🦋 Meditation verse - நியாயாதிபதிகள் 6 : 12 / Judges 6:12

 "விதைகளின் உள்ளே" 🌳 

வேதாகமத் தியானம் எண் - 1599                                          ஆதவன்,  24.06.2025 செவ்வாய்           

"கர்த்தருடைய தூதனானவர் அவனுக்குத் தரிசனமாகி: பராக்கிரமசாலியே கர்த்தர் உன்னோடே இருக்கிறார் என்றார்." ( நியாயாதிபதிகள் 6 : 12 )

இந்த உலகம் நம்மை எத்தனை அற்பமானவர்களாகக் கருதினாலும் கர்த்தர் அப்படி நம்மைப் பார்ப்பதில்லை. அவர் நம்மில் எவரையும் பயன்படுத்த முடியும். அதுபோலவே  நாம் உடல்வலு, பணம், பதவி இவற்றில் எவ்வளவு பலவீனர்களாக இருந்தாலும் கர்த்தர் நம்மைப் பலவான்களாக மாற்றிட முடியும். அதனையே நாம் கிதியோனது வாழ்வின்மூலம் அறிய முடிகின்றது. 

மீதியானியர்  இஸ்ரவேலர்மேல் பலத்திருந்த காலம் அது. மீதியானியர் அவ்வப்போது இஸ்ரவேலரை நெருக்கி  அவர்களது உடைமைகளையும் அவர்களது வயலின் விளைச்சல்களையும் கொள்ளையிட்டனர். அப்போது இஸ்ரவேலர் தங்களுக்கு ஒரு இரட்சகன் கிடையமாட்டானா என்று ஏங்கித் தவித்தனர். அப்போது ஒருநாள் கிதியோன் எனும் வாலிபன்  தனது கோதுமைப் பயிரை அறுவடைசெய்து அதனைப் போரடித்துக்கொண்டிருந்தான். 

மீதியானியர்கள் வந்து அதனைக் கொள்ளையடித்துவிடக்கூடாது என்பதற்காக தனது ஆலையின் அருகிலேயே வைத்து அதனைப் போரடித்தான். ஏனெனில் மீதியானியர் எப்போது வருவார்கள் என்று தெரியாது. அப்போதுதான் கர்த்தருடைய தூதன் அவன்முன் வந்து நின்று, "பராக்கிரமசாலியே கர்த்தர் உன்னோடே இருக்கிறார் என்றார்." ஆனால் கிதியோன் தனது அற்பமான குடும்ப நிலைமையை எடுத்துக் கூறுகின்றான். "ஆ என் ஆண்டவரே, நான் இஸ்ரவேலை எதினாலே இரட்சிப்பேன்; இதோ, மனாசேயில் என் குடும்பம் மிகவும் எளியது; என் தகப்பன் வீட்டில் நான் எல்லாரிலும் சிறியவன் என்றான்." ( நியாயாதிபதிகள் 6 : 15 )

அன்பானவர்களே, கிதியோன்போல நாமும் நம்மைப் பலவீனர்கள் எனக் கருதி இதுபோல சூழ்நிலைகளை எண்ணிப்  பயந்துகொண்டிருக்கலாம். நம்மைவிட பலசாலிகளான மற்றவர்களுக்குக்கூட  இப்படி நடந்துள்ளதே,  அப்படியானால் நாம் எம்மாத்திரம் என எண்ணலாம். ஆனால் கர்த்தருடைய கரம் நம்மோடு இருக்குமானால் நாம் பலசாலிகள் என்பதை உணர்ந்துகொள்ள வேண்டும். கர்த்தர் நம்மோடு இருப்பாரானால்  நமக்கு இருக்கின்ற அற்பமான பலமே நமது எல்லா பிரச்சனைகளையும் சமாளிக்கப் போதுமானது. 

எனவேதான் கர்த்தர் கிதியோனைப்பார்த்து, "உனக்கு இருக்கிற இந்தப் பலத்தோடே போ; நீ இஸ்ரவேலை மீதியானியரின் கைக்கு நீங்கலாக்கி இரட்சிப்பாய்; உன்னை அனுப்புகிறவர் நான் அல்லவா என்றார்." ( நியாயாதிபதிகள் 6 : 14 ) ஆம் அன்பானவர்களே, "என் கிருபை உனக்குப் போதும் பலவீனத்தில் என் பலம் பூரணமாய் விளங்கும்" என்று அவர் பவுல் அப்போஸ்தலரைத் திடப்படுத்தவில்லையா? கர்த்தர் நம்மோடு இருக்கும்போது பிரச்சனைகளை மேற்கொள்ளவும் சமாளிக்கவும் நமக்கு இருக்கும் கொஞ்சமான மனித பலம் போதும். 

ஆனாலும் கிதியோன் தனது அற்ப நிலைமையை எண்ணி தேவனிடம் அதனை அறிக்கையிட்டதைப்போல நாமும்  கர்த்தரிடம் அறிக்கையிடலாம். "ஆண்டவரே, நான் பலவீனமானவன் அல்லவா? எனது படிப்பு, குடும்பம், எனது தொழில், எனது வருமானம், எனது உடல்நிலை எல்லாமே மோசமானதாக அல்லவா இருக்கின்றது? நான் எப்படி இந்தப் பிரச்சனைகளைச்  சமாளிப்பேன்?" என அவரிடம் கூறலாம். ஆனால் கர்த்தர் கிதியோனிடம் கூறியது போலவே நம்மோடும் கூறுகின்றார், "வேறு எதனையும் பார்க்காதே, நான் உன்னோடு இருக்கின்றேன்".

தனது பலவீனத்தை ஒத்துக்கொண்டு அதனை தேவனிடம் அறிக்கையிட்ட கிதியோனிடம் தேவன் "நான் உன்னோடேகூட இருப்பேன்; ஒரே மனுஷனை முறிய அடிப்பதுபோல நீ மீதியானியரை முறிய அடிப்பாய் என்றார்." ( நியாயாதிபதிகள் 6 : 16 )

ஆம் அன்பானவர்களே, நமது பலவீனங்களைப் பார்க்கவேண்டாம்; சூழ்நிலைகளைப் பார்க்கவேண்டாம்; பிரச்சனைகளின் தன்மையினைப் பார்த்துப் பயப்படவேண்டாம்.  கர்த்தர் நம்மோடு இருப்பாரானால் நாம் பலசாலிகள்தான்;  பராக்கிரமசாலிகள்தான்.  எத்தனைப் பெரிய பிரச்சனைகள், துன்பங்கள் வந்தாலும் நாம் அவற்றை மேற்கொள்ள முடியும். அன்பானவர்களே, சோர்ந்துபோகவேண்டாம். ஏனெனில்  கர்த்தர் சொல்கின்றார், " நான் உன்னோடேகூட இருப்பேன்"

Scripture Meditation No. 1599

AATHAVAN – Tuesday, 24.06.2025

"And the angel of the Lord appeared unto him, and said unto him, The Lord is with thee, thou mighty man of valour."— Judges 6:12

No matter how insignificant the world may consider us, God does not see us that way. He can use anyone among us for His divine purposes. Even if we are weak in physical strength, lacking in wealth, or low in status, the Lord has the power to transform us into strong and courageous people. This is clearly seen in the life of Gideon.

At the time, the Midianites had oppressed the Israelites severely. They repeatedly attacked and plundered their belongings and harvests. The Israelites longed for a deliverer to rescue them from this bondage. During that period, a young man named Gideon was threshing wheat, hiding near a winepress to keep it safe from the Midianites, uncertain of when they might strike.

