிலைகளை மேற்கொள்ள அவர் நமக்கு உதவிடுவார். 

இன்றைய தியான வசனத்தின் தொடர்ச்சியாக, "ஆதலால், நாம் இரக்கத்தைப் பெறவும், ஏற்ற சமயத்தில் சகாயஞ்செய்யுங்கிருபையை அடையவும், தைரியமாய்க் கிருபாசனத்தண்டையிலே சேரக்கடவோம்." ( எபிரெயர் 4: 16) என்கிறார் எபிரேய நிருப ஆசிரியர். கிறிஸ்துவிடம் நாம் நெருங்கிச்செல்லப்  பயப்படவேண்டாம். அதனையே இந்த வசனம், "தைரியமாய்க் கிருபாசனத்தண்டையிலே சேரக்கடவோம்" என்று கூறுகின்றது. ஆம் அன்பானவர்களே, அப்போது இந்த வசனம் கூறுவதுபோல நாம் அவரது இரக்கத்தையும் சகாயஞ்செய்யும் கிருபையினையும் அடைவோம்.

Scripture Meditation – No. 1,541
AATHAVAN – April 26, 2025 | Saturday

“For we have not an high priest which cannot be touched with the feeling of our infirmities; but was in all points tempted like as we are, yet without sin.” (Hebrews 4:15, KJV)

It is easy to preach to others, but it is much harder to live according to what we preach. Many of us live as if we are advisors to the world. Apart from Christ, no one who shared good teachings in this world was ever perfect. Every saint we admire today was once a sinner. They became sanctified and received forgiveness through the grace of Christ, having surrendered their lives to Him.

It is human weakness that causes people to fall into sin. Situations that surround us are what often push us into sin. Even though we hear good teachings and desire to live uprightly, society presents many forces that draw us into sin. This helps us realize that we cannot escape sin through our own efforts alone.

For example, in today’s modern era, sin is literally at people’s fingertips. Although mobile phones were invented for good purposes, today we see that not only youth and young women but also older people are increasingly unable to refrain from using them for sinful activities. In a sense, mobile phones are not a strength but a weakness for many.

However, today’s Word of God says: “For we have not an high priest which cannot be touched with the feeling of our infirmities; but was in all points tempted like as we are, yet without sin.” (Hebrews 4:15, KJV) This means our weaknesses are known to Him. If we struggle to come out of sin, He sympathizes with us. He is willing to help us be delivered.

Today’s verse speaks about Jesus Christ as the High Priest who was tempted in all ways like we are, yet remained without sin. That means the temptations and sinful environments we experience, He too faced. Just like us, He was tempted by sinful surroundings, but He did not sin. That’s why He remains the sinless High Priest.

Jesus said, “Can the blind lead the blind? shall they not both fall into the ditch?” (Luke 6:39, KJV) In the same way, a sinner born in sin and still struggling in sin cannot redeem another sinner. Only one who is sinless can redeem people from sin. Yes, Christ, the High Priest who was tempted in all points as we are yet without sin, is the only One who can deliver us from sin. If we live in union with Him, He will help us overcome sinful surroundings just as He did.

As a continuation of today’s meditation verse, the author of Hebrews says:

“Let us therefore come boldly unto the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy, and find grace to help in time of need.” (Hebrews 4:16, KJV) We do not need to fear approaching Christ. This verse encourages us to “come boldly unto the throne of grace.” Yes, dear ones, when we do so, as this verse assures, we will obtain His mercy and find grace to help us.
