🦋 Meditation verse - 1 கொரிந்தியர் 15 : 58 / 1 Corinthians 15:58

 "விதைகளின் உள்ளே" 🌳 

📖 வேதாகமத் தியானம் எண் - 1781                                  🔆 ஆதவன் 23.12.2025 செவ்வாய்    

"ஆகையால், எனக்குப் பிரியமான சகோதரரே, கர்த்தருக்குள் நீங்கள் படுகிறபிரயாசம் விருதாவாயிராதென்று அறிந்து, நீங்கள் உறுதிப்பட்டவர்களாயும், அசையாதவர்களாயும், கர்த்தருடைய கிரியையிலே எப்பொழுதும் பெருகுகிறவர்களாயும் இருப்பீர்களாக." ( 1 கொரிந்தியர் 15 : 58 )

அப்போஸ்தலராகிய பவுல் கொரிந்துநகர விசுவாசிகளுக்கு கூறியுள்ள இந்த அறிவுரை அவர்களுக்கு மட்டுமல்ல, கர்த்தராகிய இயேசு கிறிஸ்துவை இரட்சகராக ஏற்றுக்கொண்டு வாழும் அனைவருக்காகவும்தான். 

ஆவிக்குரிய வாழ்க்கை என்பது கடினமான பாதை; அது சிலுவை சுமக்கும் அனுபவம். பவுலும் பர்னபாவும்,  "சீஷருடைய மனதைத் திடப்படுத்தி, விசுவாசத்திலே நிலைத்திருக்கும்படி அவர்களுக்குப் புத்திசொல்லி, நாம் அநேக உபத்திரவங்களின் வழியாய் தேவனுடைய ராஜ்யத்தில் பிரவேசிக்கவேண்டுமென்று சொன்னார்கள்". (அப்போஸ்தலர் 14:22) என்று நாம் வாசிக்கின்றோம். ஆம், நாம் அநேக உபத்திரவங்களின் வழியாகத்தான் தேவனுடைய ராஜ்யத்தில் பிரவேசிக்கவேண்டும். 

ஆனால் கிறிஸ்து இயேசுவின் மேலுள்ள அன்பினால் நாம் அந்தத் துன்பங்களை ஏற்றுக்கொண்டு ஆவிக்குரிய வாழ்வில் முன்னேறுகின்றோம். எப்படி இருந்தாலும் சிலவேளைகளில் ஆவிக்குரிய வாழ்வில் சோர்வுகள் வந்துவிடுகின்றன. எனவேதான் அப்போஸ்தலராகிய பவுல், "கர்த்தருக்குள் நீங்கள் படுகிறபிரயாசம் விருதாவாயிராதென்று அறிந்து, நீங்கள் உறுதிப்பட்டவர்களாயும், அசையாதவர்களாயும், கர்த்தருடைய கிரியையிலே எப்பொழுதும் பெருகுகிறவர்களாயும் இருப்பீர்களாக." என்று கூறி நம்மைத் தேற்றுகின்றார்.  

இக்கால வாழ்க்கைக்குப்பின் மேலான மகிமையான மறுவுலக வாழ்வு நமக்கு உண்டு. இப்போது நாம் துன்பத்தை அனுபவித்தாலும் நாம் அனுபவிக்கும் துன்பங்கள் மறுமையில் நாம் அனுபவிக்கப்போகும்  மகிமையோடு ஒப்பிடும்போது ஒன்றுமில்லாதவையே.  எனவேதான்,   "ஆதலால்  இக்காலத்துப்  பாடுகள் இனி நம்மிடத்தில் வெளிப்படும் மகிமைக்கு ஒப்பிடத்தக்கவைகள் அல்லவென்று எண்ணுகிறேன்." (ரோமர் 8:18) என்கின்றார் பவுல். 

எனவே நாம் சோர்ந்துவிடாமல் எப்போதும் கர்த்தருடைய கிரியையிலே எப்பொழுதும் பெருகுகிறவர்களாக இருக்கவேண்டும். ஒரு மாணவன் எதிர்காலத்தில் மருத்துவராகி சிறப்படையவேண்டுமானால் அவன் பல ஆண்டுகள் முயலவேண்டியதிருக்கின்றது. எம்.பி.பி.எஸ். படிப்பு மட்டுமே ஐந்து ஆண்டுகள் படிக்கவேண்டும். மட்டுமல்ல, அதற்காக பல லட்சக்கணக்கான பணம் செலவழிக்கவேண்டும். ஆனால் இவை அனைத்தும் வீணானவை அல்ல என்பது அந்த மாணவனுக்குத் தெரியும். எனவே உற்சாகமாகப் படிப்பைத் தொடருகின்றான்.  

எனவே அன்பானவர்களே, ஆவிக்குரிய வாழ்வின் கடினமான பாதையைக் கண்டு நாம் பின்மாறிவிடாமல் உண்மையாக நமது பயணத்தைக் தொடர்வோம். இன்று பலர் ஆவிக்குரிய வாழ்வில் பின்மாறிடக் காரணம் பல ஊழியர்கள், போதகர்களின் தவறான உபதேசம். கிறிஸ்துவிடம் வந்துவிட்டால் அனைத்தும் உடனேயே கிடைக்கும் என்று போதிக்கின்றனர். உலக ஆசைகளை மட்டுமே நிறைவேற்றிட கிறிஸ்துவைத் தேடும் மக்கள், அது கிடைக்காதபோது, "ஜெபித்து என்னப்பயன்,  வாழ்க்கை முன்பு போலேதானே இருக்கிறது? " என்று கூறிப் பின்மாறுகின்றனர். 

அன்பானவர்களே, கிறிஸ்தவ வாழ்க்கைப் பாதை கிறிஸ்து நடந்ததுபோன்ற கடினமான சிலுவையின் பாதை. மனம் தளராமல் அதனில் நாம் பயணிக்கவேண்டும். எனவே, பிரியமான சகோதரரே, கர்த்தருக்குள் நீங்கள் படுகிறபிரயாசம் விருதாவாயிராதென்று அறிந்து, நீங்கள் உறுதிப்பட்டவர்களாயும், அசையாதவர்களாயும், கர்த்தருடைய கிரியையிலே எப்பொழுதும் பெருகுகிறவர்களாயும் இருப்பீர்களாக.

“Within the Seeds” 🌱

Scripture Meditation No. 1781

AATHAVAN / Tuesday, December 23, 2025

“Therefore, my beloved brethren, be steadfast, immovable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, knowing that your labour is not in vain in the Lord.” (1 Corinthians 15:58)

This exhortation given by the Apostle Paul to the believers in Corinth is not meant for them alone; it is for all who have accepted the Lord Jesus Christ as their Savior and live by faith in Him.

The spiritual life is a difficult path; it is an experience of carrying the cross. We read that Paul and Barnabas, “strengthening the souls of the disciples, encouraging them to continue in the faith, and saying, ‘Through many tribulations we must enter the kingdom of God.’” (Acts 14:22).
Yes, it is through many tribulations that we must enter the Kingdom of God.