He threshed the grain near the winepress to hide it from the Midianites, so they wouldn't come and seize it. He did this because he never knew when the Midianites might attack. It was at that moment that the angel of the Lord appeared before him and said, "The Lord is with thee, thou mighty man of valour." But Gideon responded by highlighting his humble family background. "Oh my Lord, wherewith shall I save Israel? Behold, my family is poor in Manasseh, and I am the least in my father's house." (Judges 6:15)

Dearly beloved, like Gideon, we too may see ourselves as weak and fear our circumstances. We might even think, “If such things could happen to those stronger than us, how much more vulnerable are we?” But we must remember that if the Lord’s hand is upon us, then we are strong. When the Lord is with us, the little strength we do have is enough to face all our challenges.

That is why the Lord said to Gideon:

"Go in this thy might, and thou shalt save Israel from the hand of the Midianites: have not I sent thee?" — Judges 6:14 (KJV)

Yes, beloved, did He not also strengthen Apostle Paul by saying:

"My grace is sufficient for thee: for my strength is made perfect in weakness." — 2 Corinthians 12:9 (KJV)

When God is with us, our little human strength is more than enough to face and overcome our problems.

Still, like Gideon, who acknowledged his weakness before God, we too can pour out our concerns before the Lord: “Lord, am I not weak? My education, my family, my job, my income, my health—aren’t all of these in poor condition? How can I face these problems?” But just as God assured Gideon, He tells us the same today: “Don’t look at anything else. I am with you.”

When Gideon confessed his weakness, God said to him:

"Surely I will be with thee, and thou shalt smite the Midianites as one man." — Judges 6:16 (KJV)

Yes, beloved, let us not look at our weaknesses, nor at our circumstances, nor fear the nature of our problems. If the Lord is with us, we are strong—indeed, mighty warriors! No matter how great the troubles or afflictions may be, we will be able to overcome them.

Dear ones, do not lose heart, for the Lord says: "Surely I will be with thee."

🦋 Meditation verse - எஸ்றா 9 : 6 / Ezra 9:6

 "விதைகளின் உள்ளே" 🌳 

வேதாகமத் தியானம் எண் - 1598                                          ஆதவன்,  23.06.2025 திங்கள்          

"என் தேவனே, நான் என் முகத்தை என் தேவனாகிய உமக்கு முன்பாக ஏறெடுக்க வெட்கிக் கலங்குகிறேன்; எங்கள் அக்கிரமங்கள் எங்கள் தலைக்கு மேலாகப் பெருகிற்று; எங்கள் குற்றம் வானபரியந்தம் வளர்ந்துபோயிற்று." ( எஸ்றா 9 : 6 )

நாம் மெய்யான ஆவிக்குரிய மக்களாக இருப்போமென்றால் இன்றைய தியான வசனத்தில் எஸ்றா கூறுவது போன்ற அனுபவம் நமக்கும் ஏற்பட்டிருக்கும். அதாவது தேவனுக்குமுன் நாம் ஜெபத்துக்காக நிற்கும்போது நமக்குள் பாவ உணர்வு ஏற்பட்டிருக்கும். நம்மால் தேவனை நோக்கி விடுதலையுடன் ஜெபிக்கமுடியாது;  ஆராதிக்கமுடியாது. நமது மனச்சாட்சி நம்மை வாதிக்கும். 

இவ்வளவுக்கும் இந்த வசனத்தைக் கூறும் எஸ்றா சாதாரண மனிதனல்ல, அவர்  மிகப்பெரிய வேத அறிஞராக இருந்தார். தேவனோடு நெருங்கிய ஐக்கியத்தில் அவர் வாழ்ந்தார். எனவே, பாபிலோனிலிருந்து இஸ்ரவேலர் விடுதலைப்பெற்று எருசலேம் தேவாலயத்தைக் கட்டும்படி வந்தபோது எஸ்றா ராஜாவிடம் கேட்ட உதவிகளையெல்லாம் ராஜா அவருக்குக் கொடுத்து உதவினார். "இந்த எஸ்றா இஸ்ரவேலின் தேவனாகிய கர்த்தர் அருளிய மோசேயின் நியாயப்பிரமாணத்திலே தேறின வேதபாரகனாயிருந்தான்; அவனுடைய தேவனாகிய கர்த்தருடைய கரம் அவன்மேல் இருந்ததினால், அவன் கேட்டவைகளையெல்லாம் ராஜா அவனுக்குக் கொடுத்தான்." ( எஸ்றா 7 : 6 ) என்று வாசிக்கின்றோம். 

மட்டுமல்ல, எஸ்றா அவராக எந்தப்பாவமும் செய்யவில்லை. மாறாக அவர் வழிநடத்திய மக்கள் செய்த பாவங்களைத் தனது பாவமாகக் கருதி இந்த ஜெபத்தை தேவனை நோக்கி ஏறெடுக்கின்றார். 

தேவன் தனது மக்களுக்குக் கூறியிருந்த முக்கியமான கட்டளைகளில் ஒன்று பிற இனத்துப் பெண்களோடு திருமண உறவு கொள்ளக்கூடாது என்பதாகும். ஆனால் இஸ்ரவேல் மக்களில் பலர் இந்தக் கட்டளையை மீறினார்கள். இதனையே கடவுளுக்கு ஏற்பில்லாத பாவத்தைச் செய்ததால்  "என் தேவனே, நான் என் முகத்தை என் தேவனாகிய உமக்கு முன்பாக ஏறெடுக்க வெட்கிக் கலங்குகிறேன்; எங்கள் அக்கிரமங்கள் எங்கள் தலைக்கு மேலாகப் பெருகிற்று"  என்கின்றார் எஸ்றா. 

ஆவிக்குரிய அனுபவமில்லாத மக்கள் எப்போது வேண்டுமானாலும் என்னவேண்டுமானாலும் செய்வார்கள். ஆனால் ஆவிக்குரிய மக்கள் தேவ நோக்கம் அறிந்தவர்களாக, தேவ கட்டளையின்படியே எதனையும் செய்வார்கள்.  இதனையே இயேசு கிறிஸ்து தனது சகோதர்களிடம், "என் வேளை இன்னும் வரவில்லை, உங்கள் வேளையோ எப்பொழுதும் ஆயத்தமாயிருக்கிறது." ( யோவான் 7 : 6 ) என்றார். ஆவிக்குரிய அனுபவமில்லாதவர்களுக்கு எல்லா வேளையும்  எதுவும் செய்யும் எண்ணமிருக்கும்; ஆவிக்குரியவர்கள் அப்படிப்பட்டவர்களல்ல. 

ஆம் அன்பானவர்களே, தேவனுக்கு ஏற்பில்லாத செயலைச் செய்துவிட்டு பின்னர் அவரிடம் ஒப்புரவு ஆகாமல் ஆவிக்குரிய மனிதனால்  ஜெபிக்கவோ வேதம் வாசிக்கவோ முடியாது. இதுவே எஸ்றாவின் அனுபவமாக இருந்ததால் இன்றைய தியான வசனத்தில் தேவனாகிய உமக்கு முன்பாக என் முகத்தை ஏறெடுக்க வெட்கிக் கலங்குகிறேன் என்கின்றார். 

நம்மை நாம் நிதானித்துப் பார்ப்போம். நமது ஜெபங்கள் எப்படி இருக்கின்றன. எந்த மனச்சாட்சியின் உணர்வுமில்லாமல் பாவ இதயத்துடன் ஜெபித்துக்கொண்டிருக்கின்றோமா? அப்படியானால் நமது ஜெபத்தை தேவன் கேட்பது கூடாத காரியம்.

