'ஆதவன்' 💚மே 27, 2025. 💚 செவ்வாய்க்கிழமை

"தம்முடைய ஜனங்களை வனாந்தரத்தில் நடத்தினவரைத் துதியுங்கள்; அவர் கிருபை என்றுமுள்ளது." ( சங்கீதம் 136: 16)

சங்கீத புத்தகத்திலுள்ள 136 வது சங்கீதம் மிகவும் சிறப்பு வாய்ந்தது. இது துதியின் சங்கீதமாகும். தேவனது வல்லமை, மகத்துவம், கிருபை  இவற்றை எண்ணி ஒவ்வொரு காரியமாக கர்த்தரைத் துதித்துப் பாடுவதுதான் இந்தச் சங்கீதத்தின் சிறப்பு. 

கானானை நோக்கிய இஸ்ரவேலரின் விடுதலைப் பயணம் ஒரு வனாந்தர பயணமாகும். அந்தப் பயணத்தில் தேவன் பல்வேறு வல்லமையான செயல்களை இஸ்ரவேல் மக்களுக்கு முன்பாகச் செய்து தனது உடனிருப்பை அவர்களுக்குக் காண்பித்தார். ஆனாலும் அவர்கள் அனைவரும் அவரை முழுமனதாக விசுவாசிக்கவில்லை. தேவன் அதனைப் பெரிதுபடுத்தாமல் தண்டனைகளைக் கொடுத்து இறுதியில் அவர்களைக் கானானுக்குள் கொண்டுசேர்த்தார். 

கிறிஸ்தவர்களின் ஆவிக்குரிய வாழ்வும் ஒரு வனாந்தர வாழ்வு போன்றதுதான். இதனை அப்போஸ்தலரான பவுலும் பர்னபாவும் தெளிவாக அறிந்திருந்தார்கள். எனவே தான் அந்தியோகியாவில் காலெறியுண்டு துரத்தப்பட்டபோதும் கலங்காமல், "சீஷருடைய மனதைத் திடப்படுத்தி, விசுவாசத்திலே நிலைத்திருக்கும்படி அவர்களுக்குப் புத்திசொல்லி, நாம் அநேக உபத்திரவங்களின் வழியாய் தேவனுடைய ராஜ்யத்தில் பிரவேசிக்கவேண்டுமென்று சொன்னார்கள்." (அப்போஸ்தலர் 14:22) என்று வாசிக்கின்றோம். 

இயேசு கிறிஸ்துவும், "உலகத்தில் உங்களுக்கு உபத்திரவம் உண்டு" (யோவான் 16:33)  என்றுதான் கூறினார். ஆனால் நமது ஆவிக்குரிய வாழ்க்கை வனாந்தர பாதையாக இருந்தாலும் இறுதியில் மகிழ்ச்சியான கானான் உண்டு. காரணம் தேவனது கிருபை. இதனையே இன்றைய  தியான வசனத்தில், "தம்முடைய ஜனங்களை வனாந்தரத்தில் நடத்தினவரைத் துதியுங்கள்; அவர் கிருபை என்றுமுள்ளது." என்று வாசிக்கின்றோம். மேலும், இந்தச் சங்கீதத்தில் தொடர்ந்து நாம் வாசிக்கின்றோம், "நம்முடைய தாழ்வில் நம்மை நினைத்தவரைத் துதியுங்கள்; அவர் கிருபை என்றுமுள்ளது." ( சங்கீதம் 136: 23)

ஆம் அன்பானவர்களே, நமது தேவன் தாழ்மையுள்ளவர்களுக்கு கிருபை அளிப்பவராகவே இருக்கின்றார்.  "அவர் அதிகமான கிருபையை அளிக்கிறாரே. ஆதலால் தேவன் பெருமையுள்ளவர்களுக்கு எதிர்த்து நிற்கிறார், தாழ்மையுள்ளவர்களுக்கோ கிருபை அளிக்கிறாரென்று சொல்லியிருக்கிறது." (யாக்கோபு 4:6)

எனவே, இந்தச் சங்கீதம் கூறுவதைப்போல இன்று நமது வாழ்க்கை தாழ்மையானதாக இருந்தாலும், வனாந்தரம்போன்ற பாடுகள் உள்ளதாக இருந்தாலும் நாம் அவரை முறுமுறுக்காமல் துதித்துக்கொண்டிருப்போம். தம்முடைய ஜனங்களை வனாந்தரத்தில் நடத்திய அவர், நாம் அவரது மக்களாக வாழ்வோமானால் நம்மையும் இந்த வனாந்தர வாழ்வில் நடத்தி இனிமையான எதிர்காலத்தை நமக்குத் தருவார். 

மட்டுமல்ல அன்பானவர்களே, இந்த 136 வது சங்கீதத்தை உண்மையான மனத்துடன் ஆர்வமுடன் வாசித்துத் தியானிப்போம். அப்போது ஒவ்வொரு வசனமும் நமக்குத்  தேவனைப்பற்றிய அறிவையும் வல்லமையையும் உணர்த்துவதைக்  கண்டுகொள்ளலாம். அது நமது விசுவாசம் வலுப்பெற்றிட உதவுவதாகவும் இருக்கும். வனாந்தர வாழ்க்கைக்குறித்து முறுமுறுக்கவேண்டாம்; மாறாக வனாந்தரத்தில் நடத்தினவரைத் துதியுங்கள்; அவர் கிருபை என்றுமுள்ளது.

“To him which led his people through the wilderness: for his mercy endureth forever.” — Psalm 136:16 (KJV)

Psalm 136 is a very special psalm. It is a song of praise. The greatness, power, and mercy of God are highlighted, and each verse is a call to praise the Lord for His wondrous works.

The journey of the Israelites toward Canaan was one through the wilderness. During that wilderness journey, God performed many mighty acts before the people of Israel, manifesting His presence among them. Yet, not all of them believed in Him wholeheartedly. Still, the Lord, not magnifying their unbelief but correcting them with His judgments, ultimately led them into the land of Canaan.

The spiritual life of a Christian is also like a wilderness journey. The apostles Paul and Barnabas clearly understood this. Therefore, even when they were persecuted and driven out of Antioch, they were not discouraged. Instead, we read: “Confirming the souls of the disciples, and exhorting them to continue in the faith, and that we must through much tribulation enter into the kingdom of God.” — Acts 14:22 (KJV)

The Lord Jesus Christ also said, “In the world ye shall have tribulation.” — John 16:33 (KJV)

Though our spiritual journey is like walking through a wilderness, there is a joyful Canaan awaiting us at the end. This is because of the mercy of God. As today’s meditation verse declares: “To him which led his people through the wilderness: for his mercy endureth for ever.” — Psalm 136:16 (KJV)

Furthermore, the same Psalm continues: “Who remembered us in our low estate: for his mercy endureth for ever.” — Psalm 136:23 (KJV)

Yes, beloved, our God gives grace to the humble. “But he giveth more grace. Wherefore he saith, God resisteth the proud, but giveth grace unto the humble.” — James 4:6 (KJV)

Therefore, as the Psalm encourages us, even if our lives today are humble, even if we walk through the struggles of a wilderness-like existence, let us not murmur but rather praise Him continually. He who led His people through the wilderness will also lead us—if we live as His people—and grant us a pleasant and blessed future.