Yet, because of our love for Christ Jesus, we willingly accept these sufferings and continue to grow in our spiritual life. Even so, at times, weariness and discouragement can creep into our spiritual journey. That is why the Apostle Paul comforts and exhorts us, saying: “Be steadfast, immovable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, knowing that your labor is not in vain in the Lord.”

Beyond this present life, a greater and glorious eternal life awaits us. Though we may experience suffering now, the trials we endure are nothing when compared to the glory that is to come. Therefore, Paul declares,

“For I consider that the sufferings of this present time are not worthy to be compared with the glory that is to be revealed to us.” (Romans 8:18)

Hence, without becoming discouraged, we must always abound in the work of the Lord. If a student desires to become a successful doctor in the future, he must strive for many years. The MBBS course alone requires five years of study, along with the spending of several lakhs of rupees. Yet the student knows that none of this effort is in vain, and therefore continues his studies with enthusiasm.

Likewise, beloved ones, let us not retreat when we see the hardships of the spiritual path. Instead, let us faithfully continue our journey. Today, many turn back from the spiritual life because of false teachings by certain ministers and preachers, who claim that once a person comes to Christ, everything will be received immediately. When people who seek Christ merely to fulfil worldly desires fail to receive what they expect, they say, “What is the use of praying? Life is the same as before,” and they fall away.

Beloved, the Christian life is the path of the cross, just as Christ Himself walked—a difficult and demanding way. We must travel this path without losing heart. Therefore, dear brothers and sisters, knowing that your labour in the Lord is not in vain, be steadfast, immovable, and always abounding in the work of the Lord.

🦋 Meditation verse - சங்கீதம் 42 : 10 / Psalm 42:10

 "விதைகளின் உள்ளே" 🌳 

📖 வேதாகமத் தியானம் எண் - 1780                                  🔆 ஆதவன் 22.12.2025 திங்கள்   

"உன் தேவன் எங்கே என்று என் சத்துருக்கள் நாள்தோறும் என்னோடே சொல்லி, என்னை நிந்திப்பது என் எலும்புகளை உருவக்குத்துகிறதுபோல் இருக்கிறது." ( சங்கீதம் 42 : 10 )

சில ஆண்டுகளுக்குமுன் எனது நண்பர் ஒருவர் தனது வறுமை நிலையின் வேதனைகளை என்னிடம் விபரிக்கும்போது அவரது குடும்ப உறுப்பினர் ஒருவர் அவரை அடிக்கடி இகழ்ச்சியாக நடத்துவது  குறித்து வேதனையுடன்  கூறினார். 

என்னிடம் இந்தச் சம்பவத்தைக் கூறிய நண்பர் ஒரு ஆவிக்குரிய மனிதர். எப்போதும் தேவனைக்குறித்துதான் பேசுவார். ஆனால், பொருளாதாரத்தில் மிகவும் வறிய நிலையில் இருந்தார். அவரது மைத்துனர் மிகவும் செல்வச் செழிப்புடன் இருந்தார். அவர் பொது நிகழ்ச்சிகளில் எனது இந்த நண்பரைச் சந்திக்கும்போதெல்லாம், "என்னடே, பைபிளும் கையுமாய் திரிகிறாய், ஜெபிக்கிறாய், ஆனால் வாழ்க்கையில் ஒரு முன்னேற்றத்தையும் காணோமே?" எனக் கிண்டலாகக் கேட்பாராம். 

இந்தச் சம்பவத்தை என்னிடம் கூறிய நண்பர் தொடர்ந்து, "பிரதர், அவர் என்னை இப்படிக் கேலிசெய்யும்போதெல்லாம் எனது மனம் மிகவும் மடிந்துபோகின்றது. எனது ஜெபங்களுக்கு ஏன் தேவன் பதில்கொடுக்காமல் இருக்கிறார் என்று எண்ணும்போது எனது விசுவாசமே தளர்வடைகின்றது" என்றார் வேதனையுடன். 

இன்றைய தியான ஆசிரியரும்  இதுபோன்ற குத்தலான வார்த்தைகளைக் கேட்டிருப்பார். ஆனால் அவரிடம் இப்படிக் கேட்டவர்கள் அவரது சொந்த மக்களல்ல; எதிரிகள். ஆனால், அவர் எதிரிகளின் பேச்சால் மனம் துவண்டாலும் தேவனை நோக்கிப்பார்த்து தனது ஆத்துமாவுக்கு,  "என் ஆத்துமாவே, நீ ஏன் கலங்குகிறாய்? ஏன் எனக்குள் தியங்குகிறாய்? தேவனை நோக்கிக் காத்திரு; என் முகத்திற்கு இரட்சிப்பும் என் தேவனுமாயிருக்கிறவரை நான் இன்னும் துதிப்பேன்." ( சங்கீதம் 42 : 11 ) என்று ஆறுதல் கூறுகின்றார். 

தாவீது ராஜாவும் இதுபோன்ற மக்களைத் தனது வாழ்க்கையில் எதிர்கொண்டிருந்தார். எனவேதான் அவர், "என் ஆத்துமா சிங்கங்களின் நடுவிலிருக்கிறது; தீயை இறைக்கிற மனுபுத்திரருக்குள்ளே கிடக்கிறேன்; அவர்கள் பற்கள் ஈட்டிகளும் அம்புகளும், அவர்கள் நாவு கருக்கான பட்டயமுமாயிருக்கிறது." ( சங்கீதம் 57 : 4 ) என்று கூறுகின்றார். 

ஆம் அன்பானவர்களே, இதுபோன்ற சிங்கம், ஓநாய், நரி  போன்ற மனிதர்கள் நடுவில்தான் நாம் வாழ்ந்துகொண்டிருக்கின்றோம். இந்த துஷ்ட மிருகங்களின் குணத்தைத்தான் அவர்கள் வெளிப்படுத்துவார்கள். அதற்காக நாம் கவலைகொண்டு மனம் மடிந்திடத் தேவையில்லை. தேவன்மேலுள்ள விசுவாசத்தில் தளர்ந்திடாமல் இருப்போம்.  

"அவர்களுக்குத்  தானியமும்  திராட்ச்சைரசமும் பெருகியிருக்கிறகாலத்தின் சந்தோஷத்தைப் பார்க்கிலும், அதிக சந்தோஷத்தை என் இருதயத்தில் தந்தீர்". (சங்கீதம் 4:7) என்று தாவீது கூறுவதுபோல நம்மைக் கேலிபேசும் செழிப்புமிக்க மக்கள் தங்கள்  செல்வத்தால் பெறும் மகிழ்ச்சியைவிட நிலையான அதிக சந்தோஷத்தால் தேவன் நமது இருதயத்தை நிரப்புவார்.

📖 Scripture Meditation No. 1780
🔆 AATHAVAN – Monday, 22.12.2025

“As with a breaking of my bones, my adversaries taunt me, While they say to me all day long, ‘Where is your God?’” — Psalm 42:10.

A few years ago, a friend of mine shared with me the painful realities of his poverty. With deep anguish, he spoke about how a member of his own family would frequently treat him with contempt.

