மரணத்தைக் காண்பதில்லை / NEVER SEE DEATH

 'ஆதவன்' 📖✝ வேதாகமத் தியானம் - எண்:- 1,128      💚 மார்ச் 12, 2024 💚 செவ்வாய்க்கிழமை 💚

"ஒருவன் என் வார்த்தையைக் கைக்கொண்டால், அவன் என்றென்றைக்கும் மரணத்தைக் காண்பதில்லை என்று மெய்யாகவே மெய்யாகவே உங்களுக்குச் சொல்லுகிறேன்." ( யோவான் 8 : 51 )

ஆண்டவராகிய இயேசு கிறிஸ்து ஆத்தும மரணத்தைப் பற்றி இன்றைய தியான வசனத்தில் குறிப்பிடுகின்றார். அதாவது, நமது ஆத்துமா நித்திய நரக அக்கினிக்குத் தப்பி நித்திய ஜீவனை அடையவேண்டுமானால் அவரது வார்த்தைகளை நாம் கைக்கொண்டு நடக்க வேண்டும். 

ஆனால் இன்று கிறிஸ்துவின் போதனைகள் சில கிறிஸ்தவர்களாலேயே,  "இவை இன்றைய சூழ்நிலையில் நடைமுறைக்குச் சாத்தியமில்லாதவை" என்று கூறப்படும் நிலைக்கு வந்துவிட்டது. "கிறிஸ்துவின் போதனைகள் இரண்டாயிரம் ஆண்டுகளுக்குமுன் வேண்டுமானால் ஏற்றுக்கொள்ளக்கூடியவையாக இருந்திருக்கலாம், ஆனால் இன்று இவை முற்றிலும் ஏற்றுக்கொள்ளமுடியாதவை" என்று கூறுகின்றனர் சிலர். 

இது சாத்தானின் வஞ்சகங்களில் ஒன்று. எந்த ஒரு அன்பான தகப்பனும் தனது இரண்டு வயது குழந்தையிடம் ஒரு குடம் தண்ணீரைத் தூக்கச் சொல்லமாட்டான்; அல்லது ஐந்து இட்லிகளைத் தின்றுதான் ஆகவேண்டுமென்று வற்புறுத்தி அடிக்கமாட்டான். ஆம் அன்பானவர்களே, நமது அன்பான தகப்பனாகிய தேவன் நம்மால் முடியாததைச் செய்யும்படி நிச்சயமாக நமக்குக் கட்டளைக் கொடுக்கமாட்டார்.  

சாத்தானின் தந்திரங்கள் நாம் அறியாதவையல்லவே என்று பவுல் அப்போஸ்தலர் கூறுவதுபோல இது சாத்தானின் தந்திரமே. அன்று ஏதேனில் தேவன் ஆதாமை நோக்கி, "நீ தோட்டத்திலுள்ள சகல விருட்சத்தின் கனியையும் புசிக்கவே புசிக்கலாம். ஆனாலும் நன்மை தீமை அறியத்தக்க விருட்சத்தின் கனியைப் புசிக்கவேண்டாம்; அதை நீ புசிக்கும் நாளில் சாகவே சாவாய் என்று கட்டளையிட்டார்." ( ஆதியாகமம் 2 : 16, 17 )

ஆனால் சாத்தானாகிய பாம்பு ஏவாளிடம் நீங்கள் இந்தப் பழத்தைச் சாப்பிடுவதால் சாகமாட்டீர்கள் என்று பொய் கூறினான். "அப்பொழுது சர்ப்பம் ஸ்திரீயை நோக்கி: நீங்கள் சாகவே சாவதில்லை;" ( ஆதியாகமம் 3 : 4 ) என்று வாசிக்கின்றோம். அன்று  மனிதர்கள் தேவனுடைய வார்த்தைகளைவிடச் சாத்தானின் வார்த்தைகளையே நம்பினார்கள்.

எனவேதான் இயேசு கிறிஸ்து சாத்தனைப்பற்றி குறிப்பிடும்போது, "அவன் ஆதிமுதற்கொண்டு மனுஷ கொலைபாதகனாயிருக்கிறான்; சத்தியம் அவனிடத்திலில்லாதபடியால் அவன் சத்தியத்திலே நிலைநிற்கவில்லை; அவன் பொய்யனும் பொய்க்குப் பிதாவுமாயிருக்கிறபடியால் அவன் பொய்பேசும்போது தன் சொந்தத்தில் எடுத்துப் பேசுகிறான்." ( யோவான் 8 : 44 ) என்று குறிப்பிட்டார். 

இன்றும் கிறிஸ்துவின் போதனைகள் கடைபிடிக்க முடியாதவை என்று கூறுபவர்கள் சாத்தானின் தூதர்களே. இன்று நாம் பலமில்லாதவர்களாக இருப்பதால் நமக்குத் துணையாளரான பரிசுத்த ஆவியானவரை இயேசு கிறிஸ்து வாக்களித்து நமக்குத் தந்துள்ளார். "நான் பிதாவை வேண்டிக்கொள்ளுவேன், அப்பொழுது என்றென்றைக்கும் உங்களுடனேகூட இருக்கும்படிக்குச் சத்திய ஆவியாகிய வேறொரு தேற்றரவாளனை அவர் உங்களுக்குத் தந்தருளுவார்." ( யோவான் 14 : 16 )

இப்படித்  தேவனால் அனுப்பப்படும் ஆவியானவர் நம்மை சத்திய பாதையில் நடத்துவார். "சத்திய ஆவியாகிய அவர் வரும்போது, சகல சத்தியத்திற்குள்ளும் உங்களை நடத்துவார்; அவர் தம்முடைய சுயமாய்ப் பேசாமல், தாம் கேள்விப்பட்டவைகள் யாவையுஞ்சொல்லி, வரப்போகிற காரியங்களை உங்களுக்கு அறிவிப்பார்." ( யோவான் 16 : 13 )

எனவே அன்பானவர்களே, நாம் நம்பிக்கையுடன் இருப்போம். கிறிஸ்துவின் வார்த்தைகள் ஆவியானவரின் பலத்தோடு நாம் வாழும்போது கடைபிடிக்கக்கூடியவைதான். ஆனால் வெற்றுச் சடங்குகள் மூலம் ஆவியானவரை நாம் பெறமுடியாது. அனுபவத்தால் உணர்ந்து தேவனுக்கு நம்மை ஒப்புக்கொடுக்கும்போது ஆவியானவரின் வல்லமையை நாம் உணரமுடியும். அவரே கிறிஸ்துவின் போதனைகளை நாம் கடைபிடித்து வாழ்ந்திட உதவிசெய்து கிறிஸ்து கூறிய  மரணத்தைக் காணாத நிலைவாழ்வை நாம் அடைந்திட வழிகாட்டி உதவுவார்.

                       NEVER SEE DEATH

'AATHAVAN' 📖✝ BIBLE MEDITATION No:- 1,128   💚 March 12, 2024 💚 Tuesday 💚

"Verily, verily, I say unto you, If a man keeps my saying, he shall never see death." (John 8:51)

The Lord Jesus Christ mentions the death of the soul in today's meditation verse. That is, if our soul wants to escape eternal hellfire and attain eternal life, we must walk by his words.

But today Christ's teachings have come to the point where some Christians say, "These are impractical in today's situation." Some say, "The teachings of Christ may have been acceptable two thousand years ago, but they are totally unacceptable today."

This is one of Satan's deceptions. No loving father would ask his two-year-old child to lift a pitcher of water, or he wouldn't beat his child by forcing him to eat five idlis. Yes, beloved, God, our loving Father, will certainly not command us to do what we cannot do.

This is Satan's trick; as the apostle Paul says, "The tricks of Satan are not unknown to us." That day in Eden, God said to Adam, "Of every tree of the garden thou mayest freely eat; but of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, thou shalt not eat of it; for in the day that thou eatest thereof, thou shalt surely die." (Genesis 2:16, 17)

But Satan the serpent lied to Eve that you will not die by eating this fruit. "And the serpent said unto the woman, Ye shall not surely die." (Genesis 3:4), we read. At that time, people believed the words of Satan rather than the words of God.

That is why when Jesus Christ mentions Satan, "He was a murderer from the beginning, and abode not in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he speaks a lie, he speaks of his own, for he is a liar and the father of it." (John 8:44)

Those who say that Christ's teachings are untenable today are Satan's messengers. Jesus Christ has promised us the Holy Spirit, who is our helper, because we are weak today. "And I will pray to the Father, and he shall give you another comforter, that he may abide with you for ever." (John 14:16)

Thus, the Spirit sent by God will guide us on the path of truth. "Howbeit when he, the Spirit of truth, is come, he will guide you into all truth; for he shall not speak of himself; but whatsoever he shall hear, that shall he speak; and he will shew you things to come." (John 16:13)

So, beloved, let us be confident. Christ's words are what we can obey when we live in the power of the Spirit. But we cannot receive the Spirit through empty rituals. We can feel the power of the Spirit when we surrender ourselves to God. He himself will help us to follow the teachings of Christ and guide us to reach the eternal life that Christ promised.