Moreover, dear ones, let us read and meditate on this 136th Psalm with genuine and eager hearts. As we do, we will realize how each verse reveals the knowledge and power of our God. This will strengthen our faith. Do not grumble about the wilderness of life; instead, praise Him who leads us through it, for His mercy endureth forever.

🍒Meditation verse - சங்கீதம் 126: 5 / Psalm 126:5

'ஆதவன்' 💚மே 26, 2025. 💚 திங்கள்கிழமை

"கண்ணீரோடே விதைக்கிறவர்கள் கெம்பீரத்தோடே அறுப்பார்கள்." ( சங்கீதம் 126: 5)

விவசாயம் பற்றித் தெரிந்தவர்கள் விவசாயிகளின் தொழில் சிரமங்களைக்குறித்தும் அறிந்திருப்பார்கள். இன்றைய காலகட்டத்தில் விவசாயம் பெரிய லாபகரமான தொழிலாக இல்லை. விதை விதைக்கும் காலத்துக்குமுன்பே விவசாயிகள் பல்வேறு செலவுகளை செய்யவேண்டியதிருக்கின்றது. நிலத்தை உழுதுச் சீர்படுத்தி, உரமிட்டு பக்குவப்படுத்தவேண்டியுள்ளது. மேலும் விதைகளை வாங்கவேண்டியது, கூலிகொடுக்கவேண்டியது என பல்வேறு செலவினங்கள் உள்ளன. செலவை ஈடுகட்டத் தனது மனைவி பிள்ளைகளின் நகைகளை அடகுவைத்து அல்லது தெரிந்தவர்களிடம் கடன்வாங்கி செலவுகளைச் சமாளிக்கின்றான் விவசாயி. 

ஆனால் அந்த விவசாயி இவை அனைத்தையும், தான் விதைக்கும் விதை முளைத்து தனக்கு ஏற்ற பலனைத் தரும் எனும்  எதிர்காலத்தைக்குறித்த ஒரு நம்பிக்கையோடு  செய்கின்றான். அப்போது அவன் மகிழ்ச்சியோடு அல்ல, பல்வேறு சிரமத்தோடு இருப்பதால் உள்ளத்தின் கண்ணீரோடு விதைக்கின்றான். 

ஆனால் அதே விவசாயி அறுவடைநாளில் மகிழ்ச்சியடைகின்றான். நமது நாட்டில் அறுவடைத் திருநாள் எனும் பொங்கல் பண்டிகையைக் கொண்டாடுவது அதனால்தான். தான் விதைத்தபோது இருந்த துன்பத்தை அவன் மறந்துவிடுகின்றான். இதனையே இன்றைய தியான வசனத்தின் தொடர்ச்சியாக நாம் வாசிக்கின்றோம், "அள்ளித்தூவும் விதையைச் சுமக்கிறவன் அழுதுகொண்டு போகிறான்; ஆனாலும் தான் அறுத்த அரிகளைச் சுமந்துகொண்டு கெம்பீரத்தோடே திரும்பிவருவான்." ( சங்கீதம் 126: 6) என்று. 

ஆவிக்குரிய வாழ்வும் இத்தகையதுதான். நாம் இங்கு மேலே பார்த்த விவசாயியைப்போலவே இன்று நம்மில் பலரும்  கண்ணீரோடு விதைத்துக்கொண்டிருக்கலாம். பல்வேறு கண்ணீர்கள், கவலைகள் நம்மை வாட்டிக்கொண்டிருக்கலாம். தீராத கொடிய நோய்கள், கடன் தொல்லைகள், வேலையில்லாமை, அதன் தொடர்ச்சியான வறுமை, நமது பிள்ளைகளின் எதிர்காலம் குறித்த நிச்சயமில்லாமை.... இப்படிப்பல பிரச்சனைகள் நம்மைக் கண்ணீரோடு விதைக்கிறவர்களாக இன்று மாற்றியிருக்கலாம். 

ஆனால் அன்பானவர்களே, அந்த விவசாயி எதிர்காலத்தைக்குறித்த நம்பிக்கையோடு இருந்ததுபோல நாம் நம்பிக்கைவைக்க நமக்கு ஒரு தேவன் உண்டு. எனவே, நாமும் நமது பிரச்சனைகளை தேவனுக்குமுன் விதைத்துக் காத்திருப்போம். விதைக்கும் காலம் உண்டென்றால் நிச்சயமாக அறுவடை மகிழ்சியும் நமக்கு உண்டு.  இயேசு கிறிஸ்து தனது வார்த்தைகளை விவசாயி விதை விதைப்பதற்கு ஒப்பிட்டுக் கூறுகின்றார்.  "சில விதைகளோ நல்ல நிலத்தில் விழுந்து, சிலது நூறாகவும், சிலது அறுபதாகவும், சிலது முப்பதாகவும் பலன் தந்தது." ( மத்தேயு 13: 8) என்று கூறுகின்றார். ஆம், தேவ வார்த்தைகள் வல்லமையுள்ளவை, பலன் தருபவை. 

நாம் இன்று பல்வேறு உலகக் கவலைகளோடு கண்ணீரோடு விதைத்துக்கொண்டிருந்தாலும் தேவனது வார்த்தைகளை நமது உள்ளத்தில் விதைத்துப் பதியவைப்போம்.  விதைப்புக்கு ஏற்ற பலன் கிடைக்கும் என்று விவசாயிகள் நம்பிக்கையோடு விதைப்பதைப்போல தேவன்மேல் நம்பிக்கையோடு நமது ஜெபங்களை விதைத்துக் காத்திருப்போம். நிச்சயமாக தேவன் நம்மைக் கெம்பீரத்தோடு அறுவடை செய்பவர்களாக மாற்றுவார். 

அந்த அறுவடையின் பலன் நூறாகவும், அறுபதாகவும், முப்பதாகவும் இருக்கும். ஒருகாலத்தில் "நீ நெகிழப்பட்டதும், கைவிடப்பட்டதும், ஒருவரும் கடந்து நடவாததுமாயிருந்தாய்; ஆனாலும் உன்னை நித்திய மாட்சிமையாகவும், தலைமுறை தலைமுறையாயிருக்கும் மகிழ்ச்சியாகவும் வைப்பேன்." ( ஏசாயா 60: 15) என்கிறார் தேவனாகிய கர்த்தர். ஆம், கண்ணீரோடு விதைக்கும் நமது விதைகள் பயனற்றதாய்ப் போகாது; கெம்பீரமான அறுவடை நமக்கு உண்டு.