The friend who shared this incident with me is a spiritually minded person. He would always speak about God. However, he was in severe financial hardship. His brother-in-law, on the other hand, was very wealthy. Whenever he met my friend at public gatherings, he would mockingly ask, “Why are you always carrying the Bible and praying? You keep talking about God, but we don’t see any progress in your life!”

My friend continued with sorrow, saying, “Brother, whenever he mocks me like this, my heart becomes completely crushed. When I think about why God is not answering my prayers, even my faith begins to weaken.”

The psalmist of today’s meditation also heard such piercing and taunting words. But those who questioned him were not his own people; they were his enemies. Though their words discouraged him deeply, he turned his gaze toward God and spoke to his own soul with hope and assurance:

“Why are you in despair, O my soul? And why have you become disturbed within me? Hope in God, for I shall again praise Him For the help of His presence.” — Psalm 42:1.

King David too encountered such people throughout his life. That is why he says:

“My soul is among lions; I must lie among those who breathe forth fire, Even the sons of men, whose teeth are spears and arrows and their tongue a sharp sword.” — Psalm 57:4.

Yes, beloved, we are living among people who resemble lions, wolves, and foxes. They often reveal the very nature of these wild creatures through their words and actions. But we need not be troubled or crushed by them. Let us not allow our faith in God to weaken.

Just as David declared, “You have put gladness in my heart, more than when their grain and new wine abound.” — Psalm 4:7.

Likewise, God will fill our hearts with a deeper, lasting joy—far greater than the temporary happiness that the prosperous and mocking people gain from their wealth.

🦋 Meditation verse - சங்கீதம் 34: 4 / Psalm 34:4

 "விதைகளின் உள்ளே" 🌳 

📖 வேதாகமத் தியானம் எண் - 1779                                   🔆 ஆதவன் 21.12.2025 ஞாயிறு  

"நான் கர்த்தரைத் தேடினேன், அவர் எனக்குச் செவிகொடுத்து, என்னுடைய எல்லாப் பயத்துக்கும் என்னை நீங்கலாக்கிவிட்டார்." ( சங்கீதம் 34: 4)

இந்த உலகத்தில் பல்வேறு காரியங்கள் மனிதர்களைப் பயமடையச் செய்கின்றன. நோய்கள், கடன் பாரங்கள், நமக்கு எதிராகச் சிலர் செய்யும் காரியங்கள், வேலைவாய்ப்பில்லாததால் எதிர்காலத்தைக்குறித்த பயம் போன்றவை நம்மைக்  கலக்கமடையச் செய்கின்றன.  இத்தகைய பயங்களுக்கு நமது நண்பர்கள், உறவினர்கள் நமக்கு ஆறுதல் வார்த்தைகளைக் கூறி தைரியப்படுத்தலாம். ஆனால், நாம் தனித்திருக்கும்போது அனைத்துப் பயங்களும் மீண்டும் நம்மைச் குழ்ந்துகொள்கின்றன. 

இன்றைய தியான வசனத்தில் தாவீது தனது அனுபவத்திலிருந்து கண்டுகொண்டதை எழுதிவைத்துள்ளார். "இந்த ஏழை கூப்பிட்டான், கர்த்தர் கேட்டு, அவனை அவன் இடுக்கண்களுக்கெல்லாம் நீங்கலாக்கி இரட்சித்தார்." ( சங்கீதம் 34: 6) என்கின்றார் அவர். அதாவது, மனிதர்களைப்போல வெறும் ஆறுதல் வார்த்தைகளை மட்டும் தேவன் நமக்குத் தருவதில்லை; மாறாக, நம்முடைய  எல்லாப் பயத்துக்கும் நம்மை நீங்கலாக்கிவிடுகின்றார். 

பயம் நம்மைவிட்டு அகலவேண்டுமானால் முதலில் நாம் கர்த்தரிடம் அன்புள்ளவர்களாக வாழவேண்டியது அவசியம்.  உலக மனிதர்களிடமும், நண்பர்களிடமும், நமது உறவினர்களிடமும் நமது வேதனை, பயங்கள் இவற்றை பகிர்ந்துகொள்வதைவிட கர்த்தரிடம் பகிர்ந்துகொள்ளும் நிலைக்கு நாம் வரவேண்டும். அவரிடம் நாம் அன்புகொள்ளும்போது நாம் அவரிடம் ஒரு நண்பனிடம் பகிர்ந்துகொள்வதைப்போல நமது பிரச்சனைகளைப் பகிர்ந்துகொள்ளமுடியும். 

அப்படி நாம் கர்த்தரிடம் பூரண அன்புகொள்ளும்போது அந்த அன்பு பயத்தைப் புறம்பேத் தள்ளிவிடும் என்கின்றார் அப்போஸ்தலராகிய யோவான். "அன்பிலே பயமில்லை; பூரண அன்பு பயத்தைப் புறம்பே தள்ளும்; பயமானது வேதனையுள்ளது, பயப்படுகிறவன் அன்பில் பூரணப்பட்டவன் அல்ல." (1 யோவான் 4:18) நமக்குள் பயம் ஏற்படுகின்றது என்றால் நாம் இன்னும் தேவன்மேல் கொள்ளும் அன்பில் முழுமை அடையவில்லை என்று பொருள். தேவனிடம் பூரண அன்பு இருக்குமானால், "நான் அன்புசெய்யும் தேவன் என்னை அன்பு செய்கிறார், எனவே நிச்சயமாக என்னை எனது எல்லாத் துன்பத்திலிருந்தும் விடுவிப்பார்" என்றுச் சொல்லி தைரியமாக இருக்கமுடியும்.  

மருத்துவர்களால் கைவிடப்பட்ட தீராத நோய் நம்மைத் தாக்கும்போது எந்த மனிதனும் நம்முடைய பயத்தைப் போக்கிட முடியாது. மிகப்பெரிய கடன் நம்மை நெருக்கி நமது சொத்துக்கள் அனைத்தையும் இழந்துவிடக்கூடிய நிலை வரும்போது எந்த உறவினரும் நமக்கு முழுத் தீர்வையும் கொடுக்கமுடியாது. ஆம் அன்பானவர்களே, அத்தகைய சூழ்நிலைகளில் கர்த்தர் மட்டுமே நமக்கு உதவிடமுடியும். அப்போது நாமும் தாவீதைப்போல "நான் கர்த்தரைத் தேடினேன், அவர் எனக்குச் செவிகொடுத்து, என்னுடைய எல்லாப் பயத்துக்கும் என்னை நீங்கலாக்கிவிட்டார்." என்று கூறமுடியும். 

பிரச்சனைகள் ஏற்படும்போது மட்டும் தேவனைத் தேடி அவரிடம் ஜெபிப்பது சரியானத் தீர்வாக இருக்காது. எப்போதுமே நாம் உண்மையான உள்ளத்துடன் தேவனை அன்புசெய்து வாழவேண்டியது அவசியம்.  பிரச்சனைகள் ஏற்படும்போதுமட்டும் ஆலயம் ஆலயமாக ஓடுவது அவரை அன்புசெய்வதல்ல; மாறாக, உண்மையான இதயத்துடன் நமது குடும்பத்தில் உள்ளவர்களிடம் நாம் அன்பு செலுத்துவதுபோல அவரை அன்புசெய்வதையே அவர் விரும்புகின்றார். அப்போது அவர் நமக்குச் செவிகொடுத்து நமது எல்லா பயங்களுக்கும் நம்மை நீங்கலாக்கி விடுவார். 

