Inner Man

"......be strengthened with might by his Spirit in the inner man" ( Ephesians 3 : 16 )

Each of us are really two persons. A man is visible to the world; Another man, unknown to the outside world, lies hidden within every man. That is, the inner man. Most people live in conflict between the two.

The inner man is spiritual man. Today people are behaving differently contrary to expression of their mouth. That is they are acting contrary to their inner man. If we could express ourselves as we are in the inner man, it means that we are strong. But, most of the time, the inner man is jealous, lustful, greedy for money, sexually abusive thoughts etc. So many people hide these and show themselves as good people and walk in the world.

The inner man is the spiritual man. It is necessary to strengthen our inner man. Although the worldly men are bad inwardly, when the Spirit of Christ comes into the inward man, he makes it different. Only then only the inner man become spiritual; Only then does ones thoughts become spiritual.

However, the situation of people trying to live a spiritual life has difficulties as Paul says. The circumstances one live affect the desire to live according to God in the inner man. Yes, world brings obstacles to live such a spiritual life. That is why Paul says, "For I delight in the law of God after the inward man" ( Romans 7 : 22 ). But the circumstances of the outer world are a great challenge to living a holy life.

Because of this Paul writes, "For which cause we faint not; but though our outward man perish, yet the inward man is renewed day by day." ( 2 Corinthians 4 : 16 ) That is, because we want to live holy, even though the outer man looks like it is decaying and perishing, the inner man is being refreshed and renewed day by day. In today's verse, Paul says that he is praying for all the believers in the church of Ephesus to be strengthened with power in the inner man.

Without the help of the Holy Spirit we cannot be strengthened in the inner man and become the new man.

Beloved, Paul prays for his church believers to reach this higher state of life, unlike the servants of today who give priority to the worldly needs of the believers.

Since we have very few such Christian pastors today, it is necessary for us to pray for ourselves. When we pray for our inner man to be renewed daily, our life becomes a life without conflict. Only when our inner man and our outer man become one can we become true witnesses to the world.

Holy Spirit and Witness Life

"But ye shall receive power, after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you: and ye shall be witnesses unto me both in Jerusalem, and in all Judaea, and in Samaria, and unto the uttermost part of the earth." ( Acts 1 : 8 )

The reason God gives us the Holy Spirit is not to scream and shout, or to say "lapa lapa". The Holy Spirit is given to us so that we may be strengthened and live as witnesses for Christ.

In today's verse, Jerusalem refers to where we are, ie our town or home, Judea refers to the areas around us, and Samaria refers to other ethnic groups. That is, our witnessing life should be reflected in our home, town, neighboring towns and people of other races and finally reflected in the whole world. This is why the Holy Spirit comes on us.

Well, how does the Holy Spirit qualify us? Jesus Christ said, "And when he is come, he will reprove the world of sin, and of righteousness, and of judgment."( John 16 : 8 ). That is, presence of Holy Spirit in a person is revealed by his sinless life and his righteous deeds. His condemnation of eternal judgment qualifies one to live righteously.

And Jesus Christ said, "Howbeit when he, the Spirit of truth, is come, he will guide you into all truth: for he shall not speak of himself; but whatsoever he shall hear, that shall he speak: and he will shew you things to come." ( John 16 : 13 )

Beloved, the demonstrations of many ministers who claim to have received the gifts of the Holy Spirit are not scriptural. These are tricks they use to make people believe that they are powerful and for collecting more tributes.

He who receives the Holy Spirit will be humble. He will be full of the fruits of the Spirit. "But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, Meekness, temperance: against such there is no law." ( Galatians 5 : 22, 23 )

Beloved, when we pray with real earnestness and desire to live a life of witness to God, we receive the help of the Spirit of power. Otherwise, if we pray for the Holy Spirit to become like famous Christian ministers who are protesting, we will be alienated from Christ.

Lord, God will be gracious to our prayers when we pray for Holy Spirit to help us to be strong in our spiritual life and to live a life of witness to God. True anointing helps us live a life of witness to Christ.

பரிசுத்தஆவியானவரும் சாட்சி வாழ்க்கையும்

 ஆதவன் 🖋️ 669 ⛪ நவம்பர் 27,  2022 ஞாயிற்றுக்கிழமை

"பரிசுத்த ஆவி உங்களிடத்தில் வரும்போது நீங்கள் பெலனடைந்து, எருசலேமிலும், யூதேயா முழுவதிலும், சமாரியாவிலும், பூமியின் கடைசிப்பரியந்தமும், எனக்குச் சாட்சிகளாயிருப்பீர்கள்". ( அப்போஸ்தலருடைய நடபடிகள் 1 : 8 )

பரிசுத்த ஆவியானவரை தேவன் நமக்கு அருளுவதற்குக் காரணம் அலறி கூச்சலிடுவதற்கோ, "லாப லாபா" என்று உளறுவதற்கோ அல்ல.  நாம் பெலனடைந்து கிறிஸ்துவுக்குச் சாட்சியாக வாழவே பரிசுத்த ஆவியானவர் நமக்கு வழங்கப்பட்டுள்ளார். 

இன்றைய வசனத்தில் எருசலேம் என்பது நாம் இருக்குமிடத்தை அதாவது நமது ஊர் அல்லது வீட்டைக் குறிக்கின்றது, யூதேயா என்பது நாம்மைச் சுற்றியுள்ள பகுதிகள், சமாரியா என்பது பிற இன மக்களைக்குறிக்கின்றது. அதாவது நமது சாட்சியுள்ள வாழ்க்கை நமது வீட்டிலும், ஊரிலும், பக்கத்து ஊர்களிலும், பிறஇன  மக்களிடமும்  விளங்கி இந்த உலகம் முழுவதிலும் பிரதிபலிக்கவேண்டும். இதற்காகவே பரிசுத்த ஆவியானவர் நம்மிடம் வருகின்றார். 

சரி, எப்படி பரிசுத்த ஆவியானவர் நம்மைத் தகுதிப்படுத்துகின்றார்? "அவர் வந்து, பாவத்தைக்குறித்தும், நீதியைக்குறித்தும், நியாயத்தீர்ப்பைக்குறித்தும், உலகத்தைக் கண்டித்து உணர்த்துவார்."( யோவான் 16 : 8 ) என்று கூறினார் இயேசு கிறிஸ்து. அதாவது ஒருவரிடம் பரிசுத்த ஆவியானவர் இருப்பது பாவமற்ற அவரது வாழ்க்கை, அவரது நீதிச் செயல்கள் மூலம் தெரியவரும். நித்திய நியாயத் தீர்பைக் குறித்து அவர் கண்டித்து உணர்த்துவதால் நீதியாக வாழ ஒருவரைத் தகுதிப்படுத்தும். 

மேலும் இயேசு கிறிஸ்து கூறினார், "சத்திய ஆவியாகிய அவர் வரும்போது, சகல சத்தியத்திற்குள்ளும் உங்களை நடத்துவார்; அவர் தம்முடைய சுயமாய்ப் பேசாமல், தாம் கேள்விப்பட்டவைகள் யாவையுஞ்சொல்லி, வரப்போகிற காரியங்களை உங்களுக்கு அறிவிப்பார்."( யோவான் 16 : 13 )

அன்பானவர்களே, பரிசுத்த ஆவியின் வரங்களைப் பெற்றுளேன் என்று கூறிக்கொள்ளும் பல ஊழியர்கள் செய்யும் ஆர்ப்பாட்டங்கள் வேதத்துக்கு ஏற்புடையதையல்ல. தங்களை வல்லமையுள்ளவர்கள் என்று மக்கள் நம்பவேண்டும் என்பதற்காகவும், அதிக காணிக்கைகள் வசூலிக்கவும் அவர்கள் செய்யும் தந்திரங்களே இவை.

பரிசுத்த ஆவியைப் பெற்றுக்கொண்டவன் தாழ்ச்சியுள்ளவனாக இருப்பான்.  ஆவியின் கனிகள் நிறைந்தவனாக இருப்பான்.  "ஆவியின் கனியோ, அன்பு, சந்தோஷம், சமாதானம், நீடியபொறுமை, தயவு, நற்குணம், விசுவாசம், சாந்தம், இச்சையடக்கம்; இப்படிப்பட்டவைகளுக்கு விரோதமான பிரமாணம் ஒன்றுமில்லை."( கலாத்தியர் 5 : 22, 23 )

அன்பானவர்களே, உண்மையான ஆர்வத்துடன், தேவனுக்குச் சாட்சியான வாழ்க்கை வாழவேண்டும் எனும் ஆசையுடன் ஜெபிக்கும்போது நமக்கு வல்லமையின் ஆவியானவரின் துணை கிடைக்கும். அப்படியில்லாமல் ஆர்ப்பாட்டம் செய்யும் பிரபல ஊழியர்களைப் பார்த்து அவர்களைப்போல வரவேண்டுமென்று நாம் பரிசுத்த ஆவியானவரை வாஞ்த்தோமானால் கிறிஸ்துவைவிட்டு அந்நியப்பட்டுப் போய்விடுவோம். 