AATHAVAN 💚 May 26, 2025 – Monday

“They that sow in tears shall reap in joy.” (Psalm 126:5, KJV)

Those who are familiar with agriculture understand the hardships that farmers endure. In today’s world, farming is not a highly profitable occupation. Even before sowing begins, farmers must incur various expenses. They must plough and prepare the land, fertilize it, and ready it for sowing. Seeds need to be purchased, and labourers must be paid. To cover these costs, a farmer may pawn his wife’s and children’s jewellery or borrow money from acquaintances.

Yet, the farmer does all this with hope—hope that the seeds he sows will sprout and yield a good harvest in the future. He does not sow with joy but with a heart full of tears, enduring various difficulties.

However, that same farmer rejoices during the harvest. In our country, we celebrate the harvest festival of Pongal for this very reason. The farmer forgets the suffering he experienced during the sowing season. This is exactly what the next verse says: “He that goeth forth and weepeth, bearing precious seed, shall doubtless come again with rejoicing, bringing his sheaves with him.” (Psalm 126:6, KJV)

The spiritual life is much the same. Like the farmer, many of us may be sowing in tears today. We may be burdened by griefs and concerns—chronic illnesses, overwhelming debts, unemployment and its resulting poverty, or uncertainty about our children's future. All these may have turned us into those who are sowing with tears.

But beloved, just as the farmer sows with hope for the future, we too have a God in whom we can place our hope. So let us lay our burdens before the Lord and wait patiently. If there is a time for sowing, then surely there will also be a joyful time of reaping.

Jesus Christ compared His words to seeds sown by a farmer:

“But other fell into good ground, and brought forth fruit, some an hundredfold, some sixtyfold, some thirtyfold.” (Matthew 13:8, KJV)

Yes, the Word of God is powerful and fruitful.

Even if we are sowing in tears amidst many worldly troubles today, let us sow the Word of God in our hearts. Just as the farmer trusts that his seeds will yield a harvest, let us sow our prayers with faith in God. Surely, God will make us reap with joy and honour.

The harvest will bring forth fruit—some a hundredfold, some sixtyfold, and some thirtyfold. The Lord God says: “Whereas thou hast been forsaken and hated, so that no man went through thee, I will make thee an eternal excellency, a joy of many generations.” (Isaiah 60:15, KJV)

Yes, the seeds sown in tears will not be in vain; a glorious harvest awaits us.

🍒Meditation verse - யோவான் 14: 17 / John 14:17

 வேதாகமத் தியானம் - எண்:- 1,569

'ஆதவன்' 💚மே 25, 2025. 💚 ஞாயிற்றுக்கிழமை

"உலகம் அந்தச் சத்திய ஆவியானவரைக் காணாமலும் அறியாமலும் இருக்கிறபடியால் அவரைப் பெற்றுக்கொள்ளமாட்டாது; அவர் உங்களுடனே வாசம்பண்ணி உங்களுக்குள்ளே இருப்பதால், நீங்கள் அவரை அறிவீர்கள்." ( யோவான் 14: 17)

உலக அறிவோ, பொது அறிவோ இல்லாத அறிவிலி ஒருவன் இருந்தான். அவனுக்குத் தற்செயலாக சிறிது வெளிநாட்டு பணம் கிடைத்தது. அவனோ அதனை  அச்சிடப்பட்ட வெறும் காகிதம் என நினைத்துத்  தீயிலிட்டு எரித்துவிட்டான். ஆம், இதுபோல ஒரு பொருளின் மதிப்போ அதனை எப்படிப் பயன்படுத்துவது எனும் அறிவோ இல்லாத ஒருவனிடம் அந்தப்பொருளை நாம் கொடுப்போமானால் அவனுக்கு அதன் பயன் தெரியாது; அவன் அதனைப் பெரிதாக கருதவுமாட்டான்.  அத்தகையவனிடம் அந்தப்பொருளைக் கொடுப்பதே வீண். இதுபோலவே  தேவனுடைய பரிசுத்த ஆவியானவரைப்பற்றிய அறிவோ தேடுதலோ இல்லாதவனிடம் தேவன் ஆவியானவரை,  அவரது வரங்களைக்   கொடுப்பதில்லை. 

இதனையே இன்றைய தியான வசனத்தில் ஆண்டவராகிய இயேசு கிறிஸ்து,  "உலகம் அந்தச் சத்திய ஆவியானவரைக் காணாமலும் அறியாமலும் இருக்கிறபடியால் அவரைப் பெற்றுக்கொள்ளமாட்டாது" என்று கூறுகின்றார். ஆனால் தேவன் அவருக்கேற்ற வாழ்க்கை வாழும் மக்களுக்கு பரிசுத்த ஆவியானவரைக் கொடுகின்றார்.  அவர் அவர்களுக்குள்ளேயே இருக்கின்றார். எனவே, அத்தகைய ஆவிக்குரிய வாழ்க்கை வாழும் மக்கள் தங்களுக்குள் இருக்கும் ஆவியானவரை அறிந்துகொள்வார்கள். இதனையே இன்றைய தியான வசனத்தில் தொடர்ந்து அவர், "அவர் உங்களுடனே வாசம்பண்ணி உங்களுக்குள்ளே இருப்பதால், நீங்கள் அவரை அறிவீர்கள்." என்று கூறுகின்றார். 

இன்று கிறிஸ்தவர்களுக்குள்ளேயே சில சபைகளில் ஆவியானவரைக்குறித்து அதிகம் பேசுவதில்லை. அது தேவையில்லாத போதனை என்று எண்ணுகின்றனர். ஆனால், என்றைக்காவது ஜெபக்கூட்டங்கள் நடத்தும்போது மட்டும் ஆவியானவரைப்பற்றி பேசுகின்றனர். அல்லது சிலவேளைகளில் கூட்டங்களோ, கட்டிட திறப்புவிழாக்களோ நடத்தும்போது முதலில் பெயரளவுக்கு ஆவியானவர் பற்றிய ஒருபாடலைப் பாடுகின்றனர். மற்றபடி அவர்கள் ஆவியானவருக்கு மதிப்போ முக்கியத்துவமோ கொடுப்பதில்லை.

இதுபோல நமது தேவைக்கும் கடமையாகவும்  ஆவியானவரை பயன்படுத்திட நாம் முயலுவோமானால் நம்மைவிட பரிதபிக்கத்தக்கவர்கள் இருக்கமுடியாது. தேவைக்குப் பயன்படுத்தி தூக்கியெறிந்துவிடக்கூடிய அற்பமானவரல்ல பரிசுத்த ஆவியானவர். நமக்குள் அவரை நமக்குள் வாழ வரவேற்கும் வாஞ்சை நமக்கு வேண்டும். அவரைக் கனம்பண்ண வேண்டும்; அவரது வார்த்தைக்கு நம்மை ஒப்புக்கொடுத்து அவரது வழிநடத்துதலின்படி ஆவிக்குரிய வாழ்வைத் தொடரவேண்டும். 