மட்டுமல்ல, கர்த்தரிடம் பூரண அன்பு கொள்ளும்போது மட்டுமே நாம் பரிசுத்தமாக வாழமுடியும்; பாவத்தை மேற்கொள்ளமுடியும். இப்படி நாம் பரிசுத்தமாகும்போது அவருக்குப் பிரியமானவர்கள் ஆகின்றோம். எனவே,  அவர் நம்மை எந்தக் குறையுமில்லாமல் நடத்துவார். இதனையே இன்றைய தியான வசன சங்கீதத்தில் தொடர்ந்து தாவீது "கர்த்தருடைய பரிசுத்தவான்களே, அவருக்குப் பயந்திருங்கள்; அவருக்குப் பயந்தவர்களுக்குக் குறைவில்லை." ( சங்கீதம் 34: 9) என்று கூறுகின்றார். 

கர்த்தருக்குப் பயந்த பரிசுத்த வாழ்க்கை வாழ்வோம்; அப்போது அவர் நமக்குச் செவிகொடுத்து, நம்முடைய எல்லாப் பயத்துக்கும் நம்மை நீங்கலாக்கிவிடுவார்.

📖 Bible Meditation No. 1779
🔆 AATHAVAN – Sunday, 21.12.2025

“I sought the LORD, and He answered me, and delivered me from all my fears.” (Psalm 34:4)

In this world, many things cause human beings to be afraid. Diseases, the burden of debts, the harmful actions of people who oppose us, and fear about the future due to unemployment often disturb our hearts. At such times, our friends and relatives may try to encourage us with comforting words. However, when we are alone, all those fears once again surround and overwhelm us.

In today’s meditation verse, David writes what he discovered from his own experience:

“This poor man cried, and the LORD heard him and saved him out of all his troubles.” (Psalm 34:6)

This means that unlike human beings who offer only words of comfort, God does not merely console us; rather, He truly delivers us from all our fears.

If fear is to depart from us, it is essential that we first live as those who truly love the Lord. Instead of sharing our pain and fears only with people of this world—friends and relatives—we must come to a place where we share them with the Lord. When we love Him, we are able to pour out our problems before Him just as we would share our heart with a close friend.

When we love the Lord with perfect love, that love drives away fear, as the apostle John declares:

“There is no fear in love; but perfect love casts out fear, because fear involves punishment, and the one who fears is not perfected in love.” (1 John 4:18)

If fear arises within us, it means that we have not yet reached completeness in our love toward God. But when we possess perfect love for Him, we can confidently say, “The God whom I love loves me; therefore, He will surely deliver me from all my afflictions.”

When an incurable disease attacks us and doctors have given up hope, no human being can remove our fear. When overwhelming debt presses upon us and threatens to take away all our possessions, no relative can offer a complete solution. Yes, beloved, in such situations, only the Lord can help us. Then, like David, we too will be able to say:

“I sought the LORD, and He answered me, and delivered me from all my fears.” (Psalm 34:4)

Seeking God and praying only when problems arise is not the right solution. It is essential that we love God at all times with a sincere heart. Running from one place of worship to another only when troubles come is not true love for Him. Rather, He desires that we love Him with a genuine heart, just as we show love to the members of our own family. When we do so, He will hear us and deliver us from all our fears.

Moreover, only when we love the Lord with perfect love can we live a holy life and overcome sin. As we grow in holiness, we become pleasing to Him, and He will take care of us without any lack. This is why David continues in today’s Psalm:

“O fear the LORD, you, His saints; For to those who fear Him there is no want.” (Psalm 34:9)

Let us live a holy life, fearing the Lord. Then He will hear us and deliver us from all our fears.

🦋 Meditation verse - எசேக்கியேல் 3: 11 / Ezekiel 3:11

 "விதைகளின் உள்ளே" 🌳 

📖 வேதாகமத் தியானம் எண் - 1778                                   🔆 ஆதவன் 20.12.2025 சனி  

"நீ போய், சிறைப்பட்ட உன் ஜனத்தின் புத்திரரிடத்திலே சேர்ந்து, அவர்கள் கேட்டாலும் கேளாவிட்டாலும் அவர்களோடே பேசி, கர்த்தராகிய ஆண்டவர் இன்னின்னதை உரைக்கிறார் என்று அவர்களோடே சொல் என்றார்." ( எசேக்கியேல் 3: 11)

இந்த உலகம் பொல்லாங்கனாகிய பிசாசின் பிடியினில் இருக்கின்றது. எனவே பலவீனமான மனிதர்களை அவன் தனக்குச் சாதகமாகப் பயன்படுத்துகின்றான். அதாவது அவர்கள் பிசாசிடம் சிறைப்பட்டவர்களாக உள்ளனர். ஆனால், நாம் கிறிஸ்துவால் மீட்கப்படும்போது அவரது பிள்ளைகளாக மாறுகின்றோம். இதனையே அப்போஸ்தலரான யோவான், "நாம் தேவனால் உண்டாயிருக்கிறோமென்றும், உலகமுழுவதும்  பொல்லாங்கனுக்குள்  கிடக்கிறதென்றும் அறிந்திருக்கிறோம்." (1 யோவான் 5:19) என்று கூறுகின்றார். 

இன்றைய தியான வசனம்,  கிறிஸ்துவால் மீட்கப்பட்ட நீ போய், பிசாசுக்கு அடிமையாகி பாவத்தினால் சிறைப்பட்ட ஜனத்தின் புத்திரரிடத்திலே சேர்ந்து, அவர்கள் கேட்டாலும் கேளாவிட்டாலும் அவர்களோடே பேசி, கர்த்தராகிய ஆண்டவர் இன்னின்னதை உரைக்கிறார் என்று அவர்களோடே சொல்  என்று கூறுகின்றது. 

பொதுவாக கிறிஸ்துவின் நற்செய்தியைப் பலரும் விரும்பிக் கேட்பதில்லை. அதுபற்றி நாம் கவலைப்படாமல் அவர்கள் கேட்டாலும் கேளாவிட்டாலும் அவர்களுக்கு கிறிஸ்துவை அறிவிக்கவேண்டியது அவசியம். கிறிஸ்துவை அறிவிக்க பெரிய பேச்சாற்றலும், எழுத்தாற்றலும், உடல் வலிமையும் தேவையில்லை. காரணம், கிறிஸ்துவை நாம் நமது வாழ்வால் மற்றவர்களுக்கு அறிவிக்க முடியும்.  மட்டுமல்ல,  சாட்சியுள்ள வாழ்க்கை வாழ்ந்துகொண்டு நாம் நமது வாழ்வில் சந்திக்கும் கிறிஸ்துவை அறியாதவர்களுக்கு கிறிஸ்துவைப்பற்றி அறிவிக்கும்போது அவர்கள் அதனை ஏற்றுக்கொள்வார்கள்.  