ஜெபம் செய்யுமுன்  நமது செயல்களை எண்ணிப்பார்ப்போம். பாவத்துடன் தேவனது முகத்தை  ஏறெடுக்க நமக்கும் எஸ்றாவைப்போல  வெட்கம் உண்டாகவேண்டும். தேவனுக்கு எதிரான பாவங்கள் செய்திருப்போமானால் முதலில் அவரது இரத்தத்தால் நமது பாவங்கள் கழுவி மன்னிக்கப்பட வேண்டுதல் செய்வோம். பாவங்கள் மன்னிக்கப்பட்டபின் நாம் செய்யும் வேண்டுதல்கள் வித்தியாசமானதாக, தேவனுக்கு ஏற்புடையதாக இருக்கும்.

Scripture Meditation No. 1598
AATHAVAN – Monday, 23.06.2025

"O my God, I am ashamed and blush to lift up my face to thee, my God: for our iniquities are increased over our head, and our trespass is grown up unto the heavens." (Ezra 9:6, KJV)

If we are truly spiritual people, we too would have had an experience similar to what Ezra expresses in today’s meditation verse. That is, when we stand before God in prayer, we would have felt a deep conviction of sin within us. We cannot pray freely or worship boldly before God; our conscience would accuse us.

Remarkably, the Ezra who utters this verse is not just an ordinary man. He was a great scribe, deeply learned in the Law of God, and lived in close fellowship with Him. Therefore, when the Israelites were freed from Babylon and returned to Jerusalem to rebuild the temple, the king granted Ezra all the assistance he requested.

As it is written: “This Ezra went up from Babylon; and he was a ready scribe in the law of Moses, which the Lord God of Israel had given: and the king granted him all his request, according to the hand of the Lord his God upon him.” (Ezra 7:6, KJV)

Not only that, Ezra himself had not committed any sin. Yet, he considered the sins of the people he was leading as his own and offered this heartfelt prayer to God.

One of the most important commandments God had given His people was that they should not intermarry with women from other nations. But many among the Israelites had violated this very command. That is why Ezra laments before God saying: "O my God, I am ashamed and blush to lift up my face to thee, my God: for our iniquities are increased over our head."

People without spiritual experience will do whatever they like, whenever they like. But spiritual people, being aware of God’s will, act only in accordance with His commandments. This is what Jesus said to His brethren:

"My time is not yet come: but your time is always ready." (John 7:6, KJV) 

Those without spiritual discernment believe any time is right for anything. But spiritual people are not like that.

Dear beloved, after committing an act that displeases God, a spiritual person cannot simply pray or read the Scriptures without first making amends. That’s why Ezra confesses in today’s verse, "I am ashamed and blush to lift up my face to thee."

Let us examine ourselves. How are our prayers? Are we praying with a heart full of sin, without the slightest prick of conscience? If so, it is only natural that God would not heed our prayers.

Before we pray, let us reflect on our deeds. Like Ezra, we too must be ashamed to lift our face to God if there is sin in our hearts. If we have committed sins against God, we must first seek forgiveness, asking that our sins be washed away by His blood. Only then will our supplications become meaningful and acceptable to God.

🦋 Meditation verse - 2 இராஜாக்கள் 3 : 17, 18 / 2 Kings 3:17–18

 "விதைகளின் உள்ளே" 🌳 

வேதாகமத் தியானம் எண் - 1597                                          ஆதவன்,  22.06.2025 ஞாயிறு         

"நீங்கள் காற்றையும் காணமாட்டீர்கள், மழையையும் காணமாட்டீர்கள்; ஆனாலும் நீங்களும் உங்கள் ஆடுமாடுகளும் உங்கள் மிருகஜீவன்களும் குடிக்கும்படிக்கு, இந்தப் பள்ளத்தாக்கு தண்ணீரால் நிரப்பப்படும் என்று கர்த்தர் சொல்லுகிறார். இது கர்த்தரின் பார்வைக்கு அற்பகாரியம்." ( 2 இராஜாக்கள் 3 : 17, 18 )

நாம் இக்காட்டான வேளைகளில் நமது விடுதலைக்காக ஜெபிக்கும்போது  சிலவேளைகளில் சூழ்நிலைகள் எல்லாமே நமக்கு எதிராக இருப்பதுபோலத் தோன்றலாம். இந்த இக்கட்டான வேளையில் எப்படி நம்மால் வெற்றிபெறமுடியும் என்று நாம் எண்ணலாம். நமது விசுவாசமே ஆட்டம்காணலாம். ஆனால், ஒன்றுமில்லாமையிலிருந்து இந்த ஆண்ட சராசரங்களைப் படைத்தவர் தேவன்; அவரால் கூடாத காரியம் எதுவுமே இல்லை என்பதனை நாம் மறந்துவிடக் கூடாது. 

"இதோ, நான் மாம்சமான யாவருக்கும் தேவனாகிய கர்த்தர்; என்னாலே செய்யக்கூடாத அதிசயமான காரியம் ஒன்றுண்டோ?" ( எரேமியா 32 : 27 ) என்று நமது விசுவாசத்துக்குத்  திடன் தருகின்றார்  கர்த்தர். 

இருபுறமும்  மலைகள் சூழ்ந்த பள்ளத்தாக்கு. எதிரே செங்கடல். பின்னால் கொல்வதற்கு நெருங்கும் பார்வோனின் படைகள்; தப்பிக்க வழியே இல்லை. ஆனால் தேவன் அதிசயம் செய்து செங்கடலை பிளந்து இஸ்ரவேலரைக் கால் நனையாமல் கடலைக் கடக்கப்பண்ணினார்.  

ஆம் அன்பானவர்களே, இதுபோலவே யூதாவுக்கு எதிராக போருக்கு  வரும் மோவாபியரை எதிராக இஸ்ரவேலின் ராஜா யோராம்,  யூதாவின் ராஜாவாகிய யோசபாத், மற்றும் ஏதோமின் ராஜா ஆகிய மூவரும் வனாந்தரம் வழியாக போருக்குப் புறப்பட்டனர். ஏழு நாட்கள் கடந்தபின்னர் வழியில் தண்ணீரில்லாததால் படைவீரர்களும், குதிரைகளும் தவித்தனர். அப்போது அவர்கள் கர்த்தரிடம் விசாரிக்க எலிசாவை அணுகினர். அப்போது கர்த்தர் எலிசாவிடம் இன்றைய தியான வசனத்தைக் கூறினார். 

அன்பானவர்களே, இந்தச் சூழ்நிலையினை எண்ணிப்பாருங்கள். இடமோ வனாந்தரம்.  ஆனால் கர்த்தர் சொல்கின்றார், "நீங்கள் காற்றையும் காணமாட்டீர்கள், மழையையும் காணமாட்டீர்கள்; ஆனாலும் நீங்களும் உங்கள் ஆடுமாடுகளும் உங்கள் மிருகஜீவன்களும் குடிக்கும்படிக்கு, இந்தப் பள்ளத்தாக்கு தண்ணீரால் நிரப்பப்படும் என்று". அதுபோலவே கர்த்தர் செய்து தனது மக்களுக்கு வெற்றியைக் கொடுத்தார். 

இதுபோலவே இன்று நாம் பல்வேறு காரியங்களுக்காக ஜெபித்துக்கொண்டிருக்கலாம். அந்த ஜெபத்துக்கான பதில் உலக மனிதர்கள் எண்ணுவதுபோன்ற வழிகளிலல்ல, மாறாக காற்றும் மழையும் இல்லாமல் அதிசயமாக தேவன்  பள்ளத்தாக்கினை தண்ணீரால் நிரப்பியதுபோன்ற அதிசய வழியில் நமது வாழ்வில் நிறைவேறும். ஆம் அன்பானவர்களே, சூழ்நிலைகளைப்  பார்க்காமல் சூழ்நிலைகளை மாற்றவல்ல கர்த்தரை நோக்கிப் பார்ப்போம்.  