ஆண்டவரே நான் ஆவிக்குரிய வாழ்வில் பெலனடையவும் உமக்குச் சாட்சியான வாழ்க்கை வாழவும் எனக்கு உதவிட உமது பரிசுத்த ஆவியானவரைத் தந்து என்னை வழிநடத்தும் என்று வேண்டுதல் செய்யும்போது நமது வேண்டுதலின்மேல் தேவன் பிரியுமுள்ளவராக இருப்பார். 

மெய்யான அபிஷேகம், நம்மைக் கிறிஸ்துவுக்குச் சாட்சியுள்ள வாழ்க்கை வாழ உதவிடும்.

திரு விருந்து

 ஆதவன் 🖋️ 668 ⛪ நவம்பர் 26,  2022 சனிக்கிழமை

"எந்த மனுஷனும் தன்னைத்தானே சோதித்தறிந்து, இந்த அப்பத்தில் புசித்து, இந்தப் பாத்திரத்தில் பானம்பண்ணக்கடவன்." ( 1 கொரிந்தியர் 11 : 28 )

கிறிஸ்துவின் உடலையும் இரத்தத்தையும் அவர் வருமளவும் உட்கொண்டு அவரது மரணத்தையும் உயிர்ப்பையும்  அறிக்கையிடுவது கிறிஸ்தவர்களுக்கு இயேசு கிறிஸ்து கொடுத்தக் கட்டளை. "என்னை நினைவு கூரும்படி இதைச் செய்யுங்கள்" (லூக்கா 22:19) என்று கூறினார்.  இப்படிச் செய்வது கிறிஸ்து நமக்காகத் தனது உடலையும் இரத்தத்தையும் பலியாகக் கொடுத்தார் என்பதை விசுவாசித்து ஏற்றுக்கொண்டு அறிக்கையிடுவதாகும். 

ஆனால், இது வெறும் சடங்குபோன்றதல்ல. கிறிஸ்துவின் உடலையும் இரத்தத்தையும் நாம் உட்கொள்வது மெய்யாகவே கிறிஸ்துவோடு நாம் பங்குள்ளவர்கள் என்று அறிக்கையிடுவதாகும்.  

எனவேதான் அப்போஸ்தலரான பவுல், "எந்த மனுஷனும் தன்னைத்தான் சோதித்தறிந்து இந்த ஆப்பத்தில் புசித்து, இந்தப் பாத்திரத்தில் பானம்பண்ணக்கடவன்" என்று கூறுகின்றார். ஆம், கிறிஸ்துவின் உடலையும் இரத்தத்தையும் உட்கொள்ள நமக்குத் தகுதி இருக்கின்றதா என்று சோதித்து அறிந்து உட்கொள்ளவேண்டும்.  

இப்படிக் கூறும் பவுல் அடிகள், தவறுதலாக அல்லது தகுத்தியில்லாமல் நாம் கிறிஸ்துவின் உடலையும் இரத்தத்தையும் உட்கொள்வது நம் உடலையும் பாதிக்கும் என்கின்றார். அதாவது தகுதியில்லாமல் உட்கொள்வது நோய்  ஏற்படக்கூடவும் மரணம் ஏற்படவும் ஏதுவாகலாம் என்கின்றார். "இதினிமித்தம், உங்களில் அநேகர் பலவீனரும் வியாதியுள்ளவர்களுமாயிருக்கிறார்கள்; அநேகர் நித்திரையும் அடைந்திருக்கிறார்கள்." ( 1 கொரிந்தியர் 11 : 30 )

அன்பானவர்களே, கிறிஸ்துவின் மரணத்தையும் உயிர்ப்பையும் நாம் நற்கருணை உண்ணும்போது அறிக்கையிட்டாலும் தகுதியான உள்ளத்துடனும் பரிசுத்தத்துடனும் அதனை நாம் உண்ணுவது தேவையாயிருக்கின்றது.

நான் முன்பு ஆராதனைக்குச் செல்லும் சபைப் போதகர் அப்பமும் ரசமும் கொடுக்குமுன் அனைவருக்கும் தெளிவான விரிவான விளக்கம் கொடுப்பார். அவர் அப்படி விளக்கமளித்தபின்னர் பார்த்தால் பாதிக்குமேற்பட்டவர்கள் அடுத்த முறை எடுத்துக்கொள்ளலாம் என்று திரும்பிவிடுவார்கள். இதுபற்றி ஒருமுறை தனியே அந்த பாஸ்டரிடம் பேசியபோது கூறினார், "கிறிஸ்துவின் உடலையும் இரத்தத்தையும் உட்கொள்வது விளையாட்டல்ல, வருகின்றவர்கள் அனைவர்க்கும் போதிய விளக்கம் அளிக்காமல் நான் கொடுத்தேனானால் நானும் தேவனுக்குப் பதில்சொல்லியாகவேண்டும்." 

அன்பானவர்களே, இதுவரை தெரியாமல் நாம்  நம்மை ஆராயாமல் கிறிஸ்துவின் உடலையும் இரத்தத்தையும் உட்கொண்டிருந்தால் அவரிடம் மன்னிப்பு வேண்டுவோம். இனி நம்மை நாமே நிதானித்து அறிந்து, நமது மனச்சாட்சி நம்மைக் குற்றமில்லாமல் தீர்த்தால் மட்டுமே உட்கொள்வோம்.

Holy Communion

"But let a man examine himself, and so let him eat of that bread, and drink of that cup." ( 1 Corinthians 11 : 28 )

Todays verse speak about holy communion. Christians are commanded by Jesus Christ to partake of Christ's body and blood as a faith to proclaim his death and resurrection. He said, "Do this in remembrance of me" (Luke 22:19). To do this is to believe and accept and confess that Christ gave His body and blood as a sacrifice for us.

But, it is not just a ritual. Our partaking of Christ's body and blood is truly a declaration that we are partakers of Christ.

That is why the apostle Paul says, "let a man examine himself, and so let him eat of that bread, and drink of that cup".  Yes, we should test and know whether we are worthy to partake of Christ's body and blood.

Paul is saying that the blows, if we partake of Christ's body and blood, wrongly or unworthily, will affect our body as well. In other words, improper communion can lead to illness and even death. "For this cause many are weak and sickly among you, and many sleep." ( 1 Corinthians 11 : 30 )

Beloved, although we confess the death and resurrection of Christ when we partake of the Eucharist, it is necessary that we partake of it with a worthy spirit and holiness.

The pastor of the church where I used to go to worship would give a clear and detailed explanation to everyone before giving the communion. After hearing the explanation, almost half of the people would return thinking that they can take it next time. When I asked the pastor about this, he said, "It is not a play thing to partake the body and blood of Christ. If I gave it to all those who came without giving an adequate explanation, I must also be accountable to God."

Beloved, let us ask Him for forgiveness if we have unknowingly participated in communion earlier days without examining ourselves. Henceforth we shall know ourselves soberly, and participate in holy communion only if our conscience clears us without guilt.

Fragrance of Christ

"Now thanks be unto God, which always causeth us to triumph in Christ, and maketh manifest the savour of his knowledge by us in every place." ( 2 Corinthians 2 : 14 )

Once I read a book of witness by a woman named Bilquis who lived at the middle of the last century in Pakistan. She belongs to Islamic faith. Her husband held a cabinet position in the Government of Pakistan. This woman knew nothing about Jesus or Christianity. But she came to know Jesus through a servant girl who worked in his house. God guided this woman through dreams.

Before she could read the Bible properly, she had a dream one day. In the dream, a person dressed in white cloth came to her house to sell scent. Bilguis asked him about the aromatic ointments and the man took a particular bottle and gave it to Bilguis and asked her to use it regularly. When she opened the bottle, a wonderful aroma spread and filled her whole house. The man said,  "keep this" and left.

Bilguis did not understand the meaning of this dream. Yes, she don't understand anything about it. That evening she studied the scriptures. She had to study the Bible secretly because it was an Islamic country and her husband an Islamic. While reading like that, her eyes sopped at the verse we are  meditating today. "thanks be unto God, which always causeth us to triumph in Christ, and maketh manifest the savour of his knowledge by us in every place." When she read the words, she understood the meaning of the dream. "I jumped with joy without control" she wrote.