"சத்திய ஆவியாகிய அவர் வரும்போது, சகல சத்தியத்திற்குள்ளும் உங்களை நடத்துவார்; அவர் தம்முடைய சுயமாய்ப் பேசாமல், தாம் கேள்விப்பட்டவைகள் யாவையுஞ்சொல்லி, வரப்போகிற காரியங்களை உங்களுக்கு அறிவிப்பார்." ( யோவான் 16: 13) என்றார் இயேசு கிறிஸ்து. ஆம், ஆவியானவரின் வழிநடத்துதலின்படி வாழ்வதுதான் ஆவிக்குரிய வாழ்வு. 

இப்படி ஆவியானவரால் நடத்தப்படுபவர்களே கடவுளின் மக்கள். "மேலும் எவர்கள் தேவனுடைய ஆவியினாலே நடத்தப்படுகிறார்களோ, அவர்கள் தேவனுடைய புத்திரராயிருக்கிறார்கள்." ( ரோமர் 8: 14) என எழுதுகின்றார் பவுல் அப்போஸ்தலர். 

ஆம் அன்பானவர்களே பரிசுத்த ஆவியானவரை நாம் வாஞ்சிக்கவேண்டும். நமது கிறிஸ்த வாழ்வின் அஸ்திபார பலமே ஆவியானவர் நமக்குள் வருவதுதான். நமது ஆவிக்குரிய வாழ்வு தேவனுக்கேற்றதாக அமைந்திட ஆவியானவரின் வழிநடத்துதல் நமக்குத் தேவையாக இருக்கின்றது. இந்த அறிவும் ஆர்வமும் உள்ளவர்கள்தான் ஆவிக்குரிய மக்கள். தேவன் இத்தகைய ஆர்வமுள்ளவர்களைத் தேடுகின்றார். அவர்களுக்குத் தனது ஆவியானவரை வழங்க ஆர்வமுள்ளவராக இருக்கின்றார். அவர் நமக்குள் வரும்போது இயேசு கூறியபடி, அவர் நமக்குள்ளே வாசம்பண்ணி நமக்குள்ளே இருப்பதால், நாம்  தேவனை மேலும் அறிந்துகொள்வோம். 

உலகம் அந்தச் சத்திய ஆவியானவரைக் காணாமலும் அறியாமலும் இருக்கிறதுபோல நாம் இருக்கலாகாது. நமது ஜெபங்களில் நம்மை ஆவியானவர் நிரப்பி வழிநடத்திட அன்றாடம் ஜெபிப்போம். "தேவனுடைய ஆவி உங்களில் வாசமாயிருந்தால், நீங்கள் மாம்சத்துக்குட்பட்டவர்களாயிராமல் ஆவிக்குட்பட்டவர்களாயிருப்பீர்கள். கிறிஸ்துவின் ஆவியில்லாதவன் அவருடையவனல்ல."  (ரோமர் 8:9) என்று எச்சரித்துக் கூறுகின்றது வேதம்.

"Even the Spirit of truth; whom the world cannot receive, because it seeth him not, neither knoweth him: but ye know him; for he dwelleth with you, and shall be in you." (John 14:17)

There once was an ignorant man, lacking both worldly and common sense. By chance, he came into possession of some foreign currency. However, not knowing its value, he thought it was just some printed paper and threw it into the fire. In the same way, if we give something valuable to someone who neither understands its worth nor knows how to use it, it would be of no benefit to him; he will not appreciate it. Giving it to such a person is in vain.

Likewise, God does not give the Holy Spirit or His gifts to those who neither have the knowledge of Him nor seek Him.

This is exactly what the Lord Jesus Christ declares in today’s meditation verse: "Even the Spirit of truth; whom the world cannot receive, because it seeth him not, neither knoweth him."

God gives the Holy Spirit to those who live a life that pleases Him. The Spirit dwells within them. Thus, those who live a spiritual life will recognize and know the Holy Spirit who abides in them. As the verse continues:

"But ye know him; for he dwelleth with you, and shall be in you."

Today, even among Christians, in some churches the Holy Spirit is rarely discussed. Some think such teachings are unnecessary. They mention the Holy Spirit only during prayer meetings or special events like building dedications, and even then, only through a token song. Beyond that, they give little value or honour to the Holy Spirit.

If we attempt to use the Holy Spirit merely to fulfil our needs or duties, there would be none more pitiful than us. The Holy Spirit is not someone to be used and discarded. Instead, we must earnestly long to welcome Him into our lives. We must honour Him, yield ourselves to His Word, and live a Spirit-led life.

Jesus said: "Howbeit when he, the Spirit of truth, is come, he will guide you into all truth: for he shall not speak of himself; but whatsoever he shall hear, that shall he speak: and he will shew you things to come."

(John 16:13, KJV) Yes, living according to the guidance of the Holy Spirit is true spiritual living.

Those who are led by the Holy Spirit are indeed God’s children. As Apostle Paul writes: "For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, they are the sons of God." (Romans 8:14, KJV)

Beloved, we must desire the Holy Spirit. The foundation and strength of our Christian life is the indwelling of the Holy Spirit. His guidance is essential for our spiritual life to be pleasing to God. Only those with such knowledge and longing are truly spiritual people. God is seeking those who have such desire, and He is eager to give His Spirit to them. When He comes and dwells within us, as Jesus said, "He shall be in you," we will grow in the knowledge of God.

We must not be like the world which "cannot receive, because it seeth him not, neither knoweth him." Let us pray daily that the Holy Spirit fills and guides us. The Scripture solemnly warns us: "But ye are not in the flesh, but in the Spirit, if so be that the Spirit of God dwell in you. Now if any man have not the Spirit of Christ, he is none of his." (Romans 8:9, KJV)

🍒Meditation verse - யோவான் 12: 48 / John 12:48

'ஆதவன்' 💚மே 24, 2025. 💚 சனிக்கிழமை

"என்னைத் தள்ளி என் வார்த்தைகளை ஏற்றுக்கொள்ளாதவனை நியாயந்தீர்க்கிறதொன்றிருக்கிறது; நான் சொன்ன வசனமே அவனைக் கடைசிநாளில் நியாயந்தீர்க்கும்." ( யோவான் 12: 48)

ஒருவரை ஏற்றுக்கொள்ளாமல் தள்ளிவிடுதல் என்பது மிகப்பெரிய அவமானமாகும். நாம் ஏதாவது ஒரு முக்கிய நிகழ்ச்சிக்குச் சிறப்பாக ஆடையணிந்து செல்லும்போது அங்கிருக்கும் காவலர்கள் நம்மை அவமதித்து உள்ளேசெல்ல அனுமதிக்காமல் திருப்பி அனுப்பிவிட்டால் அது நமக்கு எத்தனை பெரிய அவமானமாக இருக்குமென்று எண்ணிப்பாருங்கள்!!. அப்படியே பிதாவினால் அனுப்பப்பட்டு உலகிற்கு வந்த கிறிஸ்து உலகத்தால் ஏற்றுக்கொள்ளாமல் தள்ளப்பட்டார். 