நமது ஆண்டவராகிய இயேசு கிறிஸ்து செய்த பல்வேறு அற்புதங்களும் இப்படிப்பட்டவைதான். அவை நாம் எண்ணிப்பார்க்க முடியாத இயற்கைக்கு அப்பாற்பட்டவை.. மரித்து நான்கு நாட்களுக்குப்பின் எழுப்பப்பட்ட லாசர், பாடையில் கிடத்தப்பட்டு அடக்கத்துக்குக் கொண்டுபோகப்பட்ட  வாலிபன், மரித்துப்போன சிறுமி, 38 ஆண்டுகள் பெதஸ்தா குளக்கரையில் படுத்திருந்த மனிதன், 18 ஆண்டுகள் நிமிரக்கூடாத கூனி, 12 ஆண்டுகளாக இரத்தப்போக்கினால் பெரும்பாடு அனுபவித்தப் பெண்........ இப்படிப் பலருக்கு  இயற்கைக்கு மாறான வழியில் நடந்த அதிசயங்கள் வேதாகமத்தில் நமது விசுவாச வளர்ச்சிக்காகப் பதிவு செய்யப்பட்டுள்ளன. 

எனவே, சூழ்நிலைகளை நோக்காமல் கர்த்தரையே விசுவாசத்தோடு நோக்கி ஜெபிப்போம். காற்றையும் காணமல், மழையையும் காணாமல் நமது  பள்ளத்தாக்கு வாழ்க்கை தண்ணீரால் நிரப்பப்படும் என்று கர்த்தர் சொல்லுகிறார். அது நமக்கு மட்டுமல்ல, அன்று கால்நடைகளுக்கும் மற்றும் அங்கிருந்த பலருக்கும் உதவியதுபோல நம்மைச் சுற்றிலும் இருக்கும் பலருக்கும்கூட  ஆசீர்வாதமாக இருக்கும்.

Scripture Meditation No. 1597
AATHAVAN | Sunday, 22.06.2025

“For thus saith the Lord, Ye shall not see wind, neither shall ye see rain; yet that valley shall be filled with water, that ye may drink, both ye, and your cattle, and your beasts. And this is but a light thing in the sight of the Lord...” — 2 Kings 3:17–18 (KJV)

At times when we pray earnestly for deliverance during seasons of wilderness, everything around us may seem completely contrary to our hopes. We may wonder how we can ever overcome in such a situation. Our faith may begin to waver. But we must never forget that the One who created the skies from nothing is our God—and with Him, nothing is impossible.

“Behold, I am the Lord, the God of all flesh: is there anything too hard for me?” — Jeremiah 32:27 (KJV)

Imagine this: a valley surrounded by mountains on both sides, the Red Sea lying ahead, and Pharaoh’s army closing in from behind to kill. There was no route for escape. But God performed a miracle—He parted the sea, and the Israelites walked through on dry ground.

In the same way, the king of Israel, Jehoram; the king of Judah, Jehoshaphat; and the king of Edom joined together to fight against Moab. They marched through the wilderness. After seven days, their water supply ran out, leaving soldiers and animals weary and faint. It was then that they sought the Lord and approached the prophet, Elisha. At that moment, the Lord gave them today’s meditation verse.

Think about that situation: the location was a barren wilderness. Yet, the Lord declared, “Ye shall not see wind, neither shall ye see rain; yet that valley shall be filled with water.” And that’s exactly what God did—He filled the valley with water and gave victory to His people.

Likewise, today, you may be praying for many things. But the answer may not come in the way people expect. Instead of wind and rain, God may miraculously fill your valley with water by divine means beyond nature. Yes, beloved, let us not fix our eyes on our circumstances—but on the One who can change them entirely.

Our Lord Jesus Christ performed many such miracles that defied natural understanding:

* Lazarus, raised from the dead after four days

* The young man carried out for burial, restored to life

* The dead girl whom Jesus called back

* The man who lay 38 years by the pool of Bethesda

* The woman bowed down for 18 years, unable to lift herself

* The woman who suffered from an issue of blood for 12 years

All these miracles are recorded in the Bible for the strengthening of our faith.

So let us not look at the conditions around us. Let us look to the Lord with unwavering faith. He says He will fill our valley-life with water—even without wind or rain. That blessing will not only benefit us but, just as in the biblical account, it will refresh the cattle and the community around. Your miracle will become a blessing to many.

🦋 Meditation verse - சங்கீதம் 143 : 4, 5 / Psalm 143:4–5

 "விதைகளின் உள்ளே" 🌳 

வேதாகமத் தியானம் எண் - 1596                                          ஆதவன்,  21.06.2025 சனி       

"என் ஆவி என்னில் தியங்குகிறது; என் இருதயம் எனக்குள் சோர்ந்துபோகிறது. பூர்வநாட்களை நினைக்கிறேன், உமது செய்கைகளையெல்லாம் தியானிக்கிறேன்; உமது கரத்தின் கிரியைகளை யோசிக்கிறேன்." ( சங்கீதம் 143 : 4, 5 )

எவ்வளவுதான் நாம் கிறிஸ்துவுக்குள் பலம்கொண்டாலும் சிலவேளைகளில் நமது பிரச்சனைகளை துன்பங்களை  நாம் துன்மார்க்கருடைய செழிப்புடன் ஒப்பிட்டுப்பார்த்துவிடும்போது மனம் சோர்வடைந்துவிடுகின்றோம். துன்மார்க்கன் செழிப்பான் என்றுதான் வேதம் கூறுகின்றது  (சங்கீதம் 73).   ஆனால் இந்த உலகினில் மனிதர்கள் அந்தச் செழிப்பைத் தேவ ஆசீர்வாதம் என எண்ணிக்கொள்கின்றனர்.  துன்மார்க்கர்களது செழிப்பு புல்லைப்போன்றது என்பதனை யாரும் உணர்வதில்லை. புல்  எப்படி வெகு சீக்கிரத்தில்  வெயிலால் வறண்டு போகிறதோ அதுபோல துன்மார்க்கர்கள் வறண்டுபோவார்கள். 

ஆனால், ஆவிக்குரிய வாழ்வு வாழும்போது நமக்குள் ஏற்படும் சோர்வுகளின்போது நாம் இவைகளைச் சிந்திப்பதில்லை. "நான்  இவ்வளவு நேர்மையாக, உண்மையாக வாழ்ந்து என்ன பயன்?" எனும் எண்ணம் நமக்குள் எழுந்துவிடுகின்றது. 

இதனை மேற்கொள்ள தாவீது இன்றைய தியானத்தில் வழி காட்டுகின்றார். அதாவது நாம் கிறிஸ்துவுக்குள் வளர ஆரம்பிக்கும் ஆரம்ப நாட்களில் தேவன் நமது வாழ்வில் பல்வேறு அதிசயங்களையும் அற்புதங்களையும் செய்திருப்பார். ஒவ்வொருவரையும் தேவன் இப்படியே வித்தியாசமாக நடத்துகின்றார். நாம் விசுவாசத்தில் வளர்வதற்காகவே  தேவன் இப்படிச் சில அதிசயங்களை நமது வாழ்வில் செய்து நம்மை வழிநடத்துகின்றார்.  