"For we are unto God a sweet savour of Christ, in them that are saved, and in them that perish" ( 2 Corinthians 2 : 15 )

Beloved, Christ desires to make us triumphant in Christ always, and to spread through us everywhere the fragrance of the knowledge of him. That is, He wants the fragrance of Christ spread throughout the world through a life of witness.

In them that are saved, and in them that perish we are Christ's praise to God. He wants the depraved to know Him. Because he wants everyone to repent so that no one will be perished. Corrupted people are also likely to be converted by witnessing the lives of others in Christ.

Let us spread the fragrance of Christ in the world by our witness life.

கிறிஸ்துவின் நறுமணம்

 ஆதவன் 🖋️ 667 ⛪ நவம்பர் 25,  2022 வெள்ளிக்கிழமை

"கிறிஸ்துவுக்குள் எப்பொழுதும் எங்களை வெற்றிசிறக்கப்பண்ணி, எல்லா இடங்களிலேயும் எங்களைக் கொண்டு அவரை அறிகிற அறிவின் வாசனையை வெளிப்படுத்துகிற தேவனுக்கு ஸ்தோத்திரம்."( 2 கொரிந்தியர் 2 : 14 )

பாகிஸ்தான் நாட்டில் சென்ற நூற்றாண்டின் மத்தியகாலத்தில் வாழ்ந்தவர் பில்குய்ஸ் எனும் பெண்மணி பற்றி அவர்களது புத்தகத்தில் படித்தேன். அவர் இஸ்லாமிய மதத்தைச் சார்ந்தவர். அவரது கணவர் பாகிஸ்தான் அரசாங்கத்தில் அமைச்சரவையில்  பதவி வகித்தவர். இந்தப் பெண்மணிக்கு இயேசுவைக் குறித்தோ கிறிஸ்தவ மார்க்கத்தைக் குறித்தோ ஏதும் தெரியாது. ஆனால் அவரது வீட்டில் வேலைசெய்த வேலைக்காரப் பெண்மணிமூலாம் இயேசுவை அறிந்துகொண்டார். அவரை தேவன் கனவு மூலமே வழிநடத்தினார். 

வேதாகமத்தை அவர்  சரியாக படித்து அறியுமுன்னமே ஒருநாள் ஒரு கனவு கண்டார். அந்தக் கனவில் வெண் ஆடை அணிந்த ஒருநபர் நறுமணத் தைலங்கள் ( Scent ) விற்பனை செய்ய அவரது வீட்டிற்கு வந்தார். பில்குய்ஸ் அவரிடம் அந்த நறுமணத் தைலங்களைக்குறித்து விசாரிக்கவே அவர் குறிப்பிட்ட ஒரு தைலத்தை எடுத்து பில்குய்ஸ் கையில் கொடுத்து நுகர்ந்து பார்க்கச் சொன்னார். அந்தத் தைல பாட்டிலைத் திறந்ததும் மிகச் சிறந்த நறுமணம் பரவி அவர் வீடு முழுவதும் நிரப்பிற்று. இதை வைத்துக்கொள்ளுங்கள் என்று கூறி அவர் சென்றுவிட்டார்.

பில்குய்ஸ் அவர்களுக்கு இந்தக் கனவின் பொருள் விளங்கவில்லை. இதுபற்றி ஒன்றும் புரியவில்லை. அன்று மாலை அவர் வேதாகமத்தைப் படிக்கமுயன்றார். இஸ்லாமிய நாடு, இஸ்லாமிய கணவன் என்பதால் மறைத்து மறைத்துதான் வேதாகமத்தை அவர் படிக்கவேண்டியிருந்தது.  அப்படிப் படிக்கும்போது அவர் கண்ணில் பட்டது இன்றைய நமது தியானத்துக்குரிய வசனம். "எல்லா இடங்களிலேயும் எங்களைக் கொண்டு அவரை அறிகிற அறிவின் வாசனையை வெளிப்படுத்துகிற தேவனுக்கு ஸ்தோத்திரம்." எனும் வார்த்தைகளை வாசித்தபோது அவருக்குக் கனவின் பொருள் புரிந்தது. "நான் என்னை அறியாமல் துள்ளிக் குதித்துவிட்டேன்" என்று எழுதியுள்ளார் அவர். 

"இரட்சிக்கப்படுகிறவர்களுக்குள்ளேயும், கெட்டுப் போகிறவர்களுக்குள்ளேயும், நாங்கள் தேவனுக்குக் கிறிஸ்துவின் நற்கந்தமாயிருக்கிறோம்." ( 2 கொரிந்தியர் 2 : 15 ) என்று தொடர்ந்து எழுதுகின்றார் அப்போஸ்தலரான பவுல். 

அன்பானவர்களே, கிறிஸ்துவுக்குள் எப்பொழுதும் நம்மை வெற்றிசிறக்கப்பண்ணி, எல்லா இடங்களிலேயும் நம்மைக்கொண்டு அவரை அறிகிற அறிவின் வாசனையை வெளிப்படுத்த கிறிஸ்து விரும்புகின்றார். அதாவது சாட்சியுள்ள ஒரு வாழ்க்கைமூலம் கிறிஸ்துவின் நறுமணம் உலகில் பரவிடவேண்டுமென்று அவர் விரும்புகின்றார். 

"இரட்சிக்கப்படுகிறவர்களுக்குள்ளேயும், கெட்டுப் போகிறவர்களுக்குள்ளேயும், நாங்கள் தேவனுக்குக் கிறிஸ்துவின் நற்கந்தமாயிருக்கிறோம்." என்று கூறியுள்ளபடி கெட்டுப்போகிறவர்களும் அவரை அறிந்திடவேண்டுமென்று அவர் விரும்புகின்றார். காரணம், ஒருவரும் கெட்டுப்போகாமல் எல்லோரும் மனம் திரும்பிடவேண்டுமென்று அவர் விரும்புகின்றார். கெட்டுப்போகிறவர்களும் கிறிஸ்துவுக்குள் மற்றவர்கள் வாழும் சாட்சி வாழ்க்கையைப் பார்த்து மனம் திரும்பிட வாய்ப்புண்டு.

நமது சாட்சி வாழ்வால் கிறிஸ்துவின் நறுமணம் உலகினில் பரவிடச் செய்வோம்.

தேவ வல்லமை

 ஆதவன் 🖋️ 666 ⛪ நவம்பர் 24,  2022 வியாழக்கிழமை

"மனுஷரால் கூடாதவைகள் தேவனால் கூடும்". ( லுூக்கா 18 : 27 )

நாம் மனித அறிவினால் எல்லாவற்றையும் சிந்திக்கின்றோம். ஏனெனில் நாம் வாழும் சூழ்நிலை நம்மை அப்படிதான் சிந்திக்கத் தூண்டும். எனவேதான் நம் பல வேளைகளில் பிரச்னைகளைப் பார்த்துப்  பயந்து திகைக்கின்றோம். இயேசு கிறிஸ்து கூறும் இன்றைய வார்த்தைகள் நமக்கு கர்த்தர்மேல் நம்பிக்கையை ஏற்படுத்தும். ஆம், தேவன் காலம், நேரம் இவைகளுக்கு அப்பாற்பட்டவர். அவரால் எல்லாம் கூடும்.

இயேசு செய்த அற்புதங்களில் மிகப்பெரிய அற்புதம், மரித்து, கல்லறையில் அடக்கம் செய்யப்பட்ட லாசரை நான்கு நாட்களுக்குப்பின்  உயிர்ப்பித்தது. ஒருவர் மரித்து இரண்டாம் நாளே அந்த உடலிலிருந்து துர் நாற்றம் வந்துவிடும். நான்காம் நாளில் சதைகள் அழுகிவிடும். ஆனால், அந்த அழுகிய உடலை தனது வார்த்தையால் எழும்பச் செய்தார் இயேசு கிறிஸ்து. ஆம், மனிதனால் கூடாதவைகள் தேவனால் கூடும்.   

நித்திய ஜீவனைக்குறித்தும் பரலோக ராஜ்யத்தில் பிரவேசிப்பதைக் குறித்தும் பேசும்போது இயேசு கிறிஸ்து, "ஐசுவரியவான் தேவனுடைய ராஜ்யத்தில் பிரவேசிப்பதைப்பார்க்கிலும், ஒட்டகமானது ஊசியின் காதிலே நுழைவது எளிதாயிருக்கும் என்றார்." ( லுூக்கா 18 : 25 ) அதாவது செல்வந்தர்கள் பரலோக ராஜ்யத்தில் பிரவேசிக்க முடியாது என்பது இதன் பொருள். 