பிதாவும் குமாரனும் / FATHER AND THE SON

'ஆதவன்' 📖✝ வேதாகமத் தியானம் - எண்:- 1,127      💚 மார்ச் 11, 2024 💚 திங்கள்கிழமை 💚

"நம்முடைய கர்த்தராகிய இயேசுவை மரித்தோரிலிருந்து எழுப்பினவரை விசுவாசிக்கிற நமக்கும் அப்படியே எண்ணப்படும். அவர் நம்முடைய பாவங்களுக்காக ஒப்புக்கொடுக்கப்பட்டும், நாம் நீதிமான்களாக்கப்படுவதற்காக எழுப்பப்பட்டும் இருக்கிறார்." ( ரோமர் 4 : 24, 25 )

ஆபிரகாமின் விசுவாசத்தைப் பற்றிக் குறிப்பிடும்போது அப்போஸ்தலரான பவுல் இன்றைய தியான வசனத்தைக் கூறுகின்றார். ஆபிரகாமின் விசுவாசம் அவருக்கு நீதியாக எண்ணப்பட்டதுபோல பிதாவை விசுவாசிக்கும் நமக்கும் எண்ணப்படும் என்கின்றார் பவுல். பிதாவாகிய தேவனுக்கும் கர்த்தராகிய இயேசு கிறிஸ்துவுக்குமுள்ள உறவு பல கிறிஸ்தவர்களுக்கும் இன்று புரியாமலேயே இருக்கின்றது. 

பிதாவாகிய தேவன் இயேசு கிறிஸ்துவைவிடப் பெரியவர். அவரே கிறிஸ்துவை உலகிற்கு அனுப்பினார்.  இதனை நாம் முதலில் புரிந்துகொள்ளவேண்டும். இதனை பெயரளவுக்கு கூறுவதல்ல, இந்த சத்தியத்தை நம்பி கிறிஸ்துவைப்போலப்   பிதாவைக் கனம் பண்ணவேண்டும். "தேவன் உங்கள் பிதாவாயிருந்தால் என்னிடத்தில் அன்பாயிருப்பீர்கள். ஏனெனில் நான் தேவனிடத்திலிருந்து வந்திருக்கிறேன்; நான் சுயமாய் வரவில்லை, அவரே என்னை அனுப்பினார்." ( யோவான் 8 : 42 ) என்று இயேசு கிறிஸ்து கூறுகின்றார்.

ஒருவரை ஒரு காரியத்தைச்  செய்து முடித்துவிட்டு வருமாறு ஒருவர் அனுப்புகின்றார் என்றால் அனுப்புகின்றவர்தானே பெரியவர்.?  பிதாவே அனுப்புகின்றவர். இயேசு கிறிஸ்து அனுப்பப்பட்டவர். ஆம் அன்பானவர்களே, பிதாவாகிய தேவனை நாம் விசுவாசிக்கவேண்டும். அவரே கர்த்தராகிய இயேசு கிறிஸ்துவை நமது பாவங்களுக்குப் பரிகாரியாக அனுப்பினார். பிதாவாகிய தேவனே இயேசு கிறிஸ்துவை உயிரோடு எழுப்பினார். அவரை விசுவாசித்தால் மட்டுமே நமக்கும் உயிர்த்தெழுதல் உண்டு என்று அப்போஸ்தலரான பவுல் இன்றைய தியான வசனத்தில் கூறுகின்றார். 

ரோமர் 4:25 பொது வேதாகம மொழிபெயர்ப்பில் மிகத் தெளிவாக உள்ளது. "நம் குற்றங்களுக்காகச் சாகுமாறு கடவுள் இயேசுவை ஒப்புவித்தார்; நம்மைத் தமக்கு ஏற்புடையவர்களாக்குமாறு அவரை உயிர்தெழச் செய்தார்"

இயேசு கிறிஸ்துவும் தான் பிதாவை நோக்கி ஜெபித்தபோது.  "ஒன்றான மெய்த்தேவனாகிய உம்மையும் நீர் அனுப்பினவராகிய இயேசு கிறிஸ்துவையும் அறிவதே நித்தியஜீவன்." ( யோவான் 17 : 3 ) என்றுதான் ஜெபித்தார். அதாவது நாம் பிதாவாகிய தேவனையும் கர்த்தராகிய இயேசு கிறிஸ்துவையும் அறியவேண்டியது அவசியம். அப்படி அறியும்போதுதான் நாம் நித்திய ஜீவனுக்குத் தகுதியுள்ளவர்கள் ஆகின்றோம்.

அப்போஸ்தலரான பேதுருவும், "தேவனையும் நம்முடைய கர்த்தராகிய இயேசுவையும் அறிகிற அறிவினால் உங்களுக்குக் கிருபையும் சமாதானமும் பெருகக்கடவது." ( 2 பேதுரு 1 : 2 ) என்று எழுதுகின்றார். அதாவது தேவ கிருபையும் தேவ சமாதானமும் நமக்குப் பிதாவையும் குமாரனான இயேசு கிறிஸ்துவையும் அறியும்போதுதான் பெருகும். 

"தாம் கிறிஸ்துவை மரித்தோரிலிருந்து எழுப்பி, அவரிடத்தில் நடப்பித்த தமது பலத்த சத்துவத்தின் வல்லமைப்படியே விசுவாசிக்கிறவர்களாகிய நம்மிடத்திலே காண்பிக்கும் தம்முடைய வல்லமையின் மகா மேன்மையான மகத்துவம் இன்னதென்றும், நீங்கள் அறியும்படிக்கு, அவர் உங்களுக்குப் பிரகாசமுள்ள மனக்கண்களைக் கொடுக்கவேண்டுமென்றும் வேண்டிக்கொள்ளுகிறேன்." ( எபேசியர் 1 : 19 ) எனத் தான் வேண்டுவதாகப் பவுல் கூறுகின்றார். நமக்குப் பிரகாசமுள்ள மனக்கண்களை ஆவியானவர் கொடுக்கும்படி வேண்டுவோம். 

இன்று தவறான  வேத போதக கூட்டத்தார் எழும்பி தவறான போதனைகளைக் கொடுத்துக் கொண்டிருக்கின்றார்கள். பிதாவாகிய தேவனுக்கு நாம் முன்னுரிமைக் கொடுத்தால் அது கிறிஸ்துவை அவமதித்ததுபோல இருக்கும் என்று எண்ணுகின்றார்கள். ஆனால் இயேசு கிறிஸ்துவே பிதா தன்னைவிடப் பெரியவர் என்பதைத் தெளிவாகக் கூறினார், "ஏனெனில் என் பிதா என்னிலும் பெரியவராயிருக்கிறார்." ( யோவான் 14 : 28 )

அன்பானவர்களே, பிதாவுக்கும் கர்த்தராகிய இயேசு கிறிஸ்துவுக்குமுள்ள உறவினை நாம் புரிந்துகொள்ளவேண்டும். யோவான் நற்செய்தி இதனையே விளக்குவதாக உள்ளது. குறிப்பாக யோவான் 14 முதல் 17 வரையிலான அதிகாரங்கள் இதனைத் தெளிவுபடுத்தும்.

பிதாவைக் கனம் பண்ணுவதுபோல குமாரனாகிய இயேசு கிறிஸ்துவையும் நாம்  கனம் பண்ணவேண்டியது அவசியம். காரணம், நம்மை நியாயம்தீர்க்கும் அதிகாரத்தை பிதாவாகிய தேவன் இயேசு கிறிஸ்துவுக்கே அளித்துள்ளார்.  "அன்றியும் பிதாவைக் கனம்பண்ணுகிறதுபோல எல்லாரும் குமாரனையும் கனம்பண்ணும்படிக்கு, பிதாவானவர் தாமே ஒருவருக்கும் நியாயத்தீர்ப்புச் செய்யாமல், நியாயத்தீர்ப்புச் செய்யும் அதிகாரம் முழுவதையும் குமாரனுக்கு ஒப்புக்கொடுத்திருக்கிறார்." ( யோவான் 5 : 22 ) வேத சத்தியங்களை ஆவியானவரின் துணையோடு புரிந்துகொள்வோம்.

                    FATHER AND THE SON

'AATHAVAN' 📖✝ BIBLE MEDITATION No: - 1,127 💚 March 11, 2024 💚 Monday 💚

"But for us also, to whom it shall be imputed, if we believe on him that raised up Jesus our Lord from the dead, Who was delivered for our offences and was raised again for our justification." (Romans 4:24, 25)

The apostle Paul speaks of today's meditation verse while referring to Abraham's faith. Paul says that just as Abraham's faith was counted to him, so it is counted to us who believe in the Father. Many Christians today do not understand the relationship between God the Father and the Lord Jesus Christ.

God, the Father, is greater than Jesus Christ. He himself sent Christ into the world. We need to understand this first. This is not to be said at face value, but we should believe this truth and honour the Father like Christ. "Jesus said unto them, If God were your Father, ye would love me; for I proceeded forth and came from God; neither came I of myself, but he sent me." (John 8:42) says Jesus Christ.