நமது வாழ்வில் சோதனைகள் ஏற்பட்டு மனம் மடியும்போது தேவன் இதுவரை நமக்குச் செய்த அதிசயங்களை நாம் தியானிப்போமானால்  நமது சோர்வு மறையும். அது தேவன்மேல் நமக்குள்ள விசுவாசம் குறைந்திடாமல் நம்மைப் பாதுகாக்கும். இதனையே தாவீது இங்குக் கூறுகின்றார், "என் இருதயம் எனக்குள் சோர்ந்துபோகிறது. பூர்வநாட்களை நினைக்கிறேன், உமது செய்கைகளையெல்லாம் தியானிக்கிறேன்; உமது கரத்தின் கிரியைகளை யோசிக்கிறேன்." என்று. 

தாவீதுக்கு ஏற்பட்டச் சோதனைகள் அதிகம். சகோதரர்கள் அவனிடம் அன்பாய் இருக்கவில்லை. பிற்காலத்தில் சவுல், சொந்த மகன் அப்சலோம் என அவர்து உயிரை வாங்கத் துடித்தவர்கள் பலர். ஆனால் இந்தச் சூழ்நிலைகளில் தாவீது தனது பழைய வாழ்வை எண்ணிப்பார்த்திருப்பார்.  ஆடு மேய்த்துக்கொண்டு வனாந்தரத்தில் அலைந்த நாட்கள்....., தேவன் அவரோடு பேசி பல சத்தியங்களை வெளிப்படுத்திக்கொடுத்த நாட்கள், தேவனைப் புகழ்ந்து பாடி துதிக்கத்  தேவன் அவருக்கு உள்ளத்தில்  கொடுத்த பல்வேறு பாடல்கள்......என தேவன் கொடுத்த பல்வேறு நன்மைகளை அவர்  எண்ணிப்பார்த்திருப்பார். எனவேதான் இன்றைய தியான வசனத்தில், "என் இருதயம் எனக்குள் சோர்ந்துபோகிறது. பூர்வநாட்களை நினைக்கிறேன், உமது செய்கைகளையெல்லாம் தியானிக்கிறேன்" என்று நினைவுகூர்கின்றார்.

அன்பானவர்களே, தாவீதின் இந்தப் பழக்கத்தை நாமும் பின்பற்றுவோம். நமது பழைய வாழ்வை எண்ணிப்பார்ப்போம். அதிலிருந்து தேவன் நம்மை எப்படியெல்லாம் மாற்றி வழிநடத்தி வந்துள்ளார் என்பதனைச் சிந்தித்துப்பார்ப்போம். அவற்றுக்காக தேவனுக்கு நன்றி கூறுவோம். சுமார் இருபது இருபத்தைந்து ஆண்டுகளுக்குமுன் நாம் எப்படி இருந்தோம், இப்போது  எந்த விதத்திலெல்லாம் தேவன் நம்மை ஆசீர்வதித்துள்ளார் என எண்ணிப்பார்த்துத் தேவனைத் துதிப்போம். 

ஆம், நமது ஆவி நமக்குள் குழப்பமடையும்போது சோர்ந்துபோகாமல் நமது பழைய நாட்களை நினைப்போம், தேவனது  செய்கைகளையெல்லாம் தியானிப்போம்,  அவர் கொடுத்துள்ள மேலான ஆசீர்வாதங்களுக்காக நன்றி சொல்வோம். எந்தத் தகுதியுமில்லாத நம்மைத் தகுதிப்படுத்திய  தேவனைநோக்கி  "கர்த்தராகிய ஆண்டவரே, தேவரீர் என்னை இதுவரைக்கும் கொண்டுவந்ததற்கு, நான் எம்மாத்திரம்? என் வீடும் எம்மாத்திரம்?" ( 2 சாமுவேல் 7 : 18 ) என்று தாவீதைப்போல கூறுவோம்.

Scripture Meditation No. 1596

“Therefore, is my spirit overwhelmed within me; my heart within me is desolate. I remember the days of old; I meditate on all thy works; I muse on the work of thy hands.” (Psalm 143:4–5, KJV)

No matter how strong we are in Christ, there are times when comparing our troubles and sufferings with the prosperity of the wicked causes our hearts to grow weary. The Bible does say, “the prosperity of the wicked” (see Psalm 73). But in today’s world, many wrongly assume that such prosperity is a sign of God's blessing. Few realize that the prosperity of the wicked is like grass — it quickly withers under the sun.

In times of spiritual struggle, we often fail to remember these truths. Thoughts like, “What is the use of living honestly and faithfully?” tend to rise within us.

David shows us the way to overcome this in today’s meditation. When we first begin to grow in Christ, God often performs various miracles and wonders in our lives. Each of us experiences these uniquely. God works such miracles not for show, but to nurture our faith and help us grow in it.

So, when we face trials and discouragements, let us remember the wonders that God has already done in our lives. Meditating on His past deeds will renew our strength and preserve our faith. David expresses this beautifully:

“My heart within me is desolate. I remember the days of old; I meditate on all thy works; I muse on the work of thy hands.” (Psalm 143:4–5)

David faced many trials. His brothers did not treat him with love. Later, Saul and even his own son Absalom sought to kill him. Yet in those moments, David would recall his early days — shepherding in the wilderness, when God spoke to him and revealed many truths; the songs God placed in his heart, leading him to praise and worship.

So, in today’s verse, David recalls:

“I remember the days of old; I meditate on all thy works...”

Dearly beloved, let us also adopt this habit of David. Let us reflect on our past — the way God brought us out and led us. Let us give thanks for those divine interventions. Think about how we were twenty or twenty-five years ago, and how God has blessed us since then. Praise Him for every blessing.

Yes, when our spirits are troubled, let us not faint. Instead, let us remember the days of old, meditate on God's works, and give thanks for His abundant blessings. Let us say like David: “Who am I, O Lord GOD? and what is my house, that thou hast brought me hitherto?” (2 Samuel 7:18, KJV)

🦋 Meditation verse - சங்கீதம் 41 : 9 / Psalm 41:9

 "விதைகளின் உள்ளே" 🌳 

வேதாகமத் தியானம் எண் - 1595                                          ஆதவன் 20.06.2025 வெள்ளி       

"என் பிராண சிநேகிதனும், நான் நம்பினவனும், என் அப்பம் புசித்தவனுமாகிய மனுஷனும், என்மேல் தன் குதிகாலைத் தூக்கினான்." ( சங்கீதம் 41 : 9 )

இன்றைய தியான வசனம் நம்பிக்கைத்துரோகம் செய்யும் மனிதர்களைப்பற்றிக் கூறுகின்றது.  தாவீது சந்தித்த நம்பிக்கைத் துரோகிகளைப் போன்றவர்களை நாமும் நமது வாழ்க்கையில் கண்டிருக்கலாம். தாவீதின் சொந்த மகனான அப்சலோமே தாவீதைக்கொல்ல வகைபார்த்துத் திரிந்தான். 

நாம் மிகவும் நம்பியிருக்கும் மனிதர்கள் நமக்கு எதிராகச் செயல்படும்போது நமது மனம் அதிகமாகப் பாதிக்கப்படும். தன்னோடு உணவு உண்டு சேர்ந்து நண்பர்களாக வாழ்ந்தவர்கள் தனக்கு எதிராக எழுந்ததையே தாவீது.  "என் பிராணசிநேகிதனும், நான் நம்பினவனும், என் அப்பம் புசித்தவனுமாகிய மனுஷனும்" என்று கூறுகின்றார். 

