🦋 Meditation verse - ஏசாயா 57 : 20-21 / Isaiah 57:20–21

 "விதைகளின் உள்ளே" 🌳 

📖 வேதாகமத் தியானம் எண் - 1743                                   🔆 ஆதவன் 15.11.2025 சனி  

"துன்மார்க்கரோ கொந்தளிக்கும் கடலைப்போலிருக்கிறார்கள்; அது அமர்ந்திருக்கக் கூடாமல், அதன் ஜலங்கள் சேற்றையும் அழுக்கையும் கரையில் ஒதுக்குகிறது. துன்மார்க்கருக்குச் சமாதானம் இல்லையென்று என் தேவன் சொல்லுகிறார்." ( ஏசாயா 57 : 20-21 )

குளத்துக்கும் கடலுக்கும் உள்ள ஒரு முக்கிய வித்தியாசம் அந்தத் தண்ணீரின் குணம். குளமானது அமைதலாக இருக்கும். ஆனால் கடலோ அமைத்தலின்றி, இரவும் பகலும் எப்போதும் குமுறிக்கொண்டே இருக்கும்.   இதுபோலவே துன்மார்க்கரின் உள்ளமும் எப்போதும் குமுறிக்கொண்டே இருக்கும். துன்மார்க்க உள்ளத்துக்கு அமைதி என்பது கிடையாது. 

குளத்துக்குள் போடப்படும் பொருட்களை குளம் அமைதியாக உள்வாங்கிக்கொண்டு அமைதலாக இருக்கும். ஆனால் கடலோ, அமர்ந்திருக்கக் கூடாமல், அதன் ஜலங்கள் சேற்றையும் அழுக்கையும் கரையில் ஒதுக்குகிறது. இதுவும் துன்மார்க்கனுக்கும் மற்றவர்களுக்குமுள்ள ஒரு வித்தியாசமாகும்.

துன்மார்க்கர்கள் பணத்துக்காகவும் பொருள் சேர்க்கவேண்டும் எனும் ஆசையினாலும் எந்த பாதகச் செயலையும் செய்வதற்கும் தயாராகவே இருப்பார்கள். இப்படிப் பணத்தைச் சேர்த்துத் துன்மார்க்கன் பெருமைகொண்டு அலைகின்றான். ஆம், "துன்மார்க்கன் தன் உள்ளம் இச்சித்ததைப் பெற்றதினால் பெருமைபாராட்டி, பொருளை அபகரித்துத் தன்னைத்தான் போற்றி,  கர்த்தரை   அசட்டைபண்ணுகிறான்.  (சங்கீதம் 10:3)

அன்பானவர்களே, இன்று அன்றாடம் செய்திகளை நாம் வாசிப்போமானால் நாட்டில் எத்தகைய அளவுக்குத் துன்மார்க்கர்களது பெருக்கம் உள்ளது என்பதனை நாம் அறிந்துகொள்ளலாம். ஆண்கள் மட்டுமல்ல, பெண்களும் இன்று ஆண்களுக்கு ஈடாக துன்மார்க்கச் செயல்படுகளில் ஈடுபட்டுக்கொண்டிருப்பதை நாம் காண்கின்றோம்.  துன்மார்க்கர்கள் பெருகுவது கடைசி காலத்தின் அறிகுறிகளில் ஒன்று. இதனை, "கடைசிக்காலத்திலே தங்கள் துன்மார்க்கமான இச்சைகளின்படி நடக்கிற பரியாசக்காரர் தோன்றுவார்கள் என்று உங்களுக்குச் சொன்னார்களே." (யூதா 1:18) என்று அப்போஸ்தலரான யூதா நமக்கு நினைவூட்டுகின்றார்.  

இன்று தற்கொலைகள் பெருகுவதற்கு மனிதர்களது துன்மார்க்க குணமே முக்கிய காரணமாக இருக்கின்றது.  சேற்றையும் அழுக்கையும் கரையில் ஒதுக்கும்  கொந்தளிக்கும் கடலைப்போல தங்கள் வாழ்க்கையில் அசுத்தத்தையே வெளிப்படுத்தும் துன்மார்க்கன் தற்கொலை செய்து சாகின்றான்; ஆம் அவர்களுக்குச் சமாதானம் இல்லை. ஆனால் தேவன் துன்மார்க்கனது துன்மார்க்க குணத்தை வெறுக்கின்றாரேத்தவிர துன்மார்க்கனை நேசிக்கின்றார். எனவேதான், "துன்மார்க்கன் சாகிறது எனக்கு எவ்வளவேனும் பிரியமோ? அவன் தன் வழிகளை விட்டுத் திரும்பிப் பிழைப்பது அல்லவோ எனக்குப் பிரியம் என்று கர்த்தராகிய ஆண்டவர் சொல்லுகிறார்." (எசேக்கியேல் 18:23) என்கிறார் தேவன். 

சேற்றையும் அழுக்கையும் கரையில் ஒதுக்கும் கடல்போல துன்மார்க்கனது வாழ்க்கை இருந்தாலும்; அதனால் அவனுக்குச் சமாதானம் இல்லாமலிருந்தாலும் தேவன் அவனை மன்னித்து அணைத்துக்கொள்ளத் தயாராக இருக்கின்றார்; அவனுக்குச் சமாதானம் அளிக்க விரும்புகின்றார்.  "துன்மார்க்கன் தன் வழியையும், அக்கிரமக்காரன் தன் நினைவுகளையும் விட்டு, கர்த்தரிடத்தில் திரும்பக்கடவன்; அவர் அவன்மேல் மனதுருகுவார்; நம்முடைய தேவனிடத்திற்கே திரும்பக்கடவன்; அவர் மன்னிக்கிறதற்குத் தயை பெருத்திருக்கிறார்." (ஏசாயா 55:7)

ஆம் அன்பானவர்களே, மிகப்பெரிய துன்மார்க்க வாழ்க்கை வாழ்பவனையே தேவன் மன்னிக்கத் தயாராக இருக்கின்றார். நம்மில் யாரும் இத்தகைய பெரிய துன்மார்க்கர்கள் அல்ல. எனவே, நாம் அஞ்சிடாமல் தேவனது சமூகத்தில் நமது பாவங்களை அறிக்கையிட்டு மன்னிப்பை வேண்டுவோம். அவர் மன்னிக்கிறதற்குத் தயை பெருத்திருக்கிறார்; நம்மைச் சமாதானதால் நிரப்புவார்.