If someone sends another to do something for him, then is not the one who sends it great.? The Father sends Jesus Christ. Yes, beloved, we must believe in God the Father. He himself sent the Lord Jesus Christ as a propitiation for our sins. God the Father raised Jesus Christ alive. Apostle Paul says in today's meditation verse that only if we believe in Him, we also have resurrection.

Romans 4:25 is very clear in the new Tamil common Bible translation. "God committed Jesus to die for our trespasses and raised him from the dead so that we might be reconciled to him."

Jesus Christ said when he prayed to the Father. "And this is life eternal, that they might know thee the only true God, and Jesus Christ, whom thou hast sent." ( John 17:3) That is, we must know God the Father and the Lord Jesus Christ. Only when we know that do we qualify for eternal life.

And the apostle Peter said, "Grace and peace be multiplied unto you through the knowledge of God and of Jesus our Lord." ( 2 Peter 1:2) That is, God's grace and God's peace will increase only when we know the Father and the Son, Jesus Christ.

“The eyes of your understanding being enlightened; that ye may know what is the hope of his calling, and what the riches of the glory of his inheritance in the saints,” (Ephesians 1:18) Paul says that he prays. We should pray to Holy Spirit to give us bright eyes to understand the truth. 

Today, false Vedic preachers are rising and giving false teachings. They think that if we give priority to God the Father, it will be like insulting Christ. But Jesus Christ made it clear that the Father was greater than himself: "for my Father is greater than I." (John 14:28)

Beloved, we must understand the relationship between the Father and the Lord Jesus Christ. The Gospel of John illustrates this. The chapters of John from 14 to 17 make this clear.

It is necessary that we honour the Son, Jesus Christ, as we honour the Father. The reason is that God the Father has given Jesus Christ the authority to judge us. "For the Father judgeth no man, but hath committed all judgement unto the Son." (John 5:22)Let us have clear understanding of with the help of Holy Spirit.

அவரை உத்தம இருதயத்தோடு சேவி / SERVE HIM WITH A PERFECT HEART

 'ஆதவன்' 📖✝ வேதாகமத் தியானம் - எண்:- 1,126      💚 மார்ச் 10, 2024 💚 ஞாயிற்றுக்கிழமை 💚

"நீ உன் பிதாவின் தேவனை அறிந்து, அவரை உத்தம இருதயத்தோடும் உற்சாக மனதோடும் சேவி; கர்த்தர் எல்லா இருதயங்களையும் ஆராய்ந்து, நினைவுகளின் தோற்றங்களையெல்லாம் அறிகிறார்; நீ அவரைத் தேடினால் உனக்குத் தென்படுவார்; நீ அவரை விட்டுவிட்டால் அவர் உன்னை என்றைக்கும் கைவிடுவார்." ( 1 நாளாகமம் 28 : 9 )

நமது மூதாதையர்களின் தேவனாகிய கர்த்தரை அறிந்து அவருக்காக வாழ்வதைக் குறித்துத் தாவீது தனது மகன் சாலமோனுக்கு கூறிய அறிவுரைதான் இன்றைய தியான வசனம். இந்த வசனத்தில் தாவீது கூறும் முதலாவது காரியம், "கர்த்தரை அறிந்து அவரை நாம் சேவிக்கவேண்டும்" என்பது. கர்த்தரைப் பற்றி அறிவதல்ல; மாறாக கர்த்தரை முதலில் அறியவேண்டும். 

இறையியல் கல்லூரியில் படிப்பதாலும், பிரசங்கங்களைக் கேட்பதாலும் மறைக்கல்வி வகுப்புகளில் படிப்பதாலும்  தேவனைப் பற்றி மட்டுமே நாம் அறிய முடியும். ஆனால் அவரோடு தனிப்பட்ட உறவை வளர்த்துக்கொள்வதால் மட்டுமே அவரை அறிய முடியும். அப்படி கர்த்தரை அறிந்து சேவிக்கத் தனது மகன் சாலமோனுக்குத் தாவீது அறிவுரை கூறுகின்றார். 

ஏன் அவரை அறியவேண்டும் என்பதனை அடுத்ததாகக் கூறுகின்றார். அதாவது அவர், "எல்லா இருதயங்களையும் ஆராய்ந்து, நினைவுகளின் தோற்றங்களையெல்லாம் அறிகிறார்" ஆம் அன்பானவர்களே, கர்த்தரை நாம் ஏமாற்ற முடியாது. அவர் நமது உள்ளத்தின் நினைவுகள் அனைத்தையும் அறிகின்றார். நமது இருதயத்தை ஆராய்ந்து அறிகின்றார். நாம் எதற்காக அவரைத் தேடுகின்றோம் என்பதனை அவர் அறிவார். 

ஒரு பெண்ணை உண்மையாகக் காதலிக்கும் ஒருவன் அந்தப் பெண்ணைத்தான் விரும்புவானேத் தவிர அவள் கொண்டுவரும் வரதட்சணைகளைக் கணக்குப்போட்டுப் பார்த்துக் காதலிக்கமாட்டான். அதுபோலவே, தேவனை உண்மையாக நேசிக்கும் ஒருவன் அவரையும் அவர் தன்னோடு இருக்கவேண்டுமென்றும் தான் விரும்புவான். மனிதனின் அந்த எண்ணத்தை தேவன் அறிகின்றார். மேலும், அந்த எண்ணத்தோடு தேவனைத் தேடுகின்றவன் மட்டுமே ஆவிக்குரிய மேலான காரியங்களை அறிந்துகொள்கின்றான்.  

மூன்றாவதாகத் தாவீது கூறுவதுதான் முக்கியமான கருத்து. அவர் கூறுகின்றார், "நீ அவரைத் தேடினால் உனக்குத் தென்படுவார்; நீ அவரை விட்டுவிட்டால் அவர் உன்னை என்றைக்கும் கைவிடுவார்." 

இந்தக் காரியம் சாலமோனின் வாழ்வில் அப்படியே நிறைவேறியது. அவன் தேவனைத் தேடி வாழ்ந்தபோது தேவன் அவனுக்குத் தென்பட்டார். இரண்டுமுறை சாலமோனுக்கு அவர் தரிசனமானார். அப்படி இருந்தும் சிற்றின்ப ஆசையில் மூழ்கிய சாலமோன் மனைவிகளும் மறு  மனைவிகளுமாக 1000 பெண்களை விரும்பி ஏற்றுக்கொண்டான். பிற இனத்துப் பெண்களைத் திருமணம் செய்யக்கூடாது என்று தேவன் தடைவிதித்திருந்தபோதிலும் அதனை மீறி பல பிற இனத்துப் பெண்களை மணந்தான். 

"சாலொமோன் வயது சென்றபோது, அவனுடைய மனைவிகள் அவன் இருதயத்தை அந்நிய தேவர்களைப் பின்பற்றும்படி சாயப்பண்ணினார்கள்; அதினால் அவனுடைய இருதயம் அவன் தகப்பனாகிய தாவீதின் இருதயத்தைப்போல, தன் தேவனாகிய கர்த்தரோடே உத்தமமாயிருக்கவில்லை." ( 1 இராஜாக்கள் 11 : 4 )

"சாலொமோன் தன் தகப்பனாகிய தாவீதைப்போல கர்த்தரைப் பூரணமாய்ப் பின்பற்றாமல், கர்த்தரின் பார்வைக்குப் பொல்லாப்பானதைச் செய்தான்." ( 1 இராஜாக்கள் 11 : 6 ) எனவே, "நீ அவரை விட்டுவிட்டால் அவர் உன்னை என்றைக்கும் கைவிடுவார்." என்று தாவீது கூறியதுபோல தேவன் சாலமோனைக் கைவிட்டார். 

எனவே அன்பானவர்களே, நாம் அவரை உத்தம இருதயத்தோடும் உற்சாக மனதோடும் சேவிக்க வேண்டியது அவசியமாய் இருக்கின்றது. அவர்  எல்லா இருதயங்களையும் ஆராய்ந்து, நினைவுகளின் தோற்றங்களையெல்லாம் அறிகிறார் என்று கூறப்பட்டுள்ளது உண்மையான காரியமாக இருக்கின்றது. நம்மைக்குறித்து அவருக்கு யாரும் எடுத்துச்சொல்லவேண்டிய அவசியமில்லை. அவர் எல்லாம் அறிவார். "மனுஷருள்ளத்திலிருப்பதை அவர் அறிந்திருந்தபடியால், மனுஷரைக் குறித்து ஒருவரும் அவருக்குச் சாட்சி கொடுக்கவேண்டியதாயிருக்கவில்லை." ( யோவான் 2 : 25 ) என்று கூறப்பட்டுள்ளது. 

நினைவுகளாலும், செயல்களாலும் கத்தரைவிட்டுப் பின்வாங்கிடாமல் எச்சரிக்கையாக இருப்போம். நாம் அவரைத் தேடினால் நமக்குத்  தென்படுவார்; நாம்  அவரை விட்டுவிட்டால் அவர் நம்மை என்றைக்கும் கைவிடுவார்.