தனது சொந்த யூத மக்கள் மத்தியில் அவர் வந்திருந்தும் அவர்கள் அவரை ஏற்றுக்கொள்ளவில்லை.  "அவர் தமக்குச் சொந்தமானதிலே வந்தார், அவருக்குச் சொந்தமானவர்களோ அவரை ஏற்றுக்கொள்ளவில்லை." ( யோவான் 1: 11) என எழுதுகின்றார் அப்போஸ்தலரான யோவான். ஆம், இயேசு கிறிஸ்துவை யூதர்கள் ஏற்றுக்கொள்ளாமல் அவமானப்படுத்தினர். இயேசு கிறிஸ்து தனது வாழ்வின் இறுதியில் பாடுகள்பட்டபோது மட்டுமல்ல,  அவரது வாழ்வின் பல வேளைகளில் இப்படி அவமானப்பட்டார். 

இயேசு கூறிய சத்தியத்தை யூதர்கள் ஏற்றுகொள்ளத் தயங்கினார்கள். அவர் கூறிய சத்தியத்தை நம்புவதைவிட அவர் எங்கிருந்து வந்தவர் என்பதையே அவர்கள்   முக்கியமாகப் பார்த்தனர்.  "இவன்  தச்சனுடைய குமாரன் அல்லவா? இவன் தாய் மரியாள் என்பவள் அல்லவா? யாக்கோபு, யோசே, சீமோன், யூதா என்பவர்கள் இவனுக்குச் சகோதரர் அல்லவா?" (மத்தேயு 13:55) என்றனர். 

தான் கூறுவதை மக்கள் விசுவாசிக்கவேண்டும் என்று அவர் பல்வேறு அற்புதங்களை செய்தார். ஆனாலும்,  "அவர் இத்தனை அற்புதங்களை அவர்களுக்கு முன்பாகச் செய்திருந்தும், அவர்கள் அவரை விசுவாசிக்கவில்லை." (யோவான் 12:37)

எனவேதான் இன்றைய தியான வசனத்தில் இயேசு கிறிஸ்து கூறுகின்றார், "என்னைத் தள்ளி என் வார்த்தைகளை ஏற்றுக்கொள்ளாதவனை நியாயந்தீர்க்கிறதொன்றிருக்கிறது; நான் சொன்ன வசனமே அவனைக் கடைசிநாளில் நியாயந்தீர்க்கும்." என்று. நியாயத்தீர்ப்புநாளின் நாம் யாரும் அவரது வார்தையைப் புறக்கணித்ததைக் குறித்து சாக்குப்போக்குச் சொல்லமுடியாது. ஆம் அன்பானவர்களே, நமக்குக் கொடுக்கப்பட்ட இந்த உலக வாழ்வின் நாட்களில் அவரது வார்த்தைகளுக்குக் கீழ்ப்படியவேண்டியது அவசியமாய் இருக்கிறது. 

இயேசு கிறிஸ்து தனக்குப்பின் தனது சீடர்களுக்கும் நற்செய்தி அறிவிக்கும் அதிகாரத்தைக் கொடுத்தார். அப்போது அவர்களுக்குச் சொன்னார், "உங்களை ஏற்றுக்கொள்ளுகிறவன் என்னை ஏற்றுக்கொள்ளுகிறான்; என்னை ஏற்றுக்கொள்ளுகிறவன் என்னை அனுப்பினவரை ஏற்றுக்கொள்ளுகிறான்." ( மத்தேயு 10: 40) இப்போது கிறிஸ்துவால் அழைக்கப்பட்ட ஊழியர்கள் அவர் அறிவித்த நற்செய்தியை அறிவித்துவருகின்றனர். 

எனவே, நாம் கிறிஸ்துவின் நற்செய்தி வார்த்தைகளுக்குச் செவிகொடுக்கும்போது அவருக்கு மட்டுமல்ல, அவரை உலகிற்கு அனுப்பிய பிதாவாகிய தேவனுக்குச் செவிகொடுக்கிறோம். அவற்றை புறக்கணிக்கும்போது கிறிஸ்துவையும் பிதாவையும் புறக்கணிக்கின்றோம். அப்படிப் புறக்கணிப்பவர்களை  அவர் சொன்ன வசனமே  கடைசிநாளில் நியாயந்தீர்க்கும்.

கிறிஸ்துவின்  வார்த்தைகளை ஏற்றுக்கொள்வது என்பது வெறுமனே அவரது வார்த்தைகளை கேட்பதையல்ல, மாறாக அவற்றை நமது வாழ்வில் செயல்படுத்துவதையே குறிக்கின்றது. "அல்லாமலும், நீங்கள் உங்களை வஞ்சியாதபடிக்குத் திருவசனத்தைக் கேட்கிறவர்களாய் மாத்திரமல்ல, அதன்படி செய்கிறவர்களாயும் இருங்கள். என்னத்தினாலெனில், ஒருவன் திருவசனத்தைக் கேட்டும் அதன்படி செய்யாதவனானால், கண்ணாடியிலே தன் சுபாவ முகத்தைப் பார்க்கிற மனுஷனுக்கு ஒப்பாயிருப்பான்" (யாக்கோபு 1: 22, 23)

அன்பானவர்களே, உங்களை வஞ்சியாதபடிக்குத் திருவசனத்தைக் கேட்கிறவர்களாய் மாத்திரமல்ல, அதன்படி செய்கிறவர்களாயும் இருங்கள் என்கிறார் யாக்கோபு. காரணம், தேவ வசனத்தைப் புறக்கணிப்பது அவரைப் புறக்கணிப்பது மட்டுமல்ல, நம்மை நாமே வஞ்சிப்பது போன்றது. அப்படி கிறிஸ்துவின் வசனத்தைப்  புறக்கணிப்பவனை அவரது அதே வசனமே  கடைசிநாளில் நியாயந்தீர்க்கும் என்கின்றார் கர்த்தராகிய இயேசு கிறிஸ்து.  எனவே எச்சரிக்கையாக இருப்போம்; தேவ வார்த்தைகளை ஏற்றுக்கொள்வோம்.