இப்படி நற்செய்தியை அறிவிப்பது நமது கடமை. ஆண்டவராகிய இயேசு கிறிஸ்துத் தான் பரலோகம் செல்லுமுன் சீடர்களிடம் கூறினார், "நீங்கள் உலகமெங்கும்போய், சர்வ சிருஷ்டிக்கும் சுவிசேஷத்தைப் பிரசங்கியுங்கள்.  விசுவாசமுள்ளவனாகி ஞானஸ்நானம் பெற்றவன் இரட்சிக்கப்படுவான்; விசுவாசியாதவனோ ஆக்கினைக்குள்ளாகத் தீர்க்கப்படுவான்." ( மாற்கு 16: 15,16) என்று. 

எனவேதான் அப்போஸ்தலராகிய பவுலும், "சுவிசேஷத்தை நான் பிரசங்கித்துவந்தும், மேன்மைபாராட்ட எனக்கு இடமில்லை; அது என்மேல் விழுந்த கடமையாயிருக்கிறது; சுவிசேஷத்தை நான் பிரசங்கியாதிருந்தால், எனக்கு ஐயோ." (1 கொரிந்தியர் 9:16) என்று கூறுகின்றார். 

கிறிஸ்துவின் இரத்தத்தால் உண்டாகும் பாவ மன்னிப்பு, இரட்சிப்பு, நித்திய ஜீவன் போன்றவற்றையே  நாம் அறிவிக்கவேண்டும். இதனையே, "கர்த்தராகிய ஆண்டவர் இன்னின்னதை உரைக்கிறார் என்று அவர்களோடே சொல் என்றார்" என்று இன்றைய தியான வசனம் கூறுகின்றது. இவையே கர்த்தராகிய ஏசு கிறிஸ்து அறிவிக்கச்சொன்னச்  செய்தி.  இந்தச் சத்தியங்களை நாம் கூறும்போது மற்றவர்கள் அதனை ஏற்றுக்கொண்டாலும் ஏற்றுக்கொள்ளாவிட்டாலும் அதனை நாம் அறிவிக்கவேண்டியது அவசியம்.  

இப்படிக் கூறுவதால்,  பைத்தியக்காரன் கூறிக்கொண்டு இருப்பதுபோல நாம் கூறவேண்டும் என்று பொருளல்ல. இந்தச் சத்தியங்களை  இடம், காலம், நேரம் அறிந்து ஞானத்தோடு நாம்  அறிவிக்கவேண்டும். இன்று இந்த ஞானமும் பரிசுத்த ஆவியானவரின் வழிநடத்துதலும் இல்லாமல் சில ஊழியர்கள் செயல்படுவதால் பிறரால் தாக்கப்படுகின்றனர்; அவமதிக்கப்படுகின்றனர். ஒரு இடத்தில் நம்மை ஏற்றுக்கொள்ளாவிட்டால் வலுக்கட்டாயமாக அங்கு நாம் நுழைந்து கிறிஸ்துவை அறிவிக்க அவர் சொல்லவில்லை; அவரும் அப்படிச் செய்யவில்லை.  

ஆம், "எவனாகிலும் உங்களை ஏற்றுக்கொள்ளாமலும், உங்கள் வார்த்தைகளைக் கேளாமலும்போனால், அந்த வீட்டையாவது பட்டணத்தையாவது விட்டுப் புறப்படும்போது, உங்கள் கால்களில் படிந்த தூசியை உதறிப்போடுங்கள். நியாயத்தீர்ப்புநாளிலே அந்தப் பட்டணத்திற்கு நேரிடுவதைப்பார்க்கிலும் சோதோம் கொமோரா நாட்டிற்கு நேரிடுவது இலகுவாயிருக்கும் என்று, மெய்யாகவே உங்களுக்குச் சொல்லுகிறேன்." ( மத்தேயு 10: 14, 15) என்றுதான் அவர் கூறியிருக்கிறார்.

எனவே, சிறைப்பட்ட மக்களிடம் சென்று அவர்கள் கேட்டாலும் கேளாவிட்டாலும் கர்த்தராகிய ஆண்டவர் இன்னின்னதை உரைக்கிறார் என்று அவர்களோடே கிறிஸ்துவின் நற்செய்தியை அறிவிப்போம். கேட்கச் செவியுள்ளவன் கேட்கட்டும் என்கிறார் கர்த்தராகிய இயேசு கிறிஸ்து.

🔆 AATHAVAN – Saturday, 20.12.2025

“Go to the exiles, to the sons of your people, and speak to them and tell them, whether they listen or not, ‘Thus says the Lord GOD.’” (Ezekiel 3:11)

This world lies in the power of the evil one. Therefore, Satan takes advantage of weak human beings and uses them for his own purposes. In other words, they live as captives under his control. But when we are redeemed by Christ, we become children of God. The apostle John affirms this truth, saying:

“We know that we are of God, and that the whole world lies in the power of the evil one.” (1 John 5:19)

Today’s meditation verse calls you, who have been redeemed by Christ, to go to the sons of the people who are enslaved by sin and held captive by Satan, and to speak to them—whether they listen or not—declaring to them, “Thus says the Lord GOD.”

Generally, many people are not eager to listen to the good news of Christ. Yet, without being discouraged by this, it is essential that we proclaim Christ to them, whether they listen or refuse. To proclaim Christ, one does not need great oratory skills, literary ability, or physical strength. The reason is that we can reveal Christ to others through our very lives. Moreover, when we live a life of testimony and share about Christ with those who do not know Him—Christ whom we personally encounter in our daily lives—they are more likely to receive that message.

Proclaiming the gospel in this manner is our responsibility. Before ascending into heaven, the Lord Jesus Christ said to His disciples:

“Go into all the world and preach the gospel to all creation. He who has believed and has been baptized shall be saved; but he who has disbelieved shall be condemned.” (Mark 16:15–16)

That is why the apostle Paul also declared:

“For if I preach the gospel, I have nothing to boast of, for I am under compulsion; for woe is me if I do not preach the gospel.” (1 Corinthians 9:16)

What we are called to proclaim is the forgiveness of sins, salvation, and eternal life that come through the blood of Christ. This is precisely what today’s meditation verse emphasizes when it says, “Tell them, ‘Thus says the Lord GOD.’” These are the very truths that the Lord Jesus Christ commanded us to proclaim. Whether others accept these truths or reject them, it remains our duty to declare them.

However, this does not mean that we should speak thoughtlessly, as though repeating words without wisdom. These truths must be proclaimed with discernment—knowing the right place, time, and occasion. Today, because some ministers act without such wisdom and without the guidance of the Holy Spirit, they face opposition and humiliation. The Lord never instructed us to force ourselves into places where we are not welcomed in order to proclaim Christ; nor did He act in that manner Himself.

Yes, He clearly said:

“Whoever does not receive you, nor heed your words, as you go out of that house or that city, shake the dust off your feet. Truly I say to you, it will be more tolerable for the land of Sodom and Gomorrah in the day of judgment than for that city.” (Matthew 10:14–15)

Therefore, let us go to those who are in captivity and proclaim the gospel of Christ to them, whether they listen or not, declaring, “Thus says the Lord GOD.” The Lord Jesus Christ says, “He who has ears to hear, let him hear.”