       SERVE HIM WITH A PERFECT HEART  

'AATHAVAN' 📖✝ BIBLE MEDITATION No:- 1,126   💚 March 10, 2024 💚 Sunday 💚

"Know thou the God of thy father, and serve him with a perfect heart and with a willing mind, for the LORD searcheth all hearts and understandeth all the imaginations of the thoughts; if thou seek him, he will be found of thee; but if thou forsake him, he will cast thee off for ever." (1 Chronicles 28:9)

Today's meditation verse is David's advice to his son Solomon about knowing the Lord, the God of our ancestors, and living for Him. The first thing David says in this verse is, "We must know the Lord and serve him." Not knowledge of God; rather, we should know God first.

We can only learn about God by studying in theological colleges, listening to sermons, and studying in Sunday classes. But one can know Him only by developing a personal relationship with Him. David advises his son Solomon to develop a relationship with God and serve Him.

Next, he tells us why we should know him. That is, He “searcheth all hearts and understands all the imaginations of the thoughts." Yes, beloved, we cannot deceive the Lord. He knows all the memories in our hearts. He searches our hearts and knows. He knows why we seek Him.

A man who truly loves a woman loves only that woman and does not count the dowries she brings. Similarly, a person who truly loves God wants Him to be with him. God knows the thoughts of man. And only he who seeks God with that mind knows the higher things of the spirit.

The third important point is what David says. He says, If you seek him, he will be found of you; but if you forsake him, he will cast you off for ever."

This was fulfilled in Solomon's life. When he lived in search of God, God appeared to him. Twice, he appeared to Solomon. Despite that, Solomon, who was engrossed in sexual desire, liked and accepted 1,000 women as wives and concubines. Despite God's prohibition against marrying women of other castes, he defied it and married many women of other castes.

"For it came to pass, when Solomon was old, that his wives turned away his heart after other gods, and his heart was not perfect with the LORD his God, as was the heart of David his father." (1 Kings 11:4) 

"And Solomon did evil in the sight of the LORD and went not fully after the LORD, as did David his father." (1 Kings 11:6) Therefore, as David said, "If you forsake him, he will forsake you forever." God abandoned Solomon.

Therefore, dear ones, it is necessary that we serve Him with a pure heart and an enthusiastic mind. It is true that He is said to search all hearts and know all forms of memory. No one needs to tell him about us. He knows everything. "And needed not that any should testify of man, for he knew what was in man." (John 2:25)

Let's be careful not to be carried away by memories and actions. If we seek Him, He will be found; if we forsake Him, He will forsake us forever.

தேவ வார்த்தைகளைக் காத்துக்கொள்வோம் / PRESERVE GOD'S WORDS

 'ஆதவன்' 📖✝ வேதாகமத் தியானம் - எண்:- 1,125     💚 மார்ச் 09, 2024 💚 சனிக்கிழமை 💚

"அவர் உதடுகளின் கற்பனைகளை விட்டு நான் பின்வாங்குவதில்லை; அவருடைய வாயின் வார்த்தைகளை எனக்கு வேண்டிய ஆகாரத்தைப் பார்க்கிலும் அதிகமாய்க் காத்துக்கொண்டேன்." ( யோபு 23 : 12 )

பக்தனாகிய யோபுவின் வாழ்க்கைச் சரித்திரம் நம் எல்லோருக்கும் நன்கு தெரிந்ததுதான். அவர் பட்ட பாடுகள், வேதனைகள் இவற்றை அவர் தேவன்மேல் கொண்ட விசுவாசத்தால் பொறுமையாய்ச்  சகித்து வெற்றிக்கொண்டார்.  

யோபுவின் வெற்றிக்குக் காரணத்தை இன்றைய தியான வசனத்தில் நாம் வாசிக்கின்றோம். "அவர் உதடுகளின் கற்பனைகளை விட்டு நான் பின்வாங்குவதில்லை; அவருடைய வாயின் வார்த்தைகளை எனக்கு வேண்டிய ஆகாரத்தைப் பார்க்கிலும் அதிகமாய்க் காத்துக்கொண்டேன்." என்கின்றார் அவர். 

தேவனுடைய வார்தைகளாகிய அவருடைய கற்பனைகளை விட்டு அவர் பின்வாங்கிடாமல் இருக்கக் காரணம் அவற்றை உணவைப் பாதுகாப்பதைவிட அதிகக் கவனமுடன் காத்துக்கொண்டதுதான் என்கின்றார். இன்று நாம் நமக்கு அதிகமாகிவிட்ட உணவை குளிர்சாதனப்பெட்டியில் வைத்துப் பாதுகாத்து உண்பதுபோல யோபு  தனது இதயமாகிய பெட்டியில் தேவ வார்த்தைகளைக் காத்துக்கொண்டார்.  எனவே அவை அவரது துன்பகாலத்தில்  அவர் தேவனைவிட்டுப் பின்மாறிடாமல் அவரைக் காத்துக்கொண்டன.

அன்பானவர்களே, பக்தனாகிய யோபு காத்துக்கொண்டது போல நாம் உணவைவிட முக்கியமாகக் காத்துக்கொள்ள வேண்டியவை நமது ஆண்டவராகிய இயேசு கிறிஸ்துவின் தேவ வார்த்தைகளைத்தான். அதிலும் துன்ப காலங்களில் நமக்கு ஆறுதலும் தேறுதலும் தரும் ஒரு வசனம்,  "வருத்தப்பட்டுப் பாரஞ்சுமக்கிறவர்களே! நீங்கள் எல்லாரும் என்னிடத்தில் வாருங்கள்; நான் உங்களுக்கு இளைப்பாறுதல் தருவேன்." ( மத்தேயு 11 : 28 ) என்பது.

தற்கொலை எண்ணத்தால் பிடிக்கப்பட்டு வாழ்வில் இறுதிக்காலத்தில் ஆண்டவர் இயேசு கிறிஸ்துவின் இந்த வார்த்தைகளால் தொடப்பட்டு ஆறுதல் அடைந்து மீட்கப்பட்டப்  பல சாட்சிகள் உண்டு. பல சாட்சிகளை நான் கேட்டிருக்கின்றேன்; வாசித்திருக்கின்றேன். இன்று நாமும் பல்வேறு துன்பங்களுக்கு மத்தியில் இருந்தாலும் ஆண்டவர் இயேசு கிறிஸ்துவின் இந்த வார்த்தைகளை விசுவாசத்தோடு ஏற்று அவரிடம் செல்வோமானால் அவர் நமக்கு இளைப்பாறுதல் தருவார். 

மேலும், இன்றைய தியான வசனத்தில் யோபு, "அவர் உதடுகளின் கற்பனைகளை விட்டு நான் பின்வாங்குவதில்லை" என உறுதியோடு கூறுகின்றார். அதுபோல நாமும் தேவனது கட்டளைகளின்படி நடப்பதற்கு உறுதியேற்க வேண்டும். எந்தச் சூழ்நிலையிலும் தேவனுக்கு எதிரானப் பாவச்  செயல்களைச்  செய்யாமல் தவிர்த்து வாழ நாம் முயற்சிக்கவேண்டும்.  

யோபு கூறுவதுபோலவே சங்கீத ஆசிரியரும்  கூறுவதை நாம் பார்க்கலாம். "உமக்கு விரோதமாய்ப் பாவஞ்செய்யாதபடிக்கு, உமது வாக்கை என்னிருதயத்தில் வைத்து வைத்தேன்." ( சங்கீதம் 119 : 11 ) அவரது வார்த்தைகளை இருதயத்தில் வைத்தால் நாம் தேவனுக்கு  விரோதமாகப் பாவம் செய்யமாட்டோம் என்று இந்த வசனத்தின் மூலம் அறியலாம். 

ஆம் அன்பானவர்களே, தேவனது  வார்த்தைகளை நமது இருதயத்தில் பதித்து வைப்போம்; ஆகாரத்தைப் பார்க்கிலும் அதிகமாய் அவைகளைக் காத்துக்கொள்வோம்.  வருத்தப்பட்டுப் பாரஞ்சுமக்கின்ற நமக்கு அவைதான் இளைப்பாறுதல்.

              PRESERVE GOD'S WORDS

"Neither have I gone back from the commandment of his lips; I have esteemed the words of his mouth more than my necessary food." (Job 23:12)

The life story of pious Job is well known to all of us. Through his faith in God, he patiently endured all the pains and sufferings he suffered.

We read the reason for Job's success in today's meditation verse. "Neither have I gone back from the commandment of his lips; I have esteemed the words of his mouth more than my necessary food," he says.

He says that the reason he did not retreat from his precepts, the words of God, was that he guarded them more carefully than saving food. Job preserved God's words in the box that was his heart, just as we preserve and eat food that is too much for us today in the refrigerator. So, they kept him from turning away from God in his time of suffering.