சிலவேளைகளில் நாம் நோயுற்றிருக்கும்போது நம்மைப் பார்க்க வருபவர்கள் எல்லோரும் நல்ல எண்ணத்துடன் வருவதில்லை. மருத்துவ மனையில் நம்மைப் பார்க்கவந்துவிட்டு வெளியில்போய், "இவனுக்கு இந்த வியாதி வந்ததற்கு ஏதாவது காரணம் இருக்கும்" என்றும், "இவன் செய்த பொல்லாப்புக்குக் கடவுள் தண்டனை கொடுத்துள்ளார்" எனவும் பேசிக்கொள்ளும் மனிதர்கள் உண்டு. எனவே பலரும் நோயுற்றிருக்கும்போது பலர் தங்களைப் பார்க்கவும் விசாரிக்கவும் வருவதை விரும்புவதில்லை. 

இதனையே தாவீது, "அவன் எப்பொழுது சாவான், அவன் பேர் எப்பொழுது அழியும்? என்று என் சத்துருக்கள் எனக்கு விரோதமாய்ச் சொல்லுகிறார்கள். ஒருவன் என்னைப் பார்க்கவந்தால் வஞ்சனையாய்ப் பேசுகிறான்; அவன் தன் இருதயத்தில் அக்கிரமத்தைச் சேகரித்துக்கொண்டு, தெருவிலே போய், அதைத் தூற்றுகிறான்." ( சங்கீதம் 41 : 5, 6 ) என்கின்றார். 

ஆனால் தொடர்ந்து தாவீது ஒரு உண்மையினைக் கூறுகின்றார். அதாவது பலரும் என்னவேண்டுமானாலும் பேசட்டும், நாம் தேவனுக்கேற்ற வாழ்வு வாழ்வோமென்றால் நமக்கு எதிராகப் பேசப்படும் வார்த்தைகள் எதுவும் பலிக்காது என்பதனை அவர், "என் சத்துரு என்மேல் ஜெயங்கொள்ளாததினால், நீர் என்மேல் பிரியமாயிருக்கிறீரென்று அறிவேன்.  நீர் என் உத்தமத்திலே என்னைத் தாங்கி, என்றென்றைக்கும் உம்முடைய சமுகத்தில் என்னை நிலைநிறுத்துவீர்." ( சங்கீதம் 41 : 11, 12 ) என்கின்றார்.

         

ஆம் அன்பானவர்களே, நோய்கள், துன்பங்கள் நம்மை நெருக்கலாம்.  உடனிருந்து நண்பர்களாகப் பழகிய சிலர் நமது நிலத்தையோ,  பணத்தையோ, பொருள்களையோ ஏமாற்றி அபகரித்து நமக்குத் துரோகம் செய்திருக்கலாம். ஆனால்  தேவனோடு நமக்குள்ள தனிப்பட்ட உறவு உண்மையாக இருக்குமானால் அவரும் நம்மேல் தனி அக்கறையுடன் இருப்பார். தேவன் நம்மேல் அன்பாக இருப்பதை அவர் நமக்குச் செய்யும் அதிசயமான விடுதலை வாழ்வால் பிறர் அறியச் செய்வார். 

உடனிருந்து நம்மோடு பழகி, பின்னர் நமக்கு எதிராகச் செயல்படுபவர்களை நாம் பழிவாங்காமல் தேவனிடம் நமது வேண்டுதல்களை ஏறெடுத்து  ஜெபிப்போம். "பழிவாங்குதல் எனக்குரியது, நானே பதிற்செய்வேன் என்று கர்த்தர் சொல்லுகிறார் என்றும், கர்த்தர் தம்முடைய ஜனங்களை நியாயந்தீர்ப்பார் என்றும் சொன்னவர் இன்னாரென்று அறிவோம்." ( எபிரெயர் 10 : 30 ) ஆம் அவரது மக்களாக நாம் வாழும்போது நமக்கு ஏற்ற நியாயத்தை கர்த்தர் வழங்குவார்.

Scripture Meditation No. 1595

AATHAVAN – Friday, 20.06.2025

"Yea, mine own familiar friend, in whom I trusted, which did eat of my bread, hath lifted up his heel against me." — Psalm 41:9 (KJV)

Today’s meditation verse speaks about betrayal by those whom we trust. Like David, we too may encounter betrayal in our lives from people we once trusted dearly. Even David’s own son Absalom conspired to kill him.

When people we deeply trust act against us, it wounds our hearts more than anything else. David laments the betrayal by someone who dined with him and lived as a friend. He says, "mine own familiar friend, in whom I trusted, which did eat of my bread..."

Sometimes when we fall sick, not everyone who visits us does so with a pure heart. Some may walk out of the hospital and speak ill of us, saying things like, “He must have done something wrong to deserve this disease,” or “This is God’s punishment for his sins.” That is why many sick people prefer not to have too many visitors.

David describes this very thing: “Mine enemies speak evil of me, When shall he die, and his name perish? And if he come to see me, he speaketh vanity: his heart gathereth iniquity to itself; When he goeth abroad, he telleth it.” — Psalm 41:5–6 (KJV)

Yet, David proclaims a profound truth. He affirms that no matter what people may say, if we live a life pleasing unto God, the words spoken against us will not prosper. He declares: “By this I know that thou favourest me, because mine enemy doth not triumph over me. And as for me, thou upholdest me in mine integrity, and settest me before thy face for ever.”

— Psalm 41:11–12 (KJV)

Yes, beloved, sickness and afflictions may draw near to us. Some who were once close friends may have deceived us and betrayed us—be it for our land, wealth, or possessions. But if our personal relationship with God is true, He will care for us with divine concern. God will manifest His love for us through a miraculous life of deliverance, letting others witness His favour upon us.

Let us not seek revenge against those who turned against us after once walking closely with us. Instead, let us take our petitions to the Lord in prayer. “Vengeance belongeth unto me, I will recompense, saith the Lord. And again, The Lord shall judge his people.” — Hebrews 10:30 (KJV)

Yes, as God’s people, He will surely provide us justice in due time.

🦋 Meditation verse - ரோமர் 10 : 12 / Romans 10:12

 "விதைகளின் உள்ளே" 🌳 

வேதாகமத் தியானம் எண் - 1594                                          ஆதவன் 19.06.2025 வியாழன்      

"யூதனென்றும் கிரேக்கனென்றும் வித்தியாசமே இல்லை; எல்லாருக்கும் கர்த்தரானவர் தம்மைத் தொழுதுகொள்ளுகிற யாவருக்கும் ஐசுவரியசம்பன்னராயிருக்கிறார்." ( ரோமர் 10 : 12 )

இந்த உலகத்தைப் படைத்து ஆளும் கடவுளுக்கு மனிதர்களிடையே வேற்றுமையில்லை. அவர் எல்லோரையும் ஒரே விதமாகத்தான் பார்க்கின்றார். அதனையே, "யூதனென்றும் கிரேக்கனென்றும் வித்தியாசமே இல்லை" என்றுகூறப்பட்டுள்ளது. நமது இந்திய கூற்றில்சொல்லவேண்டுமானால், கிறிஸ்தவனென்றும், இந்து என்றும் இஸ்லாமியர் என்றும், சீக்கியன், சமணன், புத்தன் என்றும்  வித்தியாசமேயில்லை. தம்மைத் தொழுதுகொள்ளுகிற யாவருக்கும் அவர் ஐசுவரிய சம்பன்னராயிருக்கிறார்.

இதனையே அப்போஸ்தலரான பேதுரு, "தேவன் பட்சபாதமுள்ளவரல்ல என்றும், எந்த ஜனத்திலாயினும் அவருக்குப் பயந்திருந்து நீதியைச் செய்கிறவன் எவனோ அவனே அவருக்கு உகந்தவன் என்றும் நிச்சயமாய் அறிந்திருக்கிறேன்." ( அப்போஸ்தலருடைய நடபடிகள் 10 : 34, 35 ) என்று கூறுகின்றார். 