ஆனால், இயேசு கிறிஸ்து கூறிய வார்த்தைகளைக் கேட்டு மக்கள் அவரிடம் , "ஆண்டவரே, அப்படியானால் யார்தான் இரட்சிக்கப்படக்கூடும்?"  என்றார்கள். அவர்களுக்கு மறுமொழியாகத்தான் இயேசு கிறிஸ்து இன்றைய வசனத்தைக் கூறினார். அதாவது மனிதர்களால் இது முடியாததுபோலத் தெரியலாம் ஆனால் மரித்த லாசரை உயிர்பித்ததுபோல தேவனால் இது முடியும்.  

ஆனால், இதற்கு ஒரு நிபந்தனையை இயேசு கூறுகின்றார்.  "எவனாகிலும் சிறு பிள்ளையைப்போல் தேவனுடைய ராஜ்யத்தை ஏற்றுக்கொள்ளாவிட்டால், அதில் பிரவேசிக்கமாட்டான் என்று மெய்யாகவே உங்களுக்குச் சொல்லுகிறேன் என்றார்". ( லுூக்கா 18 : 17 ) அதாவது, ஒருவன் மனம் திரும்பி சிறு பிள்ளையைப் போன்ற மன நிலையினை அடைவானென்றால் அவன் பரலோக ராஜ்யத்தில் பிரவேசிக்க முடியும். 

தேவனை ஏற்றுக் கொண்டவர்களெல்லாம் பிச்சைக்காரர்களல்ல. ஆபிரகாம் மிகப்பெரிய செல்வந்தன். தாவீது மிகப்பெரிய ராஜா.  எசேக்கியா ஒரு ராஜா. இதுபோல புதிய ஏற்பாட்டிலும் இயேசுவின் மறைமுக சீடனாயிருந்த அரிமத்தியா ஊர் யோசேப்பு ஒரு செல்வந்தன்.  மேலும் இயேசு உலகினில் இருந்தபோது பல  செல்வந்த பெண்கள் அவரோடு இருந்து ஊழியத்துக்கு உதவினார்கள் என்று கூறப்பட்டுள்ளது. குறிப்பாக, ஏரோது ராஜாவின் செயலாளரான கூசாவின் மனைவியும் அவர்களுள் ஒருத்தி.   "ஏரோதின் காரியக்காரனான கூசாவின் மனைவியாகிய யோவன்னாளும், சூசன்னாளும், தங்கள் ஆஸ்திகளால் அவருக்கு ஊழியஞ்செய்துகொண்டுவந்த மற்ற அநேகம் ஸ்திரீகளும் அவருடனே இருந்தார்கள்." ( லுூக்கா 8 : 3 ) என்று வாசிக்கின்றோம்.

பரலோக ராஜ்யத்தில் நுழைய பணம் ஒரு அளவுகோலல்ல. ஏழையாக இருந்து அவருக்கு ஏற்பில்லாத செயல்களில் ஈடுபட்டு ஒருவர் நரகத்துக்கு நேராகச் செல்லலாம். அதுபோல செல்வமுள்ள ஒருவர் தேவ நோக்கமறிந்து அவருக்கு ஏற்புடைய வாழ்க்கை  வாழ்ந்து பரலோக ராஜ்யத்தைச் சேரலாம்.  

மேலும் இன்றைய வசனம் உலகப் பிரச்சனைகளை எண்ணிக் கலங்கி நிற்பவர்களுக்கும் ஆறுதல் அளிக்கும் வசனமாகும். நம்மை அழுத்தும் பிரச்சனைகளிலிருந்து தப்பிக்க வழியே இல்லாததுபோலத் தெரியலாம் ஆனால் நாம் கலங்கிடத் தேவையில்லை. நமது விசுவாசத்தை உறுதிப்படுத்த இன்றைய வசனம்  உதவிடும். 

இஸ்ரவேல் மக்கள் பார்வோனுக்குத் தப்பிவிட வழியே இல்லாத சூழ்நிலையில்  செங்கடலைப் பிளந்து வழியுண்டாக்கி அவர்களை    தேவன் காப்பாற்றவில்லையா?  எனவே பிரச்சனைகள், துன்பங்கள் இவைகளை எண்ணிக் கலங்கவேண்டாம். பிரச்சனைகளுக்கு ஊடாக தேவன் இருக்கின்றார் என்பதை விசுவாசியுங்கள். தேவன் நமக்கு விடுதலை தருவார்.  ஆம், மனுஷரால் கூடாதவை தேவனால் கூடும்.

"The things which are impossible with men are possible with God." ( Luke 18 : 27 )

We think everything with human knowledge. Because the situation we live in makes us think like that. That is why many times we are afraid and bewildered by problems. Today's words of Jesus Christ will make us believe in God. Yes, God is beyond time and space. He can do everything.

The greatest miracle that Jesus performed was the resurrection of Lazarus four days after he had been dead and buried in the tomb. On the second day after a person dies, a bad smell comes from the body. On the fourth day the flesh rots. But Jesus Christ resurrected that rotten body with his word. Yes, God can do what is impossible for man.

When speaking of eternal life and entering the kingdom of heaven, Jesus Christ said, "For it is easier for a camel to go through a needle's eye, than for a rich man to enter into the kingdom of God." ( Luke 18 : 25 ) This means that the rich cannot enter the kingdom of heaven.

But the people heard the words of Jesus Christ and asked him, "Lord, then who can be saved?". It was in response to them that Jesus Christ said today's verse. That is, it may seem like it is impossible for humans but God can do it as He raised Lazarus from the dead.

But, Jesus states a condition for this. "Verily I say unto you, Whosoever shall not receive the kingdom of God as a little child shall in no wise enter therein." ( Luke 18 : 17 ) That is, if one repents and attains the state of mind of a little child, he can enter the kingdom of heaven.

All those who accepted God are not beggars. Abraham was very rich. David was the greatest king. Hezekiah was a king. Similarly, in the New Testament, Joseph of Arimathea, who was a hidden disciple of Jesus, was a rich man. And it is said that when Jesus was in the world, many rich women helped him in the ministry. In particular, the wife of Chuza, King Herod's secretary, was one of them. "And Joanna the wife of Chuza Herod's steward, and Susanna, and many others, which ministered unto him of their substance." ( Luke 8 : 3 ) we read.

Money is not a criterion to enter the kingdom of God. A poor can go straight to hell by engaging in activities that are not acceptable to God. Similarly, a rich person can live a life that is acceptable to God and join the kingdom of heaven.

And today's verse is a verse that gives comfort to those who are worried about the problems of the world. There may seem to be no escape from the problems that press upon us, but we need not panic. Today's verse will help to confirm our faith.

Didn't God save the Israelites by parting the Red Sea when there was no way to escape from Pharaoh ? So don't worry about problems and sufferings. Believe and see God through trouble. God will set us free. Yes, things which are impossible with men are possible with God.

கிறிஸ்தவ கம்பர் எனப் பெயர்பெற்ற ஹென்றி ஆல்பிரட் கிருஷ்ணபிள்ளை (ஏப்ரல் 23, 1827 - பெப்ரவரி 3, 1900) ஒரு கிருத்தவ தமிழறிஞர், புலவர், ஆசிரியிர் ஆவார். கிருஷ்ண பிள்ளை தென் தமிழகத்தின் திருநெல்வேலி மாவட்டம் ரெட்டியார் பட்டி எனும் ஊரில் பிறந்தவர். இவர் வேளாளர் குலத்தவர், வைணவ சமயத்தவர் ஆவார். இவரது பெற்றோர் சங்கர நாராயண பிள்ளை, தெய்வ நாயகியம்மை. கிருஷ்ணப் பிள்ளை இளமையிலேயே தமிழில் உள்ள நீதி நூல்களையும், சமய நூல்களையும் அக்கால முறைப்படி குலவித்தையாக நன்கு கற்றுத் தேர்ந்தார். அந்நாளில் சிறந்த தமிழ்ப் புலவராக விளங்கிய திருப்பாற்கடல் நாதன் கவிராயரிடம் நன்னூலை முறையாகக் கற்று அறிந்தார். 