“Inside the Seeds” 🌳

📖 Bible Meditation No. 1743
🔆 AATHAVAN – Saturday, 15.11.2025

“But the wicked are like the tossing sea,
For it cannot be quiet,
And its waters toss up refuse and mud.
‘There is no peace,’ says my God, ‘for the wicked.’” (Isaiah 57:20–21, NASB)

One of the key differences between a pond and the sea lies in the nature of their waters. A pond remains calm and still. But the sea is never quiet—day and night it keeps roaring restlessly. In the same way, the heart of the wicked is always in turmoil. There is no peace in the heart of the wicked.

Whatever is thrown into the pond, it silently receives and remains still. But the sea, unable to rest, constantly throws refuse and dirt onto the shore. This is yet another distinction between the wicked and others.

The wicked are ever ready to engage in sinful acts for money or material gain. After accumulating wealth through unrighteous means, the wicked man walks proudly. Indeed, “For the wicked boasts of his soul’s desire, and the greedy person curses and shows disrespect to the LORD.” (Psalm 10:3, NASB)

Beloved, if we read the daily news today, we can clearly understand how greatly wickedness has increased in our nation. Not only men, but women too have begun to match men in acts of wickedness. The increase of wicked people is one of the signs of the last days. The Apostle Jude reminds us of this: “They were saying to you, ‘In the last time there will be mockers, following after their own ungodly lusts.” (Jude 1:18, NASB)

Today, one major reason for the rise in suicides is the wicked nature of people. Like the restless sea that casts mud and dirt on the shore, the wicked man, whose life reveals only impurity, ultimately ends his life. Yes, there is no peace for them. Yet God does not hate the wicked person—He hates the wickedness in him. That is why God says, “Do I take any pleasure in the death of the wicked,” declares the Lord GOD, “rather than that he would turn from his ways and live?” (Ezekiel 18:23, NASB)

Though the life of the wicked may be like the sea that casts refuse upon the shore… though he has no peace… God is still ready to forgive and embrace him. God desires to give him peace. “Let the wicked abandon his way, and the unrighteous person his thoughts; and let him return to the LORD, and He will have compassion on him, and to our God, for He will abundantly pardon.” (Isaiah 55:7, NASB)

Yes, beloved, God is willing to forgive even the one who has lived the most wicked life. None of us are such great offenders. Therefore, without fear, let us confess our sins before God and seek His forgiveness. His compassion to forgive is abundant, and He will fill us with His peace.

🦋 Meditation verse - உபாகமம் 23 : 14 / Deuteronomy 23:14

 "விதைகளின் உள்ளே" 🌳 

📖 வேதாகமத் தியானம் எண் - 1742                                  🔆 ஆதவன் 14.11.2025 வெள்ளி      

"உன் தேவனாகிய கர்த்தர் உன்னை இரட்சிக்கவும், உன் சத்துருக்களை உனக்கு ஒப்புக்கொடுக்கவும், உன் பாளயத்திற்குள்ளே உலாவிக்கொண்டிருக்கிறார்; ஆகையால், அவர் உன்னிடத்தில் அசுசியான காரியத்தைக் கண்டு, உன்னை விட்டுப் போகாதபடிக்கு, உன் பாளயம் சுத்தமாயிருக்கக்கடவது." ( உபாகமம் 23 : 14 )

இஸ்ரவேலர் மோசேயால் எகிப்திலிருந்து கானானை நோக்கி வழிநடத்தப்பட்டபோது நாற்பது ஆண்டுகளாக பயணம் செய்தனர். கர்த்தரின் வார்த்தையின்படி பல நாட்கள் ஒரே இடத்தில் தங்கியிருப்பர். கர்த்தர் கட்டளையிடும்போது புறப்பட்டுத் தங்களது பயணத்தைக் தொடர்வர்.  தேவனே இந்த நாட்களில் அவர்களுக்குத் துணையாக இருந்து நடத்தினார். 

பாளையம் என்பது இஸ்ரவேலர் கூடாரமடித்துத் தங்கியிருக்கும் குடியிருப்புப் பகுதியாகும். தேவனாகிய கர்த்தர் இஸ்ரேலருக்குப் பாதுகாப்பாக அந்தக் குடியிருப்புப் பகுதியில் உலாவிக்கொண்டிருந்தார். அவரது பாதுகாப்பு இஸ்ரவேலரைவிட்டு அகன்றிடக்கூடாது என்பதில் மோசே உறுதியாக இருந்தார். தேவனாகிய கர்த்தர் பரிசுத்தர். எனவே பரிசுத்தக் குறைவு காணப்படுமேயானால் அவர் அகன்று போய்விடுவார்.  ஆகையால், அவர் உன்னிடத்தில் அசுசியான காரியத்தைக் கண்டு, உன்னை விட்டுப் போகாதபடிக்கு, உன் பாளயம் சுத்தமாயிருக்கக்கடவது என இஸ்ரவேலருக்கு அறிவுறுத்தினார்.  

ஆம் அன்பானவர்களே, இஸ்ரவேலருக்கு அன்று கிடைத்ததுபோன்ற பாதுகாப்பு ஆவிக்குரிய இஸ்ரவேலராகிய நமக்கும் கிடைக்கவேண்டுமானால் நாமும் பரிசுத்தமாக இருக்கவேண்டியது அவசியம். ஆம், "நான் உங்கள் தேவனாயிருக்கும்படி உங்களை எகிப்து தேசத்திலிருந்து வரப்பண்ணின கர்த்தர், நான் பரிசுத்தர்; ஆகையால். நீங்களும் பரிசுத்தராயிருப்பீர்களாக." ( லேவியராகமம் 11 : 45 ) எனும் வார்த்தைகள் இன்று நமக்கும் தேவனது வார்த்தையாக அறிவிக்கப்படுகின்றது. 