AATHAVAN 💚 May 24, 2025. 💚 Saturday

"He that rejecteth me, and receiveth not my words, hath one that judgeth him: the word that I have spoken, the same shall judge him in the last day." (John 12:48, KJV)

Rejecting someone and refusing to accept their words is a great insult. Imagine being dressed elegantly to attend an important event, only to be turned away at the entrance by security personnel—how humiliating that would be! Likewise, Christ, who was sent by the Father into the world, was rejected by the very world He came to save.

Though He came among His own people, the Jews, they did not receive Him. The apostle John writes: "He came unto his own, and his own received him not." (John 1:11, KJV)

Yes, the Jews rejected and dishonoured Jesus Christ. He was not only dishonoured during His final suffering but at various times throughout His life.

The Jews were unwilling to accept the truth Jesus spoke. Instead of believing the truth He proclaimed, they focused on His earthly background:

"Is not this the carpenter's son? is not his mother called Mary? and his brethren, James, and Joses, and Simon, and Judas?" (Matthew 13:55, KJV)

To help people believe, Jesus performed many miracles. Yet,

"But though he had done so many miracles before them, yet they believed not on him." (John 12:37, KJV)

That is why Jesus says in today’s meditation verse:

"He that rejecteth me, and receiveth not my words, hath one that judgeth him: the word that I have spoken, the same shall judge him in the last day." (John 12:48, KJV)

On the Day of Judgment, no one will be able to offer an excuse for having rejected His word. Dearly beloved, it is essential that we obey His words during the days of our earthly life.

Jesus Christ gave His disciples the authority to proclaim the Gospel after Him. At that time, He said:

"He that receiveth you receiveth me, and he that receiveth me receiveth him that sent me." (Matthew 10:40, KJV)

Today, those who have been called by Christ are proclaiming the Gospel message He entrusted to them.

Therefore, when we listen to the words of the Gospel, we are not only listening to Christ but also to God the Father who sent Him. When we reject these words, we are rejecting both Christ and the Father. And the same words that we rejected will judge us on the last day.

Accepting the words of Christ does not merely mean listening to them—it means putting them into practice in our lives.

"But be ye doers of the word, and not hearers only, deceiving your own selves. For if any be a hearer of the word, and not a doer, he is like unto a man beholding his natural face in a glass:" (James 1:22-23, KJV)

Beloved, James tells us to be doers of the word, not just hearers, so that we don’t deceive ourselves. Rejecting God’s word is not only rejecting Him—it is also deceiving our own selves. That is why the Lord Jesus Christ says that the word He has spoken will judge the one who rejects Him on the last day.

So let us be watchful. Let us receive and live by the Word of God.

🍒Meditation verse - 1 தீமோத்தேயு 5: 24 / 1 Timothy 5:24

 வேதாகமத் தியானம் - எண்:- 1,567

'ஆதவன்' 💚மே 23, 2025. 💚 வெள்ளிக்கிழமை

"சிலருடைய பாவங்கள் வெளியரங்கமாயிருந்து, நியாயத்தீர்ப்புக்கு முந்திக்கொள்ளும்; சிலருடைய பாவங்கள் அவர்களைப் பின்தொடரும்." (1 தீமோத்தேயு 5: 24)

இந்த உலகத்தில் துன்மார்க்கமாய் வாழ்ந்து கொடூரமான பாவச் செயல்கள் செய்யும் பலர் இந்த உலகத்தின் நீதிமன்றங்களால் தண்டனைகள் பெறுவதைப் பார்க்கின்றோம். தூக்குதண்டனை ஆயுள்தண்டனை என அவர்கள் செய்த பாவத்துக்கு ஏற்ப தண்டனைகள் வழங்கப்படுகின்றன. இப்படிச்  சிலருடைய பாவங்கள் வெளியரங்கமாயிருந்து தேவன் இறுதிநாளில் வழங்கவிருக்கும்  நியாயத்தீர்ப்புக்கு முந்திக்கொள்ளும்; மேலும் தேவனே அவர்களுக்கு இந்த உலகினில் ஏற்ற தண்டனையை வழங்குவார். 

ஆனால் இன்றைய தியான வசனம் கூறுகின்றது, "சிலருடைய பாவங்கள் அவர்களைப் பின்தொடரும்" என்று. ஆம்  எல்லோரும் தங்கள் செய்த கொடூர பாவங்களுக்கான தண்டனையை இந்த உலகத்தில் அனுபவிப்பதில்லை. பலர் தங்களது பணத்தின் பலத்தால் உலக நீதிமன்றங்களின் தண்டனைகளிலிருந்து தப்பித்துக்கொள்கின்றனர். ஆனால் அவர்கள் நிரந்தரமாகத் தப்பித்துக்கொள்வதில்லை.  அவர்களது பாவங்கள் அவர்களது ஆத்துமாவைப் பின்தொடர்ந்து சென்று அவர்களை இருளான நரக அக்கினிக்குள் கொண்டுசெல்லும். 

தேவ பக்தியுள்ளவர்களை சோதனைகளிலிருந்து இரட்சிக்கும் அதே தேவன் சிலவேளைகளில் துன்மார்க்கர்களுக்கு இந்த உலகத்தில்  உடனேயே தண்டனை வழங்குவதில்லை. இதனையே, "கர்த்தர் தேவபக்தியுள்ளவர்களைச் சோதனையினின்று இரட்சிக்கவும், அக்கிரமக்காரரை ஆக்கினைக்குள்ளானவர்களாக நியாயத்தீர்ப்பு நாளுக்கு வைக்கவும் அறிந்திருக்கிறார்." (2 பேதுரு 2: 9)  என வாசிக்கின்றோம். அதாவது அவர் அந்தத் துன்மார்க்கரை இறுதி நியாயத்தீர்ப்பு நாளுக்கென்று ஒதுக்கி வைத்திருக்கின்றார். அப்போது அவர்களுக்கான தண்டனையை வழங்குவார். 

இந்த உலகத்தில் நாம் செய்யும் நன்மை தீமைகளுக்கு ஏற்ப தக்க பதில் தேவனால் சரிகட்டப்படுவது உறுதி. ஆனால் தேவனது நியாயத்தீர்ப்புகள் உலக நீதிபதிகள் வழங்குவதுபோன்ற தீர்ப்பல்ல. அவரது நியாயத்தீர்ப்புகள்  சத்தியமும் நீதியுமானவைகள்.  "பலிபீடத்திலிருந்து வேறொருவன்: ஆம், சர்வவல்லமையுள்ள தேவனாகிய கர்த்தாவே, உம்முடைய நியாயத்தீர்புகள் சத்தியமும் நீதியுமானவைகள் என்று சொல்லக்கேட்டேன்." ( வெளிப்படுத்தின விசேஷம் 16: 7) என்று அப்போஸ்தலரான யோவான் தான் கண்ட தரிசனத்தில் கூறுகின்றார். 