Beloved, what we need to guard more than food is the divine words of our Lord Jesus Christ, just as the pious Job guarded. Especially the verse that give us comfort and encouragement in times of trouble: "Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy-laden, and I will give you rest." (Matthew 11:28)

There are many witnesses who were touched by these words of the Lord Jesus Christ and were comforted and saved at the end of their lives when they were caught by suicidal thoughts. I have heard many witnesses; I have read. Even though we are in the midst of various sufferings today, if we accept these words of the Lord Jesus Christ with faith and go to Him, He will give us rest.

Also, in today's meditation verse, Job affirms, "Neither have I gone back from the commandment of his lips.” Likewise, we must commit ourselves to following God's commandments. We should try to live without committing sinful acts against God under any circumstances.

We can see that the psalmist is saying the same thing as Job. "Thy word have I hid in my heart, that I might not sin against thee." (Psalms 119:11) We can know through this verse that if we keep his words in our hearts, we will not sin against God.

Yes, beloved, let us enshrine the words of God in our hearts. Let's protect them more than food. They are a relief to those of us who are troubled.

மனந்திரும்புதலுக்கு ஏற்ற கனிகள் / FRUITS OF REPENTANCE

'ஆதவன்' 📖✝ வேதாகமத் தியானம் - எண்:- 1,124      💚 மார்ச் 08, 2024 💚 வெள்ளிக்கிழமை 💚

"மனந்திரும்புதலுக்கு ஏற்ற கனிகளைக் கொடுங்கள்." ( மத்தேயு 3 : 8 )

கிறிஸ்தவ வாழ்க்கை என்பது ஒருநாள் கூத்து போன்றதல்ல;  மாறாக அது அன்றாடம் சிலுவை சுமக்கும் அனுபவமாகும். மனம் திரும்புதல் என்பது ஒருநாள் நிகழ்வல்ல; அதனை நாம் தக்கவைத்துக்கொள்வதில்தான் வெற்றி இருக்கின்றது. ஒரு சில கன்வென்சன் கூட்டங்களில் கலந்துகொள்ளும்போது உள்ளத்தில் ஏற்படும் கிளர்ச்சியால் சிலர் தொடர்ந்து அப்படிபட்டக் கூட்டங்களில் கலந்துகொள்ள விரும்புவதுண்டு. இதனால் தங்களை இரட்சிக்கப்பட்டவர்கள் என்று எண்ணிக்கொள்கின்றனர். 

இது எப்படியென்றால், கடற்கரையில்  அமர்ந்து கடற்காற்றையும் கடலின் அழகையும் ரசிப்பதுபோன்றது. அந்த அழகும் இன்பமும் நம்மை மகிழ்விப்பதால் அடிக்கடி கடற்கரைக்குச் செல்ல விரும்புகின்றோம். ஆனால் ஆவிக்குரிய வாழ்க்கை இப்படி இருப்பது போதாது. நமது வாழ்வில் தனிப்பட்ட மாற்றம் இல்லாமல் எத்தனை கூட்டங்களிலும் ஆராதனைகளிலும் நாம் பங்கெடுத்தாலும் அது பலனற்றதே. கடலின் அழகை ரசிப்பது போன்றதே.

இதனையே யோவான் ஸ்நானகன் தன்னிடம் ஞானஸ்நானம் பெறுவதற்கு வந்த பரிசேயர்களையும் சதுசேயர்களையும் பார்த்துக் கூறினார், "........விரியன் பாம்புக் குட்டிகளே! வருங்கோபத்துக்குத் தப்பித்துக்கொள்ள உங்களுக்கு வகைகாட்டினவன் யார்? மனந்திரும்புதலுக்கு ஏற்ற கனிகளைக் கொடுங்கள்." ( மத்தேயு 3 : 7, 8 ) என்று. 

பரிசேயர்களிடமும்  சதுசேயர்களிடமும் எந்த மனமாற்றமும் இல்லை. எல்லோரும் யோவானிடம் ஞானஸ்நானம் பெறச் செல்வதைக்கண்டு அவர்களும் சென்றனர். பிரபலமானவரைப்  பார்க்க விரும்புவதுபோன்ற விருப்பத்துடன் யோவானிடம் சென்றனர். எனவேதான் யோவான் அவர்களை விரியன் பாம்புக் குட்டிகள் என்றுக்  கூறினார். 

ஆம் அன்பானவர்களே, இன்று பல கிறிஸ்தவர்கள் ஆவிக்குரிய சபைகள் என்று கூறப்படும் சபைகளுக்குச் செல்வதால் தங்களை மீட்க்கப்பட்டவர்கள் அல்லது இரட்சிக்கப்பட்டவர்கள் என்று எண்ணிக்கொள்கின்றனர். நமது இரட்சிப்பு என்பது அழகை ரசிப்பது போன்றதல்ல; மாறாக, ஒரு தொடர் வாழ்க்கையில் அது அடங்கியுள்ளது. கிறிஸ்து நமக்குள் உருவாகி நம்மில் பிரதிபலிப்பதுதான் ஆவிக்குரிய கனிதரும் அனுபவம். அந்த அனுபவம் உள்ளவனே கிறிஸ்தவன்.

இன்று பலர் பீடி, சிகரட், வெற்றிலை பழக்கங்களிலிருந்து விடுபடுவதே இரட்சிப்பு என்று எண்ணிக்கொள்கின்றனர். அது குறித்துச் சாட்சியும் சொல்கின்றனர். ஆனால், இவைகளிலிருந்து மருத்துவ முறைகள் மூலமும் விடுதலை பெறமுடியும் என்பதே உண்மை. உண்மையான இரட்சிப்பு நமது உள்ளான மனிதனில் மாறுதல் கொண்டுவருவதாக இருக்கவேண்டும். ஆவிக்குரிய கனிகள் நிறைந்ததாக இருக்கவேண்டும். "ஆவியின் கனியோ, அன்பு, சந்தோஷம், சமாதானம், நீடியபொறுமை, தயவு, நற்குணம், விசுவாசம், சாந்தம், இச்சையடக்கம்; இப்படிப்பட்டவைகளுக்கு விரோதமான பிரமாணம் ஒன்றுமில்லை." ( கலாத்தியர் 5 : 22, 23 ) என்று நாம் வாசிக்கின்றோம். 

எனவே அன்பானவர்களே, கனிகளோடு கூடிய கிறிஸ்தவ வாழ்க்கைதான் ஆவிக்குரிய வாழ்க்கை. அல்லாத வாழ்க்கை வெறுமையான ஆராதனைக் கிறிஸ்தவர்களையே உருவாக்கும். நம்மை ஆவியானவரின் வழிநடத்துதலுக்கு ஒப்புவித்து ஜெபிக்கும்போது பாவத்திலிருந்து விடுதலை மட்டுமல்ல, தொடர்ந்து அவர் நம்மை கனியுள்ளவர்களாக  மாற்றுவார். ஆவியானவரின் வல்லமை என்பது அதிசயம் அற்புதம் செய்வதல்ல; மாறாக பாவத்தை வென்று கனியுள்ள ஒரு வாழ்க்கை வாழ்வது. அதற்காக ஜெபிப்போம். கனியுள்ளவர்களாக மாறி உலகுக்கு நம்மை வெளிப்படுத்துவோம்.

                    FRUITS OF REPENTANCE

"Bring forth, therefore, fruits meet for repentance." (Matthew 3:8)

The Christian life is not living for one day alone; rather, it is a daily cross-carrying experience. Similarly, repentance is not a one-day event. Success lies in maintaining it. The excitement that comes from attending a few convention meetings makes some people want to continue attending such meetings. With this motivated intention, they consider themselves saved.

It is like sitting on the beach, enjoying the sea breeze and the beauty of the sea. We often like to go to the beach because its beauty and pleasure delight us. But spiritual life is not like that. No matter how many meetings and prayers we participate in without personal change in our lives, it is fruitless. It is like enjoying the beauty of the ocean.

This is what John the Baptist said to the Pharisees and Sadducees who came to him to be baptised: "O generation of vipers, who hath warned you to flee from the wrath to come? Bring forth, therefore, fruits meet for repentance." (Matthew 3:7, 8).

There was no real conversion of heart among the Pharisees and Sadducees. Seeing others, they also went to John to be baptised. They went to John with a desire to see a famous person. That is why John called them the generation of vipers.

Yes, dear, many Christians today consider themselves redeemed or saved because they attend so-called spiritual churches. Our salvation should not be like enjoying beauty; rather, it should consist of a continuous repentant life. A spiritually fruitful experience will reflect Christ in us. A Christian is one who has that experience.

Many people today think that salvation is getting rid of beedi, cigarette, and betel nut habits. Many witnesses in spiritual convention meetings profess like that. But the truth is that you can get rid of them through medical methods. True salvation must bring about a change in our inner man. Be full of spiritual fruits. "But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, meekness, and temperance; against such there is no law." (Galatians 5:22–23)

So beloved, the Christian life with fruits is the spiritual life. Without it, we will be empty-hearted Christians. When we surrender ourselves to the Spirit's guidance and pray, not only are we freed from sin, but He will continually make us merciful. The power of the Spirit is not to work miracles; instead, overcome sin and live a fruitful life. Let's pray for that. Let us become kind and reveal ourselves to the world.