எனவேதான் அப்போஸ்தலரான பேதுரு, "நான் பரிசுத்தர், ஆகையால் நீங்களும் பரிசுத்தராயிருங்கள் என்று எழுதியிருக்கிறதே." ( 1 பேதுரு 1 : 16 ) என்று நமக்கு நினைவூட்டுகின்றார். மேலும், எபிரெய நிருப ஆசிரியரும், "யாவரோடும் சமாதானமாயிருக்கவும், பரிசுத்தமுள்ளவர்களாயிருக்கவும் நாடுங்கள்;  பரிசுத்தமில்லாமல்  ஒருவனும் கர்த்தரைத் தரிசிப்பதில்லையே." (எபிரெயர் 12:14) என்கின்றார்.

இன்றைய தியான வசனத்தில் தொடர்ந்து நாம் வாசிக்கின்றோம், "ஆகையால், அவர் உன்னிடத்தில் அசுசியான காரியத்தைக் கண்டு, உன்னை விட்டுப் போகாதபடிக்கு, உன் பாளயம் சுத்தமாயிருக்கக்கடவது" என்று. நமது உள்ளமாகிய தேவன் வசிக்கும் பாளையம் சுத்தமாக இருக்கவேண்டியது அவசியம். அதில் அசுத்தம் காணப்படுமேயானால் அவர் நம்மை விட்டு விலகிப் போய்விடுவார். நாம் தேவனை வாழ்வில் தரிசிக்கவும் அவரோடுள்ள உறவில் வளரவும் நமது இருதயம் சுத்தமானதாக இருக்கவேண்டியது அவசியம். 

எனவேதான், "இருதயத்தில் சுத்தமுள்ளவர்கள் பாக்கியவான்கள்; அவர்கள் தேவனைத் தரிசிப்பார்கள்". (மத்தேயு 5:8) என்றார் நமது ஆண்டவராகிய இயேசு கிறிஸ்து. நமது இருதயத்தின் நினைவுகளே நமது வார்த்தைகள்மூலம் வெளிவருகின்றன. ஆம், "வாயிலிருந்து புறப்படுகிறவைகள் இருதயத்திலிருந்து புறப்பட்டுவரும்; அவைகளே மனுஷனைத் தீட்டுப்படுத்தும்.  எப்படியெனில்,  இருதயத்திலிருந்து  பொல்லாத சிந்தனைகளும், கொலைபாதகங்களும், விபசாரங்களும், வேசித்தனங்களும், களவுகளும், பொய்ச்சாட்சிகளும், தூஷணங்களும்            புறப்பட்டுவரும். இவைகளே மனுஷனைத் தீட்டுப்படுத்தும்". (மத்தேயு 15:18-20)

நம் தேவனாகிய கர்த்தர் நம்மை இரட்சிக்க நமது உள்ளமாகிய பாளயத்திற்குள்ளே வந்து உலாவ விரும்புகின்றார். ஆகையால், அவர் நம்மிடத்தில் அசுசியான காரியத்தைக் கண்டு, நம்மை விட்டு விலகிப்  போகாதபடிக்கு, நமது உள்ளமாகிய பாளயம் சுத்தமாயிருக்கக்கடவது.

📖 Bible Meditation No. 1742
🔆 AATHAVAN — Friday, 14 November 2025

“Since the Lord your God walks in the midst of your camp to save you and to defeat your enemies before you, therefore your camp must be holy; and He must not see anything indecent among you or He will turn away from you.” — Deuteronomy 23:14 (NASB)

When the Israelites were led by Moses from Egypt toward Canaan, they journeyed for forty years. According to the Lord’s word, they stayed in one place for several days, and when He commanded, they set out again. During all those years, the Lord Himself walked with them, guiding and protecting them.

The camp referred to the area where the Israelites pitched their tents and lived. The Lord God moved among them within that camp as their divine protector. Moses firmly believed that God’s protection should never depart from Israel. Since the Lord is holy, any form of impurity or uncleanness would cause Him to withdraw His presence. Hence, God instructed Israel:

“Therefore, your camp must be holy; and He must not see anything indecent among you or He will turn away from you.”

Beloved, if we desire the same divine protection that the Israelites enjoyed, we too must live holy lives as spiritual Israelites. The Lord said,

“For I am the Lord who brought you up from the land of Egypt to be your God; thus you shall be holy, for I am holy.” — Leviticus 11:45 (NASB)

The Apostle Peter reminds us of this same truth: “You shall be holy, for I am holy.” — 1 Peter 1:16 (NASB)

And the author of Hebrews further exhorts us:

“Pursue peace with all people, and the holiness without which no one will see the Lord.” — Hebrews 12:14 (NASB)

In today’s meditation verse, we again read:

“Therefore, your camp must be holy; and He must not see anything indecent among you or He will turn away from you.”

Our heart — the dwelling place of God — is like that camp. It must remain pure and undefiled. If impurity is found within, the Lord will turn away. To behold God in our lives and to grow in our relationship with Him, our hearts must be kept clean and holy.

That is why our Lord Jesus Christ said: “Blessed are the pure in heart, for they shall see God.” — Matthew 5:8 (NASB)

The thoughts of our heart are revealed through our words. As Jesus also said,

“The things that come out of the mouth come from the heart, and those things defile the person. For out of the heart come evil thoughts, murders, acts of adultery, other immoral sexual acts, thefts, false testimonies, and slanderous statements. These are the things that defile the person.” — Matthew 15:18–20 (NASB)

Our Lord God desires to walk within the camp of our heart to save us. Therefore, our inner life must be kept holy, so that He may not see anything unclean among us and depart from us.