தேவனது நியாயத்தீர்ப்புக்கள் இரக்கம் அன்பு இவைகளின் அடிப்படையில் மனிதர்களை நியாயம்தீர்ப்பவை. "ஏனென்றால், இரக்கஞ்செய்யாதவனுக்கு இரக்கமில்லாத நியாயத்தீர்ப்புக்கிடைக்கும்; நியாயத்தீர்ப்புக்குமுன்பாக இரக்கம் மேன்மைபாராட்டும்." ( யாக்கோபு 2: 13)

தவறாமல் ஆலயங்களுக்குச் சென்று ஆராதனைகளில் கலந்துகொண்டாலும், பல்வேறு பிரசங்கங்களைக் கேட்டாலும் பல கிறிஸ்தவர்களும் எந்தவித வாழ்க்கை மாற்றமுமின்றி  இருக்கின்றனர்.  வேதம் கூறும் மரித்தவர்களின் உயிர்த்தெழுதல், நித்திய நியாயத்தீர்ப்பு இவைகளைக்குறித்து முழு நம்பிக்கை அவர்களுக்கு இருப்பதில்லை என்பதையே இது காட்டுகின்றது. பவுல் உருவாக்கிய எபேசு சபையில்கூட பலர் இப்படியே இருந்தனர். அவர்களை அவர் துஷ்ட மிருகங்கள் என்று கூறுகின்றார். அவர்களுக்குத் தான் போராடி சுவிசேஷத்தை அறிவித்தும் அவர்கள் அவரது வார்த்தைகளை ஏற்றுக்கொள்ளவில்லை.  

"நான் எபேசுவிலே துஷ்டமிருகங்களுடனே போராடினேனென்று மனுஷர் வழக்கமாய்ச் சொல்லுகிறேன்; அப்படிப் போராடினதினாலே எனக்குப் பிரயோஜனமென்ன? மரித்தோர் உயிர்த்தெழாவிட்டால், புசிப்போம் குடிப்போம், நாளைக்குச் சாவோம் என்று சொல்லலாமே?" (1 கொரிந்தியர் 15: 32) என்று கூறுகின்றார். 

ஆம் அன்பானவர்களே, தேவன் வழங்கும் நியாயத்தீர்ப்பு பொய்யல்ல; அது உறுதியான உண்மை. எனவே,  நமது பாவங்கள் கர்த்தராகிய இயேசு கிறிஸ்து வழங்கப்போகும் இறுதி நியாயத்தீர்ப்புக்கு முந்திக்கொள்ளுமுன்னும் அல்லது நாம் மரித்து அவை நம்மைத் தொடருமுன்னும் கிறிஸ்துவின் இரத்தத்தால் அவை கழுவப்படுமாறு வேண்டுதல் செய்வோம்.

AATHAVAN 💚 May 23, 2025 💚 Friday

“Some men's sins are open beforehand, going before to judgment; and some men they follow after.” — 1 Timothy 5:24 (KJV)

In this world, we often see many people who live wickedly and commit heinous sins being punished by worldly courts. Some receive capital punishment, others life imprisonment—each according to the severity of their wrongdoing. These are the ones whose sins are "open beforehand," reaching judgment even before God's final day of reckoning. Moreover, God Himself will give them the fitting punishment in this world.

However, today’s meditation verse also says, "and some men they follow after." That is, not everyone faces punishment for their grave sins during their earthly lives. Many escape human justice through wealth or influence. But they do not escape forever. Their sins follow them into eternity, leading their souls into the darkness of hellfire.

The same God who delivers the godly out of temptations does not always punish the wicked immediately in this world. As Scripture says:

“The Lord knoweth how to deliver the godly out of temptations, and to reserve the unjust unto the day of judgment to be punished.”

— 2 Peter 2:9 (KJV) This means God has set apart the wicked for the final day of judgment, when He will issue their sentence.

It is certain that every deed—whether good or evil—will receive a just response from God. But God's judgments are not like those of worldly judges. His justice is grounded in truth and righteousness.

“Even so, Lord God Almighty, true and righteous are thy judgments.” — Revelation 16:7 (KJV) Thus declared the Apostle John in his vision.

God's judgments are not merely legal—they are filled with mercy and love.

“For he shall have judgment without mercy, that hath shewed no mercy; and mercy rejoiceth against judgment.” — James 2:13 (KJV)

Many Christians, despite regularly attending church services and listening to sermons, show no real transformation in their lives. This indicates a lack of true faith in the resurrection of the dead and in eternal judgment as taught by Scripture. Even among the members of the Ephesian church, founded by Paul, such people existed. Paul referred to them as “wild beasts,” lamenting that despite his efforts to preach the gospel, they rejected his words.

“If after the manner of men I have fought with beasts at Ephesus, what advantageth it me, if the dead rise not? let us eat and drink; for tomorrow we die.” — 1 Corinthians 15:32 (KJV)

Beloved, God’s judgment is not a lie—it is a firm truth. Therefore, let us earnestly pray that our sins may be washed away by the blood of Christ before they go ahead of us to judgment or follow us after death.

🍒Meditation verse - எரேமியா 20: 11 / Jeremiah 20:11

 வேதாகமத் தியானம் - எண்:- 1,566

'ஆதவன்' 💚மே 22, 2025. 💚 வியாழக்கிழமை

"கர்த்தரோ பயங்கரமான பராக்கிரமசாலியாய் என்னோடு இருக்கிறார், ஆகையால் என்னைத் துன்பப்படுத்துகிறவர்கள் மேற்கொள்ளாமல் இடறுவார்கள்; தங்கள் காரியம் வாய்க்காதபடியால் மிகவும் வெட்கப்படுவார்கள்; மறக்கப்படாத நித்திய இலச்சை அவர்களுக்கு உண்டாகும்." ( எரேமியா 20: 11)

இன்று முக்கியத் தலைவர்களுக்கும் பிரபலமானவர்களுக்கும்  அரசாங்கம் பல்வேறு பாதுகாப்புகளை வழங்குகின்றது. இந்தப் பாதுகாப்பு பெற்ற நபர்கள் எங்கு சென்றாலும் அந்தப  பாதுகாப்பு வீரர்கள் அவர்களோடுகூடவே செல்வார்கள். பாதுகாப்பு வளையத்தைத் தாண்டி அந்தப் பிரபலமானவரை தொடவோ துப்புறுத்தவோ முயன்றால் கைதுசெய்வார்கள் அல்லது தேவைப்பட்டால் சுட்டுக்கொல்லவும் செய்வார்கள்.