அக்காலகட்டத்தில் நெல்லையில் பல கிருத்தவ சங்கங்கள் சிறந்தமுறையில் சமயத் தொண்டு செய்து கொண்டிருந்தன. அவ்வாறு வேத விளக்கச் சங்கத்தின் சார்பாகக் கால்டுவெல் தொண்டு புரிந்துவந்தார். கிருத்தவ சங்கங்களின் ஆதரவில் பல ஊர்களில் பள்ளிக்கூடங்கள் அமைக்கப்பட்டன. சாயர்புரம் என்ற சிற்றூரில் ஜி.யு. போப்  ஒரு கல்லூரி அமைத்து நடத்திவந்தார். அவர் ஆங்கில நாட்டுக்கு இளைப்பாறச் சென்றபோது அக்கல்லூரிக்குத் தமிழ்ப் புலமைவாய்ந்த நல்லாசிரியர் ஒருவரைத் தேர்ந்தெடுக்கும் பொறுப்பு கால்டுவெல்லிடம்  ஒப்படைக்கபட்டது. அப்பதவிக்கு விண்ணப்பம் செய்த மூவருள் ஒருவர் கிருஷ்ண பிள்ளை. அவருக்கு அப்பொழுது வயது இருபத்தைந்து.

தமிழ் இலக்கியத்திலும் இலக்கணத்திலும் போதிய அறிவு பெற்று தகுதிவாய்ந்தவராக இருந்த கிருஷ்ண பிள்ளையைக் கால்டுவெல் தெரிந்தெடுத்துச் சாயர்புரக் கல்லூரியில் தமிழாசிரியராக நியமித்தார். 

சாயர்புரத்தில் வேலை யேற்று ஆசிரியர் பணி செய்து வரும் பொழுது கிருஷ்ண பிள்ளையின் வைணவ சமயப் பற்று மெல்லத் தளர்வுற்றது. 

ஏற்கனவே இவரது உறவினர் சிலர், கிருத்தவ சமயத்தை ஏற்றுக்கொண்டு இருந்தனர். அவர்கள் அதன் செம்மையை அடிக்கடி இவரிடம் எடுத்துரைத்தனர் அந்நிலையில் கிருஷ்ண பிள்ளை கிருத்தவ நூல்களைக் கற்கத் தொடங்கினார். இதனால் கிருத்துவ சமயத்தின் மீது பற்றுகொண்டவராக மாறினார். இதனைத் தொடர்ந்து தமது முப்பதாம் வயதில் சென்னையிலுள்ள மயிலைத் தேவாலயத்தில் இவர் ஞானஸ்நானம் பெற்றுக் கிருத்துவ சமயத்தை ஏற்றுக்கொண்டார்.

இவர் சென்னையில் தினவர்த்தமானி என்ற இதழின் துணையாசிரியராகவும், மாநில உயர்நிலைப் பள்ளித் தமிழாசிரியராகவும் பணியாற்றினார்.  பின்னர், பாளையங்கோட்டை சி.எம்.எஸ். கல்லூரியில் தமிழ்ப் பேராசிரியராக இருந்தார். திருவனந்தபுரம் மகாராஜா கல்லூரித் தமிழ்ப் பேராசிரியராகவும் பணி செய்தார். அக்கல்லூரியில் தத்துவத் துறையில் வேலை செய்த மனோன்மணீயம் சுந்தரம் பிள்ளையின் நண்பரானார்.

கிருஷ்ண பிள்ளை கிறிஸ்தவ நூல்களை விரும்பிப் படித்த காலத்தில் ஜான் பனியன் (1628-1688) எழுதிய தி பில்க்ரிம்ஸ் ப்ராக்ரஸ் (The Pilgrim's Progress) என்னும் நூல் மீது மிகுந்த ஆர்வம் கொண்டார். தன் சொந்த வாழ்வையும் அனுபவத்தையும் அந்நூல் சொல்வது போல உணர்ந்தார். இரண்டு பாகங்கள் கொண்ட அந்த நூலை அடிப்படையாக வைத்து இரட்சணிய யாத்திரிகம் என்னும் செய்யுளை இயற்றினார். மூலநூலை அப்படியே மொழியாக்கம் செய்யாமல் தமிழ்ப் பண்பாட்டின் கூறுகளோடு இணைத்து தமிழ் கிறிஸ்தவ மரபின் முக்கியமான படைப்பாக எழுதினார்.

இரட்சணிய யாத்திரீகம் பாளையங்கோட்டையில் இருந்து வெளியான 'நற்போதகம்’ என்னும் இதழில் பகுதி பகுதியாக வெளியானது. இந்த நூல் 3800 செய்யுள்களைக் கொண்டது. அக்காலத்தில் புலவர்களின் திறமைக்கு சான்றாகக் கருதப்பட்ட  யமகம்,  திரிபு, சிலேடை, மடக்கு முதலிய சொல்லணிகள் அமைந்த செய்யுள்கள் இருபத்தொன்று இதில் உள்ளது. ஐந்து பருவங்களாகவும் 47 படலங்களாகவும் இந்நூல் அமைக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது. நூலை எழுதிய நோக்கத்தை சொல்லும்போது "மனிதச் சமுதாயத்துக்கு ஆத்தும மீட்பை வழங்குகிற அரிய மருந்து போன்ற படைப்பாகும்" என்கிறார்.

இறைவனைப் புகழும் பாடல்கள் அடங்கிய இரட்சணிய மனோகரம் என்னும் நூலையும், போற்றித் திருஅகவல், இரட்சணிய சரிதம் என்னும் செய்யுள் நூல்களையும் இயற்றியுள்ளார். இலக்கண சூடாமணி என்னும் இலக்கண நூல், அவர் கிறிஸ்தவரான வரலாறு குறித்த தன் வரலாற்று நூல் ஆகியவற்றை உரைநடையில் எழுதியுள்ளார். காவிய தரும சங்கிரகம் என்ற இலக்கியத் தொகுப்பு நூலையும் உருவாக்கியுள்ளார்.

வேதப்பொருள் அம்மானை, பரத கண்ட புராதனம் ஆகிய நூல்களை பதிப்பித்துள்ளார். இவர் எழுதியதாகக் கூறப்படும் இரட்சணிய குறள், இரட்சணிய பால போதனை ஆகிய நூல்கள் இப்போது கிடைக்கவில்லை. கிருஷ்ண பிள்ளையின் மாணவியாகவும் திறனாய்வாளராகவும் விளங்கிய ஏமி கார்மிக்கேல் அவரது பக்தி உணர்வு கவிதையாக உருக்கொண்ட விதம் குறித்து இவ்விதம் கூறுகிறார்:

"சிந்தனைகளைத் தொடர்ந்து சிந்தனைகளும் சொற்களைத் தொடர்ந்து சொற்களும், இதுவரை சொல்லாத செய்திகளைச் சொல்ல ஆர்வம் கொண்டு ஓடி வருவது போல வந்தன… சூரியனைப் போல ஒளிவிடும் எண்ணற்ற விண்மீன்களைக் கொண்ட வானம் திடீரென்று அவருக்கு மேல் திறப்பது போன்று அவை வந்தன."

கிருத்தவ சமய சார்பான சிறந்த நூல்களை இலக்கியங்களைப் படைத்த இவர் 1900 ஆம் ஆண்டு தம் எழுபத்து மூன்றாம் வயதில் இறந்தார்.

தெரிந்து கொள்ளப்பட்டவர்களின் ஜெபம்

"அந்தப்படியே தேவன் தம்மை நோக்கி இரவும் பகலும் கூப்பிடுகிறவர்களாகிய தம்மால் தெரிந்து கொள்ளப்பட்டவர்களின் விஷயத்தில் நீடிய பொறுமையுள்ளவராயிருந்து அவர்களுக்கு நியாயஞ் செய்யாமலிருப்பாரோ?" ( லுூக்கா 18 : 7 )

மறுவுலக வாழ்வையே முக்கியப்படுத்தி நம்மை நித்திய ஜீவனுக்கு நேராக வழிநடத்தவே இயேசு கிறிஸ்து உலகினில் வந்தார். ஆனால் பொதுவாக கிறிஸ்தவர்கள் அனைவருமே இயேசு கிறிஸ்து கூறிய வசனங்களுக்கும் உவமைகளுக்கும் உலகச் சம்பந்தமான பொருளையே எடுத்துக்கொள்கின்றனர்.