🦋 Meditation verse - ஏசாயா 45 : 24 / Isaiah 45:24

 "விதைகளின் உள்ளே" 🌳 

📖 வேதாகமத் தியானம் எண் - 1741                                   🔆 ஆதவன் 13.11.2025 வியாழன்     

"கர்த்தரிடத்தில் மாத்திரம் நீதியும் வல்லமையுமுண்டென்று அவனவன் சொல்லி அவரிடத்தில் வந்து சேருவான்; அவருக்கு விரோதமாய் எரிச்சல் கொண்டிருக்கிற யாவரும் வெட்கப்படுவார்கள்." ( ஏசாயா 45 : 24 )

இன்று பலரும் வெவ்வேறு மதங்களைப் பின்பற்றினாலும் பெரும்பாலானவர்கள் தங்களது சுய அறிவினாலும் சுய ஆத்தும அனுபவங்களினாலும் அப்படிக் குறிப்பிட்ட மதங்களைப் பின்பற்றுவதில்லை. மாறாக, தங்களது பெற்றோர் காட்டிய வழிமுறைகளின்படி கடவுளை நம்புகின்றனர்; வழிபடுகின்றனர். 

எனவே பெரும்பாலான மக்களிடம் எந்த ஆத்தும அனுபவங்களும் மெய்யான ஆன்மீக உணர்வுகளும் இருப்பதில்லை. வரட்டுப் பிடிவாதத்தினாலும் குழந்தையாக இருந்தபோது கற்பிக்கப்பட்ட நம்பிக்கையின் அடிப்படையிலும் பலரும் கடவுளை வழிபட்டுக்கொண்டிருக்கின்றனர். ஆனால், இப்படி அல்லாமல் நாம் அவரை அறிந்து உணர்ந்து கொள்ளவேண்டியது அவசியம். தேவனை அறிந்துகொள்வதற்கான ஞானமுள்ளவர்களாக நாம் மாறவேண்டியது அவசியம். 

ஆனால் பலரும் அவரை ஏற்றுக்கொள்வதில்லை. கிறிஸ்துவை மெய்யான தேவனாக உணர்ந்துகொண்டவர்கள் அவரை ஏற்றுக்கொண்டு வைராக்கியமாகப் பின்பற்றுகின்றார்கள். 

தேவனை அறிந்து வழிபடுவதற்கும் அறியாமல் வழிபடுவதற்கும் வேறுபாடு உண்டு. இயேசு சந்தித்த சமாரிய பெண்மணி இப்படி அறியாமல் தேவனைத் தொழுதுகொண்டிருந்தவள்தான். எனவே அவளிடம் இயேசு கூறினார்,  "நீங்கள்   அறியாததைத்   தொழுது கொள்ளுகிறீர்கள்; நாங்கள் அறிந்திருக்கிறதைத் தொழுது கொள்ளுகிறோம்;      ஏனென்றால் இரட்சிப்பு யூதர்கள் வழியாய் வருகிறது". (யோவான் 4:22) என்று. 

இன்றைய தியான வசனம் மேலும் கூறுகின்றது, "அவருக்கு விரோதமாய் எரிச்சல் கொண்டிருக்கிற யாவரும் வெட்கப்படுவார்கள்" என்று. ஆம் அன்பானவர்களே, இன்றும் நாம் இதுகுறித்து பல்வேறு சாட்சிகளைக் கேட்கமுடிகின்றது. ஒருகாலத்தில் கிறிஸ்துவின்மேல் எரிச்சல்கொண்டு அவருக்கு எதிராகச் செயல்பட்டுக்கொண்டிருந்த பலர் கிறிஸ்துவால் தொடப்பட்டு கிறிஸ்துவிடம் வந்து இதனை சாட்சியாக அறிவிக்கின்றனர். "ஒருகாலத்தில் வேதாகமத்தைக் கண்டாலே எரிச்சல் ஏற்பட்டது; அதனை நான் நெருப்புவைத்து எரித்தேன்; அதற்காக வெட்கப்படுகிறேன் " என்று சாது சுந்தர்சிங் முதல் இன்றுவரை  பலர் சாட்சி கூறிக்கொண்டிருக்கின்றனர். 

மட்டுமல்ல, ரஷ்யா, சீனா போன்ற நாடுகள் கிறிஸ்தவம் நுழைய முடியாத இரும்புக் கோட்டைகளாக இருந்தன. இன்று அவை வேதாகமத்தை தங்களது நாடுகளில் அனுமதிக்க ஆரம்பித்துள்ளன. மட்டுமல்ல, அரபு நாடுகளிலும் பலர் இன்று கிறிஸ்தவத்தைத் தழுவிக்கொண்டிருக்கின்றனர். அங்குள்ள பல இஸ்லாமியர்கள் தாங்கள் கனவுமூலம் உணர்த்தப்பட்டு கிறிஸ்தவத்துக்கு மாறியதாகக் கூறுகின்றனர். 

ஆம் அன்பானவர்களே, இன்றைய தியான வசனம் கூறுவதன்படி, கர்த்தரிடத்தில் மாத்திரம் நீதியும் வல்லமையுமுண்டென்று சொல்லி அவர்கள் கண்டுகொண்டுள்ளதாகக் கூறுகின்றனர். மட்டுமல்ல, இன்றைய தியான வசனம் கூறுகின்றது,  அவருக்கு விரோதமாய் எரிச்சல் கொண்டிருக்கிற யாவரும் வெட்கப்படுவார்கள் என்று. காரணம், தேவன் ஒவ்வொருவரும் சத்தியத்தை அறிந்துகொள்ள வாய்ப்பளிக்கின்றார். அதனை வைராக்கியம்கொண்டு மறுதலித்து வாழ்பவர்கள்  இறுதிநாளில் அவருக்குமுன் வெட்கமடைவார்கள். 

இன்று கிறிஸ்தவர்கள் என்று கூறிக்கொண்டு நாம் பெயரளவு கிறிஸ்தவர்களாக வாழ்ந்தால் போதாது. கர்த்தரிடத்தில் மாத்திரம் நீதியும் வல்லமையும் உண்டென்று உணர்ந்து அவரை அறிந்து வாழும்போது மட்டுமே நாம் இறுதிநாளில் வெட்கப்படாமல் இருக்கமுடியும்; அவரது தொழுவத்தின் ஆடுகளாக மாற முடியும். 