🦋 Meditation verse - லுூக்கா 17: 26,27 / Luke 17:26–27

 "விதைகளின் உள்ளே" 🌳 

📖 வேதாகமத் தியானம் எண் - 1777                                    🔆 ஆதவன் 19.12.2025 வெள்ளி 

"நோவாவின் நாட்களில் நடந்ததுபோல மனுஷகுமாரனுடைய நாட்களிலும் நடக்கும். நோவா பேழைக்குள் பிரவேசித்த நாள்வரைக்கும் ஜனங்கள் புசித்துக் குடித்தார்கள், பெண்கொண்டு கொடுத்தார்கள்; ஜலப்பிரளயம் வந்து எல்லாரையும் அழித்துப்போட்டது." ( லுூக்கா 17: 26,27)

இன்று பெரும்பாலான கிறிஸ்தவ போதகர்கள் உலக ஆசீர்வாதங்களையேப் போதித்து மக்களைத் தங்கள் பக்கம் இழுத்துக்கொண்டிருக்கின்றார். மக்களும் இப்படிப் போதிக்கும் ஆசீவாதப்  போதகர்களை மேன்மையாகவும் கிறிஸ்துவின் வருகையினைப்பற்றி போதிக்கும் ஊழியர்களை கேலியாகவும் எண்ணி தங்களது பொருள் ஆசீர்வாதத்தினால் திருப்தியாகி தேவனைவிட்டு விலகிச் சென்று விடுகின்றனர்.

ஆண்டவராகிய இயேசு கிறிஸ்துத் தனது வருகைக்குமுன் என்னென்ன நிகழும் என்று தீர்க்கத்தரிசனமாக முன்கூறியுள்ளார். வேதாகமத்தை வாசிக்கும்போது அதுகுறித்த தெளிவை இக்காலத்துச் சம்பவங்களுடன் நாம் ஒப்பிட்டுப் பார்த்து  உணர்ந்துகொள்ளலாம். ஆனால், இன்றைய தியான வசனம் கூறும் உண்மை மற்றும் கிறிஸ்துவின் இரண்டாம் வருகை,  உலக ஆசீர்வாதத்துக்காகவே தேவனைத் தேடும்  மக்களுக்கு எந்தவித புரிதலையும், உணர்த்துதலையும் கொடுக்காது. எனவே அவர்கள் வழக்கமான முறைமைகளின்படி வாழ்ந்துகொண்டிருப்பார்கள்.  இதனையே இன்றைய தியான வசனம், "ஜனங்கள் புசித்துக் குடித்தார்கள், பெண்கொண்டு கொடுத்தார்கள்" என்று கூறுகின்றது. 

இயேசு கிறிஸ்து தனது இரண்டாம் வருகையினைக் குறித்துக் கூறும்போதுதான்  இன்றைய தியான வசனத்தைக் கூறுகின்றார். நோவாவின் நாட்களில் பூமியில் அக்கிரமம் பெருகி இருந்தது.  "தேவன் பூமியைப் பார்த்தார்; இதோ அது சீர்கெட்டதாயிருந்தது; மாம்சமான யாவரும் பூமியின்மேல் தங்கள் வழியைக் கெடுத்துக்கொண்டிருந்தார்கள்." ( ஆதியாகமம் 6: 12) என்று வாசிக்கின்றோம். எனவே, தேவன் தான் உருவாக்கிய மக்களை அழிக்க சித்தம் கொண்டார்.

ஆனால் தேவனுக்குமுன் உத்தமனாய் நடந்த நோவாவுக்கு கடவுளின் கண்ணில் தயவு கிடைத்தது. எனவே உலகினைத் தான் அழிக்கும்போது அவனையும் அவன் குடும்பத்தையும் காப்பாற்றிட மரத்தால் ஒரு பேழை செய்யுமாறு கூறுகின்றார். நோவா பேழை செய்யும்போது அதனைப் பார்த்தவர்கள் அவனைக் கேலி செய்திருக்கலாம். அவர்களுக்கு நோவா அழிவைக்குறித்துப் போதித்திருக்கலாம். ஆனால், அவர்கள் அவனை நம்பவில்லை; மனம் திரும்பவுமில்லை. புசித்துக் குடித்தார்கள், பெண்கொண்டு கொடுத்தார்கள், இயல்பான தங்கள் வாழ்வைத் தொடர்ந்தார்கள். ஆனால் எல்லோரும் இறுதியில் அழிவுற்றனர். 

இன்றைய தியான வசனத்தைத் தொடர்ந்து இயேசு கிறிஸ்து இன்னொரு உதாரணமும் கூறுகின்றார். "லோத்தினுடைய நாட்களில் நடந்ததுபோலவும் நடக்கும்; ஜனங்கள் புசித்தார்கள், குடித்தார்கள், கொண்டார்கள், விற்றார்கள், நட்டார்கள், கட்டினார்கள்." ( லுூக்கா 17: 28)

இங்கும் லோத்து தனது மருமக்களிடம் சென்று வரவிருக்கும் அழிவினைக் கூறி எச்சரித்தார். ஆனால் அவர்கள் அதனை கேலியாக எண்ணினர். "அப்பொழுது லோத்து புறப்பட்டு, தன் குமாரத்திகளை விவாகம்பண்ணப்போகிற தன் மருமக்கள்மாரோடே பேசி: நீங்கள் எழுந்து இந்த ஸ்தலத்தை விட்டுப் புறப்படுங்கள்; கர்த்தர் இந்தப் பட்டணத்தை அழிக்கப்போகிறார் என்றான்; அவனுடைய மருமக்கள்மாரின் பார்வைக்கு அவன் பரியாசம்பண்ணுகிறதாகக் கண்டது." ( ஆதியாகமம் 19: 14)

இதே நிலைதான் இன்றும் தொடர்கின்றது. இயேசு கிறிஸ்துவின் வருகையினைப்பற்றி கூறினால் கிறிஸ்தவர்கள் என்று தங்களைக் கூறிக்கொள்பவர்கள்கூட நம்புவதில்லை, நம்பினாலும் தங்கள் குணங்களை மாற்றி தேவனிடம் உண்மையாய் மனம்திரும்பி வருவதில்லை. 

இன்றைய தியான வசனத்தின் இறுதியில் நாம் வாசிக்கின்றோம், "ஜலப்பிரளயம் வந்து எல்லாரையும் அழித்துப்போட்டது" என்று. ஆம் அன்பானவர்களே, கிறிஸ்துவின் இரண்டாம் வருகை மின்னலைப்போல வரும் என்று இயேசு கிறிஸ்துக் கூறினார். "மின்னல் வானத்தின் ஒரு திசையில்தோன்றி மறுதிசைவரைக்கும் பிரகாசிக்கிறதுபோல மனுஷகுமாரனும் தம்முடைய நாளிலே தோன்றுவார்". (லூக்கா 17:24) மின்னல் வானில் தோன்றுவதை நாம் பார்த்திருக்கின்றோம். அதாவது அவர் அந்த மின்னல் வேகத்தில் வருவார் என்பது உவமையாகக் கூறப்பட்டுள்ளது. சரியான ஆயத்தமில்லாத வாழ்க்கை வாழும் மக்கள் அந்தக் குறுகிய காலஅவகாசத்தில் தப்பிப்போக எதனையும் செய்யமுடியாது.  