அப்படி மக்கள் தவறுதலாகப் பொருள்கொள்ளும் வசனங்களில் ஒன்றுதான் இன்றைய வசனம்.  சோர்ந்துபோகாமல் எப்பொழுதும் ஜெபம்பண்ணவேண்டும் என்பதைக்குறித்து மக்களுக்கு விளக்குவதற்கு இயேசு கிறிஸ்து தேவனுக்குப் பயப்படாத, மனிதர்களை மதியாத நியாதிபதி ஒருவனைக் குறிப்பிட்டுப்  பேசுகின்றார். இந்த அநீதியான நியாதிபதியிடம் ஒரு விதவை தனக்கு நியாயம் வேண்டி தொடர்ந்து மன்றாடுகின்றாள். அவளது உபத்திரவம் பொறுக்கமுடியாமல் அந்த அநீதியான நியாதிபதி அவளுக்கு நீதி வழங்குகின்றான். 

அதாவது இந்த விதவையைப்போல தேவனை நோக்கி இரவும் பகலும் நாம் தொடர்ந்து மன்றாடினால் நமது ஜெபத்தை தேவன் கேட்பார். என்று கூறினார் இயேசு கிறிஸ்து. 

இந்த உவமையை எல்லோரும் தங்களுக்காக இயேசு கூறியதாக எண்ணி, தொடர்ந்து தங்களது உலகத் தேவைகளை தேவனிடம் கூறினால் அவை நிறைவேறும் என்று எண்ணிக்கொள்கின்றனர். ஆனால், தெளிவாக வாசிக்கும்போது இயேசு கூறுவது புரியும். எல்லோரது ஜெபத்தையும் என்று இயேசு கிறிஸ்து குறிப்பிடாமல், "தம்மால் தெரிந்து கொள்ளப்பட்டவர்களின் விஷயத்தில்" என்று கூறுகின்றார். 

அதாவது தேவனால் தெரிந்துகொள்ளப்பட்டவர்கள், அவரது கற்பனைகளின்படி வாழும் மீட்பு அனுபவம் பெற்றவர்கள். அத்தகைய மனிதர்கள் வேண்டுதல் செய்யும்போது தேவன் அதனைக்கேட்டு பதில் தருவார் என்கின்றார். அவரிடம் உலகத் தேவைகளுக்காக விண்ணப்பம் செய்யவேண்டுமென்றோ அப்படி  விண்ணப்பம்பண்ணும் உலகத் தேவைகள் எல்லாவற்றையும் அவர் தருவார் என்பதற்கோ  இயேசு கிறிஸ்து இந்த உவமையைக் கூறவில்லை. 

ஆவிக்குரிய மனிதர்கள் எப்போதும் தங்களது உலகத் தேவைகளைக் கேட்டுக்கொண்டிருக்க மாட்டார்கள். ஆவிக்குரியவர்கள் ஆவிக்குரியவைகளைச் சிந்தித்து அவற்றுக்கே முன்னுரிமைகொடுத்து வேண்டுதல் செய்வார்கள். 

அப்போஸ்தலரான யாக்கோபு எனவேதான், "நீங்கள் விண்ணப்பம்பண்ணியும், உங்கள் இச்சைகளை நிறைவேற்றும்படி செலவழிக்கவேண்டுமென்று தகாதவிதமாய் விண்ணப்பம் பண்ணுகிறபடியினால், பெற்றுக்கொள்ளாமலிருக்கிறீர்கள்." ( யாக்கோபு 4 : 3 ) என்று கூறுகின்றார். மட்டுமல்ல, "விபசாரரே, விபசாரிகளே, உலக சிநேகம் தேவனுக்கு விரோதமான பகையென்று அறியீர்களா? ஆகையால் உலகத்துக்குச் சிநேகிதனாயிருக்க விரும்புகிறவன் தேவனுக்குப் பகைஞனாகிறான்." ( யாக்கோபு 4 : 4 ) என்று கோபத்தில் கூறுகின்றார். 

அன்பானவர்களே, வேதாகமம் ஆவிக்குரிய புத்தகம். அதனை சாதாரண உலகப் புத்தகம்போலப் படித்து நாம் தவறான அர்த்தங்களைக்கொண்டு வாழக்கூடாது. தேவன் நமது ஜெபத்தைக் கேட்கவேண்டுமானால் முதலில் நாம் மனம்திரும்பி ஒரு ஆவிக்குரிய வாழ்க்கை வாழ வேண்டும். அப்படி வாழும்போது நாம் ஆவிக்குரியவிதமான விண்ணப்பங்களைச் செய்வோம். அவர் அவைகளை நிறைவேற்றுவார்.  மட்டுமல்ல, "முதலாவது தேவனுடைய ராஜ்யத்தையும் அவருடைய நீதியையும் தேடுங்கள், அப்பொழுது இவைகளெல்லாம் உங்களுக்குக்கூடக் கொடுக்கப்படும்." ( மத்தேயு 6 : 33 )" என்று இயேசு கூறியவாறு உலக ஆசீர்வாதங்களையும்  அவர் நமக்குத் தந்து ஆசீர்வதிப்பார். .

Jesus Christ came into the world to lead us to eternal life, emphasizing the afterlife. But generally all Christians take worldly meanings for the verses and parables of Jesus Christ.

Today's verse is one of those verses that people misunderstood. To explain to people that they should always pray without getting tired, Jesus Christ mentions about  a judge who does not fear God and does not respect people. A widow continually pleads with this unjust judge for justice. Unable to bear her torcher, the unjust judge gives her justice.

That is, if we continue to pray to God day and night like this widow, God will hear our prayer. Jesus Christ said.

Everyone thinks that Jesus told this parable for them, and they think that if they constantly tell God about their worldly needs, they will be fulfilled. But, when read clearly, what Jesus is saying becomes clear to us. Jesus Christ does not refer to everyone's prayer, but says "God reply his own elect"

That is, those who have been chosen by God, who have experienced the salvation according to His will. When such people pray, God hears and answers them. Jesus Christ did not tell this parable to ask Him for worldly needs or that He would give all the worldly needs of such requests.

Spiritual beings will not  always pray for their worldly needs. Spiritual people think and pray for spiritual things.

That is why the apostle James said, "Ye ask, and receive not, because ye ask amiss, that ye may consume it upon your lusts." ( James 4 : 3 ) Not only that he says in anger, "Ye adulterers and adulteresses, know ye not that the friendship of the world is enmity with God? whosoever therefore will be a friend of the world is the enemy of God." ( James 4 : 4 ) 

Beloved, the Bible is a spiritual book. We should not read it like an ordinary worldly book and live with wrong meanings. If God wants to hear our prayers, we must first repent and live a spiritual life. When we live like that, we only make spiritual requests. He will fulfill them. Not only that, he will meet our worldly needs also. "But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you." ( Matthew 6 : 33 ) as Jesus said, He will bless us with worldly blessings.

கொழுப்பு

 ஆதவன் 🖋️ 664 ⛪ நவம்பர் 22,  2022 செவ்வாய்க்கிழமை

"இந்த ஜனங்கள் கண்களினால் காணாமலும், காதுகளினால் கேளாமலும், இருதயத்தினால் உணர்ந்து மனந்திரும்பாமலும், நான் அவர்களை ஆரோக்கியமாக்காமலும் இருக்கும்படியாக, அவர்கள் இருதயம் கொழுத்திருக்கிறது; காதால் மந்தமாய்க் கேட்டு, தங்கள் கண்களை மூடிக்கொண்டார்கள் என்பதே." ( மத்தேயு 13 : 15 )

மனிதனது உடலில் அளவுக்கதிகமாக கொழுப்புச் சேர்வது பல்வேறு நோய்களை உருவாகும். குறிப்பாக இருதய நோய் ஏற்பட கொழுப்பே முக்கிய காரணமாய் இருக்கின்றது. இங்கு இயேசு கிறிஸ்து ஆவிக்குரிய கொழுப்பைக்  குறித்துக் கூறுகின்றார். ஆவிக்குரிய காரியங்களைக் கேட்டு உணராமல் இருக்கின்ற மக்களைப்பார்த்து அவர்கள் இருதயம் கொழுத்திருக்கின்றது என்கின்றார். 

கொழுப்பு இரத்த ஓட்டத்தைத் தடைசெய்வதுபோல ஆவிக்குரிய கொழுப்பு தேவ சத்தியங்களை அறியக் கூடாதபடிக்கு மனிதர்களது இருதயத்தைத் தடைசெய்கின்றது. இன்றைய வசனத்தை இயேசு கிறிஸ்து ஏசாயா கூறிய வார்த்தைகளிலிருந்து எடுத்துப் பேசுகின்றார். ( ஏசாயா 6 : 10 )

உடலில் கொழுப்புத் தேங்கிடக் காரணம் நாம் உண்ணும் உணவு முறைகளும் சரியான உடல் உழைப்பு இல்லாததும். அதுபோல இந்த உலகத்தில் ஆவிக்குரிய வாழ்வைக் கெடுக்கும் பாவ காரியங்களை நாம் செய்வதுதான் தேவையற்ற உணவை உண்பது. ஆவிக்குரிய காரியங்களில் ஈடுபாடில்லாமல் வாழ்வதே உடல் உழைப்பு இல்லாமல் வாழ்வது. இதனால் நமது இருதயத்திலும் ஆன்மாவிலும் கொழுப்புச் சேர்ந்து  விடுகின்றது. 