"இந்தத் தொழுவத்திலுள்ளவைகளல்லாமல் வேறே ஆடுகளும் எனக்கு உண்டு; அவைகளையும் நான் கொண்டுவரவேண்டும், அவைகள் என் சத்தத்துக்குச் செவிகொடுக்கும், அப்பொழுது ஒரே மந்தையும் ஒரே மேய்ப்பனுமாகும்". (யோவான் 10:16) என்றார் இயேசு. அவரது நீதியையும் வல்லமையையும் உணராமல் வாழ்பவர்கள் அனைவரும் தொழுவத்தைச் சாராத ஆடுகள். ஆனால், அத்தகைய ஆடுகளும் அவரது சத்தத்துக்குச் செவிகொடுக்கும் என்கிறார் இயேசு கிறிஸ்து. 

இயேசுவின் வார்த்தையினையே இன்றைய தியான வசனமும், "கர்த்தரிடத்தில் மாத்திரம் நீதியும் வல்லமையுமுண்டென்று அவனவன் சொல்லி அவரிடத்தில் வந்து சேருவான்" என்று உறுதி செய்கின்றது. எனவே, நாம் எத்தகையவர்களாக இருக்கின்றோம் என்று நம்மை நாமே நிதானித்துப்பார்ப்போம். ஏனெனில், கர்த்தரைச் சேராமல்; அவரது தொழுவத்தில் வந்தடையாமல் இருப்போமானால் இறுதிநாளில் நாமும் வெட்கப்படுவோம்.

🔆 AATHAVAN – Thursday, 13 November 2025

“They will say of Me, ‘Only in the Lord are righteousness and strength.’ People will come to Him, And all who were angry at Him will be put to shame.” — Isaiah 45:24 (NASB)

Today, although many people follow different religions, most of them do not do so through personal knowledge or spiritual experience. Instead, they believe in and worship God merely in the way their parents taught them.

As a result, many have no real spiritual experience or divine awareness. Out of rigid tradition and the faith instilled in childhood, people continue to worship without truly knowing God. But it is essential that we know and experience Him personally. We must grow in the wisdom that leads us to truly know God.

But many do not accept Him. Those who have realized Christ as the true God accept Him and follow Him with devotion.

There is a great difference between worshiping God with understanding and worshiping Him without it. The Samaritan woman whom Jesus met was one who worshiped without true understanding. Therefore, Jesus said to her,

“You worship what you do not know; we worship what we know, for salvation is from the Jews.” — John 4:22 (NASB)

Today’s verse further declares:

“All who were angry at Him will be put to shame.”

Yes, beloved, even today we hear many testimonies about this truth. Those who once burned Bible with anger against Christ and worked against Him have later been touched by His love and have come to Him, boldly testifying of their transformation. From Sadhu Sundar Singh to this day, many have said, “Once, I could not bear to see the Bible; I even burned it in anger — and now I am ashamed of what I did.”

In the past, nations like Russia and China were like iron fortresses where Christianity could not enter. Yet today, these same countries have begun to allow the Bible within their borders. Even in some Arab nations, many are embracing Christianity — with some Muslims testifying that Christ revealed Himself to them through dreams.

Indeed, beloved, as today’s verse declares, “Only in the Lord are righteousness and strength.” Those who once opposed Him have come to realize this truth. The verse also reminds us that “all who were angry at Him will be put to shame.” God gives every person an opportunity to know the truth. Those who reject it stubbornly will one day stand ashamed before Him.

It is not enough for us to merely bear the name “Christian.” Unless we truly know the Lord — recognizing that in Him alone are righteousness and strength — we too may stand ashamed on the final day. Only when we know Him and live in His truth will we be among the sheep of His fold.

Jesus said: “I have other sheep, which are not of this fold; I must bring them also, and they will listen to My voice; and they will become one flock with one shepherd.” — John 10:16 (NASB)

Those who live without recognizing His righteousness and power are the sheep outside the fold — yet even they, Jesus says, will one day hear His voice.

Today’s meditation verse confirms the same truth in Jesus’ words:

“They will say of Me, ‘Only in the Lord are righteousness and strength.’ People will come to Him.”

Let us therefore examine ourselves and see where we stand. For if we do not come to the Lord and belong to His fold, we too shall be put to shame on the final day.

 "விதைகளின் உள்ளே" 🌳 

📖 வேதாகமத் தியானம் எண் - 1740                                   🔆 ஆதவன் 12.11.2025 புதன்    

"மேலும் கிறிஸ்து உங்களிலிருந்தால் சரீரமானது பாவத்தினிமித்தம் மரித்ததாயும், ஆவியானது நீதியினிமித்தம் ஜீவனுள்ளதாயும் இருக்கும்." ( ரோமர் 8 : 10 )

கிறிஸ்து நாமக்குள் இருக்கின்றார் என்பதற்கு ஒரு அளவுகோல் இன்றைய தியான வசனமாகும். அதாவது நாம் பெயரளவுக்கு கிறிஸ்தவர்கள் என்று கூறிக்கொள்வதிலும் ஆலயங்களுக்குச் செல்வதிலும் அர்த்தமில்லை. மாறாக, நாம் உண்மையாகவே கிறிஸ்தவர்கள் என்றால் கிறிஸ்து நமக்குள் வந்து தங்கியிருக்கவேண்டியது அவசியம். அப்படி கிறிஸ்து நமக்குள் வரும்போது நாம் அவரோடுகூட பாவத்துக்கு மரித்தவர்களாகின்றோம். இதுவே கிறிஸ்தவ வாழ்வு; மற்ற எந்த மார்க்கங்களும் காட்டாத, கிறிஸ்தவம் காட்டும்  மேலான பாதை.  