ஆம், தேவன் மனிதர்களது தோற்றத்தையோ, ஜாதியையோ, மதத்தையோ, இனத்தையோ, நாட்டையோ கருத்தில் கொள்வதில்லை. அவர் இருதயத்தை ஊடுருவிப் பார்கின்றவர். இதனை நாம் சாமுவேல் நூலில் வாசிக்கின்றோம்,  "மனுஷன் பார்க்கிறபடி நான் பாரேன்; மனுஷன் முகத்தைப் பார்ப்பான்; கர்த்தரோ இருதயத்தைப் பார்க்கிறார்." ( 1 சாமுவேல் 16 : 7 )

இன்றைய தியான வசனம் தன்னைத் தொழுதுகொள்கின்ற யாவர்க்கும் அவர் ஐஸ்வர்யசம்பன்னர் என்று  கூறப்பட்டுள்ளது. அதாவது அவரைத் தொழுதுகொள்கின்ற யாரையும் அவர் தனது விலையேறப்பெற்ற இரட்சிப்பால் செல்வந்தனாக்குகின்றார். நமது ஆண்டவராகிய இயேசு கிறிஸ்துவும், "பிதாவானவர் எனக்குக் கொடுக்கிறயாவும் என்னிடத்தில் வரும்; என்னிடத்தில் வருகிறவனை நான் புறம்பே தள்ளுவதில்லை." ( யோவான் 6 : 37 ) என்று கூறினார். அவர் யாரையும் புறம்பேத் தள்ளுபவரல்ல. தன்னிடம் வரும் எவரையும் அவர் சேர்த்துக்கொள்கின்றார். 

 

இதனையே அப்போஸ்தலரான பவுலும், "ஆதலால் கர்த்தருடைய நாமத்தைத் தொழுதுகொள்ளுகிற எவனும் இரட்சிக்கப்படுவான்." ( ரோமர் 10 : 13 ) என்று கூறுகின்றார். 

பிதாவின் சித்தம் செய்யவே இந்த உலகினில் வந்ததாக இயேசு கிறிஸ்துக் கூறினார். பிதாவின் சித்தம் என்ன? அது குமாரனாகிய இயேசு கிறிஸ்துவை விசுவாசிப்பவர்களுக்கு நித்திய ஜீவனை அளிப்பது. இதனையே இயேசு கிறிஸ்து, "குமாரனைக் கண்டு, அவரிடத்தில் விசுவாசமாயிருக்கிறவன் எவனோ, அவன் நித்தியஜீவனை அடைவதும், நான் அவனைக் கடைசிநாளில் எழுப்புவதும், என்னை அனுப்பினவருடைய சித்தமாயிருக்கிறது என்றார்." ( யோவான் 6 : 40 ) 

அன்பானவர்களே, ஒருவேளை இதனை வாசிக்கும் நீங்கள் கிறிஸ்துவை அறியாத குடும்பத்தைச் சார்ந்தவர்களாக இருக்கலாம். வேதாகமமும் வேத தியானங்களும் குறிப்பிட்ட மதத்துக்கு உரியதல்ல.  கிறிஸ்துவும் மதத்துக்கு உரியவரல்ல. அவர் மதத்தை உருவாக்கவும் வரவில்லை. நித்திய ஜீவனுக்கான வழியை நமக்குக் காண்பிக்கவும் அந்த வழியை நாம் கண்டடைந்து அதில் நடக்கவும் இறுதியில் அவரோடு நித்தியத்துக்கும் வாழவும்  தகுதிப்படுத்தவுமே உலகினில் வந்தார். 

எனவே, யூதனென்றும் கிரேக்கனென்றும், கிறிஸ்தவன் என்றும், இந்து என்றும், இஸ்லாமியர் என்றும், சீக்கிய, சமண, புத்த மதத்தவனென்றும்   வித்தியாசமே இல்லை; எல்லாருக்கும் கர்த்தரானவர் தம்மைத் தொழுதுகொள்ளுகிற யாவருக்கும் ஐசுவரியசம்பன்னராயிருக்கிறார். நமது பாவங்களை அவரிடம் அறிக்கையிட்டு மனம் திரும்பும்போது அவர்களுக்கு அவர்  சகோதரனான, நண்பனாக, தாயாக, தகப்பனாக மாறுகின்றார்.  அவரைஉள்ளத்தில் ஏற்றுக்கொண்டு ஆவியில் செல்வந்தர்களாக மாறுவோம்.

“For there is no difference between the Jew and the Greek: for the same Lord over all is rich unto all that call upon him.” — Romans 10:12 (KJV)

The God who created and governs this world makes no distinction among human beings. He sees all people equally. That is the very reason it is said, “There is no difference between the Jew and the Greek.”

To express it in our Indian context, there is no distinction between a Christian, Hindu, Muslim, Sikh, Jain, or Buddhist. He is rich unto all who call upon Him.

Apostle Peter affirms this truth when he declares:
“Of a truth I perceive that God is no respecter of persons: But in every nation he that feareth him, and worketh righteousness, is accepted with him.” — Acts 10:34–35 (KJV)

Yes, God does not regard a person's appearance, caste, religion, ethnicity, or nationality. He searches the heart. This is affirmed in the book of Samuel:

“For the Lord seeth not as man seeth; for man looketh on the outward appearance, but the Lord looketh on the heart.” — 1 Samuel 16:7 (KJV)

Today’s meditation verse says that the Lord is rich unto all who call upon Him. That is, He makes anyone who calls upon Him rich by granting them the priceless gift of salvation.

Our Lord Jesus Christ also said: “All that the Father giveth me shall come to me; and him that cometh to me I will in no wise cast out.” — John 6:37 (KJV)

He never rejects anyone. Whoever comes to Him, He receives with open arms.

Apostle Paul also reiterates: “For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.” — Romans 10:13 (KJV)

Jesus Christ came into this world to fulfil the will of the Father. And what is that will? That everyone who believes in the Son should receive eternal life. The Lord Himself said: “And this is the will of him that sent me, that every one which seeth the Son, and believeth on him, may have everlasting life: and I will raise him up at the last day.” — John 6:40 (KJV)

Dear beloved, perhaps you belong to a family that does not yet know Christ. But let me assure you—the Holy Bible and these meditations are not confined to any religion. Christ is not the property of any religion. He did not come to establish a new religion. He came to show us the way to eternal life, to help us find and walk in it, and to make us worthy to live with Him forever.

Therefore, there is no distinction—be it Jew or Greek, Christian or Hindu, Muslim, Sikh, Jain, or Buddhist. The same Lord over all is rich unto all that call upon Him. When we confess our sins to Him and repent, He becomes to us a Brother, a Friend, a Mother, and a Father.

Let us receive Him in our hearts and become spiritually rich in Him.

🦋 Meditation verse - ரோமர் 8 : 10 / Romans 8:10

 "விதைகளின் உள்ளே" 🌳 

வேதாகமத் தியானம் எண் - 1593                                          ஆதவன் - 18.06.2025 புதன்     

"கிறிஸ்து உங்களிலிருந்தால் சரீரமானது பாவத்தினிமித்தம் மரித்ததாயும், ஆவியானது நீதியினிமித்தம் ஜீவனுள்ளதாயும் இருக்கும்." ( ரோமர் 8 : 10 )

நாம் உடலால் செய்யும் பாவமானது நமது ஆத்துமாவை அழிக்கின்றது. பெரும்பாலும் மனிதர்கள் தங்களது சரீர ஆசைகளை நிறைவேற்றிட ஆசைப்படுகின்றார்களேத் தவிர ஆத்துமாவைப்பற்றி கவலைப்படுவதில்லை. "பாவத்தின் சம்பளம் மரணம்; தேவனுடைய கிருபைவரமோ நம்முடைய கர்த்தராகிய இயேசுகிறிஸ்துவினால் உண்டான நித்தியஜீவன்." ( ரோமர் 6 : 23 ) என்று வேத வசனம் கூறுகின்றது. 