கிறிஸ்துவோடு பங்கு / PARTAKERS WITH CHRIST

 'ஆதவன்' 📖✝ வேதாகமத் தியானம் - எண்:- 1,123     💚 மார்ச் 07, 2024 💚 வியாழக்கிழமை 💚

"அந்தத் துணிக்கையை அவன் வாங்கினபின்பு, சாத்தான் அவனுக்குள் புகுந்தான். அப்பொழுது இயேசு அவனை நோக்கி: நீ செய்கிறதைச் சீக்கிரமாய்ச் செய் என்றார்." ( யோவான் 13 : 27 )

உண்மையான மனம் திரும்புதல் இல்லாத வாழ்க்கை வாழ்ந்துகொண்டு தினசரி நற்கருணை உட்கொண்டாலும் நாம் சாத்தானுடைய மக்களும் அவனுக்கு அடிமையானவர்களுமாய் இருக்கின்றோம் என்பதனை இன்றைய தியான வசனம் நமக்கு எடுத்துக்கூறுகின்றது. 

ஆம், மெய்யான மனம்திருப்புதலும் உள்ளத்தில் தூய்மையும் இல்லாமல் இருந்துகொண்டு நற்கருணை உட்கொள்ளும்போது நாம் சாத்தானுக்கு அடிமைகள் ஆகின்றோம். இன்றைய தியான வசனத்தில் யூதாஸ் கிறிஸ்து கொடுத்த அப்பத்தினை வாங்கி உண்டபின் அவனுக்குள் சாத்தான் புகுந்தான் என்று கூறப்பட்டுள்ளது. அதுவரை அவனுக்குள் நுழையாத சாத்தான் அவன் நற்கருணையை உண்டவுடன் அவனுக்குள் நுழைந்தான். 

இதற்குக் காரணம் அவனுக்கிருந்த சாத்தானின் வஞ்சக குணம். ஏற்கெனவே கிறிஸ்துவைக்  காட்டிக்கொடுக்கத் திட்டம்போட்டுக்கொண்டு அதனை மறைத்து அவரிடம் வஞ்சகமாக அவன் நடந்துகொண்டான். இதனை நாம் "அவரைக் காட்டிக்கொடுத்த யூதாசும் அவரை நோக்கி: ரபீ, நானோ? என்றான்; அதற்கு அவர்: நீ சொன்னபடிதான் என்றார்." ( மத்தேயு 26 : 25 ) என்று வாசிக்கின்றோம். 

ஆம் அன்பானவர்களே, மனம்திரும்புதல் இல்லாத நற்கருணை நம்மை சாத்தானுக்கு அடிமையாக்கி பல்வேறு நோய்களைத்தான் நமக்கு ஏற்படுத்தும். எனவேதான் அப்போஸ்தலரான பவுல், "எந்த மனுஷனும் தன்னைத்தானே சோதித்தறிந்து, இந்த அப்பத்தில் புசித்து, இந்தப் பாத்திரத்தில் பானம்பண்ணக்கடவன்." ( 1 கொரிந்தியர் 11 : 28 ) என்று கூறுகின்றார். 

தொடர்ந்து அவர், "இதினிமித்தம், உங்களில் அநேகர் பலவீனரும் வியாதியுள்ளவர்களுமாயிருக்கிறார்கள்; அநேகர் நித்திரையும் அடைந்திருக்கிறார்கள்.  நம்மை நாமே நிதானித்து அறிந்தால் நாம் நியாயந்தீர்க்கப்படோம்." ( 1 கொரிந்தியர் 11 : 30, 31 ) என்று கூறுகின்றார். 

ஆண்டவராகிய இயேசு கிறிஸ்துவின் கையால் அப்பத்தை வாங்கி உண்ட யூதாஸின் உள்ளேயே  சாத்தான் புகுந்தான் என்றால் நாமெல்லோரும் எம்மாத்திரம்? யூதாஸ் எண்ணத்தில்  வஞ்சகமுள்ளவனாக இருந்தான். தனது உண்மையான குணத்தை மறைத்து இயேசு கிறிஸ்துவிடம் அன்புள்ளவனாக இருப்பதாகக் காட்டிக்கொண்டான். இதுபோல நாம் இருக்கின்றோமா என்பதனை நாம் சீர்தூக்கிப் பார்க்கவேண்டும். 

ஆலய காரியங்களில் அதிக ஆர்வத்துடன் ஈடுபடுவது, ஆராதனைகளில் தவறாமல் கலந்துகொள்வது, காணிக்கைகள் கொடுப்பது போன்ற காரியங்களை நாம் செய்துகொண்டிருக்கலாம். நற்கருணை உட்கொண்டு வரலாம். ஆனால் நமது உள்ளம் தேவனுக்கேற்ற உண்மையுள்ளதாக இருக்கின்றதா என்பது நாம் சிந்தித்துப் பார்க்கவேண்டிய ஒன்று. 

உணர்வற்றவர்களாக நாம் வாழ்வோமானால் "நீ செய்கிறதைச் சீக்கிரமாய்ச் செய்" என்று இயேசு யூதாஸைப் பார்த்துக் கூறியதுபோல நம்மிடமும் கூறுவார். அவனிடம் எதனைச் சீக்கிரமாய்ச் செய்யச் சொன்னார்? அவனது உள்ளம் விரும்பிய வஞ்சக செயல்பாட்டினை. ஆனால் அந்தச் செயலின்  முடிவினையும் அவனது வாழ்க்கையின் முடிவினையும்  நாம் அறிவோம். 

நமது உள்ளத்தைச் சாத்தான் நுழைய முடியாத பரிசுத்த ஆலயமாகக் காத்துக்கொள்ளவேண்டியதுதான் நமது முதல் கடமை.  அப்போதுதான் நாம் கிறிஸ்துவோடு பங்குள்ளவர்களாக இருப்போம். "உள்ளதை உள்ளதென்றும், இல்லாததை இல்லையென்றும் சொல்லுங்கள்; இதற்கு மிஞ்சினது தீமையினால் உண்டாயிருக்கும்." ( மத்தேயு 5 : 37 ) என்றார் இயேசு கிறிஸ்து. யூதாஸ் தவறியதும் இந்த விஷயத்தில்தான். எனவே நாமும் எச்சரிக்கையாக இருப்போம். உண்மையுள்ள இதயத்தோடு வாழ ஆவியானவர் நம்மை வழிநடத்திட ஜெபிப்போம்.  அப்போதுதான் நாம் கிறிஸ்துவோடு பங்குள்ளவர்களாக இருப்போம்.

            PARTAKERS WITH CHRIST 

'AATHAVAN' 📖✝ BIBLE MEDITATION No:- 1,123   💚 March 07, 2024 💚 Thursday 💚

"And after the sop Satan entered into him. Then said Jesus unto him, that thou doest, do quickly." (John 13: 27)

Today's meditation verse tells us that if we live a life without true repentance and take the Eucharist daily, we are Satan's people and his slaves.

Yes, when we partake of the Eucharist without true repentance and purity of heart, we become slaves to Satan. In today's meditation verse, it is said that after Judas bought and ate the bread given by Christ, Satan entered him. Satan, who had not entered him until then, entered him as soon as he partook of the Eucharist.

The reason for this was the deceitful nature of Satan in him. He had already planned to betray Christ and concealed it and acted deceitfully towards him. We read this, "Then Judas, which betrayed him, answered and said, Master, is it I? He said unto him, Thou hast said." (Matthew 26: 25) we read.

Yes, dear ones, the eucharist without repentance will enslave us to Satan and cause us various diseases. That is why the apostle Paul said, "But let a man examine himself, and so let him eat of that bread, and drink of that cup." ( 1 Corinthians 11 : 28 )

He continued, "For this cause many are weak and sickly among you, and many sleep. For if we would judge ourselves, we should not be judged." (1 Corinthians 11: 30, 31)

If Satan entered Judas who ate bread from the hand of the Lord Jesus Christ, then what about all of us? Judas was deceitful in his thinking. He pretended to be a lover of Jesus Christ by hiding his true character. We must check if we are like this.

We may be doing things like being more enthusiastic in church affairs, attending services regularly, giving offerings etc. We can take the Eucharist. But whether our heart is true to God is something we should think about.

If we live unfeelingly, Jesus will say to us as he said to Judas, "Do quickly what you do" What did Jesus ask him to do quickly? Deceptive activity that his heart desired. But we know the outcome of that act and the outcome of his life.

Our first duty is to guard our heart as a holy temple where Satan cannot enter. Only then will we be partakers with Christ. "But let your communication be, Yea, yea; Nay, nay: for whatsoever is more than these cometh of evil." (Matthew 5: 37) said Jesus Christ. This is the area where Judas failed. So let us also be cautious. Let us pray that the Spirit will lead us to live with a true heart. Only then will we be partakers with Christ.