அன்பானவர்களே, வேதாகமத்தில் கூறப்பட்டுள்ள ஆசீர்வாத வசனங்களையல்ல, கிறிஸ்துவின் இரண்டாம் வருகை குறித்து வேதாகமம் கூறும் சத்தியங்களை உணர்ந்துகொண்டு மனம்திரும்பிய வாழ்க்கை வாழவே  நாம் அழைக்கப்படுகின்றோம். நோவா, லோத்து காலத்து மக்களைப்போல நாம் உணர்வற்று வாழ்வோமானால் ஜலப்பிரளயம் வந்து அவர்கள் எல்லாரையும் அழித்துப்போட்டதுபோல நாமும் அழிவுறுவோம்.

“And just as it happened in the days of Noah, so it will be also in the days of the Son of Man: they were eating, they were drinking, they were marrying, they were being given in marriage, until the day that Noah entered the ark, and the flood came and destroyed them all.” (Luke 17:26–27)

Today, many Christian preachers are attracting people by teaching mainly about worldly blessings. People, in turn, highly regard such “prosperity” preachers, while they look down upon and even ridicule those ministers who teach about the coming of Christ. Being satisfied with material prosperity, many drift away from God.

The Lord Jesus Christ prophetically foretold what would take place before His return. When we read the Bible and compare its prophecies with present-day events, we can clearly understand these truths. However, the reality spoken of in today’s meditation verse—and the truth of Christ’s second coming—does not bring understanding or conviction to those who seek God only for worldly blessings. Therefore, they continue to live according to their usual routines. This is exactly what today’s meditation verse says: “they were eating, they were drinking, they were marrying, they were being given in marriage.”

Jesus Christ spoke these words while teaching about His second coming. In the days of Noah, wickedness had greatly increased on the earth. We read:

“God looked on the earth, and behold, it was corrupt; for all flesh had corrupted their way upon the earth.” (Genesis 6:12)

Therefore, God determined to destroy the people He had created.

But Noah, who walked righteously before God, found Favor in His sight. Hence, when God decided to destroy the world, He instructed Noah to build an ark of wood in order to save him and his family. While Noah was building the ark, those who saw him may have mocked him. Noah may have preached to them about the coming destruction, but they did not believe him, nor did they repent. They continued eating and drinking, marrying, and giving in marriage, and carried on with their normal lives. In the end, however, all of them perished.

Continuing from today’s meditation passage, Jesus Christ gives another example:

“It was the same as happened in the days of Lot: they were eating, they were drinking, they were buying, they were selling, they were planting, they were building.” (Luke 17:28)

Here too, Lot went to his sons-in-law and warned them about the coming destruction. But they regarded it as a joke.

“Lot went out and spoke to his sons-in-law, who were to marry his daughters, and said, ‘Up, get out of this place, for the Lord will destroy the city.’ But he appeared to his sons-in-law to be jesting.” (Genesis 19:14)

The same situation continues even today. When the coming of Jesus Christ is spoken about, even those who call themselves Christians do not believe it; and even if they do believe, they do not change their ways or truly repent and return to God.

At the end of today’s meditation verse, we read: “the flood came and destroyed them all.” Yes, beloved, Jesus Christ said that His second coming will be like lightning.

“For just like the lightning, when it flashes out of one part of the sky, shines to the other part of the sky, so will the Son of Man be in His day.” (Luke 17:24)

We have all seen lightning appear suddenly in the sky. This is a figurative way of saying that He will come with suddenness and speed. Those who live unprepared lives will not be able to do anything to escape in that very short moment.

Beloved, we are not called merely to cling to the Bible’s promises of blessing, but to understand the truths the Bible declares about the second coming of Christ and to live a life of repentance. If we live without spiritual awareness like the people of Noah’s and Lot’s days, then just as the flood came and destroyed them all, we too will face destruction.

🦋 Meditation verse - கலாத்தியர் 3:13 / Galatians 3:13

 "விதைகளின் உள்ளே" 🌳 

📖 வேதாகமத் தியானம் எண் - 1776                                   🔆 ஆதவன் 18.12.2025 வியாழன்     

"மரத்திலே தூக்கப்பட்ட எவனும் சபிக்கப்பட்டவன் என்று எழுதியிருக்கிறபடி, கிறிஸ்து நமக்காகச் சாபமாகி, நியாயப்பிரமாணத்தின் சாபத்திற்கு நம்மை நீங்கலாக்கி மீட்டுக்கொண்டார்." (கலாத்தியர் 3:13)

சிலர் வாழ்வில் தேவ ஆசீர்வாதங்களைப் பெறுவதற்கு குடும்ப சாபங்கள் தடையாக இருக்கின்றன. முன்னோர்கள் செய்த சில அக்கிரமச்செயல்கள் பிள்ளைகளைப் பாதிப்பதுண்டு. ஆனால் இதனைப் பலர் ஏற்றுக்கொள்வதில்லை.  இது எப்படி நியாயமாகும் என்று பலர் கேள்வி எழுப்புவதுண்டு. 

ஆனால், முன்னோர்கள் சம்பாதித்து வைத்தச் சொத்துக்களையும்  பெற்றோரின் சொத்துக்களையும் அனுபவிக்கும் உரிமை பிள்ளைகளுக்கு உள்ளதல்லவா? அதுபோலவே அவர்கள் செய்த அக்கிரமச்  செயல்களும் பிள்ளைகளைப் பாதிப்பதுண்டு.  காரணம், பலர் அக்கிரமமான செயல்கள்மூலம் அதிகமான சொத்துக்களைச் சேர்க்கின்றனர்.  அப்படிச் சேர்க்கப்படும் சொத்துக்களை அனுபவிக்கும் சந்ததிகளுக்கு அவர்கள் செய்த அநியாயங்களின் பலன்கள் வந்தடைகின்றன. 

ஆவிக்குரிய வாழ்விலும் இதுவே உண்மையாக இருக்கின்றது. 

வேதாகம அடிப்படையில் பழைய ஏற்பட்டுச் சட்டங்கள் (நியாயப்பிரமாணங்கள்) முன்னோர்களது சொத்துக்கள் போன்றவை. அவைகளை மாற்றி, "கிறிஸ்துவில் வைக்கும் விசுவாசம்" எனும் கிருபையின் மேலான சொத்தினை நமக்குத் தரும்படி கிறிஸ்து உலகினில் வந்தார்.  இன்றைய தியான வசனம் நமக்குக் கூறுகின்றது, "கிறிஸ்து நமக்காகச் சாபமாகி, நியாயப்பிரமாணத்தின் சாபத்திற்கு நம்மை நீங்கலாக்கி மீட்டுக்கொண்டார்" என்று. அதாவது, நியாயப்பிரமானத்தைச் "சாபம்" என்று இங்கு பவுல் அப்போஸ்தலர் கூறுகின்றார்.  அதாவது பழைய ஏற்பாட்டுச்சட்டங்களைத் தான் சாபம் என்று கூறுகின்றார். காரணம், இந்தச் சட்டங்கள் எது பாவம் என்று மட்டும் நமக்கு அறிவுறுத்துகின்றனவேத் தவிர, பாவத்திலிருந்து முழு விடுதலையைத் தருவதில்லை. 