நாம் மரித்துவிட்டோமானால் நமது உடலின் எந்த உறுப்பும் வேலைசெய்யாது. எனவே நாம் நமது உடல் உறுப்புக்களால் எந்தப் பாவமும் செய்யமுடியாது. கிறிஸ்து நமக்குள் வரும்போது நாம் பாவத்துக்கு மரிக்கின்றோம். எனவேதான், "மரித்தவன் பாவத்துக்கு நீங்கி விடுதலையாக்கப்பட்டிருக்கிறானே" (ரோமர் 6:7) என்கின்றார் பவுல் அப்போஸ்தலர்.  

இதனையே இன்றைய தியான வசனத்தில், "கிறிஸ்து உங்களிலிருந்தால் சரீரமானது பாவத்தினிமித்தம் மரித்ததாயும், ஆவியானது நீதியினிமித்தம் ஜீவனுள்ளதாயும் இருக்கும்" என்று வாசிக்கின்றோம். மேலும், கிறிஸ்துவின் ஆவியின் பிரமாணம், பாவம், அதன் விளைவான நித்திய மரணம் இவைகளிலிருந்தும் நம்மை விடுகின்றது. "கிறிஸ்து இயேசுவினாலே ஜீவனுடைய ஆவியின் பிரமாணம் என்னைப் பாவம் மரணம் என்பவைகளின் பிரமாணத்தினின்று விடுதலையாக்கிற்றே" (ரோமர் 8:2) என்று கூறுகின்றார் பவுல் அப்போஸ்தலர்.

ஆம் அன்பானவர்களே, இதற்காகவே பிதாவாகிய தேவன் தனது குமாரனாகிய இயேசு கிறிஸ்துவை உலகினில் அனுப்பினார். அவர் சிலுவையில் பலியாகி தனது மாம்சத்தினாலே நமது பாவங்களை நிவிர்த்திசெய்தார். "அதெப்படியெனில், மாம்சத்தினாலே பலவீனமாயிருந்த நியாயப்பிரமாணம் செய்யக்கூடாததை தேவனே செய்யும்படிக்கு, தம்முடைய குமாரனைப் பாவமாம்சத்தின் சாயலாகவும், பாவத்தைப் போக்கும் பலியாகவும் அனுப்பி, மாம்சத்திலே பாவத்தை ஆக்கினைக்குள்ளாகத் தீர்த்தார்".(ரோமர் 8:3)

இன்று உலகத்தில் பலர் ஒவ்வொரு ஆண்டு துவங்கும்போதும் ஏதாவது ஒரு பாவ காரியத்தை விட்டுவிடவேண்டுமென்று மனதில் உறுதியெடுக்கின்றனர். ஆனால், அவர்களால் ஒருசில நாட்களுக்குமேல் அந்த உறுதியில் நிலைத்திருக்க முடிவதில்லை. காரணம், எந்த மனிதனாலும் இதனைச் செய்ய முடியாது. ஆம், கிறிஸ்து நமக்குள் இருந்தால் மட்டுமே நம் பாவத்துக்கு நீங்கலாகிவிடமுடியும்;  நமது சுய முயற்சிகளினால் நம்மால் பாவத்திலிருந்து விடுதலை பெறமுடியாது. 

இதனையே பவுல் அப்போஸ்தலர், "அதெப்படியெனில், என்னிடத்தில், அதாவது, என் மாம்சத்தில், நன்மை வாசமாயிருக்கிறதில்லையென்று நான் அறிந்திருக்கிறேன்; நன்மை செய்யவேண்டுமென்கிற விருப்பம் என்னிடத்திலிருக்கிறது நன்மை செய்வதோ என்னிடத்திலில்லை. ஆதலால் நான் விரும்புகிற நன்மையைச் செய்யாமல், விரும்பாத தீமையையே செய்கிறேன்." ( ரோமர் 7 : 18-19 ) என்கிறார். 

ஆம், நமது சுய முயற்சிகளல்ல; மாறாக,  கிறிஸ்துவே  நம்மை விடுவிக்க முடியும்.   "ஆகையால் குமாரன்  உங்களை  விடுதலையாக்கினால் மெய்யாகவே விடுதலையாவீர்கள்." (யோவான் 8:36) என்றார் ஆண்டவராகிய இயேசு கிறிஸ்து. அவருக்கு நம்மை ஒப்புக்கொடுப்போம். அவர் நமக்குள் வரும்போது இன்றைய தியான வசனம் கூறுவதன்படி, நமது சரீரமானது பாவத்தினிமித்தம் மரித்ததாயும், ஆவியானது நீதியினிமித்தம் ஜீவனுள்ளதாயும் இருக்கும்.

🔆 AATHAVAN – Wednesday, 12 November 2025

“If Christ is in you, though the body is dead because of sin, yet the spirit is alive because of righteousness.” (Romans 8:10, NASB)

Today’s meditation verse gives us a clear measure of what it means for Christ to dwell in us. Merely calling ourselves Christians by name or attending church services has no meaning unless Christ truly lives in us. If we are genuine Christians, Christ must have come to dwell within us. When Christ comes into us, we die to sin along with Him. This is the essence of the Christian life — a higher way that no other religion shows.

When a person dies, none of his bodily organs function. Likewise, if we are dead to sin, we can no longer use our bodies to commit sin. When Christ dwells in us, we die to sin. That is why the Apostle Paul says,

“For the one who has died is freed from sin.” (Romans 6:7, NASB)

This is what we read again in today’s verse:

“If Christ is in you, though the body is dead because of sin, yet the spirit is alive because of righteousness.” (Romans 8:10, NASB)

Moreover, the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus frees us from sin and from the eternal death that follows it. As Paul declares,

“For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus has set you free from the law of sin and of death.” (Romans 8:2, NASB)

Yes, beloved, this is precisely why God the Father sent His Son, Jesus Christ, into this world. On the cross, He offered Himself as a sacrifice, and by His flesh, He dealt with our sin once for all. As it is written:

“For what the Law could not do, weak as it was through the flesh, God did: sending His own Son in the likeness of sinful flesh and as an offering for sin, He condemned sin in the flesh.” (Romans 8:3, NASB)

Today, many people resolve at the beginning of a new year to give up some sinful habit. But most of them fail to keep their resolution beyond a few days. Why? Because no human being can overcome sin by his own strength. Only Christ living within us can deliver us from sin. Human effort alone can never bring victory over sin.