இப்படிச் சேரும் கொழுப்பு என்ன பாதிப்பை ஏற்படுத்துகின்றது என்பதையே இயேசு கிறிஸ்து இன்றைய வசனத்தில் கூறுகின்றார்.  அதாவது ஆத்துமாவில் கொழுப்புச் சேர்வது கண்களினால் காணாமலும், காதுகளினால் கேளாமலும், இருதயத்தினால் உணர்ந்து மனந்திரும்பாமலும், தேவன் நம்மை ஆரோக்கியமாக்காமலும் இருக்கும்படியாக இருதயத்தைக் கொழுக்கும்படிச் செய்துவிடுகின்றது.  

இதன் பாதிப்புத்தான் காதால் மந்தமாய்க் கேட்பதும் நமது கண்களை மூடிப்போடுவதும். அதாவது, ஆவிக்குரிய மேலான சத்தியங்களை அறியாமலும் ஆவிக்குரிய வாழ்க்கை வாழ முடியாமலும் செய்துவிடுகின்றது. 

அன்பானவர்களே, நமது இருதயத்தைக் கொழுக்க வைத்து ஆத்தும நோயை உருவாகும் இந்தக் கொழுப்பை நாம் அகற்றவேண்டியது அவசியம். உடல் கொழுப்பை அகற்றிட, பைபாஸ், ஆஞ்சோபிளாஸ்டி சிகிர்ச்சைகள் உள்ளன. அந்தச் சிகிர்சைகள் அதிகப் பணச் செலவு உள்ளவை. ஆனால், கர்த்தராகிய இயேசு கிறிஸ்து இலவசமாய் இந்தக் கொழுப்பை அகற்றுகின்றார்.

இயேசு கிறிஸ்துவின் இரத்தத்தால் உண்டாகும் மீட்பு நம்மை புதிய மனிதனாக்கும். ஆத்தும கொழுப்புகள் மறைந்து நாம் அவரது மகிமையைக் காணும்படி நமது கண்களையும் அவரது குரலைக் கேட்டு நடக்கும்படி நமது காதுகளையும் திறந்துவிடும். ஆம், மீட்பு அனுபவமே நமது ஆத்தும கொழுப்பை அகற்றும். 

ஆனால், சிகிர்ச்சைக்குப்பின்னால் எப்படி ஒரு பத்திய வாழ்க்கை வாழ்கின்றோமோ அதுபோன்ற ஒரு ஆவிக்குரிய பத்திய வாழ்க்கையைத் தொடர்ந்து நாம்  வாழ வேண்டியது அவசியம். அத்தகைய வாழ்க்கை வாழ வாழ நமது கண்களும் காதுகளும் மேலும் தூய்மையடைந்து கொழுத்த இருதயம் லெகுவான இதயமாக மாறி அதில் தேவன் வந்து தாங்கும் ஆலயமாக மாறிட எந்தத் தடையும் இல்லாத ஒன்றாக மாறிடும். 

இதற்கு, முதலில் நமது இருதயத்தில் கொழுப்பு இருப்பதை உணர்ந்துக்ள்ளவேண்டும்; அது மறையவேண்டும் எனும் ஆர்வம் வேண்டும்,  சிகிர்சைக்கு மனப்பூர்வமாக முன்வரவேண்டும். அப்போது மட்டுமே நாம் குணமாக முடியும்.  அன்பானவர்களே,  கர்த்தராகிய இயேசு கிறிஸ்து நமது கொழுப்புச் சேர்ந்த  இருதயத்தில் இலவச  பைபாஸ், ஆஞ்சோபிளாஸ்டிசெய்திட ஒப்புக்கொடுப்போம். ஆவிக்குரிய தெளிவுள்ள புதுவாழ்வு பெறுவோம்.

Fat Accumulation

"For this people's heart is waxed gross, and their ears are dull of hearing, and their eyes they have closed; lest at any time they should see with their eyes and hear with their ears, and should understand with their heart, and should be converted, and I should heal them." ( Matthew 13 : 15 )

Excessive accumulation of fat in the human body can cause various diseases. Fat is a major cause for heart related diseases in particular. Here Jesus Christ is talking about spiritual fat accumulation. He says that people who hear and do not understand spiritual things have fat in their hearts.

Just as fat clogs the blood flow, spiritual fat clogs the hearts of men from knowing God's truths. Today's verse spoken by Jesus Christ was quoted from the words of Isaiah. (Isaiah 6:10)

The reasons for fat accumulation in the body are the diet we eat and lack of proper physical activity. Similarly, what we do in this world that spoils our spiritual life is what is meant by eating unnecessary food. To live without involvement in spiritual things is referred to live without physical labor. This causes fat to accumulate in our heart and soul.

Jesus Christ tells us in today's verse what kind of damage this accumulation of fat causes. That is, adding fat to the soul causes the heart to become fat so that the eyes cannot see, the ears cannot hear, the heart does not feel and repent, and God could not make us healthy.

The effect of this is to listen dully with our ears and close our eyes. That is, it makes us ignorant of higher spiritual truths and unable to live a spiritual life.

Beloved, it is necessary for us to get rid of this fat that fattens our heart and causes spiritual disease. There are bypass and angioplasty surgeries to remove body fat. Those treatments cost a lot of money. But the Lord Jesus Christ removes this fat freely.

Redemption by the blood of Jesus Christ is the treatment. it is free. it makes us a new man. The fat of the soul will be removed and our eyes will be opened to see His glory and our ears to hear His voice to walk in right path. Yes, the experience of redemption will remove our soul fat.

But it is necessary that, afterwards we continue to live a controlled life in food as we live a life after a physical surgery. If we live like that, our eyes and ears will become more pure and the fat heart will turn into a lean heart into which God will reside and make it a temple. 

For this, we must first realize that there is fat in our hearts; We should have the willingness to let it go, and we have to willingly come forward to the treatment. Only then we can be healed. Beloved, let the Lord Jesus Christ do a free bypass, angioplasty in our fatty heart. Let us be renewed in spiritual clarity.

வானத்தைப் பார்

 ஆதவன் 🖋️ 663 ⛪ நவம்பர் 21,  2022 திங்கள்கிழமை

"எப்படியென்றால், காணப்படாதவைகளாகிய அவருடைய நித்தியவல்லமை தேவத்துவம் என்பவைகள், உண்டாக்கப்பட்டிருக்கிறவைகளினாலே, உலகமுண்டானது முதற்கொண்டு, தெளிவாய்க்காணப்படும்; ஆதலால் அவர்கள் போக்குச்சொல்ல இடமில்லை." ( ரோமர் 1 : 20 )

இன்றுள்ள விஞ்ஞான யுகத்தில் மனிதனது புதிய புதிய கண்டுபிடிப்புகளைக் கண்டு பலர் கடவுள் நம்பிக்கையை இழந்து வருகின்றனர். "கடவுள் என்பது கற்பனை; மனிதனைக் கடவுள் படைக்கவில்லை, கடவுளை மனிதன்தான்  படைத்தான்." என்ற தப்பறையான போதனைக்கு இளைஞர்கள் அதிகம் இழுக்கப்படுகின்றனர்.  

ஆனால், உண்மையில் மிகப்பெரிய விஞ்ஞானிகள் கடவுள் நம்பிக்கைக் கொண்டவர்களாகவே இருந்துள்ளனர். இன்றைய வசனம் கூறுவதைப்போல, காணப்படாத அவருடைய நித்திய வல்லமை தேவத்துவம் என்பவைகளை உண்டாக்கப்பட்டப் பொருட்களில் கண்டு தேவனை நம்பினர். இப்படிக் காணத் தவறினால் நியாயத் தீர்ப்பில் தேவனிடம் சாக்குப்போக்குச் சொல்லமுடியாது 

இதுவரைப் உலகினில் பிறந்த மனிதர்களிலேயே அதிக அறிவாளி (I Q )  ஆல்பர்ட் ஐன்ஸ்ட்டின் (1879 - 1955). அவர் குறிப்பிட்ட மதத்தை ஆதரிக்காவிட்டாலும், ஒரு மிகப்பெரிய சக்தி இந்தப் பிரபஞ்சத்தை நடத்துகின்றது என்பதை ஒத்துக்கொண்டார். இயற்கையாக தானாக பிரபஞ்சம் அமைந்த்திட வாய்ப்பில்லை என்கின்றார் அவர்.