ஆம் இதனையே பவுல் அப்போஸ்தலர், "இப்படியிருக்க, பாவத்தை அறிகிற அறிவு நியாயப்பிரமாணத்தினால் வருகிறபடியால், எந்த மனுஷனும் நியாயப்பிரமாணத்தின் கிரியைகளினாலே  தேவனுக்கு முன்பாக நீதிமானாக்கப்படுவதில்லை". (ரோமர் 3:20) என்று கூறுகின்றார். அதாவது எது பாவம் என்று நியாயப்பிரமாணம் கூறுகின்றதே தவிர அந்தப் பாவங்களிலிருந்து அவை மனிதனை முற்றிலும் விடுவிப்பதில்லை. ஆனால், இன்றும் பலரும் நியாயப்பிரமாண கட்டளைகளைக் கிளிப்பிள்ளைப்போல வாயினால் கூறிக்கொண்டு அவற்றுக்கு முரணாக நடந்துகொண்டிருக்கின்றனர்.

மேலும் நியாயப்பிரமாணத்தினால் மனிதர்களது சுய நீதி வெளிப்படுகின்றதேத்  தவிர மேலான தேவ நீதி அவற்றின்மூலம் வெளிப்படுவதில்லை. எனவேதான் அப்போஸ்தலராகிய பவுல், "நான் கிறிஸ்துவை ஆதாயப்படுத்திக் கொள்ளும்படிக்கும், நியாயப்பிரமாணத்தினால் வருகிற சுயநீதியை உடையவனாயிராமல்,              கிறிஸ்துவைப் பற்றும்   விசுவாசத்தினால்                வருகிறதும் விசுவாசமூலமாய் தேவனால் உண்டாயிருக்கிறதுமான நீதியை உடையவனாயிருந்து, கிறிஸ்துவுக்குள் இருக்கிறவனென்று காணப்படும்படிக்கும்," (பிலிப்பியர் 3:9) என்று கூறுகின்றார். 

எனவேதான் நமது ஆண்டவராகிய இயேசு கிறிஸ்து இந்த உலகத்தில் வந்து சிலுவை மரணத்தை ஏற்று நியாயப்பிரமாணத்தின் சாபத்துக்கு நம்மை நீங்கலாக்கினார். இதனையே, "மரத்திலே தூக்கப்பட்ட எவனும் சபிக்கப்பட்டவன் என்று எழுதியிருக்கிறபடி, கிறிஸ்து நமக்காகச் சாபமாகி, நியாயப்பிரமாணத்தின் சாபத்திற்கு நம்மை நீங்கலாக்கி மீட்டுக்கொண்டார்". என்று இன்றைய தியான வசனம் கூறுகின்றது. 

முன்னோர்களின் சொத்து போன்ற நியாயப்பிரமாணம் மோசேமூலம் கொடுக்கப்பட்டது. ஆனால் இயேசு கிறிஸ்துவின்மூலம் மேலான கிருபையின் பிரமாணம் கொடுக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது. இதனையே அப்போஸ்தலரான யோவான், "எப்படியெனில் நியாயப்பிரமாணம் மோசேயின் மூலமாய்க் கொடுக்கப்பட்டது, கிருபையும் சத்தியமும் இயேசுகிறிஸ்துவின் மூலமாய் உண்டாயின." ( யோவான் 1: 17) என்று கூறுகின்றார். ஆம், "விசுவாசிக்கிற எவனுக்கும் நீதி உண்டாகும்படியாகக் கிறிஸ்து நியாயப்பிரமாணத்தின் முடிவாயிருக்கிறார்." ( ரோமர் 10: 4)

கிறிஸ்துவை விசுவாசிக்காமல் நியாயப்பிரமாண கட்டளைகளை மட்டும் பற்றிக்கொண்டிருப்போமானால் நமக்குச் சாபமே வரும். எனவே, "......................நீங்கள் சாபத்தீடானதை உங்கள் நடுவிலிருந்து நிக்கிரகம்பண்ணாவிட்டால், இனி உங்களோடு இரேன்." ( யோசுவா 7: 12) என்கிறார் கர்த்தராகிய இயேசு கிறிஸ்து.

“Christ redeemed us from the curse of the Law, having become a curse for us—for it is written, ‘Cursed is everyone who hangs on a tree.’” (Galatians 3:13)

In the lives of some people, family curses seem to hinder the experience of God’s blessings. The sinful actions committed by ancestors sometimes affect their children and later generations. Many, however, find it difficult to accept this reality and often question, “How can this be just?”

Yet, do not children have the right to enjoy the wealth accumulated by their forefathers and the property of their parents? In the same way, the consequences of the injustices committed by ancestors can also affect their descendants. Many people amass great wealth through unrighteous means, and the generations that enjoy such unlawfully gained riches often reap the outcomes of those injustices.

This truth applies spiritually as well.

From a biblical perspective, the laws of the Old Covenant (the Law) are like ancestral property. Christ came into this world to replace them and to give us a far greater inheritance—the grace that comes through faith in Christ. Today’s meditation verse declares that “Christ redeemed us from the curse of the Law by becoming a curse for us.” Here, the apostle Paul refers to the Law itself as a curse. That is, he points to the Old Covenant laws as a curse—not because they are evil, but because they only reveal what sin is and do not provide complete deliverance from sin.

The apostle Paul explains this clearly:

“Because by the works of the Law no flesh will be justified in His sight; for through the Law comes the knowledge of sin.” (Romans 3:20)

The Law tells us what sin is, but it cannot fully free a person from sin. Even today, many people repeatedly recite the commandments of the Law like parrots, yet live in complete contradiction to them.

Moreover, through the Law, human self-righteousness is exposed, but the higher righteousness of God is not revealed through it. That is why the apostle Paul says:

“…and may be found in Him, not having a righteousness of my own derived from the Law, but that which is through faith in Christ, the righteousness which comes from God on the basis of faith.” (Philippians 3:9)

For this very reason, our Lord Jesus Christ came into this world, accepted death on the cross, and delivered us from the curse of the Law. This is exactly what today’s meditation verse proclaims:

“Christ redeemed us from the curse of the Law, having become a curse for us.” (Galatians 3:13)

The Law, like ancestral inheritance, was given through Moses. But through Jesus Christ, a superior covenant of grace has been given. As the apostle John declares:

“For the Law was given through Moses; grace and truth were realized through Jesus Christ.” (John 1:17)

Yes indeed,

“For Christ is the end of the Law for righteousness to everyone who believes.” (Romans 10:4)

If we cling only to the commandments of the Law without believing in Christ, what remains for us is a curse. Therefore, the Lord warns:

“… unless you remove the things under the ban from your midst, I will not be with you anymore.” (Joshua 7:12)