ஆயத்தம் / PREPARATION

 'ஆதவன்' 📖✝ வேதாகமத் தியானம் - எண்:- 1,122    💚 மார்ச் 06, 2024 💚 புதன்கிழமை 💚

"என் நேசருக்குக் கதவைத் திறந்தேன்; என் நேசரோ இல்லை, போய்விட்டார்; அவர் சொன்ன வார்த்தையால், என் ஆத்துமா சோர்ந்துபோயிற்று. அவரைத் தேடினேன், அவரைக் காணவில்லை; அவரைக் கூப்பிட்டேன், அவர் எனக்கு மறுஉத்தரவு கொடுக்கவில்லை." ( உன்னதப்பாட்டு 5 : 6 )

அன்பானவர்களே, நமது தேவன் அன்பானவர்தான்; கிருபை நிறைந்தவர்தான், ஆனால் ஒவ்வொன்றுக்கும் அவர் குறிப்பிட்ட காலங்களை நியமித்துள்ளார். அதுபோலவே நாம் மீட்பு அடைவதற்கும் குறிப்பிட்ட காலத்தை நியமித்துள்ளார். அது இன்றுதான். அதனை நாம் அலட்சியப்படுத்தினால் பிற்பாடு அவரை நாம் காண முடியாது; அவர் நமக்குப் பதிலளிக்கமாட்டார். அதனையே இன்றைய தியான வசனம் நமக்கு நினைவூட்டுகின்றது. 

இன்று அவரை நாம் அன்பான இயேசு கிறிஸ்து எனச் சொல்லிக்கொண்டாலும் நமது இருதயக் கதவினை அவருக்குத் திறக்காமல் அடைத்துவைத்து வெறும் ஆராதனைக் கிறிஸ்தவர்களாக வாழ்ந்துகொண்டிருப்போமானால் அர்த்தமிருக்காது. இதனையே இன்றைய வசனம் கூறுகின்றது,  "என் நேசருக்குக் கதவைத் திறந்தேன்; என் நேசரோ இல்லை, போய்விட்டார்; அவர் சொன்ன வார்த்தையால், என் ஆத்துமா சோர்ந்துபோயிற்று. அவரைத் தேடினேன், அவரைக் காணவில்லை; அவரைக் கூப்பிட்டேன், அவர் எனக்கு மறுஉத்தரவு கொடுக்கவில்லை."

மனமாற்றமில்லாத வாழ்க்கை வாழ்வோமானால், "என் நேசருக்குக் கதவைத் திறந்தேன்; என் நேசரோ இல்லை, போய்விட்டார்; அவர் சொன்ன வார்த்தையால், என் ஆத்துமா சோர்ந்துபோயிற்று" என்று குறிப்பிட்டுள்ளபடி அவர் கூறிய வார்த்தைகள் பிற்பாடு நம்மைச் சோர்ந்துபோகச் செய்யும் 

இயேசு கிறிஸ்து இதனையே பத்துக் கன்னியர் உவமையில் கூறினார். மணவாளன் வரும் சமயத்தில் ஆயத்தமாய் இருக்காமல் கதவு அடைக்கப்பட்டப்பின்னர் வந்து தட்டிக்கொண்டடிருந்தால் அவர் உங்களை அறியேன் எண்டு சொல்வேன் என்கிறார். "பின்பு, மற்றக் கன்னிகைகளும் வந்து: ஆண்டவரே, ஆண்டவரே, எங்களுக்குத் திறக்கவேண்டும் என்றார்கள். அதற்கு அவர்: உங்களை அறியேன் என்று, மெய்யாகவே உங்களுக்குச் சொல்லுகிறேன் என்றார்." ( மத்தேயு 25 : 12 ) என்று வாசிக்கின்றோம். 

ஆம் அன்பானவர்களே, "அநுக்கிரக காலத்திலே நான் உனக்குச் செவிகொடுத்து, இரட்சணியநாளிலே உனக்கு உதவிசெய்தேன் என்று சொல்லியிருக்கிறாரே; இதோ, இப்பொழுதே அநுக்கிரககாலம், இப்பொழுதே இரட்சணியநாள்." ( 2 கொரிந்தியர் 6 : 2 ) என்கின்றார் அப்போஸ்தலரான பவுல். நமது வாழ்க்கை என்று முடிவடையும் என்று நமக்குத் தெரியாது. எனவே பாவங்கள் மன்னிக்கப்படவும் மீட்பு அனுபவத்தினைப் பெறவும் இன்றே நாம் ஆயத்தமாய் இருக்கவேண்டியது அவசியம். 

"கர்த்தரைக் கண்டடையத்தக்க சமயத்தில் அவரைத் தேடுங்கள்; அவர் சமீபமாயிருக்கையில் அவரை நோக்கிக் கூப்பிடுங்கள்." ( ஏசாயா 55 : 6 ) என்கின்றார் ஏசாயா. கர்த்தராகிய இயேசு கிறிஸ்து நம் அனைவர்க்கும் சமீபமானவர். நம்மோடு உறுதியான நட்புறவு கொள்ள விரும்புகின்றவர். நாம் அவரைத் தேடத்தக்க காலம் இதுதான். நமக்காக பரிந்துபேசக்கூடியவராக இன்று அவர் இருக்கின்றார். ஆனால் அவர் மீண்டும் வரும்போது நீதியுள்ள நியாதிபதியாக வருவார். அன்று நீதியோடு நியாயம் தீர்ப்பார். எனவே இன்றே நாம் மன்னிப்புப்பெற ஏற்ற காலம்.  

நியாயத் தீர்ப்பு நாளில் அவரிடம் இரக்கத்துக்குக் கெஞ்ச முடியாது. அன்று நமது இதயக் கதவைத் திறக்க முடியாது. கதவைத் திறந்தாலும் "என் நேசரோ இல்லை, போய்விட்டார்; அவர் சொன்ன வார்த்தையால், என் ஆத்துமா சோர்ந்துபோயிற்று. அவரைத் தேடினேன், அவரைக் காணவில்லை; அவரைக் கூப்பிட்டேன், அவர் எனக்கு மறுஉத்தரவு கொடுக்கவில்லை." எனும் நிலைதான் ஏற்படும்.

"இதோ, இப்பொழுதே அநுக்கிரககாலம், இப்பொழுதே இரட்சணியநாள்." என்று கூறியுள்ளபடி நமது பாவங்களை இன்றே அவரிடம் அறிக்கையிட்டு மீட்பு அனுபவத்தைப் பெற்றுக்கொள்வோம்.

"I opened to my beloved; but my beloved had withdrawn himself and was gone; my soul failed when he spake. I sought him, but I could not find him; I called him, but he gave me no answer." (Song of Songs 5:6)

Beloved, our God is loving; He is full of grace, but He has appointed times for each. Likewise, He has appointed a specific time for us to attain salvation. It is today. If we ignore it, we will not see Him later; He will not answer us. Today's meditation verse reminds us of that.

Even if we call him dear Jesus Christ today, it will not make sense if we close the door of our hearts without opening it and live as mere worshipping Christians. This is what today's verse says: "I opened to my beloved; but my beloved had withdrawn himself and was gone; my soul failed when he spake; I sought him, but I could not find him; I called him, but he gave me no answer."

If we live an unconverted life, His words will make us weary later, as He said, "I opened the door to my beloved; my beloved is gone, and he is gone; my soul is weary at his word."

Jesus Christ said this in the parable of the ten virgins. He says that if we are not ready when the bridegroom comes and knocks after the door is closed, he will say that he does not know us." Afterward came also the other virgins, saying, Lord, Lord, open to us. But he answered and said, Verily, I say unto you, I know you not." (Matthew 25:11, 12) we read.

Yes, beloved, "For he saith, I have heard thee in a time accepted, and in the day of salvation have I succoured thee: behold, now is the accepted time; behold, now is the day of salvation." (2 Corinthians 6:2) says the apostle Paul. We never know where our lives will end. Therefore, it is necessary that we be ready today to have our sins forgiven and experience redemption.

"Seek ye the LORD while he may be found; call ye upon him while he is near." (Isaiah 55:6), says Isaiah. The Lord Jesus Christ is near all of us. He wants to have a firm friendship with us. This is the time when we should seek Him. He is the one who can intercede for us today. But when He comes again, He will come as a righteous judge. On that day, he will judge with justice. So today is the perfect time for us to ask for forgiveness.

We cannot beg for mercy from Him on the Day of Judgment. We cannot open the door of our hearts on that day. Even when we open the door, a condition will occur, like, “My beloved is gone; my soul is weary at his word. I have looked for him, and I have not found him; I have called to him, and he has not answered me."

"Behold, now is the time of grace; now is the day of salvation." Let's report our sins to Him today and experience redemption.