நிகழ்தகவு கோட்பாடு (Probability Theory) எனும் மிகப்பெரிய விஞ்ஞான கோட்பாட்டினைக் கண்டறிந்த பாஸ்கல் (1623 - 1662) அவர் கண்டறிந்து கூறுவது நம்மை ஆச்சரியப்பட வைக்கின்றது. அவர் கூறுகின்றார், "ஒவ்வொவொரு  மனிதனது இருதயத்திலும் கடவுள் உருவாக்கிவைத்துள்ள வெற்றிடம் ஒன்று உள்ளது. இந்த வெற்றிடத்தை உருவாக்கப்பட்ட எந்த உலகப் பொருளினாலும் நிரப்பிட முடியாது. கிறிஸ்து வெளிப்படுத்திய கடவுளால் மட்டுமே இந்த  வெற்றிடத்தை நிரப்பிட  முடியும்." என்று மிகத் தெளிவாகக் கூறுகின்றார்.

சர் ஐசக் நியூட்டன் (1642 - 1727) அவர்களைப்பற்றி ஒரு சம்பவம் படித்தேன். ஒருமுறை அவர் ரெயிலில் பயணம் செய்துகொண்டிருக்கும்போது வேதாகமத்தைப் படித்து ஜெபித்துக்கொண்டிருந்தார். அவரது அருகில் அமர்ந்திருந்த இளைஞன் அவர் யார் என்பதை அறியாமல் அவரிடம், "ஐயா, விஞ்ஞானம் எவ்வளவோ வளர்ந்துவிட்டது. இன்னும் வேதாகமத்தையும் ஜெபத்தையும் நம்புகிறீர்களே என்று கிண்டலாகக் கூறி, ஐசக் நியூட்டன் கண்டுபிடித்த ஒரு கண்டுபிடிப்பைப் பற்றி பெருமையாகக் கூறினான். பாருங்கள் மனிதன் இப்படியெல்லாம் கண்டுபிடிப்புகளைக் கண்டுபிடிக்கின்றான், நீங்கள் ஜெபித்துக்கொண்டிருக்கிறீர்கள்........ஐயா கடவுள் என்று எதுவும் கிடையாது என்றான்".   

நியூட்டன் அவனிடம் எதுவும் தர்க்கம் செய்யவில்லை. தான் இறங்கும் இடம் வந்தபோது தனது அடையாள அட்டையை அவனிடம் கொடுத்து, என்னை இந்த முகவரியில் வந்து பாருங்கள், நாம் விரிவாகப்  பேசலாம்  என்றபடி இறங்கிச் சென்றுவிட்டார். அந்த முகவரியைப் பார்த்த இளைஞன் திடுக்கிட்டான். தன்னிடம் பேசிக்கொண்டிருந்தனர் நியூட்டன் என்பது அவனுக்கு அப்போதுதான் தெரிந்தது. 

அவர் கொடுத்த முகவரியத் தேடித் கண்டுபிடித்து அங்கு சென்றான் அந்த இளைஞன். நியூட்டனின் விஞ்ஞான கூடத்தின்  ஒரு அறையில்  இந்தப் பிரபஞ்சத்தை அவர் செயற்கையாக உருவாக்கி வைத்திருந்தார்.  காந்த சக்தியின்மூலம் சூரியன், கோள்கள், சந்திரன், பூமி இவை அந்தரத்தில் வட்டமிட்டுக்கொண்டிருந்தன. இளைஞன் ஆச்சரியத்துடன், "ஐயா, இவைகளை நீங்கள்தான் உருவாக்கினீர்களா? என்று கேட்டான். அவனுக்குப் பதிலாக நியூட்டன், "இல்லை, இவை தானாக வந்துவிட்டன. ஒருநாள் நான் உறங்கி விழித்துப் பார்க்கும்போது இவைகள் இங்கு வந்திருந்தன" என்றார். 

"அது எப்படி ஐயா தானாக இவை  வரும்? நீங்கள்தான் உருவாகியிருக்கிறீர்கள்" என்றான் இளைஞன். "நான் உருவாக்க வில்லை. தானாகத்தான் வந்தன" என்றார் நியூட்டன். அந்த இளைஞன் நியூட்டன் தன்னைக் கிண்டல் செய்கிறார் என்பதைப் புரிந்துகொண்டான்.  அவனிடம் நியூட்டன் கூறினார், " தம்பி இந்தச் சிறிய அறையினுள் இந்த மாதிரி உருவங்கள் தானாக வந்திருக்க முடியாது என்று உறுதியாக நம்புகின்றாய், அப்படியிருக்கும்போது உண்மையான இவைகள் எப்படித் தானாகத் தோன்றியிருக்கமுடியும்?  அந்த இளைஞன் வெட்கப்பட்டு நியூட்டன் கூறியதை ஏற்றுக்கொண்டான்.

"இந்த ஆண்ட சராசரங்கள், சூரியன், கிரகங்கள், பூமி , பால்வீதி இவை இயற்கையில் தோன்றிட வாய்ப்பில்லை. இவற்றுக்குப்பின் மிகப்பெரிய தேவ ஞானம் இருக்கின்றது" என்கின்றார் நியூட்டன். 

கடவுள் நம்பிக்கையற்றவர்களாக நீங்கள் இருந்தால் அல்லது விசுவாசக் குறைவு ஏற்படும்போது இரவுவேளைகளில்  மொட்டை மாடியில் படுத்து வானத்தைப் பாருங்கள். 

"பகலுக்குப் பகல் வார்த்தைகளைப் பொழிகிறது, இரவுக்கு இரவு அறிவைத் தெரிவிக்கிறது." ( சங்கீதம் 19 : 2 )

Look at the sky

"For the invisible things of him from the creation of the world are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even his eternal power and Godhead; so that they are without excuse. ( Romans 1 : 20 )

In today's scientific age, many people are losing their faith in God by seeing the new discoveries of man. "Concept of God is only imagination of men; God did not created man; rather,  God was created by man." Young people are more drawn to this false teaching of the atheists. 

But, in fact, the greatest scientists have been believers in God. As today's verse says, they believed in God by seeing His invisible eternal power, Godhead, in created things. If you fail to see this, you cannot make an excuse to God in the judgment day. 

Albert Einstein (1879 - 1955) is the most intelligent person ever born. Although he did not espouse a particular religion, he accepted that a greater power runs the universe. He says that there is no possibility of creation of the universe by nature.

Pascal (1623 - 1662), who discovered the greatest scientific theory called Probability Theory, makes us wonder by what he discovered and said. He says very clearly that, "There is a God shaped vacuum in the heart of every human being which cannot be filled by any created things, but only by God, the creator made known through Jesus. 

I read an incident about Sir Isaac Newton (1642 - 1727). Once while traveling by train he was reading the scriptures and praying. The young man sitting next to him, not knowing who he was, said to him, "Sir, science has grown so much. You still believe in the Bible and prayer". To prove his stand, he  boasted about an invention made by Isaac Newton, without knowing he was talking to Newton itself. "See, man makes all these inventions, and you are still praying. . . .Sir, there is no such thing as God." he said.

Newton did not argue with him. When he got to his landing place, he gave the man his visiting card and asked him to come and see him at the address and said, "we can talk in detail". The young man was shocked to see the address. Only then did he realize that it was Newton who was talking to him.

The young man searched for the address given by Newton and went there. Newton has artificially created universe in a room of his science lab. Sun, planets, moon and earth were orbiting in space due to magnetic force. The young man asked in surprise, "Sir, did you make these?" Instead, Newton replied, "No, they came by themselves. One day when I woke up from sleep, these were here."

"Sir, how can these things come automatically? You have created them," said the young man. "I didn't create it. It just came," said Newton. The young man understood that Newton was teasing him. Newton said to him, "Brother, you are sure that such model universe could not have appeared in this little room by themselves, how then could the real ones have appeared by themselves?" The young man was ashamed and accepted Newton's words.

"This universe, sun, planets, earth, milky way are not likely to appear in nature. There is a great divine wisdom behind these," says Newton.

If you are an atheist or lack faith, lie on the terrace at night and look at the sky. "Day unto day uttereth speech, and night unto night sheweth knowledge."( Psalms 19 : 2 )