That is why Paul confesses,

“For I know that good does not dwell in me, that is, in my flesh; for the willing is present in me, but the doing of the good is not. For the good that I want, I do not do, but I practice the very evil that I do not want.” (Romans 7:18–19, NASB)

Yes, it is not by our own efforts but by Christ alone that we are set free. The Lord Jesus Himself said, “So if the Son makes you free, you will be free indeed.” (John 8:36, NASB)

Let us therefore surrender ourselves to Him. When Christ comes to dwell in us, as today’s verse declares, “though the body is dead because of sin, yet the spirit is alive because of righteousness.”

🦋 Meditation verse - ஏசாயா 51 : 2 / Isaiah 51:2

 "விதைகளின் உள்ளே" 🌳 

📖 வேதாகமத் தியானம் எண் - 1739                                  🔆 ஆதவன் 11.11.2025 செவ்வாய்   

"உங்கள் தகப்பனாகிய ஆபிரகாமையும், உங்களைப் பெற்ற சாராளையும் நோக்கிப்பாருங்கள்; அவன் ஒருவனாயிருக்கையில் நான் அவனை அழைத்து, அவனை ஆசீர்வதித்து, அவனைப் பெருகப்பண்ணினேன்." ( ஏசாயா 51 : 2 )

இன்றைய தியான வசனம் ஆபிரகாமையும் சாராளையும் நோக்கிப்பார்க்க நமக்கு அறிவுறுத்துகின்றது. வெறுமனே நோக்கிப்பார்க்க மட்டுமல்ல, அவர்களது விசுவாச வாழ்வை நாம் முன்மாதிரியாகக் கொண்டு வாழவேண்டும் என நம்மை அறிவுறுத்துகின்றது; அந்த விசுவாச வாழ்க்கைமூலம் அவர்கள் பெற்றுக்கொண்டதுபோல நாமும் ஆசீர்வாதங்களைப் பெறவேண்டும் என நம்மை அறிவுறுத்துகின்றது. 

ஆபிரகாமின் விசுவாசத்தைக்குறித்து நாம் அனைவருமே பல்வேறு முறை வேதாகமத்தில் வாசித்துள்ளோம். "தேவனுடைய வாக்குத்தத்தத்தைக்குறித்து அவன் அவிசுவாசமாய்ச் சந்தேகப்படாமல், தேவன் வாக்குத்தத்தம்பண்ணினதை நிறைவேற்ற வல்லவராயிருக்கிறாரென்று முழு நிச்சயமாய் நம்பி, தேவனை மகிமைப்படுத்தி, விசுவாசத்தில் வல்லவனானான்." ( ரோமர் 4 : 20-21 ) என்று ஆபிரகாமைக்குறித்துக் கூறப்பட்டுள்ளது. 

ஆபிரகாம் தனது வாழ்வில் விசுவாசத்தை இரண்டுமுறை மெய்ப்பித்தார். முதலாவது, தேவன் அவருக்கு ஈசாக்கை வாக்களித்தபோது. பிள்ளையற்றிருந்த அபிரகாமுக்குத் தேவன் ஒரு மகனைத் தருவேன் என வாக்களித்தபோது  அவரது வயது ஏறக்குறைய 75. ஆனாலும், தேவனது வாக்குத்தத்ததை ஆபிரகாம் விசுவாசித்தார். "அவன் விசுவாசத்திலே பலவீனமாயிருக்கவில்லை; அவன் ஏறக்குறைய நூறு வயதுள்ளவனாயிருக்கும்போது, தன் சரீரம் செத்துப்போனதையும், சாராளுடைய கர்ப்பம் செத்துப்போனதையும் எண்ணாதிருந்தான்." ( ரோமர் 4 : 19 ) என்று கூறப்பட்டுள்ளது. அவரது விசுவாசத்தின்படியே அவருக்கு 100 வயதானபோது மகன் ஈசாக்குப் பிறந்தான். 

ஆம் அன்பானவர்களே, இருபத்தைந்து ஆண்டுகள் அவர் தேவனை விசுவாசித்துக் காத்திருந்தார்; இந்த இருபத்தைந்து ஆண்டுகளில் அவரது நம்பிக்கையைக்குறித்து பலர் அவரைக் கேலி பேசியிருக்கலாம். பைத்தியகாரக் கிழவன் என்று எண்ணியிருக்கலாம். ஆனால், அவர்  தேவன் வாக்குத்தத்தம்பண்ணினதை நிறைவேற்ற வல்லவராயிருக்கிறாரென்று முழு நிச்சயமாய் நம்பி, தேவனை மகிமைப்படுத்தி, விசுவாசத்தில் வல்லவனானார்.

இரண்டாவதாக, தேவன் அந்த ஒரே மகன் ஈசாக்கைத் தனக்குத் தகனபலியாகக் கொடுக்கவேண்டும் என்று கூறியபோதும் ஆபிரகாம் தனது விசுவாசத்தை மெய்ப்பித்தார். தேவனது வார்தைக்குச் செவிகொடுத்து மகனைப் பலி செலுத்தத் தயாரானார். இதுகுறித்து தனது மனைவி சாராளிடம் கூறினால் அவள் சம்மதிக்கமாட்டாள்; மட்டுமல்ல, தடைசெய்வாள் என்று கருதியதால் அவளிடம்கூட இதனை அவர் தெரிவிக்கவில்லை. இதுவும் அவர் தேவன்மேல் கொண்டிருந்த விசுவாசத்தினால்தான். 