ஆம், அந்தப்பாதுகாப்பு வீரர்கள் பராக்கிரமசாலிகளாய் அவர்களோடு இருக்கின்றார்கள். இதனைவிட அதிகமாக  கிறிஸ்துவின் இரத்தத்தால் மீட்கப்பட்டு அவருக்கேற்ற வாழ்க்கை வாழும் ஒவ்வொவருவரையும் தேவன் பாதுகாக்கின்றார். காரணம், நாம் ஒவ்வொருவரும் தேவனுக்கு விலையேறப்பெற்றவர்கள்.  எனவேதான் நாம் வாசிக்கின்றோம்,  "உங்களைத் தொடுகிறவன் அவருடைய கண்மணியைத் தொடுகிறான்." ( சகரியா 2: 8) என்று. நமது கண்களை யாராவது சேதப்படுத்த விடுவோமா? அதுபோல தேவனது கண்மணியைப்போல இருக்கும் நம்மை அவர் நிச்சயமாக  சேதமடைய விடமாட்டார். 

நமது முன்னாள் பாரத பிரதமர்  இந்திரா காந்தி அவர்களது  உயிருக்கு நாட்டினுள்ளும் வெளியிலும் எதிரிகள் பலர் இருந்தனர். எனவே மிகப்பெரிய பாதுகாப்பு வளையம் அவரைச்சுற்றிலும் ஏற்படுத்தப்பட்டிருந்தது. துப்பாக்கி ஏந்திய காவலர்கள் அவரது பாதுகாப்புக்கு அரணாக இருந்தனர். ஆனால் ஐயோ, யாரும் எதிர்பாராதவிதமாக அந்தப் பாதுகாப்பு வீரனில் ஒருவனே அவரைச் சுட்டுக்கொன்றான். கர்த்தரது பாதுகாப்பு இப்படிபட்டப் பாதுகாப்பல்ல; அது நிரந்தர பாதுகாப்பு. அவர் நம்மை ஏமாற்றமாட்டார். எனவே அன்பானவர்களே, நாம் இந்த உலக எதிரிகளைக்கண்டு பயப்படவேண்டிய அவசியமில்லை. 

மட்டுமல்ல, "என்னைத் துன்பப்படுத்துகிறவர்கள் மேற்கொள்ளாமல் இடறுவார்கள்; தங்கள் காரியம் வாய்க்காதபடியால் மிகவும் வெட்கப்படுவார்கள்" என்று இன்றைய தியான வசனம் கூறுகின்றது. நாம் கிறிஸ்துவுக்குள் வாழும்போது நமக்கு எதிரிடையாக வருபவர்களை அவரே பார்த்து ஏற்ற பலனை அவர்களுக்குக் கொடுப்பார்; நமக்கோ ஆறுதலைக் கொடுப்பார். இதனையே, அப்போஸ்தலராகிய பவுல், "உங்களை உபத்திரவப்படுத்துகிறவர்களுக்கு உபத்திரவத்தையும், உபத்திரவப்படுகிற உங்களுக்கு எங்களோடேகூட இளைப்பாறுதலையும் பிரதிபலனாகக்கொடுப்பது தேவனுக்கு நீதியாயிருக்கிறதே." (2 தெசலோனிக்கேயர் 1: 6) என்று கூறுகின்றார். 

மேலும், கர்த்தரோ பயங்கரமான பராக்கிரமசாலியாய் நம்மோடு இருக்கிறார், எனவே நம்மால் அவரது கிருபையால் எதனையும் செய்யமுடியும். "என்னைப் பெலப்படுத்துகிற கிறிஸ்துவினாலே எல்லாவற்றையுஞ்செய்ய எனக்குப் பெலனுண்டு." ( பிலிப்பியர் 4: 13) என்று பவுல் அப்போஸ்தலர் கூறவில்லையா?

கர்த்தரது இந்தப் பாதுகாப்பு நமக்கு எதிரிகளிடமிருந்து மட்டுமல்ல, பாவத்திலிருந்தும் விடுதலை அளிக்கின்றது. அதுதான் தேவனது கிருபை. ஆம், கர்த்தர் பராக்கிரமசாலியாக இருந்து பாவத்திலிருந்தும் நமக்கு முழு விடுதலையைத் தருவார். எனவேதான், "நீங்கள் நியாயப்பிரமாணத்திற்குக் கீழ்ப்பட்டிராமல் கிருபைக்குக் கீழ்பட்டிருக்கிறபடியால், பாவம் உங்களை மேற்கொள்ளமாட்டாது." ( ரோமர் 6: 14) என்று தேவ வசனம் கூறுகின்றது. 

எனவே நமது ஆவிக்குரிய வாழ்வைத் தைரியத்தோடு எதிர்கொள்வோம். உலக எதிரிகளோ பாவமோ நம்மை மேற்கொள்ள முடியாது. பராக்கிரமசாலியான கர்த்தர் நம்மோடு இருக்கின்றார்.

AATHAVAN 💚 May 22, 2025 💚 Thursday

“But the Lord is with me as a mighty terrible one: therefore, my persecutors shall stumble, and they shall not prevail: they shall be greatly ashamed; for they shall not prosper: their everlasting confusion shall never be forgotten.” — Jeremiah 20:11 (KJV)

Today, governments provide various security measures for prominent leaders and celebrities. Wherever these protected individuals go, security personnel accompany them. If anyone tries to cross that security line and attempt to touch or harm the dignitary, they are arrested—or even shot, if necessary.

Yes, those security officers are mighty warriors who stand with them. But even greater than this is the divine protection God gives to every person redeemed by the blood of Christ and who lives a life pleasing to Him. Why? Because each of us is precious in God's sight. That’s why we read:

“He that toucheth you toucheth the apple of his eye.” — Zechariah 2:8 (KJV)

Would we allow anyone to harm our eyes? Likewise, God will not allow harm to come upon us, who are as the apple of His eye.

Take for example the former Indian Prime Minister, Indira Gandhi. She had many enemies both inside and outside the country. Hence, a strong security ring was formed around her. Armed guards stood as her shield. Yet tragically, the very security personnel meant to protect her ended up assassinating her.

But God’s protection is not like that—it is eternal and unfailing. He will never betray us. Therefore, beloved, we do not need to fear the enemies of this world.

Moreover, today's meditation verse declares:

“My persecutors shall stumble, and they shall not prevail: they shall be greatly ashamed.” — Jeremiah 20:11 (KJV)

When we live in Christ, God Himself will deal with those who oppose us, giving them the due reward for their actions—and to us, He will give comfort. Apostle Paul echoes the same thought:

“Seeing it is a righteous thing with God to recompense tribulation to them that trouble you; And to you who are troubled rest with us.”
— 2 Thessalonians 1:6–7a (KJV)

Furthermore, because the Lord is with us as a mighty warrior, we can do all things through His grace. As Paul says:

“I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me.” — Philippians 4:13 (KJV)

The Lord's protection not only shields us from enemies but also delivers us from sin. That is the grace of God. Yes, the mighty Lord will grant us complete deliverance from sin. That is why the Word of God says:

“For sin shall not have dominion over you: for ye are not under the law, but under grace.” — Romans 6:14 (KJV)

So let us face our spiritual lives with boldness. Neither worldly enemies nor sin can prevail against us. The mighty Lord is with us.