முன்னோர்களின் சாபங்கள் / ANCESTRAL CURSES

  'ஆதவன்' 📖✝ வேதாகமத் தியானம் - எண்:- 1,121     💚 மார்ச் 05, 2024 💚 செவ்வாய்க்கிழமை 💚

"இதோ, எல்லா ஆத்துமாக்களும் என்னுடையவைகள்; தகப்பனின் ஆத்துமா எப்படியோ, அப்படியே மகனின் ஆத்துமாவும் என்னுடையது; பாவஞ்செய்கிற ஆத்துமாவே சாகும்." ( எசேக்கியேல் 18 : 4 )

வேதாகமத்தின் சில வசனங்கள் பலரைக் குழப்பத்துக்கு உட்படுத்துகின்றன. வாழ்வில் தொடர்ந்து துன்பங்களே ஏற்படும்போது பலரும் குடும்ப சாபங்களே இதற்குக் காரணம் என்று எண்ணிக்கொள்கின்றனர். நமது முன்னோர்கள் செய்த பாவங்களால் நாமும் நமது குழந்தைகளும் பாதிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளோம் என்று பலரும் எண்ணிக்கொள்கின்றனர். ஒருமுறை வாழ்வில் மிகவும் துன்பப்பட்டுக்கொண்டிருந்த ஒரு சகோதரர்   என்னிடம், "பிரதர் எனது துன்பங்களுக்கு எனது தகப்பனாரும் எனது பாட்டனாரும் செய்த பாவங்கள்தான் காரணம்" என்று புலம்பினார்.

தொடர்ந்து அவர் என்னிடம், "ஆயிரம் தலைமுறைகளுக்கு இரக்கத்தைக் காக்கிறவர்; அக்கிரமத்தையும் மீறுதலையும் பாவத்தையும் மன்னிக்கிறவர்; குற்றவாளியைக் குற்றமற்றவனாக விடாமல், பிதாக்கள் செய்த அக்கிரமத்தைப் பிள்ளைகளிடத்திலும், பிள்ளைகளுடைய பிள்ளைகளிடத்திலும் மூன்றாம் நான்காம் தலைமுறைமட்டும் விசாரிக்கிறவர்." ( யாத்திராகமம் 34 : 7 ) என்று வேதாகமத்தில் குறிப்பிடப்பட்டுள்ளது உண்மை என்று கூறி அழுதார். 

நான் அவரிடம் கூறினேன், 'அப்படியல்ல சகோதரரே, நாம் கிறிஸ்துவை ஏற்றுக்கொண்டு மனம் திரும்பிய ஒரு வாழ்க்கை வாழ்வோமானால் எந்தச் சாபமும் நம்மை மேற்கொள்ளாது. கிறிஸ்து இயேசு நமது பாவங்கள் சாபங்கள் அனைத்தையும் பரிகரித்துத்  தீர்த்துவிட்டார். அவரை இரட்சகராக ஏற்றுக்கொள்ளும்போது எந்த சாபங்களும் நம்மை மேற்கொள்ளாது,  இதனை நாம் பழைய ஏற்பாட்டிலும் வாசிக்கலாம்" என்றுகூறி அவருக்கு எசேக்கியேல் நூலிலுள்ள வசனத்தைக் காண்பித்தேன்.

"பாவஞ்செய்கிற ஆத்துமாவே சாகும்; குமாரன் தகப்பனுடைய அக்கிரமத்தைச் சுமப்பதுமில்லை, தகப்பன் குமாரனுடைய அக்கிரமத்தைச் சுமப்பதுமில்லை; நீதிமானுடைய நீதி அவன்மேல் தான் இருக்கும், துன்மார்க்கனுடைய துன்மார்க்கமும் அவன்மேல் தான் இருக்கும்." ( எசேக்கியேல் 18 : 20 )

ஆம் அன்பானவர்களே, நாம் கிறிஸ்துவுக்கேற்ற நீதியுள்ள வாழ்க்கை வாழும்போது எந்த சாபமும் நம்மை மேற்கொள்ளாது. அவனவன் செய்யும் தவறுக்கு அவனவன் தண்டனை அனுபவிப்பான். "பிதாக்கள் திராட்சக்காய்களைத் தின்றார்கள், பிள்ளைகளின் பற்கள் கூசிப்போயின என்னும் பழமொழியை நீங்கள் இஸ்ரவேல் தேசத்தைக்குறித்துச் சொல்லுகிறது என்ன? இனி இஸ்ரவேலில் இந்தப் பழமொழியைச் சொல்வது இல்லை என்பதை என் ஜீவனைக்கொண்டு சொல்லுகிறேன் என்று கர்த்தராகிய ஆண்டவர் உரைக்கிறார்." ( எசேக்கியேல் 18 : 3 )

இயேசு கிறிஸ்துவின் சீடர்களுக்கும் இந்த எண்ணமே இருந்தது. எனவேதான் பிறவிக்குருடன் ஒருவனைக் கண்டபோது இயேசு கிறிஸ்துவிடம் அவர்கள் இதுகுறித்துக்  கேட்டனர். 

"அப்பொழுது அவருடைய சீஷர்கள் அவரை நோக்கி: ரபீ, இவன் குருடனாய்ப் பிறந்தது யார் செய்த பாவம், இவன் செய்த பாவமோ, இவனைப் பெற்றவர்கள் செய்த பாவமோ என்று கேட்டார்கள். இயேசு பிரதியுத்தரமாக: அது இவன் செய்த பாவமுமல்ல, இவனைப் பெற்றவர்கள் செய்த பாவமுமல்ல, தேவனுடைய கிரியைகள் இவனிடத்தில் வெளிப்படும்பொருட்டு இப்படிப் பிறந்தான் என்றார்." ( யோவான் 9 : 3 )

எனவே துன்பங்கள் வாழ்வில் தொடரும்போது நமது முன்னோர்கள்மீது பழி சுமத்தாமல் நம்மை நாம் சோதித்துப் பார்ப்போம். தேவனுடைய கிரியைகள் நம்மில் வெளிப்படும்பொருட்டு நமக்கு அவர் துன்பங்களை அனுமதித்திருக்கலாம். கிறிஸ்துவிடம் மன்னிப்புக்கேட்டு அவரது இரத்தத்தால் கழுவப்படும் இரட்சிப்பு அனுபவத்தைப் பெறும்போது எந்தச் சாபங்களும் நம்மை மேற்கொள்ள முடியாது. 

"பாவஞ்செய்கிற ஆத்துமாவே சாகும்." என்கிறார் பரிசுத்தரான கர்த்தர். தேவனுக்கேற்ற வாழ்க்கை வாழ ஒப்புக்கொடுப்போம்; முன்னோர்களின் பாவங்கள் சாபங்கள் எதுவும் நம்மைப் பாதிக்காது. 

"இதோ, எல்லா ஆத்துமாக்களும் என்னுடையவைகள்" என்கிறார் பரிசுத்தரான கர்த்தர்.

"Behold, all souls are mine; as the soul of the father, so also the soul of the son is mine; the soul that sinneth, it shall die." (Ezekiel 18:4)

Some verses of the Bible confuse many people. When there is constant suffering in life, many people think that it is due to family curses. Many people think that they and their children will be affected by the sins of their ancestors. Once a brother who was suffering a lot in his life lamented to me, "Brother, my sufferings are due to the sins of my father and grandfather."

He continued, and the Bible says, "Keeping mercy for thousands, forgiving iniquity and transgression and sin, and that will by no means clear the guilty; visiting the iniquity of the fathers upon the children, and upon the children's children, unto the third and to the fourth generation." (Exodus 34:7) He wept, saying that what is mentioned in the scriptures is true.

I said to him, 'No, brother, if we accept Christ and live a repentant life, no curse will overtake us. Christ Jesus has atoned for all our sins and curses. I showed him the verse from the book of Ezekiel saying, "When we accept Jesus as our saviour, no curses will overtake us; we can read this in the Old Testament."

"The soul that sinneth shall die. The son shall not bear the iniquity of the father, nor shall the father bear the iniquity of the son; the righteousness of the righteous shall be upon him, and the wickedness of the wicked shall be upon him." (Ezekiel 18:20)

Yes, beloved, no curse will overtake us when we live a righteous life, according to Christ. He who sins will be punished for his sins. "What mean ye that ye use this proverb concerning the land of Israel, saying, The fathers have eaten sour grapes, and the children's teeth are set on edge? As I live, saith the Lord God, ye shall not have occasion any more to use this proverb in Israel." (Ezekiel 18:2, 3)

The disciples of Jesus Christ also had this thought. That is why they asked Jesus Christ about this when they saw a man blind by birth. We read this:

"And his disciples asked him, saying, Master, who did sin, this man, or his parents, that he was born blind? Jesus answered, Neither hath this man sinned nor his parents, but that the works of God should be made manifest in him." (John 9:2, 3)

So when suffering continues in life, let us examine ourselves without blaming our ancestors. He may have allowed us to suffer so that God's works might be revealed in us. No curse can overtake us when we seek the forgiveness of Christ and experience the salvation of being washed by His blood.

"The soul that sinneth shall die." Says the Holy Lord. Let us commit to living a godly life. None of the sins and curses of our ancestors can affect us.

"Behold, all souls are mine," says the Holy Lord.