"ஈசாக்கினிடத்தில் உன் சந்ததி விளங்கும் என்று அவனோடே சொல்லப்பட்டிருந்ததே; இப்படிப்பட்ட வாக்குத்தத்தங்களைப் பெற்றவன், மரித்தோரிலிருந்துமெழுப்ப தேவன் வல்லவராயிருக்கிறாரென்றெண்ணி, தனக்கு ஒரேபேறானவனையே பலியாக ஒப்புக்கொடுத்தான்; மரித்தோரிலிருந்து அவனை பாவனையாகத் திரும்பவும் பெற்றுக்கொண்டான்." ( எபிரெயர் 11 : 18- 19 )

அதாவது, ஏற்கெனவே தேவன் கடற்கரை மணலைப்போலவும் வானத்து நட்சத்திரங்களைப்போலவும் உனது சந்ததியைப் பெருகச் செய்வேன் என ஆபிரகாமுக்கு வாக்களித்திருந்தார். மேலும், "ஈசாக்கினிடத்தில் உன் சந்ததி விளங்கும்" (ஆதியாகமம் 21:12)என்றும் கூறியிருந்தார். எனவே, இப்படிக் கூறிய தேவன் அதனை நிச்சயமாய் நிறைவேற்றுவார் என ஆபிரகாம் விசுவாசித்தார். எனவே ஈசாக்கைத் தான் பலியாக ஒப்புக்கொடுத்தாலும் அவனை  மரித்தோரிலிருந்து எழுப்பவும்  தேவன் வல்லவராயிருக்கிறாரென்றெண்ணி, விசுவாசத்துடன் ஈசாக்கைப் பலிசெலுத்த முன்வந்தார். 

இன்றைய தியான வசனம் இந்தக் காரியங்களை நாம் எண்ணிப்பார்க்கவேண்டும் என்று கூறுகின்றது. ஆபிரகாமை நாம் விசுவாசத்தின் தந்தை என்று கூறுவது இதனால்தான்.  நாம் நமது வாழ்வில் எதிர்மறையான ஏதாவது நடந்துவிட்டால் அல்லது நமது ஜெபத்துக்கு உடனேயே பதில் கிடைக்காவிட்டால் கலங்குகின்றோம்; அவிசுவாச எண்ணம் கொள்ளுகின்றோம். ஆம் அன்பானவர்களே, அத்தகைய வேளைகளில் ஆபிரகாமை எண்ணிப்பார்ப்பார்ப்போம். 

"விசுவாசத்தினாலே சாராளும் வாக்குத்தத்தம்பண்ணினவர் உண்மையுள்ளவரென்றெண்ணி, கர்ப்பந்தரிக்கப் பெலனடைந்து, வயதுசென்றவளாயிருந்தும் பிள்ளைபெற்றாள். ஆனபடியால், சரீரஞ்செத்தவனென்று எண்ணத்தகும் ஒருவனாலே, வானத்திலுள்ள பெருக்கமான நட்சத்திரங்களைப்போலவும் கடற்கரையிலுள்ள எண்ணிறந்த மணலைப்போலவும், மிகுந்த ஜனங்கள் பிறந்தார்கள்." ( எபிரெயர் 11 : 11- 12 )

இன்றைய வசனம் கூறுவதன்படி, நாம்  தகப்பனாகிய ஆபிரகாமையும், தாயாகிய சாராளையும் நோக்கிப்பார்ப்போம்; தேவன்மேலுள்ள விசுவாசத்தில் உறுதிகொள்வோம்.

“Look to Abraham your father, and to Sarah who gave birth to you in pain; When he was only one I called him, Then I blessed him and multiplied him.” — Isaiah 51:2 (NASB)

Today’s meditation verse instructs us to look to Abraham and Sarah. It not only tells us to merely look at them but also urges us to take their life of faith as our model and live accordingly. Through such a life of faith, we too are encouraged to receive blessings just as they received them.

We have often read in Scripture about the faith of Abraham. It is written:

“Yet, with respect to the promise of God, he did not waver in unbelief but grew strong in faith, giving glory to God, and being fully assured that what God had promised, He was able also to perform.” — Romans 4:20–21 (NASB)

Abraham proved his faith in two great moments of his life.

First, when God promised him a son, Abraham was around seventy-five years old. Though childless, he believed God’s promise that He would give him a son.

“Without becoming weak in faith he contemplated his own body, now as good as dead since he was about a hundred years old, and the deadness of Sarah’s womb.” — Romans 4:19 (NASB)

Just as he believed, the promise was fulfilled when he was one hundred years old, and Isaac was born.

Yes, beloved, for twenty-five long years Abraham waited in faith for God’s promise to come true. During those years, many may have mocked him—calling him a foolish old man for still believing in a promise. Yet Abraham did not doubt. He was “fully assured that what God had promised, He was able also to perform,” and thus he glorified God through steadfast faith.

Second, Abraham demonstrated his faith when God asked him to offer his only son Isaac as a burnt offering. Listening to God’s voice, Abraham was ready to sacrifice his son. He did not even tell Sarah, knowing that she would never agree and might stop him. This silence itself reflected the depth of his faith in God.

“It was he to whom it was said, ‘Through Isaac your descendants shall be named.’ He considered that God is able to raise people even from the dead, from which he also received him back as a type.” — Hebrews 11:18–19 (NASB)

Earlier, God had promised Abraham, “I will greatly multiply your descendants as the stars of the heavens and as the sand which is on the seashore.” And He also said, “Through Isaac your descendants shall be named” (Genesis 21:12, NASB).

Therefore, Abraham believed that the same God who gave the promise was powerful enough to fulfil it—even if it meant raising Isaac from the dead. That faith made him ready to offer Isaac as a sacrifice.

Today’s verse urges us to reflect deeply on these things. This is why Abraham is called the father of faith. When we face negative circumstances or when our prayers seem unanswered, we often grow anxious or fall into doubt. But in such moments, let us look to Abraham.

“By faith even Sarah herself received ability to conceive, even beyond the proper time of life, since she considered Him faithful who had promised. Therefore, even from one man, and one who was as good as dead at that, there were born descendants as many as the stars of heaven in number, and innumerable as the sand which is by the seashore.” — Hebrews 11:11–12 (NASB)

As today’s verse reminds us, let us look to our father Abraham and our mother Sarah, and be strengthened in our faith in God.