எனவே, நமது சரீரம் பாவத்துக்கு மரித்ததாக இருக்குமானால் நமது ஆவியானது உயிருள்ளதாக இருக்கும். இறந்துபோனவன் பாவம் செய்வதில்லை. அதுபோல நமது உடலானது இறந்து (பாவம் செய்யாமல்) இருக்குமானால் நமது ஆத்துமா உயிருள்ளதாக இருக்கும் என்று இன்றைய தியான வசனம் கூறுகின்றது. 

நாம் கிறிஸ்துவுக்கு உட்பட்ட ஆவியின் பிரமானத்துக்குள் வரும்போது பாவம் மரணம் என்பவைகளின் பிரமாணத்தினின்று விடுவிக்கப்படுகின்றோம். ஆம் அன்பானவர்களே, நாம் மீட்கப்பட்டு பரிசுத்த ஆவியானவரின் வழிநடத்துதலுக்குள் வரும்போது அவரே நம்மை எல்லா விதத்திலும் வழிநடத்துவார். வேதம் கூறும் இந்த உண்மை கட்டுக்கதையல்ல. நாம் என்ன பேசவேண்டும், எதனைப் பேசக்கூடாது, எங்கு செல்லவேண்டும், எங்கு செல்லக்கூடாது என்பதனை ஆவியானவர் நமக்கு உணர்த்துவார். இதனையே ஆவியின் வழிநடத்துதல் என்று கூறுகின்றோம். 

அன்று  அப்போஸ்தலர்களை வழிநடத்திய ஆவியானவர் நம்மையும் இதுபோலவே வழிநடத்துகின்றார். ஏனெனில் அவர் மாறக்கூடியவர் அல்ல. இந்த அனுபவமே ஆவிக்குரிய அனுபவம். இதற்கு மாறாக  குறிப்பிட்ட நேரத்தில் கூட்டம்கூடி, "அல்லேலூயா" என்று கூப்பாடுபோட்டுவிட்டு பின்னர் பாவ வாழ்க்கை வாழ்வது ஆவிக்குரிய வாழ்க்கையல்ல. இதனை மெய்யான ஆவிக்குரிய மனிதர்கள் செய்வதில்லை.    

ஆம் அன்பானவர்களே,  இப்படி ஆவியின் பிரமாணம் நம்மைப்  பாவம், அதனைத் தொடர்ந்த மரணம் இவைகளிலிருந்து விடுக்கின்றது. இதனையே அப்போஸ்தலரான பவுல், "கிறிஸ்து இயேசுவினாலே ஜீவனுடைய ஆவியின் பிரமாணம் என்னைப் பாவம் மரணம் என்பவைகளின் பிரமாணத்தினின்று விடுதலையாக்கிற்றே." ( ரோமர் 8 : 2 ) என்று கூறுகின்றார். 

இன்றைய தியான வசனம், "கிறிஸ்து உங்களிலிருந்தால் சரீரமானது பாவத்தினிமித்தம் மரித்ததாயும், ஆவியானது நீதியினிமித்தம் ஜீவனுள்ளதாயும் இருக்கும்." என்று கூறுகின்றது. அதாவது, முதலில் நாம் நமக்குள் கிறிஸ்து வருவதற்கு  அனுமதிக்கவேண்டும். அப்படி அவர் நமக்குள் வரும்போது மட்டுமே நாம் பாவத்திலிருந்து விடுதலைபெற முடியும். இதனையே இயேசு கிறிஸ்து, "குமாரன் உங்களை விடுதலையாக்கினால் மெய்யாகவே விடுதலையாவீர்கள்." ( யோவான் 8 : 36 ) என்று கூறினார். 

இப்படி நாம் ஆவிக்குரிய வாழ்வு வாழும்போது தேவனது நியாயத்தீர்ப்புக்குத் தப்புகின்றோம். இதனையே அப்போஸ்தலரான பவுல்,  "ஆனபடியால், கிறிஸ்து இயேசுவுக்குட்பட்டவர்களாயிருந்து, மாம்சத்தின்படி நடவாமல் ஆவியின்படியே நடக்கிறவர்களுக்கு ஆக்கினைத்தீர்ப்பில்லை." ( ரோமர் 8 : 1 ) என்று கூறுகின்றார். 

ஆவியானவர் நம்மை ஆளவும் வழிநடத்தவும் அவருக்கு நம்மை ஒப்புக்கொடுப்போம். அதற்கு முதன்முதலில் நமது பாவங்கள் கிறிஸ்து இயேசுவின் பரிசுத்த இரத்தத்தால் கழுவப்பட அவற்றை அவரிடம் அறிக்கையிட்டு மன்னிப்பை வேண்டுவோம். கிறிஸ்து நமக்குள் இருந்தால் மட்டுமே நமது சரீரமானது பாவத்தினிமித்தம் மரித்ததாயும், நமது ஆவியானது நீதியினிமித்தம் ஜீவனுள்ளதாயும் இருக்கும்.

“And if Christ be in you, the body is dead because of sin; but the Spirit is life because of righteousness.” — Romans 8:10 (KJV)

The sins we commit through the body bring destruction to our soul. Most people are driven by the desire to fulfil the cravings of the flesh, giving little or no thought to the state of their soul. But Scripture declares:

“For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.” — Romans 6:23 (KJV)

Therefore, if our body is dead because of sin, then our spirit becomes alive. A dead person does not sin. In the same way, if our body is considered dead—meaning it no longer yields to sin—then our spirit is made alive, as today’s meditation verse teaches.

When we step into the law of the Spirit in Christ Jesus, we are set free from the law of sin and death. Yes, beloved, when we are redeemed and begin to walk under the guidance of the Holy Spirit, He leads us in all things. This truth is not a fable or myth—this is what the Bible clearly reveals. The Spirit shows us what to speak, what not to speak, where to go, and where not to go. This is what we call being led by the Spirit.

The same Holy Spirit who led the apostles back then is still leading us today—because He does not change. This experience is what defines a true spiritual life. It is not true spirituality to gather for a short time, shout "Hallelujah!" and then go back to living a sinful life. True spiritual people do not live this way.

Yes, dearly beloved, the law of the Spirit delivers us from sin and the death that follows it. As the apostle Paul says:

“For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus hath made me free from the law of sin and death.” — Romans 8:2 (KJV)

Today’s meditation verse says:

“And if Christ be in you, the body is dead because of sin; but the Spirit is life because of righteousness.” — Romans 8:10 (KJV)

This means we must first allow Christ to dwell in us. Only when Christ lives in us can we be truly set free from sin. This is what Jesus Himself said:

“If the Son therefore shall make you free, ye shall be free indeed.”

— John 8:36 (KJV) When we begin to live a spiritual life in this way, we escape God's judgment. As the apostle Paul affirms:

“There is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit.” — Romans 8:1 (KJV)

Let us surrender ourselves to the Holy Spirit—allowing Him to rule and guide our lives. But to do this, we must first confess our sins and seek forgiveness so they may be washed by the precious blood of Jesus Christ. Only when Christ dwells in us can our body be dead because of sin and our spirit be alive because of righteousness.
